Need safety diagnostic indicator pointer that is objective as estimation basis to be scientific and manages systematically safety existing condition and level for city gas facilities. Safety diagnostic indicator pointer can divide by greatly two. One is management (Software) side that one that differ with mechanical (Hardware) side that handle laying stress on equipment connected with safety manages organization and management connected with safety. Weight appropriates according to specific gravity that relevant element occupies in facilities. To give so big value in particular element in grant of weight pays attention because break balance of whole guideline and should gives. Finally, efficient safety net may see effect before self-regulation inside by minimum target establishment by government and legal, systematic countermeasure establishment for this, strict law application and each business proprietor and though activity and user's active safety activity forms harmony properly.

Objectives : This study analyzes the characteristics of prescription drugs for acute upper respiratory tract infection in outpatient clinics and provides basis for establishing the correct evaluation project on appropriate prescribing indicators. Methods : Research data were collected from two for each family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric, otorhinolaryngology and general practitioner clinics with a total of 10 clinics with diseases classifications codes J00-J06, J20 on patients receiving treatment between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013 every Monday in Busan City. Results : The antibiotic prescription rate in evaluating the project on appropriate prescribing indicators of Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service was 44.3%, whereas this study was approximately 30% higher because analysis to target the entire cold-related diagnosis. Conclusions : The correct antibiotic prescription by expanding the current assessment standard should be identified as a minor diagnosis because the evaluation project on appropriate prescribing indicators targets the major diagnosis only.

This study was conducted to analyze the factors affected morbidity for beauty artists of the limited range of motion about cerviacl, shoulder and wrist, from July 15 through August 30, 2000. Questionnaires were distributed to 373 beauty artists working in beauty shops of Taegu city. The factors included general characteristics, working conditions, life style and regular diagnosis of subject. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS program and the results of this study are summarized as follows; By the marital status, 224(86.5%) out of 259 unmarried beauty artists had the complaint of a neck(P〉0.05), and by the status of education, the complaint rate of a shoulder of beauty artists who graduated university(92.9%) is the highest(P〈0.01). In survey of complaint rates of symptom by the sleeping place, 324(86.7) out of 373 subjects had the pain in shoulder(P〈0.01), specially, beauty artists who are sleeping in bed complained the pain in shoulder more the others, in survey of complaint rates of symptom by sleeping pose, there was the significant different in neck(P〈0.01) and shoulder(P〈0.001). In survey of complaint rates of symptom by regular diagnosis, 61(85.9%) out of 71 beauty artists who took regular diagnosis and 263(87.4%) out of 302 beauty artists who didn't take regular diagnosis(P〈0.05). In conclusion, beauty artists who are on their feet for long time by official trait complaint the pain in neck and shoulder mainly. This result occurs from complex action of general characteristics and work condition and so on. In order to promote the health of beauty artists, there are needs for moderate exercise and regular diagnosis.

As the health of people is a integral element of the public well-being, the government adopted and put the home visiting nurse system into practice from Jan. 1990, so that the public might get the necessary health service at the low cost and at home. Thus, it resulted in a rapid increase of the public need for the quality of life. The increasing demand for home care created a necessity for an increased man-power like home care nurse. Since the demand of the publics‘ home care has increased, Seoul Nurses’ Association, one of the branches of Korean Nurses Association has developed for the project team of Home Visiting Nurses Activities. The purpose of this study will analyzed and classified home nursing care activities of home visiting nurse according to the criteria of nursing diagnosis Korean Nurses‘ Association. The subject of the study was 54 patients in 1993 and 148 patients in 1994. All patients received home care at home from visiting nurses were living in Seoul city. The results of the study were as follows; 1) With regard to the nursing diagnosis, 24 items were classified. 2) The patients and families wanted to increase the number of time for home visiting. 3) Main sources of request to visit the patients at home were mainly from the families through nurses or doctors who cared for the patients. 4) In comparison of the characteristics visiting activities between 1993 and 1994, the number of the classification of nursing diagnosis and the number of visiting activities in 1994 were relatively increased than the outcomes in 1993.

Concerns about foodborne illnesses caused by Kudoa septempunctata are steadily growing, but reports of K. septempunctata in clinical and food specimens related to food poisoning in Korea are limited. This study aimed to genetically identify K. septempunctata in patients with acute diarrhea and in clinical and food samples related to food poisoning caused by sashimi consumption. Both real-time and nested polymerase chain reaction assays were performed to detect K. septempunctata 18S and 28S rDNA genes in the stools of 348 patients with acute diarrhea, 11 samples (6 stool and 5 rectal swab samples) from patients with food poisoning, and 2 raw Paralichthys olivaceus samples collected from a restaurant where a food poisoning incident occurred. K. septempunctata was identified in 5 clinical specimens (4 stools and 1 rectal swab) and 1 P. olivaceus sashimi sample. All detected K. septempunctata were of genotype ST3. This is the first study to identify K. septempunctata in both patients and food samples with epidemiological relevance in Korea, providing evidence that it is a pathogen that causes food poisoning. Also, this is the first study to confirm the presence of K. septempunctata genes in rectal swabs. Despite continuing suspected occurrences of Kudoa foodborne outbreaks, the rate of identification of K. septempunctata is very low. One reason for this is the limitation in obtaining stool and vomit samples for the diagnosis of Kudoa infection. We strongly suggest the inclusion of rectal swabs among the diagnostic specimens for Kudoa food poisoning.

This paper proposes energy management directions to discover the factors of energy loss in homes and buildings and to find ways to improve them. We designed a diagnostic content app for everyday life so that not only housing experts but also the general public can use the detachable thermal imaging camera, which is a strong point of popularity and convenience. The diagnostic results using the app were analyzed using Energy Finder, an energy efficiency diagnostic solution. The survey was conducted on the senior center which is in the blind spots and facilities of the energy welfare area. The target of diagnosis was energy efficiency diagnosis by selecting 30 senior centers for over 15 years from 600 locations located in Naju City, Jeollanam-do. The overall diagnosis was good, but it is considered that the place classified as 7th grade needs to be supplemented to improve energy efficiency.

Using sensor on ZigBee, RFID performance estimation of communication module about function of product for remote safety check of electricity safety integration supervision system. A performance experiment and estimation in electric leakage, high voltage, Arc, fire detection diagnosis system and certification KS, electricity safety about product that get fitness finding.

In order to evaluate the performances of safety valves for low pressure, the popping pressure and flow rate of the natural gas have been investigated. The measured results of the popping pressure show that there is a big scattering depending on the manufacture year of a safety valve. And sample A showed the ideal popping pressure mode compared to other B and C samples. The popping flow rate of the safety valve is proportional to the seat size as the inlet pressure increases. These results may be used as a guideline for a design and diagnosis of the safety valve.

Traumatic diaphragmatic hernia is among the most uncommon conditions after severe trauma, and it is associated with high morbidity and mortality. The diagnosis is difficult and might be missed, but a multimodal investigation might help in terms of diagnostic yield. In this case report, we present a missed right diaphragmatic rupture 14 years after the trauma.

Blunt carotid artery injury can lead to impaired brain perfusion due to ischemic stroke and thromboembolic events. To reduce the risk of potential neurological complications, it is critical to determine the diagnosis and management protocol as quickly as possible after a detailed clinical examination. This report presents successful surgical treatment of a young male patient who developed a traumatic left common carotid artery thrombosis after a motor vehicle accident.
