본 논문에서는 저 전송률 비디오 코덱의 영상 데이터 압축을 위한 실시간 이차원 이상여현변환기 구현에 대해 기술한다. 제안된 구조는 벡터 내적 연산의 병렬 처리에 효율적인 분산연산을 이용하였으며 동시성을 최대로 활용하고 있어 CCITT에서 제안하는 완전 CSIF 30 프레임/초의 처리성능을 만족한다. 또한 제안된 구조를 비트 수준으로 모의시험을 수행하여 CCITT에서 제안하는 IDCT 정확도 사양을 만족함을 보였다. 실제로 효율적인 VLSI 실현을 위해 설계방법론을 연구하고 SUN3/150C를 중심으로 모듈발생기 지향적 설계환경을 구축하였다. 구축된 설계환경을 이용하여 제안된 구조의 핵심모듈을 이중 금속선 2m CMOS 기술로써 구현하였으며 설계된 이차원 DCT 칩의 크기는 약 3.9mmx4.8mm이다.

This study conducted 4 different kinds of underwear materials, which were A (Cotton 100%), B (Wool 100%), C (Cotton/Wool, 50/50%) and D (Acrylic/Cotton, 50/50%) and were done in a climate chamber under cold ambient $10{\pm}1^{\circ}C$, $40{\pm}5%RH$ by 6 male subjects who were in good health. Physiological parameters such as rectal and local skin temperature(forehead, forearm, hand, trunk, thigh, leg, foot, back and chest), heart rate, body weight loss, clothing microclimate, blood lactic acid concentration, and wearing sensation were measured. Started with a 15-min rest period, 15-min of exercise 1 (the condition of 4.5 mile/hr walking speed equivalent to with 8.5 Kcal energy consumption on the treadmill) period, 15-min rest period, exercise 2 (after 3minutes warming-up at 3.0. 3.7, 4.5. 5.2. 6.0, 6.7 mile/hr) until exhaustion period, and final 15-min of recovery period were performed. The results were as follows: The lowest mean skin temperature was acrylic/cotton in order of wool > cotton/wool > cotton > acrylic/cotton (F=13. 79. p<0.00l). Most of all skin temperature by parts of body had turned out in sequence of temperature wool > cotton/wool > acrylic/cotton > cotton. Fore arm part showed highest temperature about $32.43^{\circ}C$ on wool and had a tendency approximately $1.8^{\circ}C$ higher than cotton which had the lowest temperature, and had the biggest difference among garments in terms of skin temperature. The back temperature within clothing showed about $2^{\circ}C$ higher than the chest temperature within clothing. but the back humidity within clothing showed about 4~12% higher than the chest humidity within clothing. Body weight loss by each garment was this sequence; cotton > acrylic/cotton > wool > cotton/wool.

The seoul Metropolitan Government has announced a program of the realization of a Korean garden named 'Seoul Park' in Paris 'Jardin d'Acclimatation' in June, 2000. The program for 'Seoul Park' in Paris has double objectives which aims celebrating the 10th anniversary of the establishment of sisterhood relationship between Seoul and paris and to promote the mutual cooperation and the amity between the two metropolitan cities. The purpose of this study is focusing on the issues on the setting procedure of characteristics of the 'Seoul Park', type of the Park, and design realization of expression of Korean identity, and the cultural consolidation between parks in Korean and French. The Seoul Park will be constructed on the shore of a lake of the Jardin d'Acclimatation, and the size of the area is 4,675㎡. In July, a design competition for the preparation of a schematic plan of the Seoul Park was held in Seoul. In this competition, the author won with a scheme which proposed a Korean Garden as expression of "between" two cultures which is fitted into the French environment. Although, the Seoul Park in Paris is a small Korean garden, its significance would be emphasized in terms of that it represents the adaptation of a Korean culture to the French territory. Throughout the winning entry, we could recognized hat the author defines Korean garden as 'time device', and 'Seoul Park' as 'Situation' which is the consolidation of the cultures between korea and France. And also the author pursued Korean garden as a net type of 'sequence of the event'. In this paper, we have discussed the concept and the schematic plan of the winning entry. focusing on following issues: Definition of the garden; Form of the garden; Expression of Korean garden; Representation of the reconciliation between two environments. Since many parts of the garden are under designing, and the discussion on the resetting of the existing trees in the garden is in progress, more specific investigation will be done in the next thesis.

분산 환경에서 권한에 대한 해결책의 제시로 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 사용자의 권한을 제공하는 권한 정책 모듈을 설계한다. PKI는 인터넷 전자상거래를 위한 정보보호 기반구조로써 많이 활용되고 있으며 네트워크 보안 등 다양한 응용분야에서 X.509 기반으로 구축 발전시켜 나가고 있다. 특히 비대면한 상황에서 사용자의 인증을 위해 좋은 해결책을 제시하여 주고 있지만 지역적으로 떨어져 있는 컴퓨팅 환경에서 권한에 대한 해결책을 제시하기에는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 분산된 자원을 분산된 사용자들에 의해 사용할 수 있는 AAS 모델을 제시하고 리눅스 기반 아파치 웹 서버에서 권한 정책 모듈인 AAS 모듈을 설계한다.

현재 우리나라를 포함한 다수의 국가에서 지상 교통수송 체계가 포화상태에 이르렀다. 이를 해결하기 위해 교통체계의 3차원 화로 교통체증을 완화하고 door-to-door 이동성을 달성하고자 도로주행형 개인용 항공기 (PAV; personal air vehicle)에 관한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도로주행형 PAV의 사이징에서 지상 활주거리, 상승률, 최대 순항속도, 최대 상승고도, 실속 속도 등의 구속조건하에서 주요 설계 변수인 추력대중량비, 익면하중, 동력대중량비를 구하기 위한 구속조건 해석을 수행하였다. 또한 사이징 과정에서 국내 환경과 일반항공기급 인증기준인 FAR PART 23을 고려한 임무형상에 대하여 추력대중량비, 익면하중, 동력대중량비, 그리고 제동마력의 그래프를 통해서 설계점을 결정하는 연구도 수행하였다.

본 논문은 상용차의 자율 군집주행 플랫폼을 평가함에 있어 차량 환경용 C-ITS 통신프로토콜인 WAVE 통신 및 LTE-V2X 통신과 상용 이동통신인 Legacy LTE 통신을 결합한 하이브리드 V2X 통신 플랫폼의 설계 방안을 제안하고 설계과정을 제시한다. 안전하고 효율적인 자율 군집주행 플랫폼을 위해 C-ITS 통신 기반의 저 지연 통신기능이 요구되며 또한 이를 관제하기 위해서 상시 연결이 가능한 Legacy LTE 등의 상용 통신기능이 요구된다. 이러한 시스템을 평가하기 위해서 평가 장비는 동일 수준 이상의 통신성능을 가져야 한다. 본 논문에서 제시되는 주요 설계 내용은 기능 평가를 위한 하이브리드 V2X 단말기 구현에 적용될 예정이다.

Human factors engineering design guidelines for main control rooms(MCR) in nuclear power plants(NPP) have been applied to optimize human-machine interface(HMI) between operators and their equipment on the basis of physical, physiological and cognitive aspects. However, the HMI design for MCR is not found to be sufficient to maximize operators' performance since the operators in the MCR experience excessive stress due to the environmental factors such as inappropriate interiors and illumination. Therefore, well-designed environment of the MCR may be equally important to improve human performance in the MCR. The objectives of the study are two-fold: (1) to propose an interior design of SHIN-KORI 1 2 for pleasant and comfortable working environments, and (2) to design indirect lighting system to enhance visibility and productivity. The human factors engineering checklists were developed to examine whether or not the proposed human-environment design for SHIN-KORI 1 2 satisfies the regulations and guidelines presented by NUREG-0700 Revision 1. The implications of the human-environment design are discussed in detail.

다분야 통합 최적설계(MDO) 프레임워크는 항공우주시스템의 설계에 고려해야 할 다양한 설계 분야의 통합적이고 동시적인 해석 및 설계 최적화를 위한 통합 환경으로 해석자원 및 최적화자원은 물론 CAD 툴과 DBMS 또한 통합해야하며 사용자편의환경을 제공해야한다. 또한 설계하고자 하는 대상 및 개발환경에 따라 프레임워크의 구축방법은 달라질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 개발환경에 따라 단일 PC기반 프레임워크와 PLinda기반 프레임워크, 그리고 웹서비스 기반 프레임워크로 분류하여 이들을 비교 분석하였다.

다분야 통합 최적설계(MDO)는 여러 설계분야가 복잡하게 얽혀서 설계가 진행되어야 하는 항공기나 우주발사체등의 설계에 매우 유용하게 적용되고 MDO 시스템은 다양한 설계 분야의 통합적이고 동시적인 해석 및 설계 최적화를 위한 통합 환경 또는 시스템이다. MDO 시스템은 이기종의 환경에서 분산되어있는 다양한 해석 코드 및 최적화 코드, CAD, DBMS, GUI등의 자원들을 통합하고 효율적으로 사용할 수 있어야하며 협업설계환경을 제공해야한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스 기반의 글로버스 툴킷을 이용해 설계자원들을 통합하고 워크플로우, 에이전트 등의 자동화 기술을 이용해 유기적인 자동실행을 제공하며 웹 유저 인터페이스를 통해 협업설계환경을 제공하는 웹 서비스 기반 MDO 시스템의 구축방안을 제시한다.

The inspiration and its application in fashion design is considered as one of the important factors in boosting the fashion arena. Many inspirations are adapted in fashion de-sign and they make the fashion design unique and characteristic. In this study many fashion designs are analyzed to find what kind of inspirations were adapted and utilized for the fashion design in reality. The nature historic costumes ethcin costumes arts sciences literature music sports were revealed as the sources of fashion inspiration.l The concerns on the environments movies and dramas could provide inspirations in fashion as well. Several contents or steps were studied to provide the one of the example of appli-cations as follows: 1. The works of Marc Chagall were analized to figure out and several plastic characteristics from his works were revealed such as fantastic strong colors unreal animal pattern or their details his wife and friends various divisions of the surface and so on. These attributes had been favored in depiction of his works to ex-press his home town or nostalgia. 2. '90s fashion designs inspired by the works of Chagall were analized to find out the meth-odology or the process of designs. The same Chagall colors were used in design and similar pattern were expressed through beaded work or printing jobs. The surface designs such as printing were the most prefered method in adapting the inspirations. 3. The plastic characteristics of the work of Chagall were attempted in clothing design and construction. The color combination patterns which remind the animals the surface divisions were used in design ot practive the methodologies.
