해운업의 성장과 더불어 국내 선박관리업의 시장도 급격히 확대되어 이제 과거의 인력송출이라는 단순한 업무에서 벗어나 선주재산의 관리라는 측면에서 기업다운 기업으로 성장하도록 새롭게 조명해야 할 단계에 이르게 되었고, 그 대상도 국내를 벗어나 국제시장을 대상으로 글로벌화하지 않으면 안 되는 단계가 되었다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라의 선박관리업의 성장에 지대한 영향을 미친 일본이 선박관리업에서 국제적 수준의 독립선박관리회사를 보유할 수 없었던 이유를 분석해 보고, 일본에 있어서 선박관리업의 쇠퇴과정을 모델링하며, 이러한 일본의 쇠퇴모델을 따르지 않고 발전하기 위한 한국의 발전모델을 제시하고, 제시된 발전모델로 전환하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.

Recently, third-party logistics and second-party logistics are well known as a form of logistics service. However, there are several opinions about the effectiveness of second-party logistics and third-party logistics. In this study, the efficiency of second-party logistics companies and third-party logistics companies, which are the main providers of logistics services, was compared and the sales impact on the logistics market was measured. Efficiency was measured using DEA's CCR and BCC models. Debt and equity were used as input variables, and sales, operating profit, and net income were used as output variables. As a result of measuring the efficiency of logistics companies, the efficiency of third-party logistics companies was higher than that of second-party logistics companies in 2019 and 2020, and it had a positive effect on the rate of change in sales.

Data logger is generally needed for gathering field information automatically(or manually), using various sensors. However it, currently used in the county, is produced and developed by overseas. It is difficult to upgrade related program due to developed system and limited user in terms of environment it is used. On the other hand, several companies developed and sold unique data logger based their technique expertise in the country. But enhancement and practical use of related technology has much difficulties because feasibility, marketability and demand for technique are uncertain. In this study, it is the main purpose to offer basic information to select equipment suitable for field characteristic through analysis and comparison with features about method of information collection, operating program and process technique data logger which is used primarily in geotechnical engineering in both domestic and international.

In modern society, it is necessary to develop sustainable housing to protect environment. There should be a study on long life housing that satisfies living condition which residents require. Long life housing research is already activating in many developed countries. Although activation of long life housing is urgent, domestically, immaturity of technology development and law and system are barrier to progression of long life housing. Increase of early construction expenses is also problematic in activation of long life housing. The purpose of this research is to clarify a necessity of long life housing, to provide high quality of sustainable residence and to protect environment. This research also suggests a need of change from previous housing to long life housing. Moreover, it will look at related law and system of domestic long life housing and compare it to international law and system. From this comparison, it will point out a need of improvement and suggest appropriate long life housing system.

The lining segment which is the main structure of the shield tunnel consists of joints, not continua. Past international and domestic design data have been commonly used for design practices without specific verification about the structural analysis model, design load, and affection of the soil constant of the lining segment. In this study, the propriety is estimated through the comparison between analytical solution and numerical solution for segment analysis and design models of the shield tunnel which is being used internationally and domestically. As a result, the full. circumferential beam jointed spring model (1R-S0) is suggested by considering aspects of convenient use, application to field condition, and accuracy of analysis result. With suggested model, the parameter analysis was conducted for joint stiffness, ground rigidity, joint distribution, and joint number.

잠수 시스템의 표준 및 안전 기준에는 잠수 장비, 잠수 자격, 잠수 의학, 잠수 절차의 4개 분야가 포함되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 잠수 시스템의 국제 규격, 국외 정부 기준, 검사단체의 규칙, 해외 잠수조직의 관련 규정을 고찰하여 국내 기준의 필요성을 제안하였다. 또한 해외 잠수기관들의 현황을 고찰하여 국제 협력방안 등 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

The trend of international concerns on environmental conservation and domestic demand of ambient air quality improvement, specially on sulfur dioxide level has resulted in the establishment of mid-term strategy of environmental improvement and stepwise strengthening of emission regulations in this decade in Korea. Development of flue gas desulfurization(FGD) process is becoming an essential task to be accomplished especially for the power plants and large industrial facilities. This study is an initial stage researc focusing on the mass transfer principles in wet type FGD process and the effects of operating variables of a jet bubbling scrubber utilizing limestone slurry on sulfur dioxide removal efficiency. Experimental results showed this type of scrubbing system has some advantages in terms of mass transfer mechanism and removal efficiency. More rigorous research is needed for the reaction system and the comparison with existing FGD processess for the possible development of a process which is compatative in view of installation cost and treatment of by-products.

This paper presents an econometric model for measuring basic research capacity index(BRCI) of each OECD countries and analyses the gap in terms of time lag measured and forecasted in connection with factor analysis and BRCI progress function. Based on the analysis, gross domestic expenditure on R&D(GERD), total R&D personnel, higher education expenditure on R&D(HERD) and number of science and technical papers based on SCI are more effective than other factors to BRCI. Also, BRCI progress function shows that 29 years is needed for Korea to catch up the level of German's BRCI of year 1998. But, it's impossible for Korea to catch up US and Japan. Therefore, with restricted scientific resources, Korea's own strategy for strengthening basic research capacity is going to be more important in 21st century.

Recently due to the crisis of environment and resources, construction industry that effect a lot on nature than any other industries is essentially required to consider environmental element through the life cycle. Lots of advanced countries and Korea have already been running green building certification systems. However, GBCC(Green Building Certification Criteria) in Korea is lack of assessment criteria that apply environmental characteristics of tall building in compared with that in advanced countries. To improve the problem, we compared GBCC with LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) through the case study. This study provides preliminary data for reflecting environmental characteristics of tall building in GBCC.
