최근 전자상거래의 활성화와 더불어 관심이 증대되고 있는 분야가 바로 인증 분야다. 따라서 전자인증의 증대에 따라 발생할 수 있는 사고와 그에 따른 인증기관의 업무와 배상 책임에 관해 다뤄보고자 한다. 본고는 한국정보보호센터(이하 KISA)의 정보보호 우수논문 공모전에서 입상한 논문으로 KISA의 허가에 의해 보도를 하며 저작권은 KISA에 있음을 밝힌다.

인터넷 라이프가 시작될 21세기를 앞두고 웹사이트는 각 기업, 개인들에게 친숙한 인터넷 가상공간이 되고 있다. 홈페이지를 통해 기업들은 홍보를 하고, 제품판매를 하며, 개인들인 친구와 모이고 관심거리를 이야기 하고 있다. 명확한 목적을 가지고 홈페이지를 구축했을 경우, 지금 현재의 웹사이트가 얼마만큼 왔으며 어디로 가야하는 가를 알고 싶을 것이다. 이러한 웹사이트에 대한 통계분석방법은 웹사이트에 대한 객관적인 분석을 통해 웹사이트를 평가하고, 문제점을 찾아주며 나아가야 할 곳을 일러준다.

The Government confirmed the action planning of digital mapping project for major thematic maps based on ‘Revised Plan for The Development of the National Geographic Information System’(NGIS). Mapping for major thematic maps was begun in 1998 when digital mapping project for topographic maps finished due to the delay of the action planning, and will selectively have produced the essential digital thematic maps according to the frequency of usage. The models of topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps around Suwon were produced in accordance with the presented draft. We presented specification for production of the most appropriate topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps through the analysis of the process of production, discussion and error check, and correction of the produced topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps. And we could make it easier to develop digital mapping project of topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps effectively by presenting the strategy for data input and maintenance, the cost model for carrying out the digital thematic map production, digital topographic maps, and the supplement of data model and data format. Topographic-cadastral maps has a wide range of usage but a lot of difficulties in the process of production and map update under use. So it seems that the study on users, university, private sector and municipal self-government must follow for promoting the use of topographic-cadastral maps.

스마트 팩토리(Smart Factory) 고도화의 핵심으로 평가되는 디지털 트윈(Digital Twin)은 현실 세계의 자산과 동일한 속성 및 기능을 가지는 디지털 복제본을 가상의 세계에 구현하는 기술이다. 디지털 트윈 기술이 적용된 스마트팩토리는 생산공정의 실시간 모니터링, 생산공정 시뮬레이션, 생산설비 예지보전 등의 서비스를 지원할 수 있어 생산비용 절감 및 생산성 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. AAS(Asset Administration Shell)는 디지털 트윈을 구현하기 위한 필수 기술로, 현실의 물리적 자산을 디지털로 표현하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트팩토리 내 생산설비를 자산으로 간주하여, 운용 중인 실시간 CNC(Computer Numerical Control) 모니터링 시스템에서 활용할 제조 데이터 수집을 위한 AAS를 설계하였다.

오늘날과 같은 다매체 시대에서는 미디어의 형태(하드웨어)보다 미디어의 내용(콘텐츠)이 성패를 좌우한다고 해도 과언이 아닐 정도로 콘텐츠가 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 인기 있는 텔레비전 프로그램들은 국경을 넘어 공급되고 현지 시청자들에 맞게 각색된 이른바 '포맷'이라는 형태로 확산되고 있다. 이러한 포맷산업은 미국에서 시작되었지만 1990년대부터 유럽으로 주도권이 옮겨지게 되었고, 이후 "super-formats"에 의해 확고하게 자리잡은 산업이며 오늘날 연간 31억 유로로 추정되는 가치를 지니고 있다. 특히 2000년대 이후 세게 방송포맷산업의 중심지로 떠오른 영국의 사례는 문화콘텐츠산업을 육성하고자 하는 한국에 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 방송포맷산업의 역사를 연대기적으로 고찰하고 콘텐츠 강국으로서의 영국이 가진 산업적 배경을 살펴봄으로써 한국의 콘텐츠산업에 시사하는 바를 찾고자 함에 그 목적이 있다.

이 논문에서는 국내 라디오 이용 현황을 영국, 미국 등 국외 비교하였다. 비교 결과 영국, 미국의 라디오 이용률이 모두 90% 전후로 높게 나타났으나, 국내는 21.7%로 매우 낮은 것이 확인되었다. 또한 영국, 미국은 라디오 방송이 재난 시 재난경보 메시지를 전달하기 위한 중요 매체로 인식되어 있으나, 국내는 재난상황에서 라디오 방송의 중요성이 0.7%로 평가되어 그 중요성이 간과되고 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 국내 라디오 방송 이용률을 올리기 위한 방안들로 '라디오 수신율 제고 등 서비스 품질 개선', '재난경보 매체로서의 라디오 방송의 중요성 인식 개선', '디지털 라디오 도입' 및 'FM 라디오 데이터 방송 도입' 등이 제시되었다.

This letter presents a crosstalk-enhanced polymer thermo-optic digital optical switch operating at a low power consumption. Modified radiation-type attenuators are integrated in a series with a conventional $1{\times}2$ digital optical switch. A low optical crosstalk of less than -45 dB is attained at a low applied switching power of 60 mW, and an insertion loss of about 1.1 dB is exhibited.

The Design and Optimization of a low-profile antenna for the Satellite Digital Audio Radio System(SDARS) using a Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm(NSGA) is presented. a fairly omni-directional elevation gain pattern over 60 degrees < q <60 degrees are obtained. The average value of the LCP gain pattern is approximately 2 dBic. The heights of the antennas are less than 0.251. The cross polarized signal level is approximately 12 dBic less than the co-polarized signal level.

In this paper, we propose a voting method for capacitance measurement. Nowadays the measurement system is changing from analog system to digital system. However, capacitance measurement system has a data error because of the noise. The data of general digital measurement system include an internal and external measurement noises that highly affect to the results. Therefore, this paper proposes data compensation method using voting method. Finally, simulation results are used to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method.

In this paper, we present design features, implementation, and validation of a satellite simulator subsystem for the Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite-2 (KOMPSAT-2). The satellite simulator subsystem is implemented on a personal computer to minimize costs and trouble on embedding onboard flight software into the simulator. An object-oriented design methodology is employed to maximize software reusability. Also, instead of a high-cost commercial database, XML is used for the manipulation of spacecraft characteristics data, telecommand, telemetry, and simulation data. The KOMPSAT-2 satellite simulator subsystem is validated by various simulations for autonomous onboard launch and early orbit phase operations, anomaly operation, and science fine mode operation. It is also officially verified by successfully passing various tests such as the satellite simulator subsystem test, mission control element system integration test, interface test, site installation test, and acceptance test.
