패션 소비자의 도덕적 정체성과 공감성향이 윤리적 소비태도 및 기부행동에 미치는 영향 (The effects of fashion consumers' moral identity and empathy propensity on ethical consumption attitude and donation behavior)

  • This study analyzed the effects of fashion consumers' moral identity and empathy propensity on ethical consumption attitude and donation behavior, and the effect of ethical consumption attitude on donation behavior. The survey was conducted on consumers over the 20s who experienced the donation of fashion products, 384 responses were used for data analysis. The result showed that the internality and symbolism of moral identity had a positive effect on ethical consumption attitudes. The all factors of empathy propensity positively affected eco-friendly oriented consumption, and cognitive empathy and social empathy positively affected boycott oriented consumption. The cognitive empathy, social empathy and relational empathy positively affected community oriented consumption and practice oriented consumption. Furthermore, social empathy and relational empathy positively affected recycling oriented consumption. The eco-friendly, boycott, community, and recycling oriented consumption positively affected temporal donation. The all factors of ethical consumption attitude positively affected emotional donation, and eco-friendly, community, recycling, and practice oriented consumption positively affected material donations. The internality and symbolism of moral identity positively affected temporal and emotional donation, and the symbolism except internality positively affected material donation. The cognitive empathy, social empathy and relational empathy positively affected the temporal donation and material donation. In addition, the all factors of empathy propensity positively affected emotional donation. The results of this study will contribute to the ethical product strategy, marketing, and sustainable development of the fashion industry.

보건의료계열 대학생들의 시신기증에 대한 태도와 카데바 해부실습 참여 후 시신기증 의향의 변화 (A study on attitude toward cadaver donation and change of intention toward cadaver donation after participation in cadaver dissection among paramedical students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to assess the attitude toward cadaver donation and change of intention toward cadaver donation after participation in cadaver dissection among paramedical students, and then to provide basic data to extend wholesome culture toward cadaver donation. Methods: This study was conducted among 298 freshmen via questionnaire survey. The attitude toward the cadaver donation questionnaire consisted of 12 items on a 5 Likert scale. Data were collected before and after participation in cadaver dissection with the agreement of subjects. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 24.0. Results: This study showed that attitude toward cadaver donation was significantly different according to gender (p=.027) and major (p=.035). The attitude score toward cadaver donation was 3.45 points. The rate of positive intention toward cadaver donation before participation in cadaver dissection was 46.5%. The rate of change of intention toward cadaver donation after participation in cadaver dissection was 25.9%. Among 25.9% of subjects, the intention of 56.3% was changed from positive to negative, and the intentions of 42.1% changed from negative to positive. Conclusion: The results of this study the need to provide an educational program to improve the understanding and knowledge toward cadaver donation before participation in cadaver dissection among paramedical students.

도서관 기부문화 정착을 위한 기업기부 사례분석 연구 (A Study Analyzing Donation Cases for Establishing Library Corporate Donation Culture)

  • 도서관은 지역사회의 지적요구에 부응하고 정보제공, 문화향유, 평생교육 제공 등의 역할을 하는 사회적 기반 시설로서 그 중요성과 역할은 높이 평가할 만하다. 그러나 국가 및 지방자치단체의 한정된 재원으로 다양화 고급화된 도서관 이용자의 요구 및 새로이 부여받은 도서관의 역할 수행에 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도서관 핵심인프라 확충과 운영의 내실화를 위한 재원확보의 한 방안으로 도서관 기부문화 정착을 제안하고 있으며, 이를 위해 도서관에의 기업기부사례를 조사 분석함으로써 기업의 기부목적, 기부내용, 기부대상, 기부캠페인 여부, 건립 및 리모델링된 도서관 수, 그리고 기업기부로 인해 도서관이 얻은 효과 등을 밝혔다. 본 연구결과는 이후 도서관이 기부기업을 유치하는데 있어 기초자료가 될 것으로 보인다.

민간비영리 조직을 통한 보건의료 R&D 방향 설정 (Establishing the Direction of Healthcare R&D through Private Nonprofit Organizations)

  • Purposes: The purpose is to establish the direction of healthcare R&D through private nonprofit organization. Methodology: The data is divided into two groups: 12 physicians and pharmacists, and 16 persons including professors related to university donation, non-profit foundation executives. Each group was subjected to two Delphi surveys. To analyze the validity of the opinion, the content validity ratio and the consensus of experts were verified. Findings: Funding should be invested in 'development research' and 'application research'. The factors that hinder the donation culture are 'donation prevention system such as tax imposition system and rebate double penalty system', 'insufficient motivation of fund raising person', and 'lack of fund specializing specialist'. The fund raising strategy should be centered on a small number of large donors or a balance between large and small donors. The fund raising target should be effective to raise funds for corporate and individual donors. It is necessary to clarify the purpose of the social problem to be solved by the campaign strategy for promoting donation, to announce the validity of the trust and transparency of the institution, and to emphasize the social investment by the private sector. Practical Implications: It is necessary to present directions through private nonprofit organizations for the future development of healthcare R&D. The legal and institutional deficiencies of the domestic nonprofit organization fundraising infrastructure should be improved. In order to create a social investment climate, it is necessary to improve the awareness of donations and develop various donation programs for the private sector.

Distribution of Personal Income on Donating Behavior: Application of Theory of Planned Behaviors

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explain the application of TPB and personal happiness on donation behavior and willingness to donate. Research design, data, and methodology: The population of this research is people in Indonesia who have a tendency in its culture to donate. The sample size used was 245 people with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis using SEM-PLS. Result: The results show that the subjective norm had appositive and significant effect on attitude to donate; subjective norm has appositive and significant effect on the donation behavior. Personal happiness has a positive and significant effect on attitude to donate, and personal happiness also has a positive and significant effect on the donation behavior, and the donation behavior has a positive and significant effect on the attitude to donate. Conclusions: Being a responsible person to other people's conditions, as you see other people needing help, you will feel that you have the power to help them. you are often helping people in need, which concludes you are a compassionate person.

CRM수행기업과 NGO에 대한 인식이 기부태도와 SNS구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perceptions of CRM-Performing Companies and NGOs on Donation Attitudes and SNS WOM Intentions)

  • 최근 '지속가능경영'으로 패러다임이 전환되면서 기업의 사회적 책임은 기업의 지속적이고 장기적인 성장을 위한 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구는 CRM을 수행하는 기업에 대한 인식과 NGO에 대한 인식이 기부에 대한 태도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 또한 기부에 대한 인식이 SNS구전의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증적으로 검증해보았다. 본 연구에서는 총 180부의 설문응답이 분석에 활용되었으며, 연구의 타당성 및 가설 검증을 위해 SPSS와 AMOS 26.0을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 타당성과 신뢰성을 확보한 것으로 나타났다. 가설 검증 결과 모든 가설이 지지되었으나, CRM을 수행하는 기업에 대한 인식이 기부태도에 미치는 영향은 매우 약하게 지지되었다. 본 연구는 CRM을 수행하는 기업과 해당 기업과 협업하는 NGO에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 높이는 것이 기부태도와 CRM에 대한 SNS구전의도를 증대시킬 수 있는 효과적인 전략으로 제시하고 있다.

소비자 친사회성과 패션 제품 재활용에 대한 태도-의도 관계 (Consumer prosocialness and the attitude-intention relations in fashion product recycling)

  • The objectives of this study were: (1) to identify differences in consumer attitudes and intentions to recycle fashion products using three types of recycling (including resale, reform, and donation), and (2) to examine the moderating effects of consumer prosocialness on the relationships between attitude and intention for each type of fashion product recycling. Men and women aged 20 years and over were recruited from a marketing research firm panel. Participants completed an online questionnaire incorporating measures for attitudes and intentions to resale, reform, and donate fashion products, prosocialness, frequency of purchasing fashion products, monthly amount of spending on fashion products, and demographic information. Data from 224 participants were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS macro. The results demonstrated that consumers had significantly different attitudes and intentions depending on type of fashion product recycling. Consumers had more positive attitudes toward donation compared to resale and reform types of recycling. Consumer intentions toward resale and donation were significantly higher than their intention to reform. Furthermore, this study confirmed that the attitude-intention gap in fashion product recycling can be explained by individual prosocialness. The moderating effects of prosocialness on the associations between attitude and intention to recycle were significant. The implications of increasing consumers' behavior intention to recycle fashion products was discussed and future research suggestions are provided.

인체조직기증에 대한 교육이 간호대학생의 지식, 태도, 죽음에 대한 인식에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Education on Human tissue donation on Nursing students' Knowledge, Attitude and Perception of death)

  • 본 연구는 인체조직기증에 대한 인식의 변화를 위해 간호대학생들을 대상으로 인체조직기증 교육프로그램의 효과를 검정하기 위한 실험설계, 동등성 대조군 전·후 설계이다. 연구대상자는 U시에 위치한 간호학전공 대학생 75명으로 실험군 38명, 대조군 37명으로 무작위로 배정하였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 평균 연령 22.39±0.75세, 여성이 84.2%였으며 두 군간 일반적 특성과 사전자료 모두 차이가 없었다. 결과변수인 지식(F=-8.921, p<.001), 태도(F=-5.414, p<.001), 죽음에 대한 인식(F=-3.075, p=.004)에서 유의한 차이를 보여 인체조직기증 활성화를 위해 개발된 간호대학생 교육 중재가 인체조직기증에 대한 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. 한편, 의료인뿐 아니라 타분야의 전문가를 양성하는 교육기관에 적용할 프로그램도 개발되어야만 인체조직기증 문화의 정착과 안정이 확고해 질 것이다. 또한 보건의료 캠페인 및 공공 교육기관에서의 교육도 함께 이루어져야 한다고 제언하는 바이다.

NGO 단체의 온라인 활동과 기부 앱에 관한 연구 (Study of Online activities of NGOs and Donation Application)

  • 본 연구는 기부문화에 대한 일반 대중들의 인식의 변화를 위해 누구나 손쉽게 다가갈 수 있는 게임을 제안하며, 이를 모바일 앱으로 구현하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 앱은 NGO 단체들의 대표적인 온라인 활동 중의 하나가 될 수 있으며, 노래 게임를 이용하기 때문에 기부에 대한 부담보다는 재미를 느낄 수 있는 게임 앱이다. 본 연구를 통해 다양한 게임 형태의 기부 앱이 많이 활성화되며, NGO단체나 기업, 그리고 SNS를 통해 대중적인 기부문화 정착에 이바지 할 것으로 기대된다.

기부네트워크 구축 거점으로서 어린이박물관의 잠재성 분석 연구 - 시카고 어린이박물관 사례를 중심으로 - (Potential of Children's Museum as a Base for Donation Network - Focused on Chicago Children's Museum -)

  • The purpose of this study is to seek a planning approach for children's museum within Korean context that promotes community participation. A literature review method and a field survey method were used. Literature reviews on community participation paradigm, residents' participation and donation networks in community regeneration processes, and finally on case studies on children's museum in Korea were carried out. Through the field survey on Chicago Children's Museum(CCM) located in downtown Chicago, its role was identified as networking systems of community participation and donation and was verified as a socio-physical base for vitalizing donation culture that is an active and a leading community participation method. As a result, CCM has engaged many partnerships with city organizations and local schools to provide diverse and unique programs that are not only targeted to children but also parents, teachers and visitors. Also, an evolution of CCM through various types of donations and community participation was delineated. CCM was found successfully in restoring community spirit and vitalizing economical growth where it once was a decayed city area. Rather than focusing on descriptive technique of typical children's museum, this study explored how community fabric is made and acted out, through rethinking community participation's value, and how it can influence a physical space. CCM, as a good example of community participatory museum, the results can be used as a reference in planning and directing community participation based children's museums in Korea. It is significant to shed light on children's museum as an opportunity of social space which can empower community.
