The purpose of this study is to examine those factors affecting Male Abusive Behavior on Intimate Female Partner Violence. The primary aim of this study is to determine the association between Intimate Partner Violence and coping strategies of male abusive behavior. The sample included 121 male abusive behavior who are referred by Counsel for Family Violence. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistical methods and hierarchical multiple regression were employed. Results indicated that male abusive behavior expressed more aggressive cognitive biases and irrational beliefs than nonviolent men. Both of problem-solving and avoidance coping to deal with relationship conflicts were related to abusive behavior of male. Specially, men who used higher levels of avoidance coping strategies was more likely related to physical abuse, less use of problem-solving coping was related to psychological abuse. Hostility and low marital satisfaction have also been associated with Intimate Partner Violence. Drinking is a risk factor for psychological abuse. Results are discussed implication for developing theoretical and interventional meanings of social welfare practice.

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing job satisfaction to job stress of physician assistant(PA) nurses. This research design was a descriptive study. The subjects in this study were 104 PA nurses. Data were collected from September 1, 2010 to January 10, 2011, and analyzed by SPSS PASW statistics 18.0 program. The mean score of men on the job stress was 43.47(${\pm}13.77$), The mean score of women was 45.07(${\pm}9.78$). The mean score of job satisfaction was 2.72(${\pm}0.30$). There was no statistical difference between general characteristics and job satisfaction. There were statistical difference between unmarried subjects and organizing system(p<.05), inadequate compensation(p<.01). In the results of multivariate regression analysis, adjusted $R^2$ value was 0.567. The model fit was 56.7%. Job satisfaction was low in the insufficient job control and inadequate organizing system. It is hospital policies for the reduction of job stress(particularly, insufficient job control, and organizing system stress).
This study aims to investigate the class satisfaction of the students enrolled in between a primary and secondary teacher's college, and to identify any statistical differences among the class satisfaction factors. In order to answer these questions, a survey of 50 questionnaires were distributed to 54 primary teachers' college students and 50 secondary teacher's college ones, respectively. A survey consisted of 5 categories including class contents, instruction results, class environment, instructional supports and efficiency. To analyze data, the descriptive analysis and independent sample t-test were administerd using Jamovi statistical program. The results revealed that there was no significant difference between two groups in terms of the overall class satisfaction, even though the mean score from the secondary teachers' college students was higher than that of the primary teachers' college students. However, there was a significant difference in the class satisfaction's sub categories: class environment, instructional supports and efficiency.

The purposes of this study were to : a) investigate the current status of contracted hospital food services, b) analyze and clarify various perspectives of contractors and hospitals. Thirty six hospitals and their contractors which were having more than 100 beds located in Seoul, Inchon and Kyungkido, were the subjects of this study. Data were collected through surveys. The survey was conducted during March to April in 2002. Questionnaires were mailed to the 36 directors of dietetic departments of hospitals and 36 managers of contract foodservice management company. Statistical analysis was completed using SPSS Win(11.0) for descriptive analysis, t-test and $x^2$-test. The results of the study can be summarized ; 1. The type of contract considered adequate by directors of dietetic departments and managers of contractors was fee-contract, combined type, followed by profit-and-loss contract. 2. According to the results from analysis on the contract cost per meal considered adequate by directors of dietetic departments and managers, the directors of dietetic department indicated that showing no difference with the current contract cost per meal. However, the managers of contractor indicated that showing significant differences compared with the current contract cost per meal(regular diet p<0.01, therapeutic diet p<0.001). 3. In the composition of contract cost per meal considered adequate, the managers of contracting businesses accounted labor cost (p<0.01) as a major cost, whereas the chiefs of nutrition departments accounted miscellaneous or controllable expense (p<0.001) and VAT (p<0.01) as major costs. 4. The directors of dietetic departments and managers thought that the hospital should be responsible for utility costs. On the other hand, directors of dietetic departments regarded that the contractor and managers thought that the hospital should pay for facility investment cost.
This study aims to investigate the relationship between positive psychological capital and entrepreneurial intention among middle-aged and elderly individuals who are interested in starting their own business by focusing on the mediating effect of risk sensitivity and the moderating effect of asset status. To accomplish the study's objective, a questionnaire was administered to approximately 250 middle-aged and elderly people working in Seoul from December 1 to December 31, 2019. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0. Specifically, frequency analysis and descriptive statistics were conducted, and reliability of the constructs was assessed. Factor analysis was used to measure the goodness of fit of the model developed. Finally, a structural equation model was established, and analysis was conducted on the test of the hypotheses about the mediating, moderating, and adjusting effects using the AMOS statistical package. The results revealed that positive psychological capital had a positive impact on risk sensitivity, and the path analysis of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention as well as resilience and entrepreneurial intention showed results of 0.042 and 0.026, respectively, supporting mediating effects. In the causal relationship between positive psychological capital and entrepreneurial intention, asset status acted as a moderator given that the chi square difference between the models was 7.096. Thus, the findings provide implications for comprehensive training programs to boost positive psychological capital and asset status in middle-aged and elderly individuals who are preparing to establish their own business. Further studies are needed to cover broader geographic areas and compare/analyze other variables associated with business startups.
This study attempts to explain how the social-worker empowerment in the field of social work relates to social-work self-efficacy and whether or not the transactional leadership of the leader moderates the relationship between these two variables. Data from 390 social workers working with public and private sector agencies in Seoul were collected. For the questionnaire and analysis, this research uses the Social Worker Empowerment, Social Work Self-Efficacy, and Transactional Leadership scales. This research utilizes a wide range of statistical analyses, such as descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression, and general linear modeling. The calculations employed the use of SPSS/PC+ 12.0. This research indicates, among other things, that social workers with a high level of social worker empowerment and transactional leadership of the leader show a tendency toward higher social work self-efficacy and that the leader's transactional leadership level plays a moderating function in the relationship between social-worker empowerment and transactional leadership of the leader. In conclusion, a social worker with a low level of leader's transactional leadership shows a relatively greater tendency toward social work self-efficacy when compared to a social worker having a high level of leader's transactional leadership. Social workers and social-work organizations seeking professional practice can benefit from these findings on the relationship between professional behavior and social work self-efficacy with perceived transactional leadership about a team leader as a moderator.
The Korean Society for Engineering Education (KSEE) was founded in 1994, and the Journal of Engineering Education Research has published since 1998. The purpose of the study was to analyze the research methodologies and contents for all 126 papers which were published from 1998 to 2005. A statistical package SPSS(ver. 15.0) was used to analyze the coding data of all papers. The research contents were as follows: (1) A classification of the number of papers published according to year and researcher features (gender, institution, major field, number of authors, etc) was performed, (2) The analysis of research methodologies and contents of the papers published was performed, (3) Strategies to improve the quality of the journal were suggested by discussion from the analysis results. The results showed that the development research method was used most frequently, most papers were mode by major scholars of electrical and electronic engineering and scholars of Yonsei University made the most papers. In order to use the survey research method, the sampling methods were mainly used by total number, purposive, convenience, stratified sampling method, etc, questionnaire was used of 89.5%, descriptive statistics of frequency/% was used of 50%. To conduct the experimental research method, the models of nonequivalent groups posttest-only design and one-group pretest-posttest design were adopted, respectively. Finally, research strategies and new direction for improving the engineering education journal's papers at the section of discussion and suggestion were suggested.

Companies can build a close relationship by providing benefits that consumers want. As long relationships between consumer and company are stressed these days, it is very important for the growth and development of companies to assess what benefits consumers perceive and how they reflect them to their buying behaviors. Thus, this study aims to examine the relational benefits that consumers perceive in internet clothing purchase and how these perceived relational benefits affects relational commitment and customer loyalty. This study surveyed 343 male and female in their 20s and 30s for empirical analysis who have ever purchased clothing through internet shopping malls. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA analysis, Duncan test, and ${\chi}^2$-test are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0 for statistical analysis. The results are as follows. First, the dimensions of relational benefits perceived by consumers in internet clothing purchase are found 6 including customization, economic, psychological, social, shopping convenience, and informational. Second, consumers' perception of relational benefits significantly affect on relational commitment and loyalty, thus consumers with greater recognition of relational benefits have higher relational commitment and loyalty. Third, based on the dimensions of consumer's perceived relational benefit, consumers are categorized into 6 types: group perceiving social benefit, group perceiving economic/shopping convenience benefit, group perceiving shopping convenience benefit, group perceiving customization benefit, group perceiving informational benefit, and group perceiving psychological benefit. The group perceiving customization benefits have higher relational commitment and loyalty than the others. It is expected that this study will help internet companies establish customer relationship management strategies, which are needed to promote relationships with customers and to enhance customers' loyalty to internet shopping malls.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between the adult attachment of married employees, their job motivation and marital relationship. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was carried out with 370 married employees in the Chungnam area as the target from Sep. 10 to Oct. 14, 2016. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 23.0 using descriptive statistical analysis, the independent sample T-test, ANOVA analysis, Pearson correlation, and structural equation analysis. First, significant differences were revealed in the level of attachment avoidance, satisfaction with the marriage relationship, and job motivation according to the age group, in the level of attachment avoidance and satisfaction with the marriage relationship according to the education level, in the level of attachment avoidance and satisfaction with the marriage relationship according to the marriage period, in job motivation according to the position, in satisfaction with the marriage relationship according to the average household income, and in satisfaction with the marriage relationship according to the work shift pattern. Second, although a significant negative correlation appeared between attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance, a significant positive correlation was found between attachment avoidance and job motivation. Also, although a significant negative correlation appeared between attachment avoidance and marital relationship, a significant positive correlation was found between job motivation and marital relationship. Third, to examine the mediating effect of satisfaction with the marital relationship on the relationship between adult attachment and job motivation, a structural equation analysis was carried out. As a result, the indirect effect of attachment anxiety on job motivation turned out to be significant and its complete mediating effect was confirmed. This suggests that when developing programs to improve job motivation within the workplace or consultative interventions for the enhancement of marital relationships, the above characteristics of individuals should be taken into consideration.

The purpose of this study was to closely examine the influence of field-shock experience and post traumatic stress perceived by fire officials upon somatic symptoms and coping methods. A survey was carried out targeting 362 male and female fire officials who are working at fire safety centers where are located in Gangwon-do Province. The collected data were used SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0 for Windows. It carried out frequency analysis, factor analysis for validity and reliability, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ analysis, descriptive statistics and correlation. For hypothesis verification, an analysis was carried out by using structural equation modeling. All the statistical analyses were set for the significant level in p<.05. The results are as follows. First, the perceived field-shock stress was indicated to have influence upon post traumatic stress. Second, the perceived field-shock stress was indicated to have influence upon somatic symptom. Third, the perceived field-shock stress was indicated to have influence upon a coping method. Fourth, the post traumatic stress was indicated to have influence upon somatic symptom. Fifth, the post traumatic stress was indicated to have influence upon a coping method. Sixthly, the somatic symptom was indicated to have influence upon a method of coping with stress.
