디지털 기반 교통서비스 이용 불편함 경험과 이동성과의 관계 연구: 기술 활용 능력의 조절 효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship between User Discomfort in Digital-Based Transportation Services and Mobility: The Role of Technological Proficiency as a Moderator)

  • 최근 키오스크, 스마트폰 등과 같은 디지털 기기의 활용 범위가 확대됨에 따라, 교통 분야에서도 교통수단 선택, 경로 및 도착 정보 확인 등 디지털 정보를 활용한 서비스가 활발하게 제공되고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 기반 교통서비스 이용 시 사용자가 경험하는 불편함 경험 여부에 따른 이동성과의 관계를 분석하였다. 또한 이동성 영향요인에서 기술 활용 능력을 조절 변수로 선정하고 그에 대한 효과에 대해 검증하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상자의 특성에 따라 불편함을 경험한 비율은 16.4%, 이동성은 평균 48.4점이며, 기술 활용 능력은 3.78점인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 기반 교통서비스 불편함 경험은 종속변수인 이동성과 통계적으로 유의한 관계를 보이며, 정(+)의 관계를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 기술 활용 능력의 조절 효과를 확인한 결과, 이동성과 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 보이는 것으로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 기술 활용 능력이 이동성에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하여 제시함으로써 디지털 기반 교통서비스 이용 활성화와 디지털 격차 해소의 필요성에 대한 정책적 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

  • IoT-based services are being released in accordance with the aging population and the demand for well-being pursuit needs. In addition to medical device companies, companies with ideas ranging from global ICT companies to startup companies are accelerating their market entry. The areas where these services are most commonly applied are health/medical, life/safety, city/energy, automotive and transportation. Furthermore, by expanding IoT technology convergence into the area of life care services, it contributes greatly to the development of service models in the public sector. It also provides an important opportunity for IoT-related companies to open up new markets. By addressing the problems of life care services that are still insufficient. We are providing opportunities to pursue the common interests of both users and workers and improve the quality of life. In order to establish IoT-based digital life care services, it is necessary to develop convergence technologies using cloud computing systems, big data analytics, medical information, and smart healthcare infrastructure.

교통부문 디지털 격차 현황 분석 (Analysis of Digital Divide in Transportation Section )

  • 최근 코로나19로 인해 사회 전반적인 분야에서 대부분의 서비스가 비대면/무인화로 제공되고 있다. 하지만 여전히 디지털 격차를 해소하기 위한 연구는 요인 분석에 그치고 있으며, 특히 교통분야에서의 디지털 격차와 관련된 연구는 전무한 상황이다. 이에 본 논문은 설문조사를 기반으로 교통부문에서의 디지털 격차의 현황에 대해 파악하고자 한다. 첫째, 전국 성인남녀를 대상으로 디지털 기기 이용현황을 조사하여 연령, 학력, 소득 등으로 구분하여 디지털 취약계층을 선정하였다. 둘째, Chi-squared Text를 활용하여 디지털 취약계층과 비 취약계층을 대상으로 교통부문 모바일 앱 이용현황을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 모바일 앱의 인지도와 선호도에서 취약계층이 비 취약계층에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났고 이용 횟수에서도 유의한 수준으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교통부문 모바일 앱 능숙도를 비교하였다. 마찬가지로 취약계층이 비취약계층에 비해 모바일 앱 이용 절차 전반에서 능숙도가 유의한 수준으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 조사 결과가 향후 교통부문에서의 디지털 격차를 개선하기 위한 정책수립의 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

The Architecture of an Intelligent Digital Twin for a Cyber-Physical Route-Finding System in Smart Cities

  • Within an intelligent automated cyber-physical system, the realization of the autonomous mechanism for data collection, data integration, and data analysis plays a critical role in the design, development, operation, and maintenance of such a system. This construct is particularly vital for fault-tolerant route-finding systems that rely on the imprecise GPS location of the vehicles to properly operate, timely plan, and continuously produce informative feedback to the user. More essentially, the integration of digital twins with cyber-physical route-finding systems has been overlooked in intelligent transportation services with the capacity to construct the network routes solely from the locations of the operating vehicles. To address this limitation, the present study proposes a conceptual architecture that employs digital twin to autonomously maintain, update, and manage intelligent transportation systems. This virtual management simulation can improve the accuracy of time-of-arrival prediction based on auto-generated routes on which the vehicle's real-time location is mapped. To that end, first, an intelligent transportation system was developed based on two primary mechanisms: 1) an automated route finding process in which predictive data-driven models (i.e., regularized least-squares regression) can elicit the geometry and direction of the routes of the transportation network from the cloud of geotagged data points of the operating vehicles and 2) an intelligent mapping process capable of accurately locating the vehicles on the map whereby their arrival times to any point on the route can be estimated. Afterward, the digital representations of the physical entities (i.e., vehicles and routes) were simulated based on the auto-generated routes and the vehicles' locations in near-real-time. Finally, the feasibility and usability of the presented conceptual framework were evaluated through the comparison between the primary characteristics of the physical entities with their digital representations. The proposed architecture can be used by the vehicle-tracking applications dependent on geotagged data for digital mapping and location tracking of vehicles under a systematic comparison and simulation cyber-physical system.

  • 본 논문에서 개발하고자 하는 기술은 국내 FIT(Free Independent Tour) 버스관광객에게 보다 편리한 버스이용 방법과 버스관광에 적합한 관광콘텐츠를 통합된 서비스로 제공하기 위한 플랫폼에 관한 것이다. 최근 버스 이용 환경 개선이 이루어짐과 동시에 대중교통을 이용한 휴양 목적의 FIT 관광객이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라서 관광객 수요에 부합하는 관광 플랫폼이 필요하다. 상세하게는 버스정보 제공 시스템을 보다 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 버스정보 공공API를 활용하여 버스정보 제공 알고리즘을 구현하고, 관광정보와 버스정보의 연계 정보 제공을 위해 사용자 이용행태 데이터 수집모듈과 데이터마이닝 모듈을 구현하여 대중교통을 이용하는 FIT 관광객을 대상으로 버스관광 서비스 제공을 위한 버스정류소 기반 콘텐츠 플랫폼을 개발하는 것이다.

  • The differentiation of this study is largely based on the above discussion. First, I would like to examine the main factors that affect the image of the local government's special transport agencies in terms of users and suggest strategic options for promoting the local government's special traffic. Second, a public service approach is very necessary considering the concept of new public transport such as local government special transport, individual use experience and social impact. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the characteristics of local government special traffic through the five important factors of the service quality which are not capable of objectively measuring the characteristics of the service.

Post-COVID-19 시대 마비말장애 재활을 위한 디지털 치료제 기반의 커뮤니티케어 방안 (A Study on the Digital Therapeutics Based Community Care for Rehabilitation in Dysarthria in the Post-COVID-19 Era)

  • 본 연구에서는 COVID-19시대에 비대면 서비스가 확대되고 있는 상황에서 마비말장애의 재활을 위한 디지털 치료제 기반의 커뮤니티케어 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 병원, 언어치료기관, 사회복지기관에서 근무하는 전문가들을 대상으로 질적연구를 수행하였고, 연구 결과 3개의 주제와 9개의 하위주제, 18개의 의미단위가 도출되었다. 분석결과에 근거한 디지털 치료제 기반의 커뮤니티케어 모델은 원격진단, 원격치료, 재활훈련 프로그램 제공, 동료지원가들의 지지, 임상적 지원, 의사소통 지원, 심리사회적 중재, 케어플랜 서비스 등 9가지 유형으로구성되었다. 본 연구는 디지털 치료제를 활용한 보건-복지 연계서비스를 위한 기초자료와 다학제간 협력에 기반한 공유케어 계획 수립의 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

스마트폰 기반 실시간 교통정보를 반영한 버스의 목적지 도착 시간 예측 시스템 개발 (Development of destination arrival time prediction system for bus that applied smart-phone based real-time traffic information)

  • While there are many services that can check current traffic condition and application program such as bus arrival alarm are developed, since it only provide simple alarm and check level of information, it is still insufficient in many senses. Therefore, the program that try to develop in this study is the system that predict arrival time to destination and inform the bus passengers by applying real time traffic information. The system developed related to this study is still very inadequate. In the system developed in this thesis, when the user input the current bus number and destination using smart-phone, relevant server acquire the bus route information from bus information DB, and analyze real time traffic information based on the information from traffic information DB, and inform customer of expected arrival time to destination. In this thesis, traffic congestion can be eased off and regular operation of public transportation can be improved with reliable destination arrival alarm. Also, it is considered that pattern of bus users can be analyzed by using these information, and analyzing average transport speed and time of public transportation, travel time depending on various situation can give a boost to study related to transportation information and its development.

A Study on the Verification of Traffic Flow and Traffic Accident Cognitive Function for Road Traffic Situation Cognitive System

  • Owing to the need to establish a cooperative-intelligent transport system (C-ITS) environment in the transportation sector locally and abroad, various research and development efforts such as high-tech road infrastructure, connection technology between road components, and traffic information systems are currently underway. However, the current central control center-oriented information collection and provision service structure and the insufficient road infrastructure limit the realization of the C-ITS, which requires a diversity of traffic information, real-time data, advanced traffic safety management, and transportation convenience services. In this study, a network construction method based on the existing received signal strength indicator (RSSI) selected as a comparison target, and the experimental target and the proposed intelligent edge network compared and analyzed. The result of the analysis showed that the data transmission rate in the intelligent edge network was 97.48%, the data transmission time was 215 ms, and the recovery time of network failure was 49,983 ms.

Location Responsive Vehicle Digital Signage System for Visual Mobile Advertisement

  • In this paper we present the combination of location based mobile advertisement services and dynamic digital signage markets has been developing recent days to provide consumer admired visual mobile advertisement on all kind transportation vehicles. In spite of that, the digital signage advertisement content management is still not that easy to manage the content dynamically as well operation is most time consuming to handle the contents dynamically in digital signage business. As location based services is most impactful service in shopping, the location responsive advertisement on vehicle signage will be most desirable mobile advertisement to help people migrate from one place to another place for travel or stay. This paper propose a mobile location responsive digital signage system for vehicles using the GPS and wireless infrastructure integrated with digital signage system. This proposed research use the centralized digital signage system architecture for the mobile advertisement application and this system can be expanded to different vehicles for digital advertisement including buses, trucks, train, air vehicle and any other form of mobile advertising vehicles. Also, this present an effective advertisement recommendation algorithm, by which the advertisement can be selected broadcasted for the right advertisement ventures more effectively as the service requested from advertiser. This paper present the emulated experimental result to evidence the proposed dynamic vehicle signage system performed better than compared with traditional signage random advertising. The emulated result proves that the advertisement recommendation algorithm can effectively works out the targeted key audiences in location responsive region the algorithm evaluated.
