졸-겔법을 이용한 $(Pb_{1-x}Sr_x)TiO_3$ 박막의 제조 및 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Preparation and Characteristics of $(Pb_{1-x}Sr_x)TiO_3$ Thin Films by the Sol-gel Process)

  • To prepare the dielectric thin films of (Pb1-xSrx)TiO3 (x=0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.35, 0.5) by the sol-gel process titanium (IV) isopropoxide (Ti[OCH(CH3)2]4) and Pb Sr, acetate were used therefore the thin films were fabricated by dip-coating method. Stability of the sol decreased with addition of Sr content thin films could be fabricated up to 35mol% Over this range precipitation of sol occured thin films couldn't be obtained. Transmittance of thin films at visible range decreased with the increase of heat-treatment temperature but exhibited transmit-tance above 60% in all case. Moreover transmittance of thin films at visible range slightly increased with of addition of Sr,. When thin film containing 30 mol% srontium was heated at 600℃ the best perovskite phase was obtained. The dielectric constant (ε) was 280 and dielectric loss factor (tan δ) was 0.021 and curie tempera-ture (Tc) decreased with the increase of addition of Sr.

  • In this paper, Dielectric and strain properties of (1-x-y)PMN-yPT-xST Ceramics hale been investigated as a function of the amount of SrTiO$_3$(ST). The SrTiO$_3$ content is ranged from 0.01-0.05(wt%). As the amount of ST is increased, dielectric constant has a maximun value at 0.05 mol% composition. The Curie temperature is decreased linearly with increasing ST composition and Polarization properties have been investigated. Coercive field and remnant polarization has a maximum value at 0.01mo1% composiion.

  • In this paper dielectric and electrostrictive strain properties of (1-y-x)Pb(Mg$_{1/3}$Nb$_{2/3}$)O$_{3}$-PbTiO$_{3}$$-yPbTiO_{3}-xSrTiO_{3}[(1-y-x)PMN-yPT-xST]$ ceramics fabricated by using columbite precursor method have been investigated with the substitution of SrTiO$_{3}$(ST). Dielectric constant of the specimens increased with the increase of ST content up to 5[m/o] and decreased with further substitution of ST. And the pyrochlore phase decreased with the increase of ST content up to 5[m/o] in XRD analysis. The elimination of the pyrochlore phase improved dielectric constants. The electrostrictive strains generated by AC electric field have the highest value at 5[m/o] SrTiO$_{3}$ addition and the hysteresis of strain ranged from 12 to 20[%]. The electrostrictive strain at various temperature investigated in the temperature range of $-50[^{\circ}C]~74[^{\circ}C].$ In higher temperature than phase transition region, it showed paraelectric property which shows very small hystersis.

  • Electrical properties of $\{(Sr_xCa_{1-x})_{0.95-y-z}Bi_2Pb_{0.05+y}\})Ti_{1.02}O_3$ ceramic were studied as a function of Sr/Ca ratio and Bi, Pb contents. Dielectric properties of specimens with different x, y, z values were explained in terms of ionic polarizability with Molecular Additionally Rules and Clausius-Mosotti equation. For the composition of $\{(Sr_{0.62}Ca_{0.38})_{0.90}Bi_{0.01}Pb_{0.09}\})Ti_{1.02}O_3$ and $\{(Sr_{0.62}Ca_{0.38})_{0.905}Bi_{0.015}Pb_{0.08}\})Ti_{1.02}O_3$, dielectric constant$({\varepsilon}_r)$, quality factor(Q) and temperature coefficient(TC) were 389, 3048, -1490 and 394, 1869, -1340 at 1MHz, respectively.

  • 본 연구에서는 유전상수가 크고, 유전체 손실이 적으며, 사용온도 범위에서 정전용량 변화율(TCC : tem-perature coefficient of capacitance)이 작고, 고압에 견딜 수 있는 재료를 개발하기 위하여 중고압용 capacitance의 기본재료로써 (Sr.Pb.Ca)TiO3-xBi2O3.3TiO2 계에서 Bi2O3.3TiO2의 mol.%를 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 mol.%로 변화시켰으며, 그 결과 고용한계 함량이 6mol.%이며, 6mol.%이상에서는 침상구조의 증가에 기인하여 유전율이 다시 감소하는 경향을 보였다. dopant로써 SiO2, Nb2O3, MnO2를 선정하여 첨가한 결과, MnO2를 첨가한 것이 유전성질이 가장 우수하였으며, MnO2의 함량이 0, 0.15, 0.3, 0.45 wt.% 증가함에 따라서 유전율의 감소와 동시에, TOC특성의 급격한 향상을 가져왔다.

  • Ferroelectric thin film is a very attractive material for the tunable microwave device applications such as electronically tunable mixers, delay lines, filters and phase shifters. Thin films of $Pb_{x}Sr_{1-x}TiO3(PST)$ were fabricated onto Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate by the sol-gel method. We have investigated the structural and dielectric properties of PST(50/50) thin films for tunable microwave device applications. The PST thin films show typical polycrystalline structure with a dense microstructure without secondary phase formation. Dielectric properties of PST films are strongly dependent on annealing temperature. The dielectric constants, loss and tunability of the PST (50/50) thin films were 404, 0.023 and 51.73 %, respectively.

  • In this paper Dielectric and strain properties of (1-x-y)PMN-yPT-xST Ceramics have been investigated as a function of the amount of $SrTiO_3(ST)$.   • $(Pb_{1-x}Sr_x)TiO_3$ $(0.6{\leq}x{\leq}0.8)$ thin films were prepared by the MOD method for tunable microwave device application and their characteristics were investigated as a function of Sr content(x) and applied field. Thin films showed a homogeneous microstructure and the tetragonality(c/a) was slightly decreased with increasing Sr content. With increasing Sr content, Curie temperature of the thin films showed a decreasing tendency. For the PST thin films, the dielectric constant at room temperature, Tc, and $tan{\delta}$ were 750~1900, $-70^{\circ}{\sim}-30^{\circ}C$ and 0.025~0.04, respectively.

  • 본 논문은 (1-x-y)PMN-yPT-xST세라믹스의 유전 및 변위특성을 ST의 양에 따라 조사하였다. ST의 성분은 1∼ 6㏖%이내로 변화시켰고 과잉 MgO에 따른 조성변화에 따라 결과를 조사하였다. ST의 성분의 증가에 따라 유전상수는 5㏖%인 조성에서 최대값을 나타내었다. 큐리온도는 ST의 성분이 증가함에 따라 선형적으로 감소하였다. 항전계와 잔류분극은 l㏖%인 조성에서 최대값을 나타내었다. 과잉 MgO의 효과에 따라 유전상수는 0.8PMN-0.12PT-0.04ST조성에서 MgO를 3㏖%까지 과잉 첨가함에 따라 증가하였으나 변위특성은 감소함을 나타내었다.

  • (1-X)(Sr$\_$7/9/Pb$\_$2/9/)$\_$(1-y)/(Ca$\_$1/5/Mg$\_$4/5/)$\_$y/TiO$_3$+X(BiO$_2$O$_3$$.$3TiO$_2$) (y=0.145, 0$\leq$X$\leq$0.08) ceramics were fabricated by the mixed oxide method. The sintering temperature and time were 1180∼1230[$^{\circ}C$], 2[hr], respectly. The grain size were grown with increasing the contents of Bi$_2$O$_3$$.$3TiO$_2$, but decreased more and less in the specimens which had more than 0.04[mol].
