수입 화물의 위험 기반 검사(RBI)를 위한 규칙 기반 위험 분류 알고리즘의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of a Rule-based Risk Classification Algorithm for Risk-based Inspection (RBI) of Imported Goods)

  • In this paper, we describe a rule-based risk classification algorithm to perform Risk-based Inspection (RBI) on imported goods at customs. The RBI system is a method to automatically select which cargos have to be inspected and manage potential risks in boarder. In this study, we designed a rule-based risk classification algorithm for RBI solutions and implemented them using the Svelte web application framework. The risk classification algorithm proposed in this paper uses different indicative risk factors such as HS code, country of origin, importer's reliability, trade relationships, and logistics routes to classify cargos into Green, Yellow, and Red channels. To achieve this, we assigned risk categories to each risk factor and randomly generated risk scores within a specific range for each risk category. This system is expected to contribute to the increased efficiency of customs operations and protect public safety by minimizing the risk of imported hazardous materials.

Analysis of disc cutter replacement based on wear patterns using artificial intelligence classification models

  • Disc cutters, used as excavation tools for rocks in a Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM), naturally undergo wear during the tunneling process, involving crushing and cutting through the ground, leading to various wear types. When disc cutters reach their wear limits, they must be replaced at the appropriate time to ensure efficient excavation. General disc cutter life prediction models are typically used during the design phase to predict the total required quantity and replacement locations for construction. However, disc cutters are replaced more frequently during tunneling than initially planned. Unpredictable disc cutter replacements can easily diminish tunneling efficiency, and abnormal wear is a common cause during tunneling in complex ground conditions. This study aims to overcome the limitations of existing disc cutter life prediction models by utilizing machine data generated during tunneling to predict disc cutter wear patterns and determine the need for replacements in real-time. Artificial intelligence classification algorithms, including K-nearest Neighbors (KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree (DT), and Stacking, are employed to assess the need for disc cutter replacement. Binary classification models are developed to predict which disc cutters require replacement, while multi-class classification models are fine-tuned to identify three categories: no replacement required, replacement due to normal wear, and replacement due to abnormal wear during tunneling. The performance of these models is thoroughly assessed, demonstrating that the proposed approach effectively manages disc cutter wear and replacements in shield TBM tunnel projects.

점포형 패션유통형태의 분류체계와 운영방식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Classification and Operation Systems of Fashion Offline Store)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the classification and operation systems of fashion offline stores. This research analyzed fashion literatures, articles and papers published by fashion-related companies and interviewed fashion practitioners. This research can be used as information for practitioners of the domestic fashion brand and students of fashion majors. The classification and operation systems of fashion offline stores are as follows. 1. The types of fashion offline store is classified as a form of road shop, department store, complex shopping center, select shop, outlet, and fashion wholesale retail specialty store. 2. The road shop is classified flagship store, franchise store, direct sales store, and street brand store. 3. The department store is recently using strategy to improve the profit rate, as setting up the select shop, expand the import contemporary brand stores, the men's brand stores, SPA brand stores, the street brand stores, and the soho internet shopping mall brands instead of reducing the national brands. 4. Most forms of fashion offline stores enhanced the functions to combine the catering, cultural activities and purchasing the lifestyle-related products, as well as fashion items. 5. The types of the operation system in fashion offline stores is classified as direct operations, franchise operations, middle management operations, and fully insert operations. 6. Franchise operations are tended to decline, however middle manager operations are overwhelming.

패션 브랜드 분류 기준에 관한 소비자 인식 연구 (A Study on Consumer Cognition about Criteria for Classifying Fashion Brands)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out criteria for classifying fashion brand from consumer point of view in order to develop strategy of fashion brands and to manage brand effectively and systematically, and to suggest theoretical frame for application of these criteria. Survey was used as a research method. Subject were 422 age of 20-30 women living in and near Seoul. Questionnaires was developed to based on 37 classification criteria, and SPSS package program were used to analyze data. The results of this study were as follows: First, factor analysis considering 37 classification criteria identified 8 factors as classification criteria. They were the level of brand form, the level of product concept, the level of management item, the level of brand sales ability, the level of customer management, the level of brand advertizing and awareness, the level of brand value, the level of product lead ability. Second, the most important factor was the level of customer management, but comparatively factor of the level of brand sales ability the level of brand value was less important. Third, consumer cognized difference of criteria for classifying fashion brands. And the level of product lead ability was the most important factor in women's wear category and the level of brand form was in general casual wear category.

북한 콘크리트 교량의 군용하중급수 평가 (Military Load Classification (MLC) on Concrete Bridges in North Korea)

  • 지난 60년이 넘는 시간동안 대한민국은 남과 북이 대치한 휴전상태로 각자 다른 기준을 가진 채 기반시설을 발전시켜 왔다. 특히 북한에서는 운송의 주요수단으로 철도를 사용하기 때문에 도로는 잘 발달하지 않았고 그 중에서 도로교량은 세계 기준보다 많이 낮은 수준이다. 이 논문에서는 전시라는 특별한 상황에서 북한교량을 어느 수준으로 판단하고 이용할 수 있느냐에 초점을 두고 북한의 3가지 콘크리트 교량의 표준 도면을 분석하여 군용하중급수 분류법에 따른 군용차량의 북한 콘크리트 교량의 이용 가능수준을 추정하였다. 그리고 상용프로그램을 활용한 유한요소해석을 병행하여 계산 값과 비교하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 전형적인 Linear Discriminant Analysis을 확장시켜 전체 입력공간을 다수의 지역공간으로 분할하고 분할된 공간에 Local Linear Discriminant Analysis 기반으로 하여 패턴 분류 규칙을 설계하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 전체 입력공간을 여러 개의 지역공간으로 분할하기 위한 방법으로 unsupervised clustering의 대표적인 방법인 k-Means 클러스터링 기법과 최적화 알고리즘인 차분 진화 연산 알고리즘을 사용한다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능 평가를 위해 기존의 패턴 분류기와 비교 결과를 제시한다.

  • It is important that the training stage of a supervised classification is designed to provide the spectral information. On the design of the training stage of a classification typically calls for the use of a large sample of randomly selected pure pixels in order to characterize the classes. Such guidance is generally made without regard to the specific nature of the application in-hand, including the classifier to be used. An approach to the training of a support vector machine (SVM) classifier that is the opposite of that generally promoted for training set design is suggested. This approach uses a small sample of mixed spectral responses drawn from purposefully selected locations (geographical boundaries) in training. A sample of such data should, however, be easier and cheaper to acquire than that suggested by traditional approaches. In this research, we evaluated them against traditional approaches with high-resolution satellite data. The results proved that it can be used small mixed pixels to derive a classification with similar accuracy using a large number of pure pixels. The approach can also reduce substantial costs in training data acquisition because the sampling locations used are commonly easy to observe.

  • 최근 데이터 수집 및 저장기술의 발달, 데이터베이스 관리시스템과 데이터웨어하우스 기술의 광범위한 사용은 기업내부의 대량의 데이터를 축적할 수 있도록 하고 있으며, 축적된 데이터는 의사결정에 필요한 새롭고 가치 있는 정보와 지식을 획득할 수 있는 잠재적인 원천으로 인정되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동통신업체의 데이터를 가지고 데이터 마이닝 방법론을 이용하여 기존고객을 세분화하기 위한 예측모델을 설계한다. 이를 통해 고객 개개인의 특성에 맞는 마케팅 프로모션을 하게 하고 신규고객을 획득할 때는 신규 고객의 특성을 미리 예측하여 세분화함으로써 고객의 평생가치를 촉진하여 기업과 고객과의 관계성을 높여서 기업은 안정된 고객층으로부터 수익을 창출하고 고객들은 해당 기업으로부터 더 많은 혜택을 받게 하는데 목적이 있다.

Suggestion of a design load equation for ice-ship impacts

  • In this paper, a method to estimate ice loads as a function of the buttock angle of an icebreaker is presented with respect to polycrystalline freshwater ice. Ice model tests for different buttock angles and impact velocities are carried out to investigate ice pressure loads and tendencies of ice pressure loads in terms of failure modes. Experimental devices were fabricated with an idealized icebreaker bow shape, and medium-scale ice specimens were used. A dry-drop machine with a freefall system was used, and four pressure sensors were installed at the bottom to estimate ice pressure loads. An estimation equation was suggested on the basis of the test results. We analyzed the estimation equation for design ice loads of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) classification rules. We suggest an estimation equation considering the relation between ice load, buttock angle, and velocity by modifying the equations given in the IACS classification rules.

현대 공공도서관의 회로경험에 따른 유형분류 및 특성 (The Characteristics and the Type Classification of Contemporary Public Libraries in terms of browsing circuit)

  • This study aims to find out the characteristics and the type classification of contemporary public libraries in terms of browsing circuit. In so doing, it is to analyze 21 recently built libraries by using the browsing circuit, the spatial depth and the spatial layout. The study makes use of codes derived from the concept of 'Classification' and 'Frame' suggested by a pedagogist, Basil Bernstein. As a result, it shows that two codes are phased in overseas cases. In other words, one type is a lower depth of space and a high rate of rings with the multi-layer circuits and the three-dimensional circuit of multi-centered. the other type is the higher depth of space and a low rate of rings with the single-layer circuit and the multi-layer circuit of single-centered. In domestic cases, 4 types are shown. The characteristics of layout are seen as a radial shape and the rate of rings is lower than the overseas cases. It can be said that these results are a transitional phenomenon. For browsing circuit, domestic public libraries would be adapted to the three-dimensional circuit of multi-centered, a lower depth of space and a high rate of rings. By instructions of this plan, the real meaning of a public library will be come true.
