As a result of trying the various manufacturing methods considering the reality of manpower and equipments with this manual, the following standardized procedures and contents can be suggested. (1) Since tools presenting Rock-Drill data must formalize the order of explanation although explainers are different, it will be valid that it is configured by existing power point method rather than by web document type. Composition of contents are selected on the basis of defence card and survey and then 8 items including initial screen, peripheral conditions, mobilization route, general conditions, use and structure by floor, department of vehicle consideration in activities and end screen are included. (2) Making methods and cautions of data included and used in power point are as follows ; - It was most effective that objects of fire fighting and location of neighboring fire fighting water were expressed by electronic map and drawing of inner building was made by scanning it after paining general architecture drawing(plan by each floor) rather than using drawing tools of EXCEL program or CAD drawing. And it was helpful to simplify contents of architecture drawing to wall, stairs and gate in understanding them. - Photographing of video data should be taken to show available fire fighting facilities in fire, use of planned space and the whole inner structure of each floor from the inside of fire fighting buildings and to display play time between 10 sec. and 1 min, for obstacles to distance from adjacent buildings or passage of special vehicles and fire fighting water from the outside of the building. - File format of video data taken in this way is most suitable to use wmv(window media video) or asf(advanced streaming format) type in consideration of time required for export, screen quality, file capacity and play type in Rock-Drill through network. - Still screen(photo) is more effective to express the department of fire fighting vehicles or other equipments than using video. (3) In configuration work of power point, hyper link was used most and configured to see any part at any situation like web document and then uniformity of presentation order of power point was complemented. (4) In case of sales facilities with the area of $35.557m^2$, the time of 22 hours and 30 minutes for five days was taken with five persons. Therefore, when eight-hour works a day were calculated, the whole process of video work for Rock-Drill can be finished with three day works.
This study was carried out to propose low types of green speed expectation models for fast putting green management by changing mowing height($4.0{\sim}2.5$ mm) and timing of rolling, dew removal and dew removal+rolling. Ball roll distance data were taken from the creeping bentgrass(Agrostis palustris Huds. 'Penncross') practice green of east course at the Lakeside C.C. in October 18, 2001 and May 25, 2002. Data were subjected to multi-regression analysis using Statistical Package for the Social Science. Among four types of green speed expectation models, the best multiple-regression equation for fast green management was as follows; $Y_4=4.171-0.225{\cdot}X_1-0.038{\cdot}X_2$ (where, $Y_4$ : green speed(m) after single dew removal+single rolling, $X_1$ : mowing height($4.0{\sim}2.5,\;X_2$ : passage of time ($0{\sim}8$ h.)). The equation[single dew removal by using sponge roller $\rightarrow$ single mowing at 3.0 mm height or less $\rightarrow$ single rolling] explained to provide fast green over 3.2 m (Stimpmeter readings required for USGA championship play) until the end of first round. The ATM-PON has an important meaning at next generation access network because the equipment transmits various types of user traffic with a single platform through the passive optical splitter. Ranging is a technology to place all ONUs at the same virtual distance in order to provide the synchronization for the upstream signal in the ATM-PON based on the Time Division Multiplexing (TDM). In this paper, we review the merits of ATM PON and related protocol for the PON operation. We summarize and analyze the steps about the ranging protocol based on ITU-T G.983.1 and implement a simulator that can simulate the ranging procedure based on our modeling. In this paper, we can investigate time requirements of G.983.1 by using the simulator and find out the wasted rate of the bandwidth during the ranging procedure in order to know the influence for ONUs while ATM-PON is in-service. Also, we show that a new ranging scheme reducing window size can avoid the degradation of quality of service of ONUs in service with simulation.
In general, auto parts production assembly line is assembled and produced by automatic mounting by an automated robot. In such a production site, quality problems such as misalignment of parts (doors, trunks, roofs, etc.) to be assembled with the vehicle body or collision between assembly robots and components are often caused. In order to solve such a problem, the quality of parts is manually inspected by using mechanical jig devices outside the automated production line. Automotive inspection technology is the most commonly used field of vision, which includes surface inspection such as mounting hole spacing and defect detection, body panel dents and bends. It is used for guiding, providing location information to the robot controller to adjust the robot's path to improve process productivity and manufacturing flexibility. The most difficult weighing and measuring technology is to calibrate the surface analysis and position and characteristics between parts by storing images of the part to be measured that enters the camera's field of view mounted on the side or top of the part. The problem of the machine vision device applied to the automobile production line is that the lighting conditions inside the factory are severely changed due to various weather changes such as morning-evening, rainy days and sunny days through the exterior window of the assembly production plant. In addition, since the material of the vehicle body parts is a steel sheet, the reflection of light is very severe, which causes a problem in that the quality of the captured image is greatly changed even with a small light change. In this study, the distance between the car body and the door part and the door are acquired by the measuring device combining the laser slit light source and the LED pattern light source. The result is transferred to the joint robot for assembling parts at the optimum position between parts, and the assembly is done at the optimal position by changing the angle and step.

Road facilities for safe driving were designed for drivers to distinguish them during day and night, but they cannot play their role when the weather becomes worse. Recently, the road facilities have been designed by using electric and electronic technology so that they can be displayed well at a long distance, but they should be replaced very often due to their frequent breakdown. So, there are many problems in traffic calming and maintenance. In this study, to solve the above problems, semi-permanent LED beacon light was installed in the area where traffic accident are frequent, and monitoring system was developed so that the LED beacon light can be maintenanced by connecting with system. For the above installation and development, system was based on window operating system and it was developed for worker to operate it by using P.C. through connecting with wireless local area network. The result of this study led to analyzing state information on the battery of field-installed LED beacon light in real time, and manegement to effectively by predicting their life cycle.
Even though the protective facility is well made with the development of medicine, the spatial dose within the radiation section could increase the exposure of the workers. The spatial dose is always present in distribution room within the Department of Nuclear Medicine, so the spatial dose of the interior distribution room is measured and analyzed for the prediction of the exposure dose. The spatial dose rate was $6.78{\pm}0.083{\mu}Sv/h$ in the $^{18}F$ distribution room of department of Nuclear Medicine, $9.248{\pm}0.013{\mu}Sv/h$ in $^{99m}Tc$, and $^{131}I$ distribution room. In addition, in case of $^{18}F$ distribution room, the yearly external exposure dose was $42.5{\mu}Sv$ when the nurse does IV in 1m in distance. It also showed that the spatial dose rate on the direction of right oblique showed higher than others by the standard of distribution window of distribution room. Therefore, the staying time of the workers should be short during distributing radiopharmaceuticals in the distribution room and the design of the distribution protection is necessary to reduce the exposure in the direction of right oblique of the protection. The utmost endeavors are required to reduce the worker's individual exposure dose while doing IV.

When using a distributed system, it is very important to know the intention of a target ship in order to prevent collisions. The action taken by a certain ship for collision avoidance and the action of the target ship it intends to avoid influence each other. However, it is difficult to establish a collision avoidance plan in consideration of multiple-ship situations for this reason. To solve this problem, a Distributed Stochastic Search Algorithm (DSSA) has been proposed. A DSSA searches for a course that can most reduce cost through repeated information exchange with target ships, and then indicates whether the current course should be maintained or a new course should be chosen according to probability and constraints. However, it has not been proven how the parameters used in DSSA affect collision avoidance actions. Therefore, in this paper, I have investigated the effect of the parameters and weight factors of DSSA. Experiments were conducted by combining parameters (time window, safe domain, detection range) and weight factors for encounters of two ships in head-on, crossing, and overtaking situations. A total of 24,000 experiments were conducted: 8,000 iterations for each situation. As a result, no collision occurred in any experiment conducted using DSSA. Costs have been shown to increase if a ship gives a large weight to its destination, i.e., takes selfish behavior. The more lasting the expected position of the target ship, the smaller the sailing distance and the number of message exchanges. The larger the detection range, the safer the interaction.
Due to the development of communication technology and expansion of Intelligent Transport System (ITS), the car is changing from a simple mechanical device to second living space which has comprehensive convenience function and is evolved into the platform which is playing as an interface for this role. As the interface area to provide various information to the passenger is being expanded, the research importance about smart car based user experience is rising. This study has a research objective to propose the guidelines regarding the smart car user experience elements. In order to conduct this study, smart car user experience elements were defined as function, interaction, and surface and through the discussions of UX/UI experts, 8 representative techniques, 14 representative techniques, and 8 locations of the glass windows were specified for each element. Following, the smart car users' priorities of the experience elements, which were defined through targeting 100 drivers, were analyzed in the form of questionnaire survey. The analysis showed that the users' priorities in applying the main techniques were in the order of safety, distance, and sensibility. The priorities of the production method were in the order of voice recognition, touch, gesture, physical button, and eye tracking. Furthermore, regarding the glass window locations, users prioritized the front of the driver's seat to the back. According to the demographic analysis on gender, there were no significant differences except for two functions. Therefore this showed that the guidelines of male and female can be commonly applied. Through user requirement analysis about individual elements, this study provides the guides about the requirement in each element to be applied to commercialized product with priority.

Understanding accurate traffic performance is crucial for ensuring efficient highway operation and providing a sustainable mobility environment. On the other hand, an immediate and precise estimation of highway traffic performance faces challenges because of infrastructure and technological constraints, data processing complexities, and limitations in using integrated big data. This paper introduces a framework for estimating traffic performance by analyzing real-time data sourced from toll collection systems and dedicated short-range communications used on highways. In particular, this study addresses the data errors arising from segmented information in data, influencing the individual travel trajectories of vehicles and establishing a more reliable Origin-Destination (OD) framework. The study revealed the necessity of trip linkage for accurate estimations when consecutive segments of individual vehicle travel within the OD occur within a 20-minute window. By linking these trip ODs, the daily average highway traffic performance for South Korea was estimated to be248,624 thousand vehicle kilometers per day. This value shows an increase of approximately 458 thousand vehicle kilometers per day compared to the 248,166 thousand vehicle kilometers per day reported in the highway operations manual. This outcome highlights the potential for supplementing previously omitted traffic performance data through the methodology proposed in this study.
Two suspicious events, which were claimed as underground nuclear tests by North Korea, were detected in the northern Korean Peninsula on October 9, 2006 and May 25, 2009. The KIGAM and Korea-China Joint seismic stations are distributed uniformly along the boundaries between North Korea and adjacent countries. In this study, the data from broadband stations with the distance of 200 to 550 km from the test site are used to analyze and compare two nuclear tests of North Korea. By comparing the time differences of the Pn-wave arrival times of 1st and 2nd tests at multiple stations, the relative locations of two test sites could be calculated precisely. From the geometrical calculation with the velocity of Pn wave $V_{Pn}$ = 8 km/s, the 2nd test site is estimated to move in the WNW direction from 1st one with the distance of 2 km. Body wave magnitude, mb of the 2nd test, which was announced officially as the network average of 4.5, varies widely with the directional location of stations from 4.1 to 5.2. The magnitude obtained from Lg wave, $m_b$(Lg), shows less variation between 4.3 to 4.7 with the average of 4.6. The moving-window spectra of time traces of 1st and 2nd tests show very similar pattern with different scale level. In addition, the corner frequencies of P wave of 1st and 2nd tests at each station show no or negligible difference. This indicates the burial depths of two tests might be very similar. The relative yield amount of the 2nd test is estimated 8 times larger than that of the 1st from the weighted average of ground-velocity amplitude ratios.
