"거경정리표(距京程里表)"의 내용유형과 계통에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Types of "Gogyeong-Jeongripyo" and Its Genealogy)

  • '산경표'와 나란히 조선후기 국토지리사상의 체계화와 대중화의 상정으로 여겨지는 '거경정리표'는 지금까지 주 연구대상이 되지 않았지만, 거경정리표는 조선후기의 국토지리관을 해석하는 데 중요한 실마리를 제공하며, 당시 도로교통체계상의 분석에도 중요한 연구소재이다. 본 논문은 수많은 사본들이 전해지고 있는 거경정리표들을 '대로체계'와 '경유지명'에 착안하여, 내용면에서 유형분류를 시도하는 것을 주목적으로 하며, 아울러 각 유형 및 다른 지리지들을 비교하면서 그 계통성에 대해 가설을 제시하면서 향후 거경정리표 연구의 초석이 되고자 하였다. 그 결과, 모든 거경정리표는 산경표와 마찬가지로 신경준이 편찬한 동국문헌비고 여지고를 저본으로 하면서도 필사자들에 의해 부분적으로 가공되었으며, 그 변화과정의 차이에서 '여지고 변형형', '여지고 직계형', '도로고 혼합형' 등 세 가지 유형으로 나누어지는 점, 거의 각 유형간의 내적인 상호작용만으로 계보가 형성되고 개항기까지 내려왔다는 점이 확인되었다.

  • The train transportation has a lot of advantages-energy efficiency is high, it is eco-friendly, safety is better than normal roads and it is possible for people to arrive on time. In these days, the valuation of ride comfort, which is only limited to road transportation, is newly recognized in order to having competitiveness from other transportation. Especially, in the development of the Korean high-speed railroad business, the ride comfort enhancement of train is very important problem to be solved. Currently, there are international standards of ride comfort such as UIC13, ISO2631. In Korea case, although it has own standard like KS R9216, it mainly depends on the physical parameter such as vibration and noise. So recently, in the valuation of ride comfort, the movements of living parameter technique introduction are increasing on the base of Japan and many developed countries of Europe techniques. Presently, the method of train ride comfort is mainly based of vibration, that is, mechanical parameter adding selection of variable acceleration and noise. This paper would like to show biological parameter; heart rate and blood pressure variation. This method is more direct, based on human body response, than mechanical parameter method. In this experiment, the variability of heart rate and blood pressure of passengers according to tilting angle change of Train, the Korean tilting train, we are supposed to know that the extent of tilting on the simulation has influence on variability of heart rate and blood pressure, which are living parameter of heart's blood.

안과 의료기관 선택요인 및 정보탐색 행태에 관한 연구 (The Study on Selection Factors of Ophthalmic Medical Institute and Habits of Information Searching)

  • This study is to grasp selection factors and habits of information searching of customers of ophthalmic service and to verify the differences in them and to investigate how they affect in selecting medical institute by demographic sociological characters, selection factors by classification and habits of information searching, how many times they used and the type of medical treatment. The result of analysis of importance of selection factors of medical institute, it showed that doctors' career were evaluated high by classification and it showed in order of university hospital, hospital, clinic in facilities and equipment and in order of university hospital, clinic, hospital in distance transportation Analysis of importance of selection factors by sex distinction, it showed that doctors' career were high for both male and female and according to the result of analysis of selection factors by an age, doctors' career variable was measured high and it showed in order of facilities, equipment, distance and convenient transportation. The result of analysis by the form of medical treatment, doctors' career were measured high in all diseases. Facilities and equipment were measured high in case of a corrective operation of eyesight and distance transportation variable showed high in simple eye diseases. According to the result of analysis of habits of searching information by utility frequency, one's own experience in the past(direct visits) was the highest over all and it showed in order of introduction of other ophthalmic department in case of people who go to the institutes many times.

Mechanical properties of pervious concrete with recycled aggregate

  • In order to research the influence of different recycled aggregate contents on the mechanical properties of pervious concrete, the experimental study and numerical simulation analysis of the mechanical properties of pervious concrete with five kinds of recycled aggregates contents (0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%) are carried out in this paper. The experimental test were first performed on concrete specimens of different sizes in order to determine the influence of recycled aggregate on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength, direct tension strength and bending strength. Then, the development of the internal cracks of pervious concrete under different working conditions is studied more intuitively by $PFC^{3D}$. The experimental results show that the concrete compressive strength, tensile strength and bending strength decrease with the increase of the recycled aggregate contents. This trend of reduction is not only related to the brittleness of recycled aggregate concrete, but also to the weak viscosity of recycled aggregate and cement paste. It is found that the fracture surface of pervious concrete with recycled aggregate is smoother than that of natural aggregate pervious concrete by $PFC^{3D}$, which means that the bridging effect is weakened in the stress transfer between the left and right sides of the crack. Through the analysis of the development of the internal cracks, the recycled aggregate concrete generated more cracks than the natural aggregate concrete, which means that the recycled aggregate concrete is easier to form a coalescence fracture surface and eventually break.

인천국제공항의 환적화물에 대한 연계성 분석 연구 (Analyzing the Airfreight Transshipment Connectivity at Incheon Airport)

  • 1978년 미국 내 항공시장의 규제완화와 함께 항공은 허브-앤-스포크 시스템(hub-and-spoke system)의 형태로 재구성되었다. 항공의 확장성을 중점적으로 고려할 때, 허브-앤-스포크의 활용은 여객의 환승이나 화물의 환적에 있어서 어느 정도의 이점이 존재한다는 것이 일반적인 견해이다. 또한 국가 차원으로 볼 때, 허브-앤-스포크를 통해 공항의 활성화 및 노선에 따른 밀도의 경제를 실현하도록 허브공항을 개발하는 정책적 지원의 동기가 될 수도 있다. 기존 선행연구들은 대다수 항공여객에 대한 연구들로 집중되어 왔으나 항공환적화물에 대한 연구는 그 수가 상대적으로 적게 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인천국제공항을 대상으로 하여 항공화물의 환적연계성에 대한 분석을 통해 허브-앤-스포크 상에서 과연 허브공항으로서의 기능과 성과를 수행하고 있는지를 측정코자 하였다. 이를 위한 연구의 범위는 인천국제공항을 통해 환적 되는 항공화물을 대상으로 하며, 개설 가능한 환적노선인 직항연결 및 우회연결(Direct and Indirect Connection)로 한정하였다. 인천국제공항을 기반으로 한 항공화물의 환적연계성을 분석하기 위해 인천국제공항과 연결된 공항들의 노선 수나 연결시간 등을 기준으로 하여 직항연결과 우회연결의 품질을 평가하는 방식으로 취하였다. 이를 위해 공항의 웨이브-시스템 구조를 분석하여 활용하는 NETSCAN 모델을 적용하였다.

재가 취약계층을 위한 지역사회 중심 가정간호서비스의 경제적 효과 (Economic Effect of Home Health Care Services for Community-dwelling Vulnerable Populations)

  • Purpose: In this study the costs and benefits of a home health care program were examined to evaluate the economic feasibility of the program. Methods: The study participants included 349 patients in the community who had been registered at a home health care center for 5 years. The costs and benefits of the program were analyzed using performance data and health data. The benefits were classified as the effects of pressure ulcer care, skin wound care and catheters management. The program effect was evaluated on the change of progress using transition probability. Benefits were divided into direct benefit such as the savings in medical costs and transportation costs, and indirect benefits which included saving in productivity loss and lost future income. Results: Participants had an average of 1.82 health problems. The input cost was KRW 36.8~153.3 million, the benefit was KRW 95.4~279.7 million. Direct benefits accounted for 53.4%~81.2%, and was higher than indirect benefits. The net benefit was greater than 0 from 2006 to 2009, and then dropped below 0 in 2010. Conclusion: The average net benefit during 5 years was over 0 and the benefit cost ratoi was over 1.00, indicating that the home health care program si economical.

잠재적 시간 오차에 따른 현휘의 발생 방지를 위한 최적 블라인드 제어 (Optimum Blind Control to Prevent Glare Considering Potential Time Error)

  • For the improvement of environmental comfort in the buildings with the blind control, the objective of this study is to prevent the direct glare caused by the daylight inlet. During the process of solar profile prediction, time are significant factors that may cause error and glare during the blind control. This research proposes and evaluates the correction and control method to minimize prediction error. For the local areas with different longitude and local standard meridian, error occurred in the process of the time conversion from local standard time to apparent solar time. In order to correct error in time conversion, apparent solar time should be recalculated after adjusting the day of year and the equation of time. To solve the problems by the potential time errors, control method is suggested to divide the control sections using the calibrated fitting-curve and this method is verified through simulations. The proposed correction and control method, which considered potential time errors by loop lop leap years, could solve the problems about direct glare caused by daylight inlet on the work-plane according to the prediction errors of solar profile. And also these methods could maximize daylight inlet and solar heat gain, because the blocked area on windows could be minimized.

The Economic Burden of Cancers Attributable to Metabolic Syndrome in Korea

  • Objectives: Metabolic syndrome is an important etiologic factor in the development of certain types of cancers. The economic cost of the treatment of cancer has been steadily increasing. We therefore estimated the economic burden of cancers attributable to metabolic syndrome in Korea. Methods: We reviewed metabolic syndrome-related cancers and relative risk and then calculated population attributable fractions. We analyzed insurance claims data for metabolic syndrome-related cancers in 2012 in order to estimate the direct costs associated with these cancers, including hospitalization, outpatient visits, transportation costs, and caregivers' costs as well as indirect costs such as loss of productivity due to cancer treatment and premature death. Results: In 2012, 18 070 patients in Korea had cancers attributable to metabolic syndrome. The economic burden was USD 199.8 million and the direct and indirect costs were USD 124.5 million and USD 75.3 million, respectively. Conclusions: We estimated the economic burden of cancers attributable to metabolic syndrome in Korea and the efforts are necessary to reduce this burden.

Analyzing the Difference between the Stated Preference and the Revealed Preference before/after the High-speed Rail Service in Korea

  • The Korean high-speed rail (HSR) began its commercial service in 2004. This service has been created significant changes in the system of intercity passenger travels of Korea. However, the actual ridership was approximately half of the estimated one in the planning stage. In this background, this paper presents the difference between the stated preference (SP) before the HSR service and the revealed preference (RP) after it using the intercity travel mode choice models. Several meaningful differences are found in terms of the factors affecting the travel mode choice, the estimation results of model, the monetary values of time, and elasticities. While the access/egress travel time of high-speed rail is less important than in-vehicle travel time in the SP sample, they have same weight in the RP sample. Also the RP models show that the probability of choosing HSR can be decreased by the increase of the number of vehicles in household contrary to the results from the SP models. The monetary values of travel time are relatively high and the direct and cross elasticities in response to changes in level-of-service of HSR are relatively low in the RP sample. This Korean case is expected to offer referable material for preparing high-speed rail services in other countries by showing the difference between the SP and RP before/after the actual service, identifying the importance of access/egress travel time and lower direct elasticities of HSR demand.

총 해상운송비용 평가를 통한 컨테이너터미널 전대사용료 분석 (An Analysis of Container Terminal Facilities Leasing Fee by Assessing Total Sea-Transportation Costs)

  • 본 연구는 최근 물동량이 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있는 대련항, 천진항, 청도항, 상해항 등을 화물의 목적항으로 설정하고, 선박의 운항패턴 시나리오를 바탕으로 부산항에서 환적하는 경우와 중국항 직기항 등의 총운송비용 차이를 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 하여 부산항에서 환적할 때 직기항하는 경우보다 초과 발생하는 비용을 항만 당국이 선사에게 보전해 주는 인센티브 규모로 하고, 이를 충당할 수 있는 전대사용료 산정 방법을 제시하였다.
