  • 건설산업의 지속적 성장과 국제적인 기술경쟁력 제고를 위해서는 건설기술 연구개발이 필수적이다. 그러나 우리나라의 건설분야 연구개발 투자는 타 산업에 비해 저조한 실정이며, 정부차원의 연구개발 투자도 외국에 비해 낮은 수준이다. 본 연구에서는 건설기술 연구개발의 투자 현황을 고찰해 보고, 연구개발의 성과를 신기술 및 특허와 관련하여 분석하였다. 그리고 신기술지정제도의 현황과 개선점을 살펴보았다. 이러한 현황 분석을 바탕으로 건설기술 연구개발의 개선 방향을 제시하였다.

  • The present development relates to an apparatus for loading or unloading a workpiece, and more particularly, to an apparatus for loading or unloading a workpiece from a press die or supplier An apparatus for loading or unloading a workpiece has been installed in a press in order to load or unload a workpiece from a press die. There has been known such a loading or unloading apparatus as the apparatus can feed a workpiece in not only the horizontal direction but also in the vortical direction. Press working system in automotive factories are now switching over to a transfer press work ing system. The current problem to be sieved immediately is to automate the existing manual press lines for the manpower saving and speedy production. “Automation system for press line”has just been developed to meet the above trend. The loader and unloader are development under the design concept for high performance, easy control and operational safety to meet the more extensive.

  • Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries are experiencing frequent floods due to heavy rainfall and are using the Flood Rapid Defense System(FRDS) for an emergency. However, they are expensive and has a wedge-shaped panel suitable for the dirt bank, making it unsuitable for applications in Southeast Asia, a relatively underdeveloped country. In this study, the direction of development of FRDS was derived through domestic and overseas case analysis. Future studies should be carried out to develop the actual FRDS according to the development directions presented here. These results will be effective in preventing flooding of buildings in Southeast Asia as well as in Korea.

  • As the construction technology is rapidly advancing internationally, the necessity of virtual construction technology development is drastically demanded in the construction industry together with a fusion technology with information technology(IT). The construction technology will be changed as the paradigm of construction technology in the future. The establishment of building structural system in the virtual construction basis is necessary for the integration of construction process, and it will be expected to produce the effect of reduction of construction period and quality improvement through the environment of integration. This study is to present the analysis of the existing process of structural design, the content of research & development as per the building structural system on virtual construction basis and the direction of research.

온라인 L1 최적화를 통한 탐색기 비정렬 효과 제거 기법 (Optical Misalignment Cancellation via Online L1 Optimization)

  • This paper presents an L1 optimization based filtering technique which effectively eliminates the optical misalignment effects encountered in the squint guidance mode with strapdown seekers. We formulated a series of L1 optimization problems in order to separate the bias and the gradient components from the measured data, and solved them via the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) and sparse matrix decomposition techniques. The proposed technique was able to rapidly detect arbitrary discontinuities and gradient changes from the measured signals, and was shown to effectively cancel the undesirable effects coming from the seeker misalignment angles. The technique was implemented on embedded flight computers and the real-time operational performance was verified via the hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) tests in parallel with the automatic target recognition algorithms and the intra-red synthetic target images.

  • 본 논문은 국립대학인 C대학도서관의 사례연구이다. C대학의 특성과 대학도서관의 변화를 살펴보고 이에 따른 C대학도서관의 발전방향을 제시하였다. C대학도서관의 활동을 이용자에 대한 봉사를 기준으로 직접봉사활동과 간접봉사 활동으로 구분하였으며 그 아래에서 세분하여 대학도서관의 활동이 대학의 발전에 어떻게 기여할 수 있을 것인가를 논하였다.

  • Labor union movements brought wage workers into being in the process of industrialization after the Industrial Revolution and they were started with efforts to solve a variety of special problems, brought up in the industrial society by systematic activities. Labor union shows us many differences in the direction of the movement according to its philosophical tendency. Objective of this study is as follows : To find out the problems of labor union movements for democratization of management to present the direction of labor movements based on the democracy of Industry. Accordingly chapter II examines on the Labor union literally for better understanding of the labor union movements Chapter III deals with the structure, characteristic and development process of our country's labor union chronologically. And on the basis of the development process chapter IV suggests the roles on the union, management and government for better union movements. Chapter V reaches a conclusion.

우리나라 관상어산업의 발전방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development Direction for Ornamental Fish Industry in Korea)

  • The aims of this study are to provide future prospects of the Korean ornamental fish industry and to seek for its development direction based on analysis of its problems and its domestic and foreign situations and circumstances. The ornamental fish market has continuously grown due to increase of domestic and international demand. In this respect, the Korean ornamental fish industry has also high potential. However, the industry still has several problems such as artisanal industrial structure, a lack of investment related with R&D, poor information on the domestic and international ornamental fish industry, underdeveloped regulations and policies, low public awareness and less effort to expand the market, and a lack of regulatory and policy support. Therefore, overcoming these problems above, the Korean government has to carry out following things : establishment of institutional and industrial foundation, intensive R&D investment, exploitation of domestic and foreign markets, and systematic information gathering for ornamental fish industry.
