Today, IT organizations perform projects with vision related to marketing and financial profit. The objective of realizing the vision is to improve the project performing ability in terms of QCD. Organizations have made a lot of efforts to achieve this objective through process improvement. Large companies such as IBM, Ford, and GE have made over $80\%$ of success through business process re-engineering using information technology instead of business improvement effect by computers. It is important to collect, analyze and manage the data on performed projects to achieve the objective, but quantitative measurement is difficult as software is invisible and the effect and efficiency caused by process change are not visibly identified. Therefore, it is not easy to extract the strategy of improvement. This paper measures and analyzes the project performance, focusing on organizations' external effectiveness and internal efficiency (Qualify, Delivery, Cycle time, and Waste). Based on the measured project performance scores, an OT (Opportunity Tree) model was designed for optimizing the project performance. The process of design is as follows. First, meta data are derived from projects and analyzed by quantitative GQM(Goal-Question-Metric) questionnaire. Then, the project performance model is designed with the data obtained from the quantitative GQM questionnaire and organization's performance score for each area is calculated. The value is revised by integrating the measured scores by area vision weights from all stakeholders (CEO, middle-class managers, developer, investor, and custom). Through this, routes for improvement are presented and an optimized improvement method is suggested. Existing methods to improve software process have been highly effective in division of processes' but somewhat unsatisfactory in structural function to develop and systemically manage strategies by applying the processes to Projects. The proposed OT model provides a solution to this problem. The OT model is useful to provide an optimal improvement method in line with organization's goals and can reduce risks which may occur in the course of improving process if it is applied with proposed methods. In addition, satisfaction about the improvement strategy can be improved by obtaining input about vision weight from all stakeholders through the qualitative questionnaire and by reflecting it to the calculation. The OT is also useful to optimize the expansion of market and financial performance by controlling the ability of Quality, Delivery, Cycle time, and Waste.
Cyberspace permits us to more beyond traditional face-to-face, mail and telephone surveys, yet still to examine basic issues regarding the quality of data collection: sampling, questionnaire design, survey distribution, means of response, and database creation. There are trade-offs between traditional and the Internet or Personal Computer Networks survey. The Internet or Personal Computer Networks is an important channel for obtaining information for target participants. The cost savings in time, efforts, and material were substantial. The use of the Internet or Personal Computer Networks survey tool will increase the quality of research environment. There are several limitations to the Internet or Personal Computer Network survey approach. It requires the researcher to be familiar with Internet navigation and E-mail, it is essential for this process. The use of Listserv and Newsgroup result in a biased sample of the population of corporate trainers. However, it is this group that participates in technology and is in the fore front of shaping the new organizations of interest, and therefore it consists of appropriate participants. If this survey method becomes popular and is too frequently used, potential respondents may become as annoyed with E-mail as the sometimes are with mail survey and junk mail. Being a member of the Listserv of Newsgroup may moderate that reaction. There is a need to determine efficient, effective ways for the researcher to strip identifiers from E-mail, so that respondents remain anonymous, while simultaneously blocking a respondent from responding to a particular survey instrument more than once. The optimum process would be on that is initiated by the researcher : simple, fast and inexpensive to administer and has credibility with respondents. This would protect the legitimacy of the sample and anonymity. Creating attractive Internet or Personal Computer Networks survey formats that build on the strengths of standardized structures but also capitalize on the dynamic and interactive capability of the medium. Without such innovations in survey design, it is difficult to imagine why potential survey respondents would use their time to answer questions. More must be done to create diverse and exciting ways of building an credibility between respondents and researchers on the Internet or Personal Computer Networks. We believe that the future of much exciting research is based in the Electronic survey research. The ability to communicate across distance, time, and national boundaries offers great possibilities for studying the ways in which technology and technological discourse are shaped. used, and disseminated ; the many recent doctoral dissertations that treat some aspect of electronic survey research testify to the increase focus on the Internet or Personal Computer Networks. Thus, scholars should begin a serious conversation about the methodological issues of conducting research In cyberspace. Of all the disciplines, Internet or Personal Computer Networks, emphasis on the relationship between technology and human communication, should take the lead in considering research in the cyberspace.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the simulation-based professional cardiac resuscitation training on the performance of professional cardiac resuscitation performed by paramedics in the pre-hospital stage and to provide basic data for effective cardiac resuscitation. This study is an experimental study of the design before and after the control of non-equality. The subjects of this study were 16 newly recruited paramedics from K firefighting school. The simulation training program and evaluation papers used as the evaluation tool were reviewed and commented by 6 ACLS simulation experts (2 emergency medical doctor, 2 emergency medical professors, 2 KALS instructors)Respectively. The training consisted of 30 minutes of theory and 150 minutes of practical training. The lecturer first demonstrated for 5 minutes, and after training by individual debriefing after individual training, individual and team education was conducted The evaluation scale was given a 5 - point Likert scale. The SPSS 22.0 program for Windows was used. The general characteristics of the subjects were analyzed for frequency, the examination of homogeneity between the experimental group and the control group wasfulfilled by t test, and the difference test between the groups of the two groups was performed using the paired t-test. The homogeneity test was able to confirm the homogeneity between experimental group and control group. In the evaluation of six ACLS techniques, it was proven that the experimental group that received the simulation training had better performance in all aspects than the non - training control group. The following are the technical items to be performed. 1. Electrocardiogram 2. Specialized instrument 3. Treatment of fluid 4. Leadership and teamwork 5. Medical guidance 6. Evaluation during transfer. It was proved that paramedics who received simulation training were improved on their job performance ability than general lecture and training group. Therefore, if simulation training and education are applied to a student in the synthetic course or an emergency resident who is engaged in clinical practice, he / she will be able to perform his / her duties more proficiently. It is expected that emergency services provided to patients with cardiac arrest will be improved.

In consequence, we should excavate a uniqueness from our cultural heritage and develop into a korean design which will be recognized in the world market. The value of our cultural property should not only be used as academic and research purposes but should be re-evaluated with modem view, recognized as the core element that decides the quality of life and developed into exclusive designs. The korean designs represent the mould concept of our people which evolves from the mould or shape alphabet of Korea To meet the requirements of the changing world and in preparation of the cultural competitive age, it is never too early to make a data on the korean designs through their analysis and evaluation.

In this research, two careers connectable with the contents of the curriculum of fifth to sixth grade elementary school students were selected among other promising future careers in biotechnology and medical engineering fields. 'Design-based promising future career STEAM program' was developed and its validity and effectiveness were verified. Reflecting recent issues, and complying with the STEAM standard (frame) instructional materials were developed through group deliberations for nine months, based on the achievement standards through an analysis of subject curriculum revised in 2009. This was prepared so that students are able to experience biotechnology and medical engineering related careers in a simulational form emphasized with creative design to make them prefer natural sciences and engineering careers and draw their interests and recognition of the relevant careers under the two disciplines. As a result of such application to STEAM Leader School students at the verification stage of the program, the contents and level of the program were verified suitable, receiving favorable reviews. And as a result of applying the developed program on other elementary school students, it was discovered that significant improvements were found in their career consciousness. Through this research, it was suggested that there is a need for a simplification of the curriculum content standards, a provision of 'standard for integration,' development of teachers' ability in reconstituting or organizing the STEAM and proceeding classes, continuous long-term support to see the effects of a policy or a program, and a reinforcement of career education integrated in the curriculum.
Server push which is technology of sending contents from servers to browsers in real time using long polling requests enables real time bidirectional communications between servers and browsers in HTTP environment. Recently, thanks to the rapid supply of mobile devices having ability of full browsing, server push is being applied to various applications. However, because servers providing services should offer distributed contents to a large number of users simultaneously in various user environments, they have a burden that offers contents quickly distinguishing much more concurrent users than before. The method of message exchange so far achieved in distributed server environment has difficulties in the performance of simultaneous user request process, the identification of users and the contents delivery. In this paper, We proposed message exchange architecture between servers for offering server push in the distributed server environment. The proposed architecture enables message exchange in the method of push between servers based on event driven architecture. In addition, the proposed architecture enables flexible identification of a event agent and event processing under the connected environment of a lot of users. In this paper, we designed and implemented the proposed architecture and compared performance with the previous way through a performance test. In addition, function is confirmed through the case realization. As a result of the performance test, the proposed architecture can lessen the use of server Thread and response time of users and increase simultaneous throughput.
A home network is a residential local area network in which digital home appliances are connected with each other. Applying the mobile agent technology to the home network is expected to provide a new computing model. In particular, mobility and asynchronous ability of mobile agent can be used to reduce network traffic generated for managing home appliances. However, in order to apply the mobile agent concept to the home network, access control for mobile agents is necessary. In the existing home network system, there is one special server, sometimes called home server This server generally has mapping tables to be updated periodically, which describes access control lists between users' authorities and corresponding devices. In this paper, we propose a role-based access control framework with mobile agents in home networks. This framework, called Secure KAgent framework, is designed and implemented based on KAgent system. It has two main characteristics: to control access permissions based on Role-Based Access Control(RBAC) scheme and to safety assign roles to mobile agents by role tickets.
Many researches have recently discussed about the film thickness as a good substitute or supplement for VMA or other volumetric criteria in the design procedure. Some researchers have not only proposed the specific number for the recommended film thickness, but also introduced the new calculation procedures or concepts. Each model (index model and the virtual model) has its own advantages and disadvantages in terms of the ability to account for the volumetric properties of the mixture. In this paper, the modified virtual model was proposed to combine advantages from both models. However, it cannot be disregarded the way to determine the appropriate particle shape factors for different sources and sizes of aggregates. In order to evaluate the different calculation methods, mixtures with two aggregate sources and eight gradations were designed based on the dominant aggregate size range (DASR) porosity concept. Superpave indirect tensile test (IDT) and asphalt pavement analyzer (AEA) test were used to describe the performance of mixtures. Test results indicated that the virtual model, which is the same to the modified virtual model for sphere 1:1 case, is better than the conventional standard model to define the range of the film thickness to have better performance of asphalt mixtures.
The purpose of this study was to improve the academic achievement at the public practical center of technical high school in Busan. For this study, 1 class(31 students) in the second grade at "B"technical high school were selected and these students were divided into two groups. One is the experiment group which blended learning was applied to and the other is control group which traditional lecture method was applied to. Each group was divided into three sub-groups by the level of learning ability. Non-randomized control-group pretest-posttest design was applied for this experiment planning. The subject of experiment was the unit of "3D Modeling and Making NC code" in the textbook of "Application of Automatic System" applied by the public practical center of technical high school in Busan. On-line contents were developed and applied to the blended learning to control group. In order to analyze the test result, t-test with a significance level of 0.05 was carried out using SPSS 10.0. The results of this study was summarized as follows; First, as a result of the post test performed on the experiment and the control group, there was a significant difference between two groups, that was, the blended learning was more effective than the traditional lecture method in improving academic achievement. Second, blended learning was more effective than the traditional lecture method in the group of high-leveled and middle-leveled, but was little effective on the low-leveled group. Third, blended learning was more effective than the traditional lecture method in the functional domain, but was little effective in the cognitive domain and psychomotor domain.
Recently, despite of the rapid progress of information technology in the medical and health fields, the development and management of problem sets about medical and education contents related with radiological technologist has been still achieved by manual and offline method using document editor. In this study, the unique web-based problem management system is designed and implemented. That system can efficiently manage and present various kind of problem set about integrated education and personal license without time and space limitations in order to improve the efficiency of supplementary training and to obtain the professional license for CT radiological technologist. The proposed system is composed of administration module and user module. The former supports several functions such as problem creation, problem categorization, user management, and adjustment of leveled assessment. On the other hand, the latter functions examination applying , problem retrieval, personal score retrieval, and interpretation viewing, and so on. In addition, our system is expected as a useful and practical system which provides problem interpretation and analysis of score results after applying for the examination. It can elevate ability of learning and information interchange among them preparing for CT professional radiological technologist licensing examination
