The gap between universities, scientific centers and industrial-production units is one of higher education concerns. In academic entrepreneurship, the university work simultaneously in education, research and entrepreneurship. The universities play a key and important role in providing educational opportunities in economic development. This research aims to develop and expand science as well as help managers to explain the process of technology transfer in entrepreneurial university. This research is applied-developmental type and on the other hand, data driven theories have been used in this study. Current model is generally tried to meanwhile compensate previous shortcomings, include some strengths such as considering domestic factors of Iran as well as update effective factors on the process of technology transfer. Finally the suggested model has been compared with existing well-known models that each one of those models have some drawbacks which have been tried to be minimized in suggested model as much as possible.

Differential evolution (DE) is an uncomplicated and serviceable developmental algorithm. Nevertheless, its execution depends on strategies and regulating structures. The combination of several strategies between subpopulations helps to stabilize the probing on DE. In this paper, we propose a unique k-mean soft island model DE(KSDE) algorithm which maintains population diversity through soft island model (SIM). A combination of various approaches, called KSDE, intended for migrating the subpopulation information through SIM is developed in this study. First, the population is divided into k subpopulations using the k-means clustering algorithm. Second, the mutation pattern is singled randomly from a strategy pool. Third, the subpopulation information is migrated using SIM. The performance of KSDE was analyzed using 13 benchmark indices and compared with those of high-technology DE variants. The results demonstrate the efficiency and suitability of the KSDE system, and confirm that KSDE is a cost-effective algorithm compared with four other DE algorithms.

The activation of protooncogenes or the inactivation of their gene products may be a specific and effective functional study for human neoplasia. To examine this possibility, we have used the tetracycline regulatory system to generate transgenic mice that conditionally express the HccR-2 protooncogene in vivo. The new human cervical cancer protooncogene (HccR-2) was detected from cervical cancer cell line. To elucidate its biological functions, we generated transgenic mice that expressed the HccR-2 gene. The sustained expression of the HccR-2 transgene culminated chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL). CNL is a rare chronic myeloproliferative disorder that presents as a sustained, mature neutrophilic leukocytosis with few or no circulating immature granulocytes, the absence of peripheral blood monocytosis, basophilia, or eosinophilia, and infiltration of neutrophils at the liver, spleen and kidney. Mice expressing the HccR-2 and tetracycline-transactivating protein (tTa) transgene were found to have altered myeloid development that was characterized by increased percentages of mature neutrophil and band form neutrophil in the peripheral blood, liver and spleen. Activation of the transgene causes CNL. In our model, expression of HccR-2 transgene mice was similar in many respects to the human CNL. This model will be valuable not only for investigating the biological properties of the HccR-2 and other protooncogenes in vivo but also for analyzing the mechanism involved in the progression of CNL.

Introducing algorithm and programming education to the middle school 'Information' curriculum is appropriate to develop higher thinking skills like problem solving ability and creativity that is the most important ability to the people living in the knowledge and information society. But to providing reduced algorithm and programming contents of higher education increase the cognitive burden on the students in the concrete operational period who is not yet reached to the formal operational period, and moreover transfering principles and strategies learned in the algorithm to the programming for the problem solving is difficult. For this study, student's developmental characteristics in the concrete operational period among cognitive developmental periods was considered, and FAAP(First-Algorithm After-Programming) learning model which can transfer algorithm to programming was developed, and finally the effectiveness of learning motivation and achievement to the concrete operational period's students was verified. Results of the tests showed that learning motivation and achievement of the concrete operational period's students that learned FAAP model were different significantly.

The purpose of this study was to investigate service support programs for the work-family balance in the community. Service support programs in the community are at beginning stages of development, because it has taken about 10 years to put a self-governing system into practice in Korea. This study concentrates on service support programs developed by various service organizations in the city and does not include any rural districts. First, the developmental process of the work-family balance model and type of the service support program in the community were studied. Next, the situation of care service support was examined based on written articles. Finally, a few suggestions were made f3r work-family balance in the community. The developmental situation of work-flmily balance in Korea is in a stage which is shifting from the company-leading model to a family-company-community model. The most common type of service support program offered in the community until now has been the informal sector through relatives, neighbors or friends. However, service support programs, in the public sector by the government and in the voluntary sector by nonprofit organizations and corporations, has rapidly been growing and the number of services from each sector has also increased. Profit organizations in the private sector, such as medical and care service centers, are also now rapidly increasing. It appears that service support programs contributing to the work-family balance in the community come from a number of sectors, including public, voluntary, private and informal sectors, to suit consumer needs.

Polyploidy is occurred by the process of endomitosis or cell fusion and usually represent terminally differentiated stage. Their effects on the developmental process were mainly investigated in the amphibian and fishes, and only observed in some rodents as mammalian model. Recently, we have established tetraploidy somatic cell nuclear transfer-derived human embryonic stem cells (SCNT-hESCs) and examined whether it could be available as a research model for the polyploidy cells existed in the human tissues. Two tetraploid hESC lines were artificially acquired by reintroduction of remained 1st polar body during the establishment of SCNT-hESC using MII oocytes obtained from female donors and dermal fibroblasts (DFB) from a 35-year-old adult male. These tetraploid SCNT-hESC lines (CHA-NT1 and CHA-NT3) were identified by the cytogenetic genotyping (91, XXXY,-6, t[2:6] / 92,XXXY,-12,+20) and have shown of indefinite proliferation, but slow speed when compared to euploid SCNT-hESCs. Using the eight Short Tendem Repeat (STR) markers, it was confirmed that both CHA-NT1 and CHA-NT3 lines contain both nuclear and oocyte donor genotypes. These hESCs expressed pluripotency markers and their embryoid bodies (EB) also expressed markers of the three embryonic germ layers and formed teratoma after transplantation into immune deficient mice. This study showed that tetraploidy does not affect the activities of proliferation and differentiation in SCNT-hESC. Therefore, tetraploid hESC lines established after SCNT procedure could be differentiated into various types of cells and could be an useful model for the study of the polyploidy cells in the tissues.
This study examined the developmental changes of adolescent personality regarding personality traits of Big 5 model in 2,260 middle and high school students. We found that there was a difference in the developmental change of personality 5 factor according to sex and grade. In addition, we investigated the timing and characteristics of adolescent problem behavior by analyzing the sub - factors of neurosis. Analysis was used for One-Way ANOVA. if there is significant differences we proceeded post hoc tests. The results of this study are as follows; first, The five personality traits of the adolescents showed differences according to gender. The girls were higher than boys in the Openness, Conscientiousness and Extraversion. In contrast, the boys were higher than girls in the Neuroticism. Second, There was a difference in the characteristics of five personality traits of adolescents according to grade. Third, Gender-specific developmental grade tendency characteristics of adolescent personality trait shows a different pattern in gender. Especially, in the analysis by gender and grade boys showed that personality traits prominent in the middle school Grade 2. likewise, girls showed that personality traits prominent in the high school Grade 3. Then, associated with Neuroticism the Externalizing behavior problems was found to be expressed in the middle school Grade 1 and 2. likewise, the Internalizing behavior problems was found to be expressed in high school Grade 3. Therefore, this study was able to determine the current developmental change in personality traits adolescence of our country. Also it found that mental health problems can be a different expression depending on gender and grade.

Direct injection of CRISPR/Cas9 into zygotes enables the production of genetically modified nonhuman primates (NHPs) essential for modeling specific human diseases, such as Usher syndrome, and for developing novel therapeutic strategies. Usher syndrome is a rare genetic disease that causes loss of hearing, retinal degeneration, and problems with balance, and is attributed to a mutation in MYO7A, a gene that encodes an uncommon myosin motor protein expressed in the inner ear and retinal photoreceptors. To produce an Usher syndrome type 1B (USH1B) rhesus macaque model, we disrupted the MYO7A gene in developing zygotes. Identification of appropriately edited MYO7A embryos for knockout embryo transfer requires sequence analysis of material recovered from a trophectoderm (TE) cell biopsy. However, the TE biopsy procedure is labor intensive and could adversely impact embryo development. Recent studies have reported using cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from embryo culture media to detect aneuploid embryos in human in vitro fertilization (IVF) clinics. The cfDNA is released from the embryo during cell division or cell death, suggesting that cfDNA may be a viable resource for sequence analysis. Moreover, cfDNA collection is not invasive to the embryo and does not require special tools or expertise. We hypothesized that selection of appropriate edited embryos could be performed by analyzing cfDNA for MYO7A editing in embryo culture medium, and that this method would be advantageous for the subsequent generation of genetically modified NHPs. The purpose of this experiment is to determine whether cfDNA can be used to identify the target gene mutation of CRISPR/Cas9 injected embryos. In this study, we were able to obtain and utilize cfDNA to confirm the mutagenesis of MYO7A, but the method will require further optimization to obtain better accuracy before it can replace the TE biopsy approach.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a Dan Jeon Breathing Model and to identify effects of the developed Dan Jeon Breathing Model for maintenance and promotion of health and improvement of health problems in middle-aged women.
