Although digitalization of broadcast waves is extending the multichannel programming capabilities of broadcasting, it does not fully exploit the potentiality of the digital evolution in broadcasting. ISDB has been put forth as second-generation digital broadcasting which offers a basis for a universal service in the future multimedia environment, and opens many new possibilities for services and their use. The paper is divided into three parts: A vision of the future of broadcasting, Evolution towards ISDB - integrated Services Television, and Technology development.

Electronic service delivery is an integral mission that is shouldered upon e-government to carry out. And it also has become an important way of making client-centered administration work more effectively. It is quite convenient from citizens' perspective to utilize public services that are electronically transformed. This study identifies a set of electronic services currently provided by e-government and proposes policy measures for further driving e-government to develop its services in a direction of making people's life more convenient.

본 연구에서는 Y세대의 특징을 밝히고 Y세대가 요구하는 차세대디지털도서관서비스를 도출하고자 하였으며, 이들의 요구가 베이비붐세대와 어느 정도 차이를 보이는지를 비교하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, Y세대가 가장 많이 이용하는 디지털기기는 휴대폰 또는 스마트폰으로 나타났고, 다음으로 데스크탑 PC, 노트북 PC, 디지털 카메라 순으로 나타났으며, 사용비율에 있어서 약간의 차이는 있지만 그 순위는 베이비붐세대와 거의 유사하게 나타났다. 둘째, 이용하는 디지털서비스에 있어서 Y세대와 베이비붐세대는 상당한 차이를 보이고 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, Y세대는 인터넷 포털을 가장 많이 이용하고 베이비붐세대는 이메일서비스를 가장 많이 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Y세대와 베이비붐세대가 차세대디지털도서관에 요구하는 서비스를 클라우드서비스, 무한창조공간, 빅데이터, 증강현실, 구글글래스, 상황인식기술, 시맨틱서비스, SNS서비스, 디지털교과서서비스, RFID 및 QRCode 서비스, 도서관공간구성, 최첨단디스플레이기술, 기타 획기적인 서비스로 구분하여 조사한 결과, Y세대가 가장 높은 요구도를 보인 서비스는 빅데이터서비스였고, 베이비붐세대는 디지털교과서서비스였다.

This study aimed to propose application directions for South Korea's digital health policy by conducting a literature review, data analysis, and examining foreign cases. The objective was to enhance the healthcare rights of individuals with disabilities, considering the potential expansion of the digital health policy. The findings indicate that digital health holds significant promise in improving mobility and accessibility for the healthcare rights of disabled individuals in Korea. However, addressing the digital gap is crucial for achieving smooth utilization. To ensure seamless use of the digital health system, it is imperative to attain digital inclusion, encompassing digital technology, connectivity, and accessibility. Additionally, establishing governance for digital health and expanding infrastructure for affordable access to high-quality internet are essential. Despite the study's limitations arising from relying on literature research, it is anticipated that the findings can serve as foundational data for preemptive responses and provide insights into the direction of the government's digital health policy to enhance the healthcare rights of individuals with disabilities.

공공도서관에서 전자정보 서비스를 시작된 지 10여년이 지났지만 효율적인 서비스 운영을 위한 전문성 부족과 저작권 문제의 제약으로 활용 면에서 두드러진 성과를 얻지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 협력형 전자정보 서비스 운영 사례와 경기도 및 경기도 내 31개 시군의 도서관 전자정보 서비스 현황 분석을 통해 광역자치단체 차원의 지역 내 공공도서관 간 상호 협력형 서비스 모델을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 협력형 전자정보 서비스를 운영하고 있는 국내외 기관의 웹서비스 현황을 파악하고, 설문 조사를 통해 경기도 내 시군 기관별 전자정보 서비스 현황을 조사하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 성공적인 협력형 정보서비스 모델 구현을 위한 기능요건으로 소장 전자정보 통합검색, 웹DB, 지역 기록물 원문DB, 온라인 참고봉사, 모바일 플랫폼 지원을 제시하고 시스템 관리 체계는 참여기관의 독립적 특성을 고려하여 집중형과 분산형 모델의 장점을 결합한 절충형 모델을 제안하였다.

지난 10년 동안 디지털 음악콘텐츠 시장은 급속도로 확산되고 있으나 다양한 음원 상품과 서비스 상품에 대한 소비자 사용 및 소비에 영향을 미치는 음악콘텐츠 상품의 가치 요인들을 고려한 상품 구성과 가격 정책에 대한 자료는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 국내에서 이루어지는 스트리밍과 다운로드 방식의 디지털 음악콘텐츠 서비스 상품을 중심으로 소비자의 서비스 상품 선택에 영향을 미치는 속성으로 장르, 가격, 음질, 이용기기를 정의하고, 헤도닉 가격모형이론과 컨조인트 분석방법을 통해 소비자가 지각하고 있는 속성 요인별 중요도와 부분 가치를 추정하여 디지털 음악콘텐츠 서비스에 대한 소비자 중심의 시장가격과 상품 구성에 대한 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 했다. 이를 위해 국내 디지털 음악콘텐츠 서비스 사용자 405명의 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석 결과 다운로드 방식에서는 '음질' 속성이 스트리밍 방식에서는 '이용기기' 속성이 '가격' 속성보다 중요하게 나타났다. 결론적으로 디지털 음악콘텐츠 서비스 상품 구성 및 가격 책정의 경우 생산자 중심의 가치에 대한 고려를 넘어 소비자 중심의 시장과 소비 속성을 고려한 차별화가 이루어질 수 있어야 함을 살펴볼 수 있었다.

급변하는 교육 기술과 트랜드로 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠를 제공하는 서비스는 기존 콘텐츠가 내용적 변화와 영상적/기술적 품질의 재평가 및 폐기 등이 필요한지에 대한 관리보다는 최신의 기술과 트랜드에 맞춤화된 콘텐츠를 제공하는데 급급했다. 본 연구에서는 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠의 질 관리를 위해 적합한 수명주기와 효과적인 재평가 주기에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 국내 교육 서비스에 대한 사례를 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 국내 교육 서비스 중 초 중등, 고등, 평생교육에서 대표적인 서비스 사례를 선정하여 담당자로 구성된 초점그룹인터뷰(FGI, Focused Group Interview)를 실시하였다. 인터뷰 결과를 바탕으로 각각 학교급에 따른 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 수명주기를 분석하고, 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠에 대해 수명주기에 의한 질 관리의 필요성을 제기함으로써 기관 자체적으로 체계 없이 수행하고 있는 기 콘텐츠의 관리를 좀 더 체계화된 수명주기 정책을 통해 관리하기 위한 기반을 마련하였다는데 의의가 있다.

The existing mashup service providers have induced users to participate in their own made services and have grown their services by user participations and contributing contents. Recent services based on Web2.0 are called by 'Open (Content) Service' which means anyone can provide new services to the others without any of their own contents. But unfortunately the most of these days services are not opened. They just using mashups for increasing their service's traffics. We introduce the way to make a simple service to provide searching videos present it with extracted keyword from external content without our own contents at all. this show that how to combine the content with another contents or services.

A context-aware services platform supporting mobile agents consists of sensor nodes and a sensor coordinator. Sensor nodes collect environmental information and transmit the collected information to the sensor coordinator through wireless sensor networks. The sensor coordinator passes the information to the context-aware service module, and the mobile agent. The context-aware service module or the mobile agent performs services suitable for a user's situation based on the environmental information and a service actuation message is delivered to an actuation node through the sensor coordinator. In this paper, we present a context-aware services platform structure employed in our project, and describe context-aware services platform interfaces with a context-aware service module and mobile agents.

본 논문은 구조적으로 동일한 선진경제들간의 비경쟁우위 무역에 관한 단순 2부문 일반균형모형을 제시한다. 주된 관심은 IT(정보기술) 재화 및 서비스무역이 임금격차에 미치는 영향에 집중되어 있다. 이 모형은 디지털경제에서의 임금격차가 주로 선진경제들간의 IT 재화 및 서비스무역에 기인되고 있음을 설명하고 확인한다. 특히, 이 논문은 IT 재화 및 서비스무역에 의해 숙련노동집약적인 기술재의 상대가격이 하락함에도 불구하고, 숙련노동에 대한 보수는 오히려 증가하고 있음을 보여 준다. 그 이유는 Jorgenson(2001) 교수가 경험적으로 뒷받침하고 있는 바와 같이 기술재에 대한 수요의 가격탄력성이 탄력적이기 때문이다.
