Although many local governments are supporting the environment-friendly regional agriculture(hereafter EFRA), the EFRA is not wildly extended since the marketing and consumption of the environment-friendly agricultural products are still limited. This study aims at finding out the new development source of Korean agriculture and strategies for establishing regional agriculture. For these purposes, Sunchon-si cases of EFAP development are introduced and the functions and roles of bodies in charge of regional agriculture are looked over. In order to establish the EFRA, production, processing and consumption needs to be intimately linked all together. As preconditions for developing the EFRA, four points should be satisfied. Firstly, production organizations need to be built and stabilized for developing the EFRA and consumers' organizations and partnership are to be formed. Secondly, the government should support for building consumers' organization. Thirdly, social consensus for developing the EFRA needs to be formed. And finally with the appropriate local and central governmental support the partnership among producers, consumers, and government should be formed.

Many companies are investing in the development of the PDM(Prodct Data Management) system to improve the productivities of manufacturing since people believe that PDM technology can give a new solution from planning to development. As the requirements of PDM grows, so many industries sped their own budget on developing common requirements and functionalities. In this paper, we describe the framework for a PDM application to promote reuse in a PDM system development area. However, developing the framework is not easy. In this paper, the current state and results of our development are described: 1) the phases of developing our framework, 2) abstruction strategies, 3) programing model based on repository. Although frameworks improve software reuse, frameworks are so large and complex that application developers require to understand framework in order to customize the framework. To support the customization of framework, development environment is developed, also.

The purpose of this study is to help you understand the importance of developing of high value added fashion culture goods being integrated with technology and knowledge. And to propose efficient ways of creating a new brand which can be accepted by anyone who has international sensibility. First of all, after making deep research and investigation about the status of current situation in domestic knitwears industries and brands, and exploring problem areas, a growth plan with priority given to strategies for creation of high value added knitwears and its brands will be presented. As methods used in this study, researches was made mainly by digging into technical books on knitwears, fashion trends, and domestic and international fashion information magazine and leaflets, let alone, a lot of domestic market research was performed, as required, and sometimes knitwears simple items were also actually made in parallel.

One of most important wort to build Fisheries Policy Information Systems(FPIS) is related to connect the data warehouse between fisheries departments, This paper presents the developing strategies to build the FPIS. First, developing the FPIS needs to compensate the laws and regulations with assistance of fisheries departments. Second, FPIS developer needs to cooperate the related fisheries departments deeply, Third, developing the data warehouse will be contribute to improve criterion and statistics of fisheries data. Forth, For experts of systems use the FPIS, they are needed to educate for appling the systems in the fisheries environments.

The circumstances of overseas construction market is developing into quite complicated and diversified trends. Construction circumstance is escaping from localization to the open competitions, and from developing countries focused to the resources developing countries. Thus, new strategies for order competitiveness improvement based on our know-hows are required to secure the order volumes. This study has analyzed domestic construction companies' order trends in overseas construction market, and proposed strategic plans through analyzing of Order Causes on overseas construction projects to improve the order competitiveness.

Team project learning is a type of Project-Based Learning, which is an effective learning method for developing collaborative competency and interpersonal communication skills, as well as for developing cognitive competency such as critical thinking, creative thinking, and analytical skills. This research, conducted to analyze learning activities, focuses on students' creative thinking and activities in TPBL(Team Project-Based Learning). A qualitative approach including a reflective journal based on the 6 stages of TPBL, was adopted for this purpose. In this study, 69 reflective journals on the three stages (developing a theme, researching, theme-making) of 23 undergraduate students were categorized on the basis of three criteria: divergent thinking factors, convergent thinking factors and affective factors. The results show that the participants' journals demonstrated twenty-eight activities from nine cognitive factors and nine activities from three affective factors were derived from reflect journal. This finding indicates that more appropriate instructional strategies are needed for students to enhance their creative thinking skills and activities

Global firms are seeking to implement their global logistics strategies in two ways: the use of centralized inventories and/or postponement of final assembly. These strategies stress the importance of regional logistics centers. In most cases, regional logistics centers are located in or near ports so that changing demands can be met with economy, reliability and flexibility, The port can profit not only from the activities of logistics center itself, but also the increasing flow of cargo through the logistics center. A number of ports respond to this trend by shifting their emphasis from traditional cargo-handling services to value-added services. This paper presents guidelines drawn from the best practices of ports to be successful logistics centers to provide many aspects of value-added logistics services. These include: Effective Planning and Development of Logistics Centers; Institutional Incentive Scheme; Development of Free Trade Zones; Financing Infrastructure related to Logistics Centers; Developing Logistics Service Providers and Logistics Professionals; Development of Information Technology; and Regulatory and Administrative Issues. These guidelines will help managers of ports and policy makers of governments in the East Asian region learn to recognize, analyze and adopt the best practices for use.

본 연구는 온라인 인터넷쇼핑몰과 오프라인 백화점간 소비자의 반응에 대한 통합적 접근을 시도하여 각 업태별로 쇼핑상황에 따른 쇼핑가치의 조절역할을 분석하는데 중점을 두었다. 오프라인 백화점과 온라인 인터넷쇼핑몰에서의 쇼핑행동 차이를 하나의 틀에서 분석하고 영향요인을 규명함으로서 온ㆍ오프라인 통합의 효과나 멀티채널 전략에 적용할 수 있는 소비자행동의 변화를 파악하였다. 향후에는 단순한 4P's 중심의 마케팅 믹스(marketing mix)전략 보다는 온라인과 오프라인별 소비자의 쇼핑가치를 중심으로 한 고객세분화기준을 적용함으로서 효과적인 채널전략을 수립하는데 초점을 두어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 생태계 중심으로 변화하는 ICT 산업 환경 하에서 국내 ICT 기업들이 생태계 경쟁력을 갖기 위해 필요한 정책을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 ICT 사용자들의 특성 및 소비 트렌드 변화를 분석하고, 비즈니스 생태계 이론을 바탕으로 글로벌 ICT 기업인 애플과 구글의 생태계 추진 전략을 살펴보았다. 또한, 국내 ICT 산업의 문제점을 살펴보고 해외 ICT 정책을 분석하여 국내 기업들이 생태계 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 필요한 정책 방향을 스마트한 생태계 조성, 전략적인 생태계 육성, 그리고 지속가능한 생태계의 3단계로 구분하여 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 ICT 생태계 조성을 지원하기 위한 정부 정책 수립에 유용한 지침과 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

This paper discusses the merits of the community capacity and capacity building concepts, the strategies used for building community capacity and their implications for community health nursing. Community capacity is defined as the interaction of the human capital, organizational resources, and social capital existing within a given community that can be used to improve or maintain the health of the community. Community capacity building is one approach to promoting community health. This approach takes a comprehensive, dynamic, and multidimensional view of community needs and circumstances and places an emphasis on asset development, collaboration among community organizations, and community participation. The major strategies for community capacity building involve activities such as facilitating the development of an asset-based approach to community, developing leadership, establishing partnership, organization development, utilizing community resources, and developing public relations. The implications of community capacity for community health nursing are addressed in terms of the need for community health education and practicum, long-term commitment, partnerships, and a paradigm shift. The author suggests that the concept of community capacity building may be useful for improving the health of both the entire community and its individual residents.
