수학교육을 위한 화상교육 시스템의 설계 (Design of Real-Time Video System for Mathematics Education)

  • 실시간 화상교육은 원격지에서 강의자와 학습자의 면대면 교육을 대체하는 효과적인 수업 운영방식으로 활용되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 영상통화 및 화상회의 시스템을 활용하는 형태가 주를 이루고 있으며 이는 영상을 통한 강의에 치중하게 되어 어학교육에서 효과성을 보이고 있다. 그러나 그 외의 교육에서는 활용도가 미비한 실정이다. 최근 코로나로 인해 영상 중심의 화상 교육이 있으면서 화상 회의 시스템이 가지는 영상 중심 화상교육의 제한점을 개선하여 강의자와 학습 참여자 모두에게 수업 중 활용할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 수학교육에서 효과성을 향상시킬 수 있는 실시간 화상 시스템의 설계 모델을 제시한다.

Trends and Issues in the Research of Chinese Educational Technology

  • The purpose of this study lies in touching the study trend of Chinese education technology through the analysis on present situation of the study in Chinese education technology, and is to suggest the direction for the its further study and development. In order to achieve these kinds of study purpose, the frames have been set to grasp the features and trend of Chinese educational technology in such as 4 aspects of educational technology definition, curriculum and the cultivation of genuine individuals, study zone aspect and the method, and in order to grasp, in the comparison with the countries of advanced educational technology such as Korea, America etc., the progressive features and the trend of development of Chinese educational technology have been analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that Chinese educational technology has the different features in the study and development of educational technology of Korea and America in the abovementioned 4aspects. First, in the education technology comprehension, it differs from Korea, Japan and America, and understands the technology as a skill. Consequently, in either study or actuality, it seems puts more emphasis on skills (moreover, the aspect of hardware). Second, in the aspect of curriculum and the cultivation of the genuine individuals, gives preponderance to science aspect, and the unclear distinction between the education technology and the computer science makes that the true character of educational technology is not clear. Third, when speaking of study fields and study methods, those of china is a little behind of the advanced nations of the educational engineering, Korea, America and so on. And in the range of study, China is following the international tendency but when it comes to the depth of study and quality is very far from perfect. In the aspect of study method, the theoretical study, design study and development study are occupying mostly, and it is hardly to see the existence about actual proof study, and in this aspect, it is quite different than that of Korea and America. And it is judged that it is related with the traditional educational ideology and the academic study tradition, the cultural air and the features of economical development of China.

비전공 학부생 대상의 SW 교육을 위한 교수-학습 모델 개발 (A Developing a Teaching-Learning Model of Software Education for Non-major Undergraduate Students)

  • 비전공 학부생을 대상으로 SW 교육을 시행하는 대학들이 점차 늘어가고 있다. 그러나 비전공 학생들은 프로그래밍 언어를 습득하는 과정에서 다양한 어려움들을 겪고 있으며, 그 효용성 측면에서 반대의 의견도 있는 것도 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위하여 디자인기반 소프트웨어 교육 모델(DBSEM: Design based software education model) 및 교육과정을 개발하고 지난 8년 동안 학부 비전공 학생들에게 적용하였다. 제안 기법에서는 '블록기반의 프로그래밍 도구'와 같은 특화된 교육 도구를 제공하되 컴퓨팅 사고 형성을 위한 '핵심모듈' 및 개념학습 모듈을 개발하고 이를 기반으로 하는 프로토타입 설계 모듈 그리고 코팅전략을 적용하였다. 그 결과 비전공의 학부 학생들도 누구나 쉽게 블록 기반의 스크립팅 도구를 학습하고 이를 통하여 컴퓨팅 사고의 핵심개념을 습득하는 성과를 얻을 수 있었다.

컴퓨터화에 따른 대학 정보화 교육의 방향 (The Future Direction of Information Education in University according to Computerization)

  • 오늘날 전 세계적으로 사회 전 분야에서 컴퓨터화가 진행 중이며, 소프트웨어는 모든 융복합 분야에서 중심 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 정보 환경의 변화는 가치관의 변화와 패러다임의 전환을 주도하고 있으며, 이와 더불어 국내 교육정책 또한 변화하고 있다. 머지않아 인간과 컴퓨터의 상호작용이 일상화됨에 따라 기본적인 소양으로서 코드 리터러시는 중요한 역할을 수행할 것이다. 이러한 변화에도 불구하고 국내 대학 정보화 교육은 시대적 변화를 반영하지 못한 채 사무용 응용프로그램의 단순 활용 능력의 배양에만 그치고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 국내 대학교육에서 디지털리터러시의 배양을 위해 운영 중인 제도적 수단과 교육과정을 종합적으로 살펴본다. 이를 바탕으로 시대적 요구에 부합하는 교육 과정의 토대를 마련하기 위해 교육 수준과 교육 내용에 따른 교육적 요소를 제시한다. 제시하는 교육적 요소는 3가지 교육 내용과 3단계 교육 수준을 결합하여 다섯 가지로 설정하였으며 이를 바탕으로 교육과정의 설계에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

수학적 모델링 관점에서의 고등학교 수학교과서 정보처리 역량 과제 분석 (Analysis of information processing competency tasks in high school mathematics textbooks)

  • 본 연구는 현재 고등학교에서 사용 중인 수학 교과서를 대상으로, 정보처리 역량 과제를 수학적 모델링 관점에서 분석하였다. 정보처리 역량은 현대 수학교육에서 중요한 요소로 자리잡고 있으며, 이를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 능력은 디지털 대전환 시대에 더욱 강조되고 있다. 연구 결과, 대부분의 수학교과서에서 정보처리 역량 과제가 실생활 맥락을 반영하지 않은 상태로 제시되었으며, 위장된 맥락의 과제와 상황과 관련된 본질적 맥락을 포함한 과제는 전체 과제 중 소수에 그쳤다. 이러한 결과는 2022 교육과정에서 강조되는 수학적 모델링의 목표와는 상반되는 부분이 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 향후 고등학교 수학교과서에서 수학적 모델링을 효과적으로 반영하기 위해 상황과 관련된 본질적 맥락을 강화할 필요가 있음을 제안한다. 특히, 정보처리 역량 과제가 학생들의 수학적 사고력과 문제 해결능력을 증진시키기 위해서는 교과서 내의 과제가 상황과 관련된 본질적 맥락을 충분히 반영하고, 수학적 모델링을 통해 정보처리 역량의 하위 요소들을 균형 있게 다룰 수 있도록 개선되어야 한다.

과학 공학적 실천에 의한 초등학교 과학 교과서 물질 영역의 탐구 활동 분석 (The Analysis of Inquiry Activity in the Material Domain of the Elementary Science Textbook by Science and Engineering Practices)

  • We examined the inquiry activities in the material domain of the elementary science textbooks and experimental workbooks based on 2009 revised curriculum. The analysis framework was SEP (Science and Engineering Practices) - 'Asking questions and defining problems', 'developing and using models', 'planning and carrying out investigations', 'analyzing and interpreting data', 'using mathematics and computational thinking', 'constructing explanations and designing solutions', 'engaging in argument from evidence', and 'obtaining, evaluating, and communicating information'. Sub-SEP of each grade band were also used. The results showed that the $3^{rd}{\sim}5^{th}$ grade science textbooks and workbooks mainly emphasized 'make observations and/or measurements', 'represent data in tables and/or various graphical displays', or 'use evidence to construct or support an explanation or design a solution to a problem' among around 40 sub-SEP. In the case of the inquiry activities for $6^{th}$ grade, majority of sub-SEP included were also only 'collect data to produce data to serve as the basis for evidence to answer scientific questions or test design solutions', 'analyze and interpret data to provide evidence for phenomena' or 'construct a scientific explanation based on valid and reliable evidence obtained from sources'. The type of 'asking questions and defining problems', 'using mathematics and computational thinking' or 'obtaining, evaluating, and communicating information' were little found out of 8 SEP. Educational implications were discussed.

컴퓨터·정보(공)학 분야 공학교육인증제 운영성과에 대한 교수들의 인식 분석 및 개선방안 연구 (Study on the Analysis of the Recognition and Improvements by Professors for the CAC(Computing Engineering Committee))

  • This study analyzed outcomes of CAC(Computing Accreditation Committee) program individually applied in the field of computing engineering since 2007, and draw improvements. Literature review through academic journals, survey research and the FGI(Focus Group Interview) were used to accomplish objectives of the study. In addition, the survey research and FGI were done for professors. For the survey research, nationally 20 out of 44 universities which operates the CAC program were investigated, and sample universities were considered by region. FGI was done to analyze the performance and problems of CAC in more detail for 6 experts. Results of the study were follows as; first, CAC program was activated through the Seoul Accord activation support business by government. Second, BSM(Basic Science and Math), engineering major and engineering design education have been strengthened compared with before and after of CAC introduction in the computing engineering field. Third, soft skills needed for students in the college of engineering have been organized in the professional general curriculum, and professors aware of improvement of ability of the students for the skills. The degree of satisfaction for the CAC program has been examined as normal level, but improvement of educational system and the overall quality enhancement of computing engineering education were affected by CAC program. Nonetheless of positive results of CAC program, incentive system for certification program graduates, the expansion of the autonomy of the department, reduction in the amount of self-evaluation report, and support of administrative human resources were suggested for taking root successfully of CAC program.

이러닝 품질관리사의 자격 검정 체제 개발 (Development of an Examination System for a e-Learning Quality Manager's Certificate)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an examination system for an e-learning quality manager's certificate which is composed of subjects, criteria, method of examination. The task model of e-learning quality manager was modify and task/knowledge/skill matrix was developed to design the examination system through conferences of DACUM committee and an advisory committee. And a survey was carry out to analyze validity of contents of the examination system. The major findings were as the follow: First, occupational specification, job specification, task specification and task/knowledge/skill matrix were developed. Second, examination subjects were developed based on task/knowledge/skill matrix, which were "Basis of e-Learning and plan of service", "Expulsion and management of e-learning infrastructure", "Development of e-learning contents", "Operation and evaluation of e-learning service". Third, the criteria and methods of examination for an e-learning quality manager's certificate were developed, which is composed of test type, the sum of test items, test time and acceptable standards.

국내 패션업체 디스플레이어의 지위와 교육적 배경 (The Status and Educational Background of Displayers in Domestic Fashion Industry)

  • In viewpoint of visual merchandising, display is recognized as important means of expressing fashion as well as essential factor of stimulating customers' interest in purchase. However, visual merchandising is relatively new area and the studies on specialized display personnels are limited. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the status and educational background of displayers in domestic fashion industry. For this study, 72 display personnels working in 51 fashion brands were interviewed. As results, it was found that most of displayers were consisted of single women in the late twenties. And the main part of display work was performed outside office hours which brought out extension of working time. The displayers had relatively high educational background graduated mostly from the majors related to display such as clothing and applied arts. However, it was noted that new curriculum of these majors needs to be developed in order to provide the courses with more on-hand practices. In general, optimistic attitudes were significantly shown by the interviewees that the importance of display is increasingly recognized in the domestic fashion industry and therefore the prospect of display found to be expected as prosperous.

소설 기반 STEAM 프로그램 적용과 학생 역량 연구: 창의적 사고, 비판적 사고, 의사소통, 협업, 디지털 역량 (A Study on Students' Creativity Thinking, Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Digital Competence by Implementing Science Fiction STEAM Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate high school students' competencies of creativity thinking, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and digital competence by implementing science fiction STEAM program. Based on the story of 'Fritz Haber' and the 'Garden of Dawn', a STEAM program was developed according to the ADDIE model. In the analysis stage, the purpose of the teaching-learning program using novels was set, and learners and learning environments were analyzed. At the design stage, the novels 'Fritz Harbor' and 'Garden of Dawn' were selected, learning goals were set according to the achievement standards of the curriculum, and learning contents and learning activities were sequenced and designed. In the development stage, teaching and learning materials were developed in a module format, implemented to classes, and evaluated. Pre-test and post-tests were conducted to identify the five major competencies such as creativity thinking, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, digital competence. The collected data was verified by paired t-test using SPSS. The results of the study showed statistically significant results in creative thinking, critical thinking, and digital competency.
