요양병원 의사 및 간호인력 차등등급에 따른 인지도 - 의사, 간호인력 중심으로 (Convalescent Hospital Doctors and Nursing Staff Awareness of the Differential Rating : Focused on Doctors, Nursing Staff)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원 의사 및 간호 인력 대상으로 차등등급에 따른 의료서비스 질 향상 및 만족도, 병원운영성과에 대하여 어떻게 인지하고 있는지를 파악함으로써 차등등급제도가 효율적으로 운영되기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 의사 등급과 간호 인력 등급에 따른 차이분석을 위해 독립표본t검증을 실시한 결과, 의사2등급에서 환자권리향상과 경영 효율성이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 간호 인력 2등급에서 환자안전향상, 진료향상, 환자권리향상이 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 의사 및 간호 인력 등급에 따른 차이분석을 위해 ANOVA분석을 실시한 결과, 환자안전향상, 병원재정, 병원위상에서는 의사 1, 간호 인력 2등급에서, 환자권리향상 및 자기계발에서는 의사 2, 간호 인력 1등급에서 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 전반적으로 의사, 간호 인력의 등급은 높지만, 1등급과 2등급 간의 차이는 각 부문 별로 상이한 결과가 나와 향후 요양병원 차등등급제의 의사 및 간호 인력 1, 2등급 간의 산정기준 개편을 고려할 필요가 있을 것이다.

주의력결핍과잉행동장애의 진단 및 평가 - 행동평정척도들을 중심으로 - (Assesment and Diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) - Focusing on Behavior Rating Scales -)

  • Objective : This study is to investigate the method for assesment and diagnosis of ADHD, especially focusing on behavior rating scales. Methods : We searched the recent date of the publication and paper in ADHD. Results : For Assesment and Diagnosis of ADHD, various method such as interview with parents, child and teacher, behavior observation, behavior rating scales and neuropsychological test are used. The structured interview consists of the restrictive questions and response, and then have diagnostic algorithm, consequently can be used by untrained clinicians. Of the structured interview, standardization of K-SADS in Korean version is finished. Behavior rating scales, the form of parent, teacher and self-report questionnaires, are used as diagnosis and treatment evaluation of ADHD. Behavior rating scales consist of both ADHD-specific scales and broad-band scales designed to screen for various symptoms (including ADHD symptoms). ADHD-specific scales are useful in differential diagnosis, discrimination of subtype, treatment evaluation, However, broad-band scales are useful in preliminary examination. The neuropsychological tests can evaluate attention deficit and effect of attention deficit on cognitive function and academic performance. The neuropsychological tests also used in diagnosis and treatment evaluation of ADHD. Conclusion : For Assesment and Diagnosis of ADHD, various method are used, especially behavior rating scales are both useful and simple tool for diagnosis and treatment evaluation.

여성사용자의 평가어휘지표에 의한 공간 환경 분석에 관한 연구 - 미술관 공간 환경의 비교연구를 중심으로 - (An Empirical Analysis of Museums' Spatial Environments using a Sensibility Rating Scale of Women's)

  • The purposes of this study are to present the criteria for a sensibility rating scale for measuring the general women's perception of museums' spatial environment, through an empirical analysis; and to clarify the characteristics of the presented rating scale in terms of each rating element and factor. For this study, a survey was conducted during August 19 - September 16, 2010, and a total of 342 museum visitors participated in the survey. A sensibility rating scale used for the survey consisted of a total of 32 adjectives selected from a literature review of previous studies. To specify the dimensions of semantic space using the semantic adjectives, words with opposite meanings were analyzed with the semantic differential technique developed by Osgood et al. Using SPSS, a reliability analysis, factor analysis were conducted on the data obtained from the survey. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: According to the women's perception of museums' spatial environment, six factors were found from the 25 semantic ratings of the Museum. The summarized criteria were: 'aesthetic', 'pleasant', 'valuable', 'function', 'affinity', and 'material.' The derived criteria were verified through an empirical test using emotional adjectives. In the coming years, the results of this study will serve as valuable data for constructing a sensibility rating scale for evaluating spatial environments of museums.

변압기 보호용 전류비율차동 계전기의 동작영역 설정방법 (Setting Method of a Percentage Current Differential Relay for Transformer Protection)

  • A percentage current differential relay is widely used for transformer protection. Because many percentage current differential relays recently use modified methods instead of conventional methods for deciding the operating characteristics of the large current region, in this paper, the operating region of a percentage current differential relay is analyzed in input-output current domain instead of operating-restraint current domain. An effective method to set the operating region when a CT is saturated is proposed with a series of investigations comparing a conventional method with the proposed modified method. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated for internal and external faults of a power transformer having the voltage rating of 345/154kV. EMTP-RV is used for the relaying data collection.

Pathogenic Groups Identified Among Isolates of Rhynchosporium secalis

  • Scald, caused by Rhynchosporium secalis has been the major yield-reducing factor for barley production during the last decade. In this study, pathogenic groups of R. secalis were identified to obtain a global picture of the assembly of isolates involved in Syrian populations which is essential for the development of scald-resistant barley cultivars. To identify a number of pathogenic groups, 49 isolates collected over ten years from major barley growing areas in Syria were evaluated on five differential barley genotypes. Genotypes presented a continuous range of response from highly susceptible to moderately resistant, but none were immune to the disease. A cluster analysis placed isolates in six distinct differential pathogenic groups. Mean disease rating of 39.24% was the separation point between avirulent and virulent reactions. Isolate Rs46 exhibited distinct differential virulence patterns associated with high frequency across all genotypes. Hence, the data presented here provides crucial information for future selection of isolates to develop durable barley scald resistance.

Identification of Inrush and Internal Fault in Indirect Symmetrical Phase Shift Transformer Using Wavelet Transform

  • This paper proposes an algorithm for the differential protection of an Indirect Symmetrical Phase Shift Transformer (ISPST) by considering the different behaviors of the compensated differential current under internal fault and magnetizing inrush conditions. In this algorithm, a criterion function is defined which is based on the difference of amplitude of the wavelet transformation over a specific frequency band. The function has been used for the discrimination between three phase magnetizing inrush and internal fault condition and requires less than a quarter cycle after disturbance. This method is independent of any coefficient or threshold values of wavelet transformation. The merit of this algorithm is demonstrated by the simulation of different faults in series and excitation unit and magnetizing inrush with varying switching conditions on ISPST using PSCAD/EMTDC. Due to unavailability of in-field large interconnected transformers for such a large number of destructive tests, the results are further verified by Real Time Digital Simulator (RSCAD/RTDS). The proposed algorithm has been compared with the conventional harmonic restraint based method that justifies the application of wavelet transform for differential protection of ISPST. The proposed algorithm has also been verified for different rating of ISPSTs and satisfactory results were obtained.

  • Objective : The purpose of this paper is to report the effect of Daehamhyung-tang(DHHT) on tinnitus with panic disorder from the disease pattern identification diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to a disease pattern identification diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with 'Taeyang-byung Gyeolhyung'. He took DHHT for 82 days. This paper evaluated the results of treatment on tinnitus by Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI) and Verbal Numercial Rating Scale(VNRS). To assess the mental state of anxiety, this paper used Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAM-A) Results : The THI score was declined from 58 to 6 And the VNRS score was declined from 6 to 1. HAM-A score was declined from 28 to 3. Conclusions : This case study suggests that DHHT has effectiveness on a patient suffers from tinnitus with panic disorder and diagnosed with 'Taeyang-byung Gyeolhyung'.

  • The digital current differential relaying scheme is widely used for primary protection of 765(kV) power transformer. The current differential relay pickup the internal fault at the threshold which is set at 30% of rating current. Margin of 30% include current transformer error 5%, relay error 5%, on load tap changer error 7% and margin factor 140% obtained from the field experience. In this paper transformer protection relay and relay setting rule of high voltage power system are discussed. And we verify the correctness of relay setting rule with current differential relay using Matlab simulation.

감성 평가척도에 의한 공간 환경의 실증분석에 관한 연구 - 경기도미술관과 서울시립미술관의 로비 공간환경에 대한 비교연구를 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study on Museums' Spatial Environments using a Sensibility Rating Scale - By comparing spatial environments of the lobbies of the Gyeonggido Museum of modern Art and the Seoul Museum of Art -)

  • The purposes of this study are to present the criteria for a sensibility rating scale for measuring the general public's perception of museums' spatial environment, particularly lobby space, through an empirical analysis; and to clarify the characteristics of the presented rating scale in terms of each rating element and factor. For this study, a survey was conducted during September 11-17, 2010, and a total of 370 museum visitors participated in the survey. A sensibility rating scale used for the survey consisted of a total of 32 adjectives selected from a literature review of previous studies. To specify the dimensions of semantic space using the semantic adjectives, words with opposite meanings were analyzed with the semantic differential technique developed by Osgood et al. Using SPSS, a reliability analysis, factor analysis, and cluster analysis were conducted on the data obtained from the survey. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: According to the general public's perception of museum lobbies, five factors were found from the 19 semantic ratings of the Gyeonggido Museum of Modern Art and the 20 semantic ratings of the Seoul Museum of Art, respectively. In the case of Gyeonggido Museum of Modern Art, three additional semantic words of 'orderly', 'open', and 'original', which did not appear in the case of Seoul Museum of Art, were discovered. In the case of Seoul Museum of Art, more detailed semantic words such as 'restrained', 'ordinary', 'concrete', and 'intellectual (rational)' were obtained. Five semantic elements, which describe the two museums, were: Feelings of 'pleasantness', 'value, 'usage', 'aesthetics', and 'materials'. According to a comparative analysis of the two lobby spaces in terms of semantic rating elements, Gyeonggido Museum of Modern Art was perceived to be an orderly, original, open, soft, and female-like space, whereas Seoul Museum of Art was perceived to be aesthetic, restrained, concrete, realistic, intellectual and rational. In the coming years, the results of this study will serve as valuable data for constructing a sensibility rating scale for evaluating spatial environments of museums.

  • 본 논문은 아동분리반응척도 개발에 관한 것으로 그 신뢰도와 타당성, 그리고 정신과 입원 아동들에 대한 임상 연구 이용도를 검증하였다. 아동분리반응척도는 신뢰성과 타당성있는 연구 기구임이 나타났고 아동의 분리반응을 들의 정신병리와 구별지어주는데 유용한 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 또한 감별진단하는데 임상가들에게 도움이 될것으로 보이며 아동의 정신과 입원시 일어날수 있는 분리반응과 그 부작용에 대한 이해의 필요성을 시사하였다. 이 기초연구는 입원치료 프로그램은 입원 아동들의 발달적 요구와 능력 그리고 정신병리시 나타나는 특정한 결함에 대해 반드시 관심을 보여야 한다는 개념을 지지하였다.
