등가답면구배를 목적함수로 하는 차륜답면형상 설계기법 (Design Method of Railway Wheel Profile with Objective Function of Eqivalent Conicity)

  • A design method of railway wheel profile with objective function of equivalent conicity considering wheel dimension constraint, two points contact problem between wheel and rail was proposed. New design method shows good results. New wheel profile generated from optimization process shows better dynamic performance compared with initial profile as the purpose of wheel profile design. And to verify the design method with testing the stability of new wheel profile, we conducted a critical speed test for new wheel profile using scale model applied scaling method of railway vehicle dynamics. The result of critical speed test show good agreement with that of numerical analysis. From the above results, it is seen that the design method with objective function of equivalent conicity is feasible and it could be applied to design new wheel profile efficiently.

결혼지속연수에 따른 한국 부부의 사랑구조의 변화 양상 (Changing patterns of marital love constructs among married men and women)

  • This study attempted to examine the changing patterns of marital love constructs among married men and women in Korea. It is based on our prior research that showed each of the 3 dimensions of marital love(intimacy, passion, and commitment derived from Stermberg’s Triangular Theory of Love) shaped U pattern as the marriage continued. We analyzed 1687 respondents’answers by principal axis factoring with contextual point of view including individual, familial, and socio-cultural development. The results are as follows. First, the love constructs of Korean men and women in their marriage show different qualitative patterns as the marriage continued. Second, intimacy is the most powerful indicator of love, coming out the first factor in all the stages of marital relationships. Third we can see marital stability from the locus of commitment with other components of love and it could be apply to marital educational program for promoting marital stability. Forth, passion is found separated behavioral from perceived dimension except the first marital stage. As conclusion, it need to analyze with family life cycle. birth and marriage cohort groups for examining closely the causes of this qualitative changes in marital relationships.

착저식 인공어초에 작용하는 파력특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Wave Forces on Artificial Reefs)

  • The methods to determine the hydrodynamic coefficients for the fixed type artificial reefs which were constructed to control ecological system in coastal waters are compared and discussed by model test results. To calculate the wave forces, least square method show good agreement with the experimental results and more stability than maximum force component method or Fourier decomposition method. This modified least square method of weighting the square of measured force turned out to be the most feasible method for maximum force. Using the feasible method, hydrodynamic characteristics for artificial reefs on uniform slopes offshore and breaking zone were studied. They were properly related to Keulegan-Carpenter's number and found larger than previous results. Wave force coefficients for artificial reefs around breaking zone were distributed from 1.5 to 2.5, and the mean value was 2.0. Drag force components were more in evidence than inertia force in maximum force which is important parameter to evaluate stability for high-permeability structures. A formula for the calculation of the maximum force for artificial reefs design is proposed, using structural dimension, water particle velocity and Keulegan-Carpenter's number.

Effects of comonomer with carboxylic group on stabilization of high molecular weight polyacrylonitrile nanofibrous copolymers

  • New precursors, poly(acrylonitrile-co-crotonic acid) (poly(AN-CA)) and poly(acrylonitrile-co-itaconic acid-co-crotonic acid) (poly(AN-IA-CA)) copolymers, for the preparation of carbon fibers, were explored in this study. The effects of comonomers with acidic groups, such as crotonic acid (CA) and/or itaconic acid (IA), on the stabilization of nanofibrous polyacrylonitrile (PAN) copolymers were studied. The extent of stabilization, evaluated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, revealed that the CA comonomer could retard/control the stabilization rate of PAN, in contrast to the IA comonomer, which accelerated the stabilization process. Moreover, the synthesized PAN copolymers containing CA possessed higher Mv than those of the IA copolymers and also showed outstanding dimension stability of nanofibers during the stabilization, which may be a useful property for improving the dimensional stability of polymer composites during manufacturing.

A Study on the Estimation of the Structural Stability of a Container Crane According to the Change of the Boom Shape using Wind Tunnel Test

  • In this study we carried out to analyze the effect of wind load on the structural stability of a container crane according to the change of the boom shape using wind tunnel test and provided a container crane designer with data which can be used in a wind resistance design of a container crane assuming that a wind load at 75m/s wind velocity is applied on a container crane. Data acquisition conditions for this experiment were established in accordance with the similarity. The scale of a container crane dimension, wind velocity and time were chosen as 1/200, 1/13.3 and 1/15. And this experiment was implemented in an Eiffel type atmospheric boundary-layer wind tunnel with $11.52m^2$ cross-section area. Each directional drag and overturning moment coefficients were investigated and uplift forces at each supporting point due to the wind load were analyzed.

Research on Community Knowledge Modeling of Readers Based on Interest Labels

  • Community portraits can deeply explore the characteristics of community structures and describe the personalized knowledge needs of community users, which is of great practical significance for improving community recommendation services, as well as the accuracy of resource push. The current community portraits generally have the problems of weak perception of interest characteristics and low degree of integration of topic information. To resolve this problem, the reader community portrait method based on the thematic and timeliness characteristics of interest labels (UIT) is proposed. First, community opinion leaders are identified based on multi-feature calculations, and then the topic features of their texts are identified based on the LDA topic model. On this basis, a semantic mapping including "reader community-opinion leader-text content" was established. Second, the readers' interest similarity of the labels was dynamically updated, and two kinds of tag parameters were integrated, namely, the intensity of interest labels and the stability of interest labels. Finally, the similarity distance between the opinion leader and the topic of interest was calculated to obtain the dynamic interest set of the opinion leaders. Experimental analysis was conducted on real data from the Douban reading community. The experimental results show that the UIT has the highest average F value (0.551) compared to the state-of-the-art approaches, which indicates that the UIT has better performance in the smooth time dimension.

광미적치장 사면의 안정성 해석 및 대책

  • 지금음 폐광된 한 광산에서 중석을 회수하는 과정에서 발생된 광미를 쌓아둔 적치장 사면의 안정성을 해석하고 그 대책을 수립하기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였다. 안정성 해석을 위하여 FLAC 프로그램을 이용한 2차원 모델링을 수행하였다. 특히 지하수면의 상승뿐만 아니라 지진이 사면의 안정성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 전산해석 결과 광미 적치장 사면은 지진이 일어날 경우 안전하지 못하며, 지하수면 수준이 지표 근처까지 상승할 경우 파괴될 수도 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전산해석 및 현장조사를 기초로 두 가지의 보강 대책에 수립되었다. 단기적으로는 사면상단의 광미를 제거하여 안전율을 높이는 것이고, 장기적으로는 사면 피복시설과 배수시설을 보수하는 것이다. 이러한 공사가 완료되었을 때 사면의 안정성이 크게 향상될 수 있음이 수치해석 결과 확인되었다.

목재의 치수안정성과 내후성 개선을 위한 열처리 가공에 관한 연구 동향 (Research Trend of The Heat-Treatment of Wood for Improvement of Dimensional Stability and Resistance to Biological Degradation)

  • 본 연구에서는 목재의 열처리가공에 대하여, 문헌 연구를 통하여 이와 관련된 주요 이슈 및 기술 동향을 조사하였다. 산업적으로 이용되는 주요 열처리기술은 네덜란드의 Plato-process, 프랑스의 Retification process, 독일의 OHT-process, 및 핀란드의 Thermowood process 등이었다. 열처리 공정상의 주요 영향인자들은 대상 수종, 가열 온도, 시간, 열전달 매질(air, 증기, 진공, 질소, 오일 등)이며, 이들 인자들을 변수로 한 최적조건 탐색 등의 연구가 주류를 이룬다. 열처리 목재는 치수안정성 증가, 중량 및 강도 감소, 부후균에 대한 내후성 향상에 변이, 변색균 및 해충에 대해 불충분한 저항성 등의 특징을 가진다. 열처리 목재의 내후성 향상을 위해 각 수종에 적합한 열처리 공정과 처리조건 탐색의 필요성이 시사되었다. 지속가능한 환경보존 및 목재자원 절약을 위해 열처리 목재의 새로운 용도 개발 및 이용 확대 노력이 반드시 필요한 과제인 것으로 고찰되었다.

인상채득 후 시간경과와 반복주입에 따른 부가중합형 실리콘 인상재의 체적변화 (Evaluation of the Time and Pouring Frequency Dependent Dimensional Stability of Additional Silicone Impression Materials.)

  • The accuracy and dimensional stability of rubber impression materials are very important for the fitness of the final restoration. The purpose of this investigation was to evaluate the effects of the storage time and pouring frequency of the additional silicone materials on dimensional stability. Total 30 impressions were made of tooth prepared single crown. The dies had 1 buccolingual, 1 mesiodistal and 1 occlusogingival lines. Two additional silicone materials(examixfine, aquasil) were included. 15 specimens were made of each impression material and poured by type IV stone over times(1hour, 24hours, 72hours) after mixing. 5 impressions poured after 1 hour were used for second pouring after 24hours and third pouring after 72hours. The same examiner measured each specimen 3 times after lazer scanning. All statistical tests were performed with the level of significance set at 0.05. The results indicated that significant difference at any measuring point of stone dies except the buccolingual and mesiodistal lines of the specimen made at 1hour after mixing with examixfine when measurements at 1hour, 24hours and 72hours were campared. There were significant difference between two impression materials and at every measuring point of stone dies made at second and third pouring. The length of measuring point increased significantly as time passed by and increase of the pouring frequency. However, this results are clinically acceptable except the dies of the third pouring. Under the conditions of this study, the shrinkage rate of the additional silicone rubber impression materials significantly increased as time passed by and increase of the pouring frequency.

PEG 처리 수침고목재의 농도 및 용매에 따른 압축강도 변화 (Compressive Strength of Waterlogged Archaeological Wood after PEG Treatment with Concentration and Solvent)

  • 처리 농도 및 용매에 따른 PEG의 압축강도를 측정하고 치수안정화 효과와 비교 하여 전시 및 보관에 적합한 처리 조건을 설정하고자 하였다. 선행된 고함수율 수침고목재의 동결건조를 위한 PEG전처리 농도 및 용매 설정 연구에서 수용액 PEG 40% 전처리 후 진공동결건조가 치수안정성이 가장 우수하게 나왔다. 이번 연구에서는 약품의 처리 농도에 비례하여 압축강도가 증가하였으며, 용매에 있어서는 물이 t-butanol 보다 상대적으로 압축강도가 높게 나타났다. 특히 수용액에서 PEG 40%와 PEG 50%의 강도차가 6.6%(16kgf/$cm^2$)로 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에 따라 수침고목재유물의 보존처리에서 치수안정성과 압축강도를 동시에 충족시키고자 할 때, 수용액 PEG 40% 전처리 후 동결건조를 실시하는 것이 가장 효과적인 것으로 확인되었다.
