Most of logistics system has difficulties in transportation logistics tracking due to problems in real world such as discordance between logistics information and logistics flow. For the solution to these problems, through case study about corporation, suppliers that transport order items in shopping mall, we retain traceability of order items through accordance between logistics and information flow and derive transportation logistics tracking model. Through literature review, we selected permissioned public block chain model as reference model which is suitable for transportation logistics tracking model. We compared, analyzed and evaluated using centralized model and block chain as application model for transportation logistics tracking model. In this paper we proposed transportation logistics tracking model which integrated with logistics system in real world. It can be utilized for tracking and detection model and also as a tool for marketing.
Objective: To evaluate the clinical impact of using registration software for ablative margin assessment on pre-radiofrequency ablation (RFA) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and post-RFA computed tomography (CT) compared with the conventional side-by-side MR-CT visual comparison. Materials and Methods: In this Institutional Review Board-approved prospective study, 68 patients with 88 hepatocellulcar carcinomas (HCCs) who had undergone pre-RFA MRI were enrolled. Informed consent was obtained from all patients. Pre-RFA MRI and post-RFA CT images were analyzed to evaluate the presence of a sufficient safety margin (${\geq}3mm$) in two separate sessions using either side-by-side visual comparison or non-rigid registration software. Patients with an insufficient ablative margin on either one or both methods underwent additional treatment depending on the technical feasibility and patient's condition. Then, ablative margins were re-assessed using both methods. Local tumor progression (LTP) rates were compared between the sufficient and insufficient margin groups in each method. Results: The two methods showed 14.8% (13/88) discordance in estimating sufficient ablative margins. On registration software-assisted inspection, patients with insufficient ablative margins showed a significantly higher 5-year LTP rate than those with sufficient ablative margins (66.7% vs. 27.0%, p = 0.004). However, classification by visual inspection alone did not reveal a significant difference in 5-year LTP between the two groups (28.6% vs. 30.5%, p = 0.79). Conclusion: Registration software provided better ablative margin assessment than did visual inspection in patients with HCCs who had undergone pre-RFA MRI and post-RFA CT for prediction of LTP after RFA and may provide more precise risk stratification of those who are treated with RFA.

For each character constituting learning data, different fonts are added in pixel unit to create MASK, and then pixel values belonging to the MASK are divided into three groups. The experimental data are modified into skeletal forms, and then regional boundary operation is used to create a boundary that distinguishes the background region adjacent to the skeleton of the character from the background of the modified experimental data. Discordance values between the modified experimental data and the MASKs are calculated, and then the MASK with the minimum value is found. This MASK is selected as a finally recognized result for the given experiment data. The recognition algorithm using skeleton of the character and the regional boundary operation can easily extend the learning data set by adding new fonts to the given learning data, and also it is simple to implement, and high character recognition rate can be obtained.

Not to recreate the final prosthesis is the shortest way to get a successful outcome. In the case of an aesthetic prosthesis, it is important not only the condition of the oral cavity but also the whole harmony in the face such as the interpupillary line and the smile line. But the dental technician creates the prosthesis only based on the oral model. So if you want to prevent the failure of the prosthesis due to discordance with the face, it is a good idea to use patient's facial photography and provisional restorations to reproduce facial features, shapes and aesthetics before switching to a final prosthesis. To prevent the failure of the final prosthesis, it is important to communicate among the patient, the technician and the doctor according to the model diagnosis, facial and oral photos. Then all the technicians will get satisfactory results. In addition, the technician have to understand the form of natural teeth, to analyze and reproduce colors, and to understand materials in order to produce a successful aesthetic prosthesis. From now on, I will explain two parts. At first, the communication in the dental office for the successful production of aesthetic prosthesis through the clinical case. And the second, my opinion for the successful aesthetic prosthesis.
Phylogenetic reconstruction based on one locus or a few loci can be misleading due to gene-tree/species-tree discordance. Species delimitation and intraspecific studies also often suffered from low resolution because of insufficient statistic power when few loci were used. Exon capture method is one of the most efficient way to collect genome-scale data, which can significantly augment studies that aimed to investigate patterns and histories of organisms at both intraspecific and high level. Here, I showed the advancement of shifting from single-gene method to genomic approach and the benefit of applying exon capture method comparing to alternative genomic techniques. Then, I explained the principle of exon capture method as well as providing detailed recommendations for applying this method. Finally, I demonstrated exon capture method using two applications and discussed future perspectives of this technology.

In this paper, we analyze 5G network slicing and propose an efficient network slice configuration method in 5G mobile networks. Network slicing can be identified and performed based on the network slice instance information in 5G mobile networks. In case of discordance between the UE's network slice instance information and the network's one, the unnecessary signalling overhead occurs, when the UE's PDU Session Establishment request to the network fails. To solve this problem, this paper proposes two efficient network slice configuration methods, the UE-based ENSC(Efficient Network Slice Configuration) method and the Network-based ENSC method. The proposed schemes perform the prompt the configuration and provision of the updated network slice instance information between the UE and network and improve battery and resource efficiency and minimize unnecessary signalling overhead compared to existing methods in 5G mobile networks.

Even though demand to charge EV(electric vehicles) is increasing, there are some problems to construct EV charging stations and problems from deficient them. Typical problem of EV charging stations is discordance for EV charging station location with its demand. This study investigates methods to determine the optimized location for fast EV charging stations considering charging demand in Seoul. Firstly, variables influencing on determination of determine the optimized location for fast EV charging stations were decided, and then evaluation of weights of the variables and data collection were conducted. Using the weights, location potential scores for each area-cell were calculated and optimized locations for fast EV charging stations were resulted.
Purpose: Exclusive breastfeeding promotes gut microbial compositions associated with lower rates of metabolic and autoimmune diseases. Its cessation is implicated in increased microbiome-metabolome discordance, suggesting a vulnerability to dietary changes. Formula supplementation is common within our low-income, ethnic-minority community. We studied exclusively breastfed (EBF) neonates' early microbiome-metabolome coupling in efforts to build foundational knowledge needed to target this inequality. Methods: Maternal surveys and stool samples from seven EBF neonates at first transitional stool (0-24 hours), discharge (30-48 hours), and at first appointment (days 3-5) were collected. Survey included demographics, feeding method, medications, medical history and tobacco and alcohol use. Stool samples were processed for 16S rRNA gene sequencing and lipid analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Alpha and beta diversity analyses and Procrustes randomization for associations were carried out. Results: Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes and Actinobacteria were the most abundant taxa. Variation in microbiome composition was greater between individuals than within (p=0.001). Palmitic, oleic, stearic, and linoleic acids were the most abundant lipids. Variation in lipid composition was greater between individuals than within (p=0.040). Multivariate composition of the metabolome, but not microbiome, correlated with time (p=0.030). Total lipids, saturated lipids, and unsaturated lipids concentrations increased over time (p=0.012, p=0.008, p=0.023). Alpha diversity did not correlate with time (p=0.403). Microbiome composition was not associated with each samples' metabolome (p=0.450). Conclusion: Neonate gut microbiomes were unique to each neonate; respective metabolome profiles demonstrated generalizable temporal developments. The overall variability suggests potential interplay between influences including maternal breastmilk composition, amount consumed and living environment.

Purpose : We have performed an analysis on patients who received Rastelli operation in our institute and reviewed their progress postoperatively. Various factors with suspected relationship to the outcome have been considered to help in future treatment and follow-up. Methods : We analyzed retrospectively 43 patients who either received Rastelli operation in Yonsei University Cardiovascular Center from March 1995 to April 1997 or who received post-procedural cardiac catheterization and follow-up echocardiography in the out-patient department after the procedure. Results : No statistically valid relationships were found between the age of the patient, their body weight, preoperative pulmonary arterial index and pressure, presence of pulmonary branchial stenosis and postoperative results. Cases with atrioventricular concordance showed lower age and body weight, and discordant cases exhibited lower ejection fraction 3 days postoperatively. Upon follow up, lower NYHA score was seen in patients with severe residual stenosis. In the group that received cardiac catheterization after the procedure, residual stenosis and right ventricular pressure measurement in echocardiography showed good correlation with the catheterization data. Conclusion : In cases where conduit insertions of the right ventricular outflow tract are required to achieve total correction in complex cardiac deformity, early operation does not seem to provide a clear risk to the patient. In patients with atrioventricular discordance, careful postoperative observation of the ventricular function seems to be needed. Also, echocardiography appears to be a sound method in follow-up of patients after the correctional procedure.
Recent disputes on mountain ranges in Korea have partially been derived from the discordance of the spatial distribution and the extent of mountain ranges presented by different researchers and school textbooks. The lack of consensus on the definition and genesis of mountain ranges adds further confusion. In order to overcome these problems, it is necessary to provide genetically classified mountain range maps for different usages, map scales and educational purposes. This paper first argues that mountain ranges and mountain ridges should separately be used as different conceptual frameworks to explain complex spatial distribution of mountains in Korea. The new mountain range map (sanmaekdo) proposed in this research puts strong emphasis on tectonic movement and denudational processes to explain the spatial distribution of mountains. The new mountain range map has 15 mountain ranges (sanmaek: in total, which are further divided into 7 primary and 8 secondary mountain ranges. The new mountain range map eliminates Jeogyuryeongsanmaek, Myohyangsanmaek, Myeoraksanmaek, and Masingnyeongsanmaek from the existing map, since these have a vague definition and obscure spatial distribution. On the contrary, few new primary mountain ranges (Gilju-Myeongcheonsanmaek, Yangsansanmaek, Jirisanmaek) and secondary mountain ranges (Wolchulsanmaek and Buksubaeksanmaek) are added to the new mountain range map. Other mountain ranges also show a large difference both in their spatial distribution and the extent of mountain ranges, compared with the previous map. This is especially the case for Nangnimsanmaek, Hamgyeongsanmaek, Taebaeksanmaek, and Sobaeksanmaek. A few new names are also assigned to Macheollyeongsanmaek (Baekdusanmaek), Gwangjusanmaek (Hwaaksanmaek), Charyeongsanmaek (Chiaksanmaek), and Horyeongsanmaek (Naejangsanmaek), even though they show similar spatial distribution patterns with the ones in the existing map.
