Developing a Competence Model for Salespeople in Interior Remodeling Business - Focus on LG HAUSYS - (인테리어 리모델링 사업에서 영업사원의 핵심역량 모델 개발 - LG하우시스를 중심으로 -)

  • Recently, competition in the interior remodeling business is fierce. However, the interior remodeling business is basically B2B, and in this business, sales are basically dictated by the capabilities of salespeople. Therefore, in this study, we intend to develop a model for the core competency of salespeople in the interior remodeling business. To this end, based on the research on the existing competency and competency modeling, the competency model of the salesperson was derived using Dubois' overlay method. A total of 12 core competencies could be defined through the first and second modeling. The subject of this study was focused on LG Hausys, the most representative interior remodeling company in Korea. Based on the core competencies developed in this way, overall sales competencies can be raised through the development of a training course to enhance the sales competencies of salespeople, and a more efficient and objective HR.

A Study of Cyber University Core Competence: The Consumer's Perception about Off-line Base University (사이버대학교의 핵심역량에 관한 연구 : 오프라인 기반 대학에 대한 소비자 지각을 중심으로)

  • To study about core capability which becomes the kernel of sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) in cyber university which confronts competition-deepening circumstance, the value and importance of brand and educational services of cyber universities which stand on the basis of offline university were examined. Moreover, core capability based on the importance of cyber university service was searched, and its strategic course were suggested. Within research processes, competition environment of cyber university was forecasted, and importance to build up its core capability was examined. Moreover, conjoint analysis was carried out for three offline cyber universities. As a result of survey analysis, effectiveness of cyber university brand showed greater influence than other characteristics in terms of the influence which affects consumer preference for cyber university. Therefore, to overcome weaknesses of brand asset in low brand power cyber university, establishment of strong core capability which reflects consumer preference is needed to carry out differentiation strategy or concentration strategy, and it is necessary to consider the introduction of new competitiveness structure.

  • CYL/HEAD제작에 있어서 DIGITAL MOCK-UP의 효과는 다음과 같다. 1. PATTERN에서 가상 몰드를 만들어 몰드의 장, 탈착성을 검토할 수 있고 각 몰드 및 전체중량을 산출할 수 있기 때문에 최적의 PARTING을 할 수 있다. 2. 가상 몰드의 조립에 의해서 가상 주물형을 만들 수 있기 때문에 생산하기 전에 실물의 내, 외부의 정확한 형상을 알 수가 있다. 즉 주물공정상 외형부분과 CORE 부분의 형상을 따로 만들기 때문에 형상을 잘못 만들었든가 몰드 조립을 잘못 했든가 하는 등의 이유로 간혹 두께가 맞지 않은 경우가 있는데 SECTION 확인에 의해서 외형부분과 CORE 가장자리에 두께가 제대로 되어 있는지 알 수가 있으므로 오류를 줄일 수 있다.

  • This paper describes the design and implementation results of 40, 32, 24 and 16kbps ADPCM encoder and decoder circuit, based on the protocol CCITT G.726. We verified the ADPCM algorithm using C language and designed the RTL circuit with Verilog HDL. The circuit has been simulated by Verilog-XL, synthesized by Design Compiler and verified using Xilinx FPGA. Since the synthesized circuit includes a small number of gates, it is expected to be used as a core module in the digital voice and image processing SOC.

  • The 3-D power distribution synthesis scheme was implemented in Totally Integrated Core Operation Monitoring System (TICOMS), which is under development as the next generation core monitoring system. The on-line 3-D core power distribution obtained from the measured fixed incore detector readings is used to construct the hot pin power as well as the core average axial power distribution. The core average axial power distribution and the hot pin power of TICOMS were compared with those of the current digital on-line core monitoring system, COLSS, which construct the core average axial power distribution and the pseudo hot pin power. The comparison shows that TICOMS results in the slightly more accurate core average axial power distribution and the less conservative hot pin power. Therefore, these results increased the core operating margins. In addition, the on-line 3-D power distribution is expected to be very useful for the core operation in the future.

  • This study aims to identify the core life-cycle elements for archiving digital content through analyzing the existing digital content life-cycle models and suggest the remedies for management the digital content of KISTI after a comparative study. As a result, the 10 core life-cycle categories consisted of 31 small elements were defined. Furthermore, the recommendations that digital content archiving should be set as a critical mission and archiving policy should be prepared in KISTI were proved.

  • This paper defines a 3D full core neutronics benchmark which is based on the NuScale small modular reactor (SMR) concept. The paper provides a detailed description of the NuScale-like core, a list of expected outputs, and a reference solution to the benchmark exercises obtained with the Monte Carlo code Serpent. The benchmark was developed in the framework of the Euratom McSAFER project and can be used for verification of computational chains dedicated to 3D full-core neutronics simulations of water cooled SMRs. The paper is supplemented with a digital data set to ease the modeling process.

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of core competency courses by scrutinizing H Corporation case. The primary data survey was taken from direct and indirect participants of H Corporation core competency courses. The findings from the study are as follow. Firstly, before-and-after average differences were significant in inspecting core competency courses. Secondly, participants' own expected core competency was comparatively lower than how observers evaluated the participants. Thirdly, Core competency courses directly and indirectly influenced on the business performance. Therefore, the conclusions of the study are firstly, core competency courses may work effectively for the goal of the company in changing employees' organizational behavior. Secondly, for the better result of the core competency courses, customized and integrated learning transfer model for the particular company should be designed from the beginning of the education.

  • 방송에서의 광고의 비중이 높아짐에 따라 광고 수익을 극대화하기 위한 기술의 발전이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 최근의 이러한 광고 관련 기술들을 일반적으로 Advanced Advertising 이라고 하며 그 중 시청자의 선호에 맞는 광고만을 시청자에게 제공하는 타깃광고(Targeted Advertising) 방식 등 수신기별로 특화된 광고를 제공하는 기술을 클라이언트 기반 광고 삽입 방식이라고 한다. 북미의 인터랙티브 케이블방송 규격인 OCAP(OpenCable Application Platform)은 OCAP DPI(Digital Program Insertion) 라는 명칭의 클라이언트 기반 광고 삽입 방식에 대한 북미 일부 지역에서의 시험 방송의 성공한 후 관련 규격을 OCAP1.1-I01 에 발표하기에 이르렀다. 조만간 상용화되면 OCAP DPI 를 통해 북미 케이블방송 사업자들의 광고 수익 향상에 기여할 것은 물론이고 시청자들의 만족도를 향상시킬 것이다. 이런 움직임은 케이블 진영뿐만 아니라 Open IPTV Forum, ATSC 등 IPTV 나 지상파 TV 진영에서도 이 기술에 대한 타당성 검증 및 표준화가 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 클라이언트 기반 광고 삽입 기술에 대해 OCAP DPI 를 구현한 경험을 바탕으로 그 원리 및 동작을 설명하고, DVR(Digital Video Recorder) 또는 PVR(Personal Video Recorder)의 주요 기능인 스토리지에 방송스트림을 저장하고 재생하는 기능을 이용하는 광고 삽입 방법에 대해 제안하며, Cable-IPTV Hybrid 의 웹 접근성을 이용하여 웹 서버에 저장되어 관리 및 운용되는 광고컨텐츠의 스트리밍을 통한 광고 삽입 방법에 대한 제안하고, 마지막으로 실제 이러한 광고 삽입 기술을 적용하는 데에 있어 발생되는 문제점들을 언급하고 그 해결에 대한 의견을 제시한다.
