재생품 공급량이 불확실한 주문시분해 환경에서의 생산 및 재제조 계획 (Production and Remanufacturing Planning under Uncertain Supply of Recovery Cores and a Disassemble-to-order Environment)

  • Remanufacturing is a process of recovering end-of-life products into serviceable parts for producing new products. Due to the limited supply of recovery cores to remanufacture, a remanufacturing firm also needs to produce or procure new parts for fulfilling the demand. This paper is targeted for solving the problem of determining the optimal amount of newly produced and remanufacturing parts, which is called production and remanufacturing planning (PRP) problem, under uncertain supply of recovery cores. The new production mitigates the risk of insufficient core supply while it takes more costs than the remanufacturing. The PRP model in this paper also considers disassemble-to-order (DTO) environment, in which multiple kinds of parts are remanufactured from multiple products on order of the parts. Whereas existing studies presents only heuristic solutions for DTO remanufacturing, this paper provides an exact solution for this problem and analytical sensitivity of the involved cost parameters, adopting multi-dimensional newsvendor modeling and stochastic linear programming techniques. The result shows that production and remanufacturing plans for multiple products are mutually dependent, and a change of cost parameters involved in only one part is propagated to all other parts.

  • In this paper, systemaic approach is studied about assembility and disassemblility of parts of the gear system in order to reduce the assembly cost, and to disassemble products easily which is possible to recycle the parts. That is, an estimation of disassembly and assembly with considering of reliability life. In this study, we use symbolic chart method for an economic model for optimal disassembly and assembly.

타워크레인 붕괴사고의 구조적 분석 (Structural Analysis for the Collapse Accident of Tower Crane)

  • The tower cranes are the very useful construction machine in the high place works. But they are very susceptible to the load balance, the wind load and the hanging load because they are the very slender structures and those center of gravity is located in the upper part. Therefore, the collapse accidents of tower one have repeatedly happened during the assemble or disassemble works. The correcting frame may has often used in order to correct the error in the setting of foundation anchors. The goal of this study is that propose the methods preventible the collapse accident of tower crane which is constructed by using the correcting frame. In order to accomplish the goal of this study, the field survey, the reference investigation and the structure analysis were performed for the collapse accident of tower crane using the correcting frame. This study result in the methods preventible the same accident.

'융합' 중심의 민요연구방법론 모색 (Fusion research method for the Korean traditional Folksong)

  • 이 글은 민요 기능과 전승 현장이 현대화에 밀려 변질되거나 사라지는 상황에서 민요 보존과 계승, 연구를 위한 새로운 방법을 모색하고자 하는 데서 출발한다. 그리고 민요에 대한 새로운 조명과 함께 새로운 민요 연구 방법론 개발을 위해 '융합'을 주목하였다. 융합은 둘 이상의 결합과정에서 구조적인 변화가 일어나는 것을 말하며 해체와 분화를 지향하는 가운데 중심과 주변의 인식이 없어지는 등, 경계허물기 작업과 관련한다. 그리고 융합적 연구방법을 실행하기 위해서는 통섭(通涉)적 연구시각을 가질 필요가 있다. 학제적 연구는 학문간 차이를 인정하는 데서부터 시작되며, 그 차이가 유의미한 가치를 가지는 한 해체와 분화를 반복한다. 즉, 융합은 해체를 통해 새롭게 태어난다. 이런 논리에 따르자면 융합적 민요연구를 위해서는 민요의 구조와 구성인자를 새롭게 살피고 전체를 구성하는 부분과 원리를 이해할 필요가 있다. 그리고 그 부분을 다른 그 무엇과 결합시키거나 통섭적으로 견주어 새롭게 해석하는 노력이 필요하다. 이 글에서는 그러한 융합합의 민요 연구 사례로 문화학, 생명사회학, 공감이론으로서의 민요연구방법을 살펴보았다. 다양한 시각으로 민요를 돌아볼 때 민요는 새롭게 해석될 수 있을 것이다.

폐기농기계 회수처리 및 재활용 기술에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Recycling Process of Disused Agricultural Machinery)

  • This study was conducted to suggest the efficient gathering and recycling method of disused agricultural machinery in rural environment. In order to suggest this methods, the keeping means, maintenance, disused period and kinds of agricultural machinery were investigated. The results obtained in this study were as follows : The disused agricultural machinery have been leaved on the vacant lot of a farmhouse and an around field for $2\~5\;years$. The leaving reason of the disused agricultural machinery was low interesting and gathering price for the disused agricultural machinery. The present situation for recycling method was using as a scrap iron, however to increase recycling percent the disassembling process has to divide as using and parts concretely. And the design of agricultural machinery was considered the easiness of a disassemble and assemble the agricultural machinery. To manage and supply efficiently for the second-hand parts of agricultural machinery need to the establishment of circulation information center and internet site for the parts.

  • It is important to make use of the scrapped materials, components, and subassemblies which have still high quality and reliability in an out of service cars from the view point of economy and environment. In this paper, we studied geometrical and material characteristics of parte, subassemblies and joining elements to be assembled in designing a car. The mechanism of disassembly between parts and subassemblies is analyzed in order to disassemble recyclable parts in a scrapped automobile. The weak points of disassembly process are analyzed and the parameters for disassemblability are defined. And the guidelines for disassemblability are developed.

  • 국립현대미술관은 김중업건축박물관과 공동주최로 건축사 김중업을 조명하는 '김중업 다이얼로그'전을 8월 30일부터 12월 16일까지 국립현대미술관 과천 중앙홀과 2전시실에서 열고 있다. 그가 설계한 30여 년간의 건축물과 관련된 사진과 자료 3000여 점이 전시중이다. 전시는 학예연구사의 안목과 해석작업이 중요하다. 역사와 문화라는 재료를 요리하는 학예연구사의 안목에 따라 그 가치가 빛나거나 그 반대일 수 있는데, 이런 이유로 학예연구사는 전시기획에 대한 권한을 갖고 역사해석, 전시방법 선택 등을 하게 된다. 정다영 학예연구사는 2011년부터 국립현대미술관의 건축부문 학예연구사로 일해 왔다. 올해 베네치아 건축 비엔날레 한국관 공동 큐레이터로 참여해 '스테이트 아방가르드의 유령'전을 기획했으며, 이번 '김중업 다이얼로그'전도 그의 작품이다. 월간 '공간'에서 약 6년간 기자생활을 하고, 학예연구사의 길을 걷고 있는 그녀는 전시라는 매체를 통해 건축의 영역과 담론을 확장 증폭시켜 관계를 맺고 퍼트리는 어쩌면 당대 건축계에 가장 필요한 일을 해주고 있다.

자동차 부품의 조립 용이성과 분리 용이성 (Assemblability and disassemblability of mechanical parts in automobile)

  • In this paper, systematic approach is studied about assemblability and disassemblability of parts in order to reduce the assembly cost, and to disassemble products easily which is possible to recycle the parts. For this purpose, we selected one subassembly, and analysed assembly and disassembly process. From this result, we found the weakpoints of assembly and disassembly process, and then, the influencing parameters of assemblability and disassemblability are defined. On the basis of the analysis of these parameters we grasped the interrelation between assemblability and disassemblability. And, guidelines for assemblability and disassemblability are developed. Finally design alternatives are evaluated quantitatively in the aspects of assembly and disassembly by using the guidelines which developed in this research.

  • There are many methods to assemble various parts of a product, and one of them is the bolting system widely used in a industrial field due to the merits; easiness to obtain strong tightening force, simplicity of assemble or disassemble in order to repair, substitution or cleaning, and so on. But this bolting system needs attachments not to let a bolt loose and they are an important factor to cost a great deal. In this study, some equations are suggested and FE analyses are carried out to verify the cause of the bolt looseness occurring in the tightening process. And because the number of bolts in the bolting system has been decided by empirical know-how of designers in the field, safety rate in the plate type heat exchanger is often too high. Therefore the equations to decrease in quantity are suggested in consideration of the relationship between a critical shearing force acting on the screw and a normal force acting on the cooling plate by the working fluid.

  • The wide spread of internet business recently necessitates recommendation systems which can recommend the most suitable product fur customer demands. Currently the recommendation systems use content-based filtering and/or collaborative filtering methods, which are unable both to explain the reason for the recommendation and to reflect constantly changing requirements of the users. These methods guarantee good efficiency only if there is a lot of information about users. This paper proposes an algorithm called 'demand articulate & integration' which can perceive user's continuously varying intents and recommend proper contents. A method of knowledge classification which can be applicable to this algorithm is also developed in order to disassemble knowledge into basic units and articulate indices. The algorithm provides recommendation outputs that are close to expert's opinion through the tracing of articulate index. As a case study, a knowledge base for heritage information is constructed with the expert guide's knowledge. An intelligent recommendation system that can guide heritage tour as good as the expert guider is developed.
