  • The value of intangible assets of a company attracts attention in enterprise management environment drastically changing. Following such a trend, many companies have adopted knowledge management. Especially in construction industry of which success of a project is easily affected by the capacity of various participants and work performers, we may find many cases to which the knowledge managements have been adopted. However, the domestic design companies have tended to be late to introduce the knowledge management or have difficulty in effective use of KMS already constructed. This study suggests KMS based on BPM (Business Process Management) and drives its effects to improve problems mentioned above. We drives the expected effects by studying the existing studies and surveying domestic design companies and suggests Prototype for introducing a real system.

  • Although the development of free-form architectural technology continues, it consumes a lot of money and time due to the one-time formwork and the difficulty of maintaining quality due to manual work. To this end, in this study, a shape connection technique was proposed and verified to improve the limitations of implementing the curved surface of the existing lower multi-point press. In order to improve the accuracy of the shape, a curved surface was implemented using a silicon cap and a silicon plate. As a result of the error analysis of the shape, a small value of less than 3 mm was found. This study can implement more accurate curved surfaces than conventional technologies and produce high-quality free-form panels.

Refinement Module 기반 Three-Scale 보행자 검출 기법 (A Three-scale Pedestrian Detection Method based on Refinement Module)

  • Pedestrian detection is used to effectively detect pedestrians in various situations based on deep learning. Pedestrian detection has difficulty detecting pedestrians due to problems such as camera performance, pedestrian description, height, and occlusion. Even in the same pedestrian, performance in detecting them can differ according to the height of the pedestrian. The height of general pedestrians encompasses various scales, such as those of infants, adolescents, and adults, so when the model is applied to one group, the extraction of data becomes inaccurate. Therefore, this study proposed a pedestrian detection method that fine-tunes the pedestrian area by Refining Layer and Feature Concatenation to consider various heights of pedestrians. Through this, the score and location value for the pedestrian area were finely adjusted. Experiments on four types of test data demonstrate that the proposed model achieves 2-5% higher average precision (AP) compared to Faster R-CNN and DRPN.

  • 다양한 영상매체의 홍수 속에서 주체적인 사고와 올바른 가치 판단력을 기르기 위한 미술 감상 교육의 중요성이 어느 때 보다 강조되고 있고, 미술과 제7차 교육과정에서도 감상 영역과 연계하여 미적 체험, 표현 영역을 지도하도록 강조하고 있으나, 교육현장에서는 여전히 표현과 기능 위주의 미술 교육만이 실시되고 있다. 표현 활동을 마친 후 실시하고 있는 감상활동도 시간의 부족, 작품 분석에 대한 어려움, 감상지도의 어려움으로 단순히 직관에 의한 느낌을 간단히 서술하는데 그치고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 미술 작품의 조형요소를 분석하고, 응용 프로그램을 이용해 조형요소별로 작품을 수정해 보고 이를 비교 분석하여 분석감상능력을 신장시킬 수 있는 웹 기반 미술감상 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 교육현장에 적용하여 작품에서 보여지는 가시적인 조형요소인 선 형 명암 색채 질감 공간 구도를 분석함으로써 학생들의 조형감각과 분석감상능력이 신장됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

육아기 맞벌이 남성의 일·가정 양립 경험 (A Qualitative Study on Men's Experiences of Work-Life Balance: Focusing on Men in Dual-Income Families with Children under the Age of Six)

  • This study aimed to examine Korean men's experiences of work-family balance in dual income families with children under six years of age. We focused on identifying the difficulty of balancing work and family considering their individual, social, and cultural conditions. The method was a qualitative study involving two in-depth interviews with each of 12 men, and analyzing the data through the grounded theory approach. From the results, a model of men's work-family experience was constructed. It demonstrates the central phenomena (difficulties of balancing), the causal conditions (lacking time for family, seeking support from the employer, and learning husband's roles insufficiently), the contextual conditions (remaining paternalism and changing husband's roles), the intervening conditions (workplace, childcare support, and wife characteristics), and strategies (help from relatives, utilizing daycare centers, controlling birth, managing work conditions, and using family polices). We clarify the overall picture of working and family life experiences, and also show how men deal with their problems in their circumstances by balancing working and family life. In conclusion, males have difficulty participating in family life autonomously because of having less decision-making power than the wife. Moreover, the great responsibilities of the breadwinner disturb the work-family balance. Men devote themselves to working to hold a job instead of spending time with their family. However, they ultimately value work-family balance with respect to 'keeping a peaceful family life'.

Trend Analysis of Exercise Content on the Rings Final in the 1st Youth Olympic Games

  • The Youth Olympic Games(YOG) is an international multi-sport event first held in Singapore from August 14 to August 26, 2010. The idea for such an event was introduced by International Olympic Committee(IOC). The Federation of International Gymnastics(2009) designed the Code of Points and regulates for junior gymnastics at this time. The purpose of this study was to give crucial information and adapt to coaches and junior gymnasts at the time of changing code rapidly. For this study, The eight finalists rings exercise at the 1st Youth Olympic Games was recorded using a digital camcoder. The exercise contents analysis of rings was carried out by an experienced international judge using Code of Points(FIG, 2009). The C elements in various difficulties were performed the highest frequency. The elements group I was the most frequently performed in overall difficulties. Moreover, All the gymnasts performed the elements of the Jonasson and Yamawaki in Group I. Therefore, junior gymnasts need to consider Jonasson and Yamawaki elements correctly in elements group I. The 1st ranked ROU(132) gymnast performed high difficulty value for his routine with the highest E score(9.050). The average of D score were 5.125. In the E scores, 8th USA(140) gymnast received the lowest E score of 8.15, 5th MGL(127) gymnasts received the fewer E score of 8.475. Coaches and junior gymnasts should try to increase D score above 5.125 by higher swing elements in Group I and II as well, decrease deduction of elements in exercise contents.

깊이 정보를 활용한 실사 VR의 리라이팅 파이프라인 (Live-Action VR Re-lighting Pipeline Using Depth Information)

  • 2017년 현재 수많은 VR콘텐츠가 소개됨으로써 대중들의 VR에 대한 관심과 다양한 기술이 발전을 하고 있다. VR 콘텐츠는 $360^{\circ}$실사 촬영 제작환경의 어려움으로 인해 게임과 인터렉티브라는 장르에 편중되어 있는 것 또한 사실이다. 실사촬영에서의 조명은 영상 미학적 차원에서 중요한 요소 중에 하나이며 특정 캐릭터의 내적 표현 부분에서도 조명의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 실사 기반의 $360^{\circ}$VR콘텐츠는 조명설정에 따라 노출에 대한 부분과 제작환경의 어려움으로 인해 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 실사 촬영된 영상데이터를 기반으로 리라이팅 기술을 이용하여 실사 이미지의 양안시차에 3차원 정보 값을 생성한다. 생성된 3차원 정보 값은 뎁스 맵으로 변환하는 기술과 3D 공간에서 형성된 면에 가상의 조명을 설치하여 리라이팅 기술을 접목한다. 실제 조명과 가상의 조명의 영상데이터의 결과 이미지를 비교분석하여 리라이팅의 기술을 VR제작 파이프라인에 적용하여 조명 노출에 대한 문제점을 해결하고자 한다.

2011-2016년 의학교육평가컨소시엄 임상종합평가의 효과성 (Effectiveness of Medical Education Assessment Consortium Clinical Knowledge Mock Examination (2011-2016))

  • Good assessment is crucial for feedback on curriculum and to motivate students to learn. This study was conducted to perform item analysis on the Medical Education Assessment Consortium clinical knowledge mock examination (MEAC CKME) (2011-2016) and to evaluate several effects to improve item quality using both classical test theory and item response theory. The estimated difficulty index (P) and discrimination index (D) were calculated according to each course, item type, A (single best answer)/R (extended matching) type, and grading of item quality. The cut-off values used to evaluate P were: >0.8 (easy); 0.6-0.8 (moderate); and <0.6 (difficult). The cut-off value for D was 0.3. The proportion of appropriate items was defined as those with P between 0.25-0.75 and D ${\geq}0.25$. Cronbach ${\alpha}$ was used to assess the reliability and was compared with those of the Korean Medical Licensing Examination (KMLE). The results showed the recent mean difficulty and decimation index was 0.62 and 0.20 for the first MEAC CKME and 0.71 and 0.19 for the second MEAC CKME, respectively. Higher grade items evaluated by a self-checklist system had better D values than lower grade items and higher grade items gradually increased. The preview and editing process by experts revealed maintained P, decreased recall items, increased appropriate items with better D values, and higher reliability. In conclusion, the MEAC CKME (2011-2016) is deemed appropriate as an assessment to evaluate students' competence and prepare year four medical students for the KMLE. In addition, the self-checklist system for writing good items was useful in improving item quality.

간호대학 임상실습 교육자의 역할 경험 (Lived Experience of Clinical Nursing Instructors' Role in Clinical Practicum)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the role of clinical nursing instructors' lived experience in clinical practicum. Methods: Data were collected from 11 clinical nursing instructors by in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed using content analysis of Downe-Wamboldt (1992). Results: Four themes and twelve subthemes were extracted. 1) Recognizing and conducting the roles of clinical nursing instructor: 'Helping and providing support for successful clinical practicum', 'Coordinating clinical activities in daily practice', 'Providing mentoring as an elder in life'; 2) Participating in improving integrative nursing competency: 'Helping to improve cognitive competency', 'Helping to improve functional competency', 'Contributing to form desirable professionalism', 'Helping to deliberate the nature of nursing'; 3) Experiencing difficulties in performing the role of clinical nursing instructor: 'Facing with difficulty from institutional limits', 'Recognizing difficulty from lack of personal knowledge and experience'; 4) Experiencing value of clinical nursing instructor and accomplishing personal growth: 'Making efforts to widen personal knowledge and experience', 'Developing one's own educational competency', 'Making a chance to reflect oneself'. Conclusion: Despite the distinctive features of clinical nursing instructors, little is known of the characteristics. The results of this study could be used as a reference to improve the quality of clinical nursing education.

  • 최근 블록체인 기반의 다양한 암호화폐(코인)들이 등장하고 있으며, 특히 개인정보보호를 중요시하는 익명성 기반의 암호화폐인 프라이버시 코인에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프라이버시 코인을 이용한 악용 사례에 대해 살펴보고, 이러한 악용 사례에 주로 거래되고 있는 프라이버시 코인 8개(Monero, Dash, Zcash, BEAM, Grin, Horizen, Verge, Pirate Chain)에 대한 익명성 모장을 위한 적용 기술들에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 프라이버시 코인에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 제시하고, 프라이버시 코인에 적용된 기술과 각 요소를 확인하고, 이를 통해 주로 거래되는 코인들에 대한 익명성 보장 기술에 대한 기술 난이도 등을 분석하고, 이러한 기술들에 대한 문제을 통해 적절한 대응 방안과, 기술 난이도에 대한 프라이버시 코인들에 대한 분류를 제시하였다. 이를 통해 프라이버시 코인에 대한 적절한 기술 적용에 따른 코인에 대한 가치를 재평가 할 수 있는 기준이 제시될 수 있을 것이다.
