건설산업 혁신방안의 일환으로 건설생산체계가 개편됨에 따라 직접시공이 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구는 이러한 추세에 따라 직접시공 확대의 영향 및 문제점을 건축관련 업계의 입장과 외국 사례 조사를 통하여 분석하고 직접시공 확대 조치에 따른 영향을 다양한 측면에서 진단하여 직접시공의무제도를 바람직하게 적용하기 위한 대응방안을 제언하였다. 또한, 각 대안에 대하여 정책/행정 및 건축 분야 전문가 인터뷰를 통하여 효과 및 문제점을 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 직접시공의무제도 확대 및 효율화를 위한 대응방안은 발주자의 재량권 부여, 공사규모에 따른 차별화, 건설보증시스템 활용, 탄력적 작업반장제 도입의 4가지로, 전문가 인터뷰 결과 모두 직접시공 확대에 직간접적으로 긍정적 영향을 줄 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구는 직접시공 현황을 조사하여 직접시공의무제도 적용에 있어 기초자료를 제공하며 또한 적절한 직접시공의무제도 적용을 위한 대응방안 도출과 이에 대한 전문가 평가를 통하여 직접시공 확대를 위한 방향을 제시함으로써 결과적으로 합리적 직접시공의무제도 운영을 통한 건설기업과 현장의 생산성 향상 및 효율화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to empirically confirm the effect of the characteristics of construction workers on the occurrence of defects in construction. In this study, the degree of direct construction is measured through the ratio of the direct recruitment and outsourcing manpower of the original contractor, and the effect of this on the occurrence of defects is empirically analyzed using financial data. In addition, it is verified whether the degree of defect occurrence varies depending on the job skill level of the direct hired personnel inputted to the construction. Through this, it will be possible to prepare an argument for revitalizing the direct construction of construction companies and an opportunity to promote it.

This study empirically validates whether the effect of strengthening the legal regulations in the construction industry under the 'Construction Business Act' is true in order to expand the direct construction of the comprehensive construction corporation. Checking the effectiveness of the legal regulation that can force direct construction of the required scope of construction will not only be a logical background in the strengthening of law regulations but also suggest arguments that contradict some construction companies called legal regulation.

본 연구는 원도급 건설회사의 직접 시공 비중이 낮을수록 건축물의 하자를 유발하는 중요한 원인이 될 수 있다는 점에 대하여 2017년에서 2021년까지 기업 재무 데이터를 바탕으로 실증분석모형(ERM, Empirical Research Model)을 이용해 검증하였다. 그 결과 직접 시공 비중이 낮을수록 건설 품질을 저하시키는 주요 원인이 된다는 점을 확인하였고, 본 연구는 건설품질을 높이기 위해서 직접 시공 의무를 강화해야 한다는 주장을 이론적으로 뒷받침하는 실증분석이라는 점에서 그 의미을 가진다.

This research proposed the Direct Construction System for construction corporations as a strategy intended to perform cause analysis of construction technician shortage matter and solve resulting problems, and in view of the outcomes from the application of this system to the projects and workshops, it was verified that unsteady employment, lack of career prospect, and conditions of work environment can be resolved. In addition, from corporations' perspective, it is considered that by clarifying the abovementioned three problems, fundamental complications of construction administration, quality control, safety supervision, and cost management were settled, concluding forthcoming advancement of domestic construction business quality fell far behind developed counties.

In the budgeting guidelines, there are rules for calculating design fee and direct costs. However, only the design fee is calculated excluding the direct cost, which causes the cost to be insufficient. Therefore, this study is designed to analyze representative cases where direct costs are insufficient, draw out problems, and propose a way to improve design fees.

본 연구는 대표적인 TMB 장비 회사인 독일 WRITH사에서 개발한 TMB 공법 적용 현장의 굴진보고서를 수집하여 작업운영 생산성을 분석하였다. 그리고 분석된 자료를 근거로 구경별(3.0m, 3.5m, 3.8m) 굴진속도(m/일)를 도출하였다. 또한, 도출된 구경별 굴진속도를 근거로 독일의 WRITH사에서 구경별로 제시한 1m당 굴진에 소요되는 직접공사비를 적용하여 총 직접공사비를 산출하였다. 암질별 구경별로 도출된 굴진속도는 향후 유사한 암질에서 공사를 수행할 때, 공사 착수 전 총작업일수 및 총직접공사비의 산정을 활용한 공정 계획 및 관리를 수행하는데 효과적인 활용 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

영어의 부정 스트리핑 구문은 접속사 but, 부사 not, 그리고 하나의 구성성분 NP로 구성되어있다. 해당 구문은 통사적으로는 불완전한 문장처럼 보이지만 의미적으로는 완전한 해석을 전달하며 특히, 이 구문은 중의적인 해석을 가질 수도 있기 때문에 적절한 접근방법으로 의미부를 분석하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 부정 스트리핑 구문의 통사적 구문생성과 중의성 해소를 위해 직접 해석 접근법(Direct Interpretation Approach)을 기반으로 한 구문 규칙을 제안하고자 한다. 이 규칙은 이전의 연구들이 해결하지 못하는 문제점을 설명할 수 있으며, 통사, 의미, 화용론 등 다양한 특성을 설명해준다.

In order to reduce fatal accidents, a systematic safety management should be performed at a construction site. A lot of researches on direct causes of fatal accidents and indirect causes which affect the direct causes have been conducted for effective safety management. In the previous studies, these causes are considered separately because of the difficulty of recognition of indirect causes. It is also hard to measure the negative impact of these causes and notice their occurrence the perception of its problem. However, a study on identification of complicated relationship between these two types of causes is necessary since an accident occurs due to the chain reaction that indirect causes trigger the direct causes which lead to the fatal accidents. Therefore, this study proposes a safety management plan that considers indirect and direct causes of fatal accidents cases in the Korean construction industry. Then this paper suggests a plan of safety management by identifying major causes of the accidents.

In modern Construction Industry, as accumulation of capital and improvement of technology skills, buildings are becoming higher and more enormous, also the portion of steel works has been increasing. In addition, it is necessary to predict the optimum level of construction cost in a reasonable way. The composition of construction is direct construction cost, indirect construction cost and so on. However, it is not enough to study about indirect construction cost rather than direct construction cost. In this study, the state of productivity and indirect construction cost are analyzed in the steel production. As a result, the productivity and ratio of indirect cost in steel plant by inserted per 1ton are suggested.
