This study intends to provide foundational data for enhancing the welfare of customers purchasing digital products through analyzing the notes from written on-line reviews. The data used for the analysis are 6,342 on-line reviews for cell phones and digital cameras released from November, 2007 until April, 2008, which was posted on Naver Knowledge Shopping from November, 2007 until June, 2008. Through the on-line reviews, this article analyzed the evaluations on the digital products' hardware, software, design, service, price, and other criteria and the customers' emotional experience in the process of purchase, use, and possession. According to the results of the analysis, negative evaluation and emotional experience were originated from the company's information provision methods and purchase process. In addition, insufficient information searches in the process of online purchases, consumers' low right consciousness, and impolite on-line reviews were also problematic. Customers' evaluations and emotional experiences on digital products were conducted in a complex way. Based on that, this research makes suggestions in the company's marketing, customer education, and theoretical aspect.

본 연구의 목적은 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량과 삶의 만족도 관계에서 디지털 정보화 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적 달성을 위해서 "2022년 디지털정보격차 실태조사" 자료에서 결혼이민자 중 여성의 응답을 SPSS 25.0, AMOS 24.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 디지털 정보 활용 역량을 독립변수로 하고 삶의 만족도를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량은 디지털 정보화 자기효능감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보화 자기효능감은 삶의 만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 디지털 정보 활용 역량이 디지털 정보화 자기효능감을 매개로 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향의 부트스트랩핑을 통해 통계적 유의성을 확인한 결과, 신뢰구간에 0이 포함되지 않았고, 통계적으로도 유의하였다.

After elderly long term care insurance implementation (July 1, 2008), the elderly medical and welfare facilities covered by medical insurance continuously increases 30 to 63% sanction annually. Rapid growth of senior citizen welfare facilities arises in a poor residential environment issues. In most cases, it is the legal minimum criteria tailored for 4 persons accommodated in nature, such as the hospital. Therefore, 'Hometown-style traditional Korean House' is needed to rest comfortable for elderly people. Research goal is to provide direction and design materials by developing a type of architectural planning for the elderly welfare facilities unit care of the atmosphere of a traditional Korean House. The following two elements are applied to the elderly welfare facilities. Senior citizen welfare facilities in the main living space are applied to modern residential space of the elderly-friendly atmosphere of a traditional Korean House. It is applied for the Korean lifestyle and residential culture are through an analysis of Japan's leading development unit care system.

본 연구의 목적은 결혼 이주 여성의 디지털 정보화 변화 만족도에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 실시한 디지털정보격차 실태조사 자료 중 결혼이주여성 응답을 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 결과, 첫째, 결혼 기간이 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 스마트폰 이용일수가 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 디지털 정보화기기 활용 역량 중 PC 활용 능력은 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤고, 모바일기기 활용 능력은 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 디지털 정보활용 역량 중 취미여가에 활용은 결혼 이주 여성의 디지털 정보화 변화 만족도에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 디지털 사회자본 중 가교형 사회자본이 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 디지털 정보화 자기효능감은 결혼 이주 여성의 디지털 정보화 변화 만족도에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

점자악보는 시각장애인들이 음악을 배우고 즐길 수 있게 하는 필수적인 교육적 자료이다. 현재 우리나라에서는 전자점자악보의 제작은 국립장애인도서관에서 신청제작 할 수 있으며 점자악보제작 및 교육에 특성화 된 시각장애인음악 재활센터에서 가장 많이 제작되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 전국의 지역별 점자도서관은 점자악보의 분류조차 되어 있지 않고 소장하는 점자악보의 수도 다른 점자도서에 비해 비중이 낮다. 본 연구는 국립장애인도서관의 점자악보 제작과 그 현황을 파악하여 점자악보의 제작의 정확성과 시각장애인들이 점자악보를 사용함에 있어 효율성이 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 각 지역별 점자도서관의 점자도서의 수와 그 안에서의 점자악보의 비중을 알아보고 전자점자악보의 필요성과 DB구축의 필요성을 제안하고자 한다. 시각장애인들의 음악교육 및 예술활동을 위한 전자점자악보의 활성화와 체계화를 통해 우리나라의 시각장애인들이 장애인 당사자주의를 바탕으로 더 좋은 문화적, 예술적 환경을 조성하는데 일익을 담당하고자 한다.

복지국가들은 사회복지를 위해 과학기술을 적극적으로 활용하고자 다양한 시도를 하고 있으며, 이러한 맥락에서 복지테크놀로지는 노인, 장애인 등을 비롯하여 일반 시민들의 삶의 질을 높이는 방향으로 활용될 수 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구에서는 사회복지현장의 사회복지사들이 복지테크놀로지에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지, 그리고 사회복지 분야에 복지테크놀로지를 어떻게 적용할 수 있을지, 향후 발전전망은 어떠한지 등에 대한 인식을 살펴보고자 하였다. 2018년 1월 한 달 간, 서울, 경기지역 사회복지관에서 근무하는 13명의 사회복지사를 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료에 대해 주제분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과, '복지테크놀로지의 개념', '복지테크놀로지의 필요성', '복지테크놀로지의 활용현황', '복지테크놀로지의 향후 전망'이라는 4개의 범주 및 12개의 하위범주, 24개의 개념이 도출되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 사회복지현장에서의 복지테크놀로지 발전 및 활성화를 위한 논의 및 제언을 하였다.

In this paper, the research and development aim to strengthen the digital accessibility of the elderly by developing a kiosk incorporating AI voice recognition technology that can replace the promotional signage currently being installed and spread in the elderly and social welfare centers most frequently used by the digital underprivileged. It was intended to develop a converged system for the use of bulletin board functions, educational functions, and welfare center facilities, and to seek ways to increase the user's digital device experience through direct experience and education. Through interviews and surveys of senior citizens and social welfare centers, it was intended to collect problems and pain Points that the elderly currently experience in the process of using kiosks and apply them to the development process, and improve problems through pilot services. Through this study, it was confirmed that voice recognition technology is 2 to 6 times faster than keyboard input, so it is helpful for the elderly who are not familiar with device operation. However, it is necessary to improve the problem that there is a difference in the accuracy of the recognition rate according to the surrounding environment with noise. Through small efforts such as this study, we hope that the elderly will be a little free from digital alienation.

Digital therapy using extended reality (XR) holds great promise for addressing the mental health needs of adolescents and young adults. This study addresses a notable research gap in South Korea by systematically reviewing XR-based digital therapy for the mental health of South Korean adolescents and young adults. We analyzed 26 studies encompassing various aspects, including study type, publication date, research field, research methodology, data sources, program types, program content, sample characteristics, target population, assessment tools, and program effectiveness. Notably, 46.15% of the studies employed an experimental design, whereas over 53% utilized non-experimental approaches. Experimental studies lacked a genuine design, standardized questionnaires, and control variables. Similarly, non-experimental studies failed to report specific literature selection criteria. Consequently, future studies should adopt rigorous methodologies to enhance reliability and validity. Moreover, over 85% of the 26 studies focused solely on virtual reality and did not incorporate augmented or mixed reality. This study identifies the limitations of the previous research. These findings emphasize the need for structured investigations to advance the development of XR-based digital therapy to promote mental health in adolescents and young adults in South Korea.

이 연구는 디지털 미디어 시대의 주요 이슈인 디지털 격차(digital divide)를 수용자 복지정책의 관점에서 디지털 리터러시 문제와 함께 고찰하였다. 매체 폭발, 수용자 선택권 무한 확대로 특징지어지는 디지털 미디어 환경에서의 과연 수용자 복지가 제대로 이루어지고 있는가라는 문제제기를 기반으로, 수용자 복지의 대척점이라 할 수 있는 디지털 격차에 대한 논의들을 검토하고, 이것이 수용자의 미디어 활용 능력, 즉 디지털 리터러시와 어떠한 관련성을 갖는지에 대해 살펴봄으로써, 향후 디지털 격차 연구의 방향성 및 수용자 복지의 정책적 방향성을 점검해 보는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 지금까지 우리나라를 비롯한 각국의 디지털 격차 해소정책은 물리적 접근 확대와 기초 기술 교육에 머물러 있다는 비판을 받고 있다. 디지털 격차는 사회구조적 제반 요인과 개인의 심리적 속성, 디지털 미디어 평가태도 및 활용능력 요인들이 복합적으로 관련된 중층개념으로 분석되어야 한다. 특히 활용능력인 디지털 리터러시 개념은 디지털 격차의 학술적 연구 및 정책에서 제대로 주목받지 못했다. 이 연구에서는 2단계 과정의 디지털 격차 해소 방안을 제시한다. 1단계에서는 기기보급과 기초기술 교육을, 2단계에서는 정보 추구와 삶의 질 향상을 연계시킬 수 있는 능력 교육으로서의 리터러시 교육의 도입을 제안하였다.

The elderly in South Korea in 2012 to 11.8% now aging fast-paced world, which is older than most countries. That is, as long as the elderly people lack the time to respond on the issue could cause many problems. According to the principle of social solidarity, long-term care insurance was introduced for the elderly since July 2008 and facility and sanction salaries were supported for the level 1 (the most serious illness) - level 3 (serious illness) elderly. On the other hand, in the fields of architecture, it is difficult to receive the contents of the unified related articles when the design and construction of the elderly welfare facilities take propel commissioned. This paper not only presents the elderly welfare facilities operated according to the institution and policy of elderly welfare facilities in terms of architecture, but also provides the criteria summarized by building facilities in the field of construction of elderly welfare facilities planning, planning, design is intended to provide basic information. This study addresses are as follows: First, the aging population of South Korea and welfare facilities for the elderly are addressed. Second, in terms of architecture, the institution and policy of elderly welfare facilities in South Korea, are addressed. Third, the construction criteria of elderly welfare facilities is summarized to help architectural practitioners understand. Fourth, the future direction of the architectural design of welfare facilities for the elderly is presented.
