국내에서 일어난 해양사고 발생 현황을 보면 평균적으로 약 8.5% 정도 사고 발생건수가 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있으며, 부선, 예인선, 유·도선 및 부유식해상구조물에서도 동일한 경향을 나타내고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 부유식해상구조물을 종류에 따라 분류하고, 선박안전법, 어선법, 낚시 관리 및 육성법 등 관련 국내법을 참고하여 부유식 구조물의 종류에 따른 기준체계와 적용 범위를 검토하고자 하였다. 아울러 해상 환경을 고려하여 국내 규정을 적용함에 있어 구조적으로 취약한 부분과 안전상의 사각지대에 놓인 위험 요소를 조기 발굴하고, 발굴된 위험 요소에 대해서 효과적인 개선 방안을 도출하고자 하였다.

Rapid development of information and communication technology is leading the digital transformation (hereinafter, DT) of various industries. At this point in rapid online transition, fashion manufacturers operating offline-oriented businesses have become highly interested in DT and artificial intelligence (hereinafter AI), which leads DT. The purpose of this study is to examine the development status and application case of AI-based digital technology developed for the fashion industry, and to examine the DT stage and AI application status of domestic fashion manufacturers. Hence, in-depth interviews were conducted with five domestic IT companies developing AI technology for the fashion industry and six domestic fashion manufacturers applying AI technology. After analyzing interviews, study results were as follows: The seven major AI technologies leading the DT of the fashion industry were fashion image recognition, trend analysis, prediction & visualization, automated fashion design generation, demand forecast & optimizing inventory, optimizing logistics, curation, and ad-tech. It was found that domestic fashion manufacturers were striving for innovative changes through DT although the DT stage varied from company to company. This study is of academic significance as it organized technologies specialized in fashion business by analyzing AI-based digitization element technologies that lead DT in the fashion industry. It is also expected to serve as basic study when DT and AI technology development are applied to the fashion field so that traditional domestic fashion manufacturers showing low growth can rise again.

WECPNL(Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level) which designated currently in Domestic 'The Stanrd Method of Measuring Noise and Vibration' is composed of different factor with WECPNL that published in ICAO. Domestic WECPNL is concerned in application of $L_{MAX}$ measurement. On the other hand, ICAO's WECPNL is based on EPNL that includes factors of the pure tone correction and the duration time. NNI and NEF also are each based on PNL and EPNL. Because a military aircraft noise, especially, has the pure tone of high frequency and the irregular duration, it seems to be undesirable to estimate aircraft noise for using Domestic WECPNL. Therefore, this study was performed to detect a flaw of Korean WECPNL, through comparison of the trend of each other aircraft noise index by using equivalent rawdata.

This study attempts to investigate the effects of different types of debts on economic growth in Bangladesh using time series data spanning from 2000 to 2015. In this study, the RDL model has been applied to determine the long run relationship among the selected variables. The result of the ARDL model shows that there exists a long term relationship between economic growth and the debt variables. It was evident from the findings that there exists bidirectional causality between public sector external debt and economic growth. Causality between private external debt and economic growth has been found to be insignificant. However, causality between domestic debt and economic growth showed a unidirectional causality from domestic debt to economic growth and not vice versa. Causality tests suggest that impact of domestic debt on economic growth is more effective compared to external debts.

The distributions of fluorescent whitening agents (FWA) in the water of the Yasu River and their tributaries flowing into Lake Biwa (Japan) were surveyed on winter and summer. The FWA fluxes had linear correlation with the corrected resident population in catchments of the tributaries of Yasu River. Therefore, the FWAs in the rivers come from domestic wastewater, and those fluxes in the tributaries depended on the human population of their catchments. As an application of the FWA indicating domestic wastewater, we could assess seasonal changes in the sources of dissolved organic matter in the tributaries.

Transgenesis is a very powerful tool not only to help understanding the basics of life science but also to improve the efficiency of animal production. Since the first transgenic mouse was born in 1980, rapid development and wide application of this technique have been made in laboratory animals as well as in domestic animals. Although pronuclear injection is the most widely used method and nuclear transfer using somatic cells broadens the choice of making transgenic domestic animals, the demand for precise manipulation of the genome leads to the utilization of gene targeting. To make this technique possible, a pluripotent embryonic cell line such as embryonic stem (ES) cell is required to carry genetic mutation to further generations. However, ES cell, well established in mice, is not available in domestic animals even though many attempt to establish the cell line. An alternate source of pluripotent cells is embryonic germ (EG) cells derived from primordial germ cells (PGCs). To make gene targeting feasible in this cell line, a better culture system would help to minimize the unnecessary loss of cells in vitro. In this review, general methods to produce transgenic domestic animals will be mentioned. Also, it will focus on germ cell engineering and methods to improve the establishment of pluripotent embryonic cell lines in domestic animals.

In this study, the whole deformation conditions of domestic old tunnels and reinforcement methods for deformation tunnels were investigated and analysed, and the present conditions, occurrence cause and reinforcement methods of cavity behind the tunnel lining were investigated and analysed comprehensively. The deformation causes of domestic old tunnels could be classified in three kinds : change of earth pressure operating tunnel ground, material problem of concrete lining, mistake of design and construction. As a result of analysis, the tunnel deformation was occurred by not specific cause but various cause As a result of investigation for 455 domestic tunnel data, more than 70% of the tunnel deformation was related to leakage and the other deformation cause also accompanied leakage mostly. An applied reinforcement method was related to leakage and flood prevention measures, but application of reinforcement method for boundary area between tunnel and ground and tunnel periphery which influence on the tunnel stability was still defective. The cavity of domestic old tunnel occupied about 16% of the total tunnel length and about 68% of cavity was located in the crown of tunnel, and besides, the occurrence cause of cavity was analysed to design, construction and management cause. The filling method for cavity using filling material was comprehensively appling to cavity behind tunnel lining.

Recently, it has been argued that it is necessary to attract foreign patients outside domestic insurers and to allow foreign doctors to treat in domestic hospitals in order to develop the insurance industry and revitalize the medical industry. Currently, large medical institutions in Korea are attracting foreign patients in connection with foreign insurance companies. It is desirable to increase the number of overseas patients who want excellent medical services in Korea, and to provide opportunities for domestic insurance companies to attract overseas patients by expanding job creation through a revitalization of the medical industry. Therefore, this study suggests the development direction for insurers who aim to attract foreign patients through the side effects of attracting foreign patients in accordance with the Financial Services Commission's plan to strengthen the competitiveness of the financial industry. In addition, this study intends to contribute to the strengthening of the competitiveness of attracting foreign patients, through domestic insurance business, to the insurance direct payment market for overseas patients using domestic medical institutions that are concentrated in foreign insurance companies and in the blind spot of domestic law application.

Domestic aviation law stipulates methods and matters for safe and efficient navigation in accordance with the International Civil Aviation Convention. Following the International Civil Aviation Convention is very important for aviation safety because it not only presents domestic standards but also ensures that the safety standards presented by ICAO are implemented. If the above criteria are not met, it is a very important regulation as well as domestic legal effect as other member countries can be directly or indirectly affected by intensive monitoring by ICAO even without direct legal sanctions. Domestic aviation safety management conducts safety management evaluation according to USOAP and is considered to have the highest implementation rate among countries that have received USOAP so far. In this paper, we would like to ways to improve by comparing and analyzing how domestic aircraft reflect the contents of Annex 1 based on ICAO Annex 1: Personnel Licensing among the annexes of the ICAO.

Electronic watt hour meters(WHM) for high pressure running in domestic were installed to the digital type meter and ones for low pressure are expected to complete within several years. Domestic power metering technology is being beyond a simple framework with an electronic type and is rapidly evolving to intelligent smart metering systems in conjunction with promotion of a national smart grid project. Major policy outlook of the world's major power company regarding Intelligent metering is the application of the fare structure diversification and is the improvement of level of service to customers. In addition, electric power companies should focus on the cost reduction and the improvement of management efficiency through an efficient operation of distribution facility. In this paper, we are about to make an observation of the additional services technology development trend of the overseas smart meter and to have a view of value-added services(VAS) system of smart meter suitable for the domestic environment based on the technology development of VAS utilizing electronic watt hour meter performed by recent research projects.
