This study examines closely the relationship between beauty art service quality and value. And satisfaction and purchase action that they do perceive to customers who have beauty art service company's service use experience. Moreover, this study was achieved purposely to present service raising plan of good quality to beauty art company managers and business employees. First, to investigate the concept of beauty art service quality and special quality was with doctrines that have been presented through a virtue aspect to achieve this study. Moreover, the wave and beauty art service, human service relativity is a let down unlike manufacture enterprise. Further more, beauty art service by complex composition of existence and nonexistence style is sold, and it could be known by having personality consumed at the same time production. The concept of quality about beauty art service and quality that became perceived through virtue study of concept and measurement about value. Therefor, value was deduced, and could deduce measurement, the linear measure that is applied to measure this. Large majority virtue study found is measuring quality of service to 22 articles on PZB's theory, and this study corrects measurement, the linear measure that is applied in Morritt's study that is based in PZB matrix and supplements and attempted measurement to 22 items. The result measurement dimension is consisted of functional quality, technological quality, physical quality dimension. To measure this through virtue study about value that become perceive, could confirm that all expense and beauty art companies which the customer is paid, connect with offering general quality of service. Therefor, through measurement, 2 dimension was deduced by monetary value and the non-monetary value.
In this study, the impact of organizational culture on the quality of social work services in hospitals were empirically analysed. A mailed questionnaire survey was conducted between February 19 and April 10, 2001. A sample of total 70 hospitals, including general hospitals with one social worker at least and single-department hospital with two social workers or more, were identified nationwide through the registry of Korean Association of Medical Social Workers and Korean Association of Hospitals. According to coping strategy and reacting pattern with the environmental changes, four types of organizational culture in each hospital, classified as group culture, developmental culture, hierarchial culture, and rational culture, were adopted for the independent variables. Three dimensional aspects of quality of social work service - structure, process, and outcome were selected as dependent variables in this study. Also the quality of social work service was distributed into provider-perceiving quality and consumer-perceiving quality The major findings were as following in summary; First, most social workers reported that the characteristic of culture in their hospitals are group culture the first, hierarchial culture the second, developmental culture the third, and rational culture finally in order of comparing the level of quality perceived between social worker's recognition. Second, service provider and consumer, The provider-perceiving quality showed less score than that of consumer, especially the lowest was the score of quality of outcome perceived by provider. Third, according to the types of organizational culture, there were significantly different levels of quality in total social work services, structure dimension and process dimension. The quality of outcome dimension did not show significant differences among the type of organizational culture. Finally, the most influential variables to the quality of social work service ice proved departmental form of social work unit, leader of social work unit, and developmental culture of hospital To assure quality services, accordingly, social work unit in hospital is required to be organized as a single unit, that means to be an independent department of which qualified social worker is supposed to control the unit. It is strongly recommended to develop leadership for the leaders of social work unit.
With change in the pattern of disease occurrence and increase in the interest in health, efforts to assess the health status on patients covering their subjective awareness at the same time as clinical and objective evaluation on health are continued. To measure health-related quality of life can be one of these efforts. This study was performed to evaluate the relevance of the quality of overall health-related-life and oral health condition. Also the second year (2014) materials in the 6th the National Health and Nutrition Survey were applied to this study. The factors affecting general health related quality of life measured by EuroQol-5 dimension (EQ-5D) have been confirmed by gender, age, education level, income level, private health insurance, perceived health status, toothache experience during the last 1 year, remaining tooth number. As oral health plays an important role in determining the overall health conditions, objective oral health state influences the whole body health. Hence, it can be regarded that oral health is ultimately related to the general health-related quality of life.

End milling is available for machining the variable shape of products and has brrn widely applied in many Manufacturing industries. The surface finish of machined parts determines quality and functionality of products. Surface roughness causes friction,noise,fracture, glossiness and seizure, so many research had been performed to precisely. In particular an experimental analysis was carried out to investigate the influence ofsurface roughness on the fractal dimension. This parameter was assumed to contain not only information of roughness but also extra meaning. Experiments which were performed under various cutting conditions to compare fractal dimension with surface roughness R /sab a/ show fractal dimension to be useful parameter for determining of roughness.
The purposes of this study were to examine the impacts of characteristics of bakery cafe customers and service quality on customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, intention to revisit, and intention to recommend, and to provide comprehensive understanding on attitudes and behaviors of bakery cafe customers. The questionnaire was developed through literature review and focus group interviews and was modified after pilot test. The questionnaires for the main survey were distributed to 320 males and females aged 20 and over in Seoul. A total of 275 questionnaires were used for analyses (85.9%) and the statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win (12.0) for descriptive analyses, regression analyses, and correlation analysis. The main results were as follows. There were significant differences of intention to revisit between groups of different gender, age, and personal expenses. The service quality of product dimension affected all tested variables, and the service quality of services and price dimension had effects on customer perceived value and intention to recommend. Customer satisfaction was a unique variable that is affected by service quality of the interior environments dimension. Overall, researchers and managers of bakery cafes should understand customer attitudes and behaviors, and the results of this study would help to establish marketing strategies that meet target customers' needs.

This paper analyzed the effects of interactions among participants on the satisfaction and commitment of cyber education. Even if the quality of interactions in cyber education may not be so good as that of interactions in face to face education. various kinds of interactions could be introduced in cyber education. An email or Q/A between lecturer and students could be a good way to compensate the deficiency of cyber education. Common News Boards or Discussion Rooms among students themselves are also a powerful means to learn each other in cyber space. The result of this study shows that as interactions among participants increase. satisfaction and commitment of the lecture also increase. This study also analyzed how cyber educational effects differs as interaction type changes in space dimension and time dimension. The result shows interactions in the same cyber space such as News Board brings more desirable outcome than those in the different cyber space. But the effects of interactions classified by time dimension does not show statistically significant differences.
Stroke is the leading cause of adult disability and the third leading cause of adult death in the world. Stroke has an impact on the physical, psychological and social dimensions of quality of life. An increasing number of authors have reported a deterioration of the quality of life in a large proportion of patients after a stroke. Just as satisfaction with each dimension varies to everyone, the importance of each dimension also varies and does not impact equally on the quality of life. So assessment on the quality of life has to adopt a multidimentional approach and to make use of the subjective and objective indicators.
To cope with the rapid emergence of competition, communication service providers are assigning marketers for the purpose of relationship marketing. However, the efficiency of relationship marketing has yet to be examined. This paper investigates the service quality determinants In relationship marketing through the telecommunication service marketers. By considering the specificity of the marketer´s role, the quality dimensions in SERVQUAL research have been modified. A survey has been conducted for the hypothesized seven quality dimensions. The results of the factor analysis show that the service quality determinants of relationship marketing are in fact four dimensions : empathy, reliability, image and tangibles. Here, the empathy dimension entails cost factor, and the reliability dimension includes responsiveness and assurance. The results also support the proposition, reported in SIRVPIRF research, that the quality of service should be measured only by the perceived achievement of the customer. This study provides useful insights into developing the strategy for effective relationship marketing.
Purpose: In general, franchise business models can generate higher returns and profits than non-franchise businesses. Therefore, it is necessary to study customer-based foodservice franchise brand awareness and service quality. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of service quality and brand awareness of foodservice franchises on attitudes divided into cognitive and affective attitudes and revisit intentions. Through this study, we intend to establish a structure that leads to service quality and brand awareness-cognitive attitude and affective attitude-loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology: In order to verify the hypothesis of this study, the survey was conducted among general consumers over the age of 20 who had visited a foodservice franchise within the last 3 months. Among the collected questionnaires, one insincere questionnaire was excluded, and 299 copies were used for analysis. The data collected to verify the hypothesis of this study were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. Result: First, it was found that the service quality of the foodservice franchise had a positive (+) effect on the cognitive attitude, and the service quality of the foodservice franchise had a statistically significant positive effect on the affective attitude. Second, the brand awareness of the foodservice franchise was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the cognitive attitude. and the brand awareness of the foodservice franchise had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the affective attitude as well. Third, cognitive attitude was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on loyalty, and affective attitude was also found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on loyalty. Conclusions: First, this study applied the S-O-R theory to the effect of service quality and brand recognition on cognitive attitude, affective attitude, and loyalty. Second, the structure leading to service quality and brand awareness-cognitive attitude and affective attitude-revisit intention was established. Third, attitudes in this study were divided into cognitive attitudes and affective attitudes. In general, attitude is studied as a single dimension as a cognitive attitude, but in this study, attitude was studied by dividing it into a cognitive dimension and an affective dimension
This paper is to identifies relationship between service quality, trust toward employees, trust toward store and store loyalty by investigate how service quality influences on trust toward employees and trust toward store, and its, in turn, influence on store loyalty and explain the moderating effect in relationships between service quality and trust toward employees, and service qualty and trust toward store in bank services setting. A survey study was conducted to collect the data with the actual service purchasers at domestic mayor banks. Analysis of structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0 was performed to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: First, it was found to the moderating effect in relationships between empathy dimension of service quality and trust toward employees, and assurance dimension of service quality and trust toward store. Second, service quality shows differential effects on both trust toward employees and trust toward store by dimension but trust toward employees influence on both trust toward store and it, in turn, influence on store loyalty. To sum up, it have to build empathy of service quality for increase of trust toward their customer who have high duration of relationship and have to build assurance of service quality for increase of trust toward store in bank service settings.
