Purpose : The purpose of this study is to propose that domestic rail must the work to be done in the RCM system and railway operators are to present a direction to establish the efficient and systematic system based on this. Methods : In recent years, domestic railway accidents has decreased year rapidly every year. In particular, suicidal ideation was greater than 50% of the accidents is showing a larger decrease in the influence of the screen-door construction. However, the train delay has been maintained without major changes since 2010. The most important cause of the delay operation is a vehicle breakdown. This fact demonstrates that effective maintenance of the most important activities in the railway accident prevention activities. So we have to build a RCM system in which the characteristics of the domestic railway accident. Conclusion : We proposed what is necessary functionality and the function requires a railway operators in RCM railway systeml.

국내 보안관제센터들의 현황을 검토하였으며, 보안관제 체계의 특징인 패턴기반 보안관제체계와 중앙집중형 보안관제 체계에 대한 분석과 장단점을 분석하였다. 또한 국내 보안관제 체계 발전방안에서는 기존 패턴 기반의 중앙집중형 관제 체계가 가지고 있는 문제점을 개선하기 위해 이상행위 탐지기반의 허니넷과 다크넷을 분석하여 이를 적용한 발전 방안을 기술하였다.

This paper provides how to establish an integrated plan for LE (life extension) and MD (modernization) of aged hydropower plants. The methodology is developed through review of overseas/domestic LE/MD histories, investigation of the previous overseas methodologies and consideration of domestic practices. The methodology includes reviews of the various factors such as condition, operation and maintenance history, up-to-date technology, and economic benefit. In order to establish the life extension/modernization plan, the methodology is applied to the domestic aged hydropower plants. Finally, priority rankings and draft practice plans for LE/MD are derived.

Recently, the use of domestic products securing domestic technology is encouraged, because of export restrictions of the countries or DMSMS(diminishing manufacturing sources and shortages). Domestic weapon systems are actively focused on the parts localization process of R&D projects based on Systems Engineering. However, it is the only way to do technical review for Systems Engineering process up to now. There is a case of application in Localization with Systems Engineering process, but the SE activity is not enough. This study is how to apply Systems Engineering process to Localization effectively based on real cases.

This on-board signaling system has been designed with a priority on safety. The system has been devised for both safety, and also the efficiency of train operation. The Importance of signaling system is gradually being recognized with the continuous rise of operating speed and transporting density. Until now, the adaptation of signaling system was totally dependent on foreign signaling companies, as it was difficult to be accessed by domestic technology. But, successful commercial operation of the ATC/ATO system, which is adopted in the development of Kwangju Line No.1, heralds the use of domestic technology, which will be the basis of all future domestic signaling systems.

The CALS/EC is the world-wide accepted concept and its application domain is being expanded continuously throughout the private and public sectors. One of the essential points for realization of CALS/EC is to promote the domestic system integration(SI) industry. This paper describes the present status of the domestic SI companies and the clues to solve their facing problems. In order to evaluate the status of the current SI technology, the MBNQA(Malcom Baldridge National Quality Award) is adopted. The surveyed results show that the average levels of 14 SI companies over 7 evaluation criteria turn out to be 30% through 40% point. The major projects' activities of the SI companies on the information systems over the areas of trade, science and technology, industrial manpower, health and welfare, national security, etc are explained. Also, the competitive power of the SI companies is also discussed. As a target sample, the Korea Telecom(KT) CALS model project is described in terms of its Progresses and Problems. Furthermore, the strategic plans and detailed research items are proposed to resolve on-going issues.

The service running of driverless rail vehicle has been required by various social and commercial issue. Currently, the new domestic line between Bu-san and Gim-hae is plan to be provided the LRV(Light Rail Vehicle) with driverless operation firstly in domestic service. These driverless vehicle have some major properties to make it lower the operating and maintenance cost, however on the other side, it unavoidably raise some potential hazard to make it lower the passenger safety because it is hard to take care immediately in emergency state during vehicle running. Therefore it is highly requested that we should consider various conditions at design stage to manufacture and operate the safest vehicle. Therefore, in this paper, we will survey the design concept of vehicle interior facilities based on the previous experience, (1) The difference of interior facilities between normal and driverless vehicle, (2) design and operational concept of passenger side door function to find out best application for domestic line driverless vehicle.

본 논문은 국내 돔경기장에 적용 가능한 친환경 기술체계 및 설계기법을 제안하기 위한 기초자료를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따라서 국내외 돔경기장에 도입된 친환경 요소의 사례를 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내외 친환경건축물 인증제도의 인증세부항목 중 이미 건축된 돔경기장에 도입된 친환경 요소를 도출하고 이를 에너지, 실내환경, 재료 및 자원의 3부문으로 분류하였다. 또한 돔경기장이 위치한 기후특성별, 돔경기장의 규모별 친환경 기법 도입 특징을 분석하였다.

The modular construction method have improved quality, reduction of defects, such as the reduction of air, a number of advantages. It is utilized composite, larger, in skyscraper building already abroad. The domestic, various studies have been conducted on technical matters taller, automation of production, such as process control, but is still inadequate circumstances. Therefore, in this study, is the purpose that you have presented activation measures to investigate and analyze the case of co-housing with a modular construction system of outside, and to make the co-housing of modular construction system of domestic.

Nowadays there are lots of changes in the domestic railroad industries because of the reorganization in the industries, operation of KTX and expansion of city train in local areas. To cope with these changes effectively, domestic & abroad safety guideline and regulation were investigated and reviewed by railroad safety technical development project. Based on this project, domestic rolling stock safety regulation was established in the July and December on 2005. It's been a 3 years after 2005 and to confirm whether there are some problems to applicate the regulation in the field like korail, the necessity of reviewing the regulation gains force. In this study, to improve the field application in rolling stock safety regulation, we investigated the results of integrated railroad audit system and internal safety regulation system in a train operator and also collected the opinions from train manufacturer. Then through the result of investigation and collection of the opinions, we proposed the amendment to the rolling stock safety regulation.
