The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP (Application Service Provider) as new information technology outsourcing method appears due to development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents application certification as the part of ASP certification program.

A methodology is often used in solving complex problems. As a typical case of complex problem solving, development of information systems mostly requires a use of system development methodology. However, it is not always easy or smooth for organizations to adopt the methodology and to achieve a positive outcome from their application in real project situations. Although there are a few studies to find out success factors in the implementation of the methodology, they did not take into consideration essential characteristics of the methodology. This study aims to analyze the quality of the methodology as a key determinant to influence the performance of the methodology application.

The current Sudanese preschool system depends on limited methods of education, children's education needs to be equipped to keep pace with technological development, also, the large gap that exists between the families and the Kindergartens, where many parents have no idea on how their child progresses in the KG context. The aim of this research is to integrate ICT in the preschool education to enhance and improve the preschool education, by building an Integrated Educational Application (Computerized Application for Preschool Education CAPE) which will help to improve the learning outcomes. The researchers used the Experimental Research Methodology, the characteristic of CAPE application is; suitable for children's age, the application style is more attractive to the children and contains a different way to help children get learning. Alawaeel and the Smart Child Kindergartens in Republic of Sudan were selected as a sample of the study, with sample size specifically, 50 children's. Also, the Central Bank of Sudan Kindergarten was selected as one of the institutional Kindergartens for easy communication with parents of children with a sample size 21 children. The study found that; using CAPE application in KG enables children to increase general learning effects and developing child's cognitive skills. Also, the children who were allowed to use CAPE by their parents are performed better in the overall evaluation of KG lessons. Also, using the CAPE in the Pre-School education helps the parents following their children's progress better and more reliable. The researcher recommends that to apply the computerized application and includes the second level. Also, converting the computerized program into an application to be used by children by their self, without the intervention of parents.

We in this paper propose a mobile application for supporting medical treatment based on Korean medicine ontology. It has three processes for treating patients. First, after a pattern is decided for patient' symptoms, a formula for the pattern is selected and medicinal materials constituting the formula is added or removed. Second, formulas are searched and prescribed for patient's symptoms without the process of the pattern decision. Third, after medicinal materials are searched for patient's symptoms, formulas consisting of the medicinal materials are prescribed. Our application aims to help korean medicine doctors treat patients through providing decision supporting functions such as the recommendation of symptoms of diseases accompanying patient's symptom. Doctors generally diagnosis patients according to their experiences and knowledges. Nevertheless, our application can help them, providing diverse forms of information that they may miss in the medical treatment.

In this paper, we designed a new type of X-internet framework by using Flash component and server service API and analyzed its performance. Proposed X-internet framework uses Flash MX Professional 2004, Java, and software which opened middleware and database. Since proposed framework use the server service API that we developed in this paper and Flash player, this framework does not need server module. Proposed framework enables to obtain design with dynamic user interface compare to Web application and enables to reduce development time. In analytical results, it has been shown that proposed x-internet framework have efficient characteristics such as network traffic, low development cost and dynamic user interface implementation. Since proposed X-internet framework can operate in environment of current developer friendly, it is useful for development of various new application programs and we confirm it through Flash web mail implementation by using proposed x-internet framework.

The objective of this study is to analyze the development trends of aerogel daily clothing through market research, and to discuss the main points of future aerogel application in daily clothing. Market research on daily clothing has been conducted by collecting relevant information on the internet and analyzing the content of the information. We summarized the market research results in three aspects: the daily clothing brand using aerogel, the aerogel composite used in daily clothing, and the property of aerogel daily clothing. From these results, it can be seen that the development of aerogel daily clothing is becoming active and specialized. But there are still many difficulties due to lack of development experience. One problem is that the application methods of aerogel composite in current aerogel daily clothing are similar. Another problem is that the analysis of consumer reviews can only provides a rough understanding of the property of aerogel daily clothing. Therefore, further application research of aerogel composite in the field of daily clothing through scientific evaluation is required. It is expected to improve the performance of the aerogel daily clothing and increase the utilization of aerogel composite by conducting the further application research.

Recently, with the development of IT technology, interest in mobile applications has increased, and as products and contents that go beyond existing services are released in the beauty industry, interest is steadily increasing. Accordingly, various studies have been conducted, but studies analyzing the functions of beauty applications have been insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the functions of beauty applications and help in the development and development of future beauty applications. The research method analyzed the functions of beauty applications that have been downloaded more than 100 million through the Google Play Store, and the search period was from October 11, 2020 to November 3, 2020. As a result of the study, it was found that there is a difference in the name of the function, the function being provided, and the application method of the function for each application. As a result of function analysis, a total of 36 functions were classified, and it was analyzed that 30 functions were provided in YCM, 14 functions in YCP, 21 functions in BP, and 10 functions in SS. Therefore, by analyzing the functions of beauty applications through this study, we intend to provide useful data in the future development of beauty applications and help in the development of beauty applications.

Purpose: To derive key requirements and key technologies for weapon system acquisition business by using Qualify Function Deployment (QFD), and to reduce business cost by setting the target performance and key expense of weapon system. Methods: We propose a QFD methodology that can induce rational decision-making by translating analyst's subjective opinions into quantitative values when analyzing requirements at the initial stage of weapon system development project. Based on QFD methodology, QFD application model combining house of quality, value engineering, and analogy cost estimating technique is presented. Results: It was possible to analyze the specific requirements necessary for the development of the weapon system, to solve the communication problem of the participants, to set clear development direction and target. Conclusion: By applying the QFD application model at the early stage of the weapon system acquisition project, it is possible to reduce the business cost by establishing clear development direction and goal through the procedural analysis process.

In this paper, a new type blow head was developed and pneumatic application system was evaluated. The blow head had one operating factor, inserting length of collecting plate, that was directly related to discharge rate and application pattern. To determine Proper blow head arrangement and application height, a blow head set was tested. Three-way ANOVA was conducted to investigate relationships between CV value, the discharge rate and inserting length of collecting plate. The discharge rate and inserting length of collecting plate were statistically significant at p=0.01, affecting uniformity of application pattern. The best CV value among the application tests was 23.3% when the application rate and application height was 23.5 g/sec and 80 cm respectively. The worst CV value was 63.3% in 111.4 g/sec. Therefore, it is necessary to increase number of blow head in a section of the boom in improve application uniformity.

One solution to the estimation of product reliability during the development phase is to measure reliability improvement over time and compare this improvement to previous product development progress. This paper presents the reliability growth theory and applies it to some subsystems of vehicles during their design, development and prototype testing. The data presented illustrates explicitly the prediction of the reliability growth in the product development cycle. The application of these techniques is a part of the product assurance function that plays an important role in product reliability improvement.
