  • By means of analyzing the problems in monitoring plan, design, installation, operation based on maintenance monitoring system installed in subway tunnel section, the methods of improvement were proposed for applying to subway monitoring maintenance effectively in future. The choice of the better monitoring system, the operating method of monitoring system, the confidence and continuity of maintenance monitoring, the performance of responsible monitoring supervision in the phase of the planning of monitoring and design were proposed. The problem and developed plan in the different monitoring systems, the calibration and correction of monitoring system, the analysis for the results and plan for maintenance in the phase of installation of monitoring system and operation were also proposed.

  • By means of analyzing the problems in monitoring plan, design, installation, operation based on maintenance monitoring system installed in subway tunnel section, the improved methods of were proposed for applying to subway monitoring maintenance effectively in the future. 국내 설계.감리 등 용역보증제도 현황 및 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Engineering and Construction Supervision Guarantee System in Korea)

  • 정부는 1990년대 대형건축물의 붕괴사고가 잇따르고 건축물의 사고로 인한 인적, 물적 손해에 대한 보전책이 불충분하다는 지적에 따라 '국가계약법'상에 일정규모 이상의 용역이나 건설공사에 대하여 의무보험에 가입하도록 하였다. 특히 2002년에 설계 및 감리 등의 기술용역 분야를 위한 보증제도가 도입된 후 여러 운영상의 문제점이 표출되고 있으나 이에 대한 구체적인 현황 분석 및 개선방안을 마련하기 위한 연구는 매우 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문은 델파이 방법을 사용하여 기술용역 보증제도와 관련된 주요 제도 및 운영상의 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대해서 주요 보증시장 참가자인 발주청, 용역사, 보험사의 보험업무 실무담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 개선방안을 도출하였다. 주요 정책적 대안으로는 신용평가에 근간을 둔 보증한도의 조정, 비효율적인 연대보증인 제도의 폐지, 제3자 인적손해의 담보범위 포함과 보험가입금액의 상향, 보험 기간의 연장 및 기타 제도정비사항을 제시하였다. 제안된 개선방안들에 대한 이해당사자간에 공감대 형성은 국내 건설 산업계의 건전한 발전으로 이어질 것으로 기대해본다.

  • 본 연구에서는 현재의 미흡한 위험물시설설치에 대한 실태를 분석하고 소방시설설치를 위한 설계 공사 감리업에 대한 등록제 도입에 대한 타당성을 조사하여 합리적 기준안을 제안하고자 하며, 위험물시설에 대한 설계 시공 및 감리업 등록제 도입방안 연구를 통해 국가적으로 위험물 시설에 대한 전문적이고 높은 수준의 안전성 확보방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 위험물시설의 설치와 관련하여 설계업과 감리업에 대한 등록기준을 제도화할 필요성이 있는 것으로 파악되었으며 공사업의 경우는 보다 점진적인 제도마련이 필요할 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 기술력의 육성과 확보를 위해 국가자격의 신설을 고려할 필요성이 있을 것으로 판단된다.

인턴십·종합설계 연계 교육 모델의 환류체계 구축 (A Feedback System for Internship & Capstone Design Integrated Program)

  • To enhance the university-industry collaboration, a novel program named as Internship & Capstone Design Integrated program (ICIP) is developed by Dongguk University. Senior students must take one Capstone design class for graduation. By participating in summer Internship and one-year Capstone Design work, practical problems given by businesses are solved. The ICIP is a Project and Internship-based course. By participating in summer internship and one-year Capstone Design work, practical problems given by businesses are solved. The internship course requires students to work in teams under mentors who work in the partner company proposed project themes. Students apply their academic experiences in constructing real projects at work under the supervision of their site mentors and academic advisor. In this regard, this study attempts to present a case study on the assessment of program outcomes using the Internship.

Polynomial Fuzzy Radial Basis Function Neural Network Classifiers Realized with the Aid of Boundary Area Decision

  • In the area of clustering, there are numerous approaches to construct clusters in the input space. For regression problem, when forming clusters being a part of the overall model, the relationships between the input space and the output space are essential and have to be taken into consideration. Conditional Fuzzy C-Means (c-FCM) clustering offers an opportunity to analyze the structure in the input space with the mechanism of supervision implied by the distribution of data present in the output space. However, like other clustering methods, c-FCM focuses on the distribution of the data. In this paper, we introduce a new method, which by making use of the ambiguity index focuses on the boundaries of the clusters whose determination is essential to the quality of the ensuing classification procedures. The introduced design is illustrated with the aid of numeric examples that provide a detailed insight into the performance of the fuzzy classifiers and quantify several essentials design aspects.

New Evaluation on the Selective Diversity Systems for the Detection of M-ary PSK & DPSK Signals over Rayleigh Fading Channels

  • When the M-ary signal experiences the Rayleigh fading, the diversity schemes can reduce the effect of fading since the probability that all the signals components will fade simultaneously is reduced considerably. The symbol error probabilities for various M-ary signals, such as MDPSK(M-ary DPSK) and MPSK(M-ary PSK), are mathematically derived for the Selection Combining 2(SC-2) and Selection Combining 3(SC-3) demodulation system which requires a less complex receiver than maximum ratio combining(MRC). The propagation model used in this paper is the frequency-nonselective slow Rayleigh fading channel corrupted by the additive white gaussian noise(AWGN). The numerical results presented in this paper are expected to provide information for the design of radio system using M-ary modulation method for above mentioned channel environment.

  • When the M-ary signal experiences the Rayleigh fading, the diversity schemes can reduce the effects of fading since the probability that all the signals components will fade simultaneously are reduced considerably. The symbol error probabilities for various M-ary signals, such as MDPSK, MPSK and MQAM, are mathematically derived for the SC-2(Selection Combining 2) demodulation system, whereby the two signals with the two largest amplitudes are coherently combined among the L branches. On the other hand, maximum ratio combining(MRC) requires the individual signals from each path to be time-aligned, cophased, optimally weighted by their own fading amplitude, and then summed. The propagation model used in this paper is the frequency-nonselective slow Rayleigh fading channel corrupted by the Additive White Gaussian Noise(AWGN). The numerical results presented in this paper are expected to provide information for the design of radio system using M-ary modulation method for above mentioned channel environment.

감독기능을 갖는 적응제어기 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of Adaptive Controller with Supervision Function)

  • In this paper, a method for the design of robust adaptive controller using the heuristic rules of industrial engineers is presented. This scheme works on the basis of heuristic rules and includes a supervisor, a system identifier and a detuner. The supervisor detects onsetting instability based on the analysis of the amplitude and the trend of error signal, also selects running controllers. Upon detecting instability, the controller is switched to a PID algorithm and run recursively until stability is restored. Simultaneously, new input / output data is gathered and the system identifier runs to get critical sensitivity (kc) and critical period(tc). Based on the new values(kc, tc), a GPC controller is redesigned and normal GPC is finally run. The algorithm described in this paper belongs to the supervised adaptive control category with a limited use of heuristic rules. Finally, we show the robust of this scheme by simulated example.
