효율적인 VR방탈출 게임 제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on Efficient VR Room Escape Game Production)

  • 가상현실이 주목받으면서 가장 대중적이고 성공적인 VR콘텐츠로 VR 방 탈출 게임을 기준으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 실제 VR 방 탈출과 현장형 방 탈출을 체험한 시민들의 설문결과를 토대로 하였다. 현재 구현이 가능한 부분과 기술적인 한계가 있는 부분을 명확히 한다. 그리고 VR 방 탈출게임의 몰입감을 높일 수 있는 요소들을 분석한다. 연구의 의의로 더욱 발전된 VR 방 탈출 게임과 더 나아가 VR콘텐츠의 제작에 기여할 수 있기를 바란다.

Metaverse and the Evolution of Food and Retail Industry

  • Purpose: This study aims to examine the opportunities in the food industry in the context of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and the metaverse. The metaverse expands offline experiences into a virtual space and provides users with the advantage of overcoming the limitations of physical space. Research design, data and methodology: With the development of various contents based on advanced technology, the metaverse is becoming popular among the MZ generation (comprising millennials and Gen Zs), who are skilled at navigating digital platforms. Moreover, the previously entertainment game focused service has expanded to the business field after COVID-19; activities on the metaverse are now making space for economic value creation. I examined the recent global trends in the context of NFTs and the metaverse as well as the existing cases in Korea. Results: Globally, gaming and performance platforms such as Roblox, Fortnite etc. are still concentrated in the entertainment industry. However, as shown by ZEPETO and ifland in Korea there are many opportunities in the retail and food industries. Conclusions: We analyzed the ecosystems of the retail and food and beverage sectors, where the metaverse will be useful in the future, and have suggested the implications of the opportunities provided by the metaverse.

The Effect of Inaccurate Quality Signaling under Information Asymmetry

  • Purpose - This study attempts to provide a new theoretical perspective on the quality signaling and its impact on a market under information asymmetry, focusing on how the accuracy and the cost of quality signaling affect sellers' and buyers' profit, suggesting appropriate designs of quality signaling methods which mitigates information asymmetry. Design/methodology/approach - In order to examine the effect of quality signaling on strategic interactions within the market, we establish an analytic model where market outcomes are determined by seller's quality claim and price, and buyers are risk-neutral. By investigating this analytic model through relevant game trees, we find the subgame perfect Nash equilibria of the market and predict related market outcomes based on sellers' quality signaling strategy. Findings - Our analytic model shows counterintuitive results that seller profit will be the lowest with inaccurate quality signaling and the highest with no quality signaling, mostly due to the certification cost. Consequently, sellers should proceed with caution if the quality signaling is less than accurate, as it may backfire. We believe that this is due to the fact that the inaccuracy of quality signaling causes some confusion and uncertainty in both sellers and buyers' decision to maximize profit, making it hard for sellers to predict buyers' behavior. Research implications or Originality - Although the sources and types of quality signaling errors have been investigated in the literature, there has not been satisfactory understanding regarding how inaccuracy of quality certification affects specific market outcomes. We expect that our theoretical model would provide important implications on how to utilize quality signaling to solve adverse selection issues in markets under information asymmetry.

  • Purpose - Current society is competitive society. Rules of the game is applied to every kind of aspects not only business but also academic matters. This research is to analyze competitiveness between China and USA by use of trade related data together with revealed comparative advantage index(RCA) including trade specialization index(TSI). Research design, data, methodology - Per economic phase, both China-USA have mutually complementary character. That's why it is significant to analyze this 2 country's important industry. From our economic viewpoint, Both 2 economic powers should cooperate to achieve partnership in the steel business industry under the severe business competition. Results - This paper will provide which country is more comparatively advantage in case international business is held. Especially, steel industry is in a sense technology related business. Therefore, tied-up up-to-date advanced know-how and technology should be developed to be a leader for one of major industries in the world market. Conclusion - Among those various phenomena, this paper categorizes international business and research boundary is international trade contract. It is available to find out how to cooperate securing permanent and reliable business provider and supplier is essential and eminent for the successful accomplishment in the world steel market.

  • 본 논문은 프로그래밍의 기초 교육을 이수한 개발자가 빅데이터와 인공지능을 학습하기 위해, C/C++ 언어로 프로그래밍을 할 수 있는 인공지능 교육서비스에 대해 다룬다. 또한 개발 환경에 따른 맞춤형 개발 환경 구성 시스템과 사용자가 인공지능 구현하여 테스트하는 방법에 대해 설명한다. 이 외에도 다양한 내부 파라미터 조작을 통해 인공지능에 미치는 영향을 확인할 수 있는 기능을 갖추고 있다. 향후 네트워크 통하여 언어의 제약이 없는 인공지능 교육 서비스 개발이 가능할 것으로 예상한다.

적외선 체열 영상 진단법을 이용한 스마트 섬유소재와 휴대폰 통화량에 따른 인체 생리반응 연구 (An Experimental study on the human's physiological in Smart Textile Materials by Using Medical Infrared Thermo graphic Imaging)

  • The following are the results from the infrared body temperature image test to verify the changes in facial temperature according to call duration with a cellular phone. As for the body temperatures, it appears to be the mean value at the upper central point of phone's battery among 7 different points that are measured, and to be the highest at srernocleido-mastoid and scapular trapezius muscle triangle zone$(34.25^{\circ}C\; and\;34.05^{\circ}C\;each)$. The changes of body temperature according to the time duration shows that the body temperature rises according to the length of phone use because of the heat emitted from the battery. As for the temperature changes according to blocking materials, the one without processing appears to be higher in the mean temperature compared to the others that are processed, NSS(Nano Silver Silk) and NSG(Nano Silver Silk Gold) appear to be the lowest in the temperature to show the best blocking property. As for the temperature changes according to measuring points, it appears to be the highest at P4, P5 with all materials, and one with NSG to be the lowest at Pl, P2, P3, and one with NSS to be the lowest at P3, P4, P5, P6, which is due to the thermal conduction of Au and Ag. And the mean temperature at each point appears to be different according to the materials. Therefore, the study conducted with human participants requires a proper particle size of it which would not penetrate cellular tissues and a proper binder and binding treatment for it, to prevent the physical fatigues and the potential diseases. However, it is highly required for back-up researches to verify various aspects in applying nano silver to textile products.

  • $16{\times}40$ Gb/s WDM 전송 시스템에서 비트 에러율 (BER ; bit error rate)의 효과적 보상과 융통적 WDM 전송 시스템의 설계를 위한 광 위상 공액기 (OPC ; optical phase conjugator)의 최적 위치 값과 광섬유 구간의 최적 분산 계수 값들을 10 dB와 20 dB의 소광비(ER ; extinction ratio)에 따라 도출하였다. 모든 WDM 채널들의 BER의 효과적 보상을 위한 최적 파라미터 값들은 기존 연구들에서 살펴보았던 변조 파형 형식, 전송 채널수와 마찬가지로 신호의 소광비에 의존하는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 최적 파라미터 값들을 이용한 융통적인 WDM 시스템 설계가 ER이 10 dB인 경우보다 ER이 20 dB인 경우가 더욱 유리한 것을 확인하였다.

  • 최근 시뮬레이션 환경 구축은 모든 분야에 걸쳐서 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 특히 비행기나 우주선과 같은 한 번 작동 하는데 많은 비용이 드는 기기의 훈련일 경우, 실제 기기와 같은 환경을 시뮬레이터로 구축하여 놓음으로써 막대한 비용의 절감과 함께, 실전에서와 같은 훈련 효과를 가져올 수가 있다. 이에 우리는 일반 운전학원에서 운전 면허 획득을 위한 연습시 차량의 부족과 많은 인원으로 인해 대기 시간이 많이 지연되고 있음에 착안하여, 운전 연습에 맞는 시뮬레이터를 개발한다. 운전 연습에 적합한 시뮬레이터인 3D 레이싱 게임에 착안하여, 운전 면허 실습을 위한 컴퓨터 3D시뮬레이션 모델을 제안하고, 이를 사용하여 사람들이 실제 운행을 하는 것처럼 핸들을 조작하는 시뮬레이션 환경을 제공한다. 본 논문은 컴퓨터 3D 시뮬레이션을 활용하여 운전 연습 모델을 모델링하고, 이 모델링을 사용하여 시뮬레이터를 제작하여 활용하는 것에 관한 연구이다.

Jersey Design and Pattern Making for Disable Players of Ice Sledge Hockey

  • As the quality of life has improved with development of science and technology, desire for better quality of life of disable people has also increased. Currently, prejudiced views of disabled people in South Korea are changing, but sports for all disabled people is not revitalized and social support is also inadequate. In developed countries, administration and systems for sports among people with disabilities are provided at the consumer level, and many companies willingly provide support to disabled athletes. However, in South Korea, low awareness of sports for disabled people is companied by minimal support companies. In order for South Korea to advance, support for the disable sports players is needed, especially sports-wear that fits their body conditions and differences game playing from ordinary sports players. This study specifically focused on the ice sledge hockey players, taking into account the complaints on their jersey and their special conditions through motion analysis while sleds. For the easy use of the hockey, armhole depth and sleeve breadth was reduced and sleeve hem was designed for flexibility of sleeve such that it does not slide down. Also, because only the front of the Jersey is tucked in the pants, the side vent was designed to be deep such that the back hem is prevented from being pulled. Sportswear pattern making for the players with disabilities required to account for distinct body characteristics, as compared to the ordinary players. Thus, studies that develops sports-wear design for those with disabilities contributes to the qualitative development of sports for people with disabilities.

  • 문화콘텐츠산업(음악, 출판, 모바일, 영화, 비디오, 만화, 애니메이션, 캐릭터, 게임, 방송 등)에 대한 중요성이 강조되면서 캐릭터 분야에서도 기존의 디자인 적인 관점에서만 바라보던 차원을 넘어서 하나의 독립된 브랜드로 그 가치가 인정되고 있으며, 나아가 21세기 문화산업을 주도할 산업의 주체로 주목받고 있다. 지방자치단체 캐릭터는 지역의 상징적 요소의 역할, 관광 및 홍보의 역할, 수익사업으로의 전개 등을 통하여 지역이미지의 구축은 물론 지역경제를 활성화하는데 도움을 주는 역할을 한다. 그러나, 아직까지의 지방자치단체 캐릭터의 활용은 지역을 홍보하는 정도의 매우 제한적인 초기단계에 머물러 있는 상황이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 국내 지방자치단체의 캐릭터 개발현황을 경기지역을 중심으로 파악$.$분석하고, 일본 지방자치단체의 캐릭터 개발 사례와 비교 분석하며, 장기적 안목에서의 캐릭터를 활용할 수 있는 전략에 대해서 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 지방자치단체 및 정부기관 관련 캐릭터 개발을 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.
