The purpose of this study was to work related musculoskeletal disorders are a major. Occupational disease of the dental care profession is no exception. The survey was self-reported questionars of 300 dental hygienists that 268 dental hygienists reply to self-reported survey. This study results are as follows: Subjects of research analyzing the degree of physical musculoskeletal disorders pain, shoulder 90.3%, neck 89.2%, leg 83.6%, 81.7% back, hand/wrist/fingers 75.7%, arm/elbow, according to 52.8%. Therefore the work province of the research object people the musculoskeletal disorders appeared different. Generally characteristic was taller dental hygienists lower back pain and were out of less weight, study subjects had neck and arm pain. 29~33 year-old age the shoulder, over the age of 34 the arm/elbow to be high (p<0.05). Working environment to become a career, the more hand/wrist/fingers and the pain increased (p<0.05). The neck, shoulders (p<0.05), arm (p<0.01), waist high in the 3~4 years experience. And leg/foot was in the 1~2 years experience. This increase in working hours had increased pain in the neck but the hand/wrist/finger pain in the small hours of experience in the high pain(p<0.01). Conclusion of the musculoskeletal disorders of the dental hygienists often than the average for this risk is recognized. When it occurs early in treatment can be simple, but time is left to revert to normal when you do not already. Therefore, maintaining proper posture and dental hygienists, pain or fatigue appeared to accumulate immediately treated continued efforts are needed.
This study is to provide basic materials for the purpose of maximizing satisfaction of university students with campus life and ensuring competitiveness of university by establishing educational conditions to make university students adapt themselves to campus life, enhancing their satisfaction with campus life and making and executing improvement methods of areas showing low satisfaction with campus life and selects 210 students studying dental hygiene at C university in Jeonnam region as subjects of research and as a result of examining their satisfaction with campus life and department using questionnaire, the following conclusions are obtained. 1. Subjects of research are 39.6% at the first grade, 38.1% at the second grade and 22.3% at the third grade, 51.0% of subjects graduated from academic high school, 70.3% lived in lent house or dormitory, 85.6% had normal health state and 60.4% had good personal relationship with schoolmates. 2. On information of dental hygiene before admission, 50.5% of subjects had it a little. On the Source of information in selecting department, 21.8% was through internet, on the period of selecting department, 33.2% was before application and on motivation of selecting department, 33.2% was because of good employment. 3. On satisfaction with this university, 46.0% answered normal, 34.2% answered they were dissatisfied with university and reasons of such a dissatisfaction were environment around school at 23.3% and scholarship and welfare system at 21.3%. On academic results, 58.4% marked average. On club activity, 82.7% didn't join in any club activity and on their current great trouble, 53.5% answered passing national qualification examination. 4. On satisfaction with department of dental hygiene, 57.4% answered that they were satisfied with their department and 19.3% were dissatisfied with it. On reasons of their dissatisfaction with department, 35.4% answered it was because of poor facility and 20.8%, difficult curriculum. On requirements of professors at department of dental hygiene, 51.5% wanted to have personal contact with their professors. 5. On motivation of employment, 50.5% was for economic reason. On areas desired, 44.1% was dental clinic and on standard of choosing job, 40.1% was job with high salary. On period of employment desired, 75.7% said they wanted to continue to work. 6. There were significant differences at satisfaction with campus life according to grade(p<0.01) and between campus life and satisfaction with department depending on health state(p<0.05). 7. There was statistically significant difference in satisfaction with department according to academic results(p<0.05).

This study was conducted to identify the relationship between the willingness to leisure activity and job satisfaction of dental hygienists and to suggest the need to expand opportunities for the will to leisure activity. The degree of job satisfaction was 3.84 points, and the willingness to leisure activity was analyzed to prioritize exchange with the community. As a result of the analysis of the correlation between job satisfaction, turnover intention, and willingness to leisure activity, all three items show a strong correlation. If job satisfaction is high, then the willingness to leisure activity is high and the intention to turn over is low, and if the will to leisure activity is high, then job satisfaction is high and turnover intention is low. Results of regression analysis to establish measures to increase job satisfaction, turnover intention (β=-0.551), leisure use (β=0.368), health status (β=0.139), current working years at work (β=0.069), number of patients visiting the hospital during the day (β=-0.056) were analyzed in order of effect. It is judged that there is a need to establish a plan to provide an optimal working environment in consideration of the intention to turnover, leisure activity, health status, working years at work, and the number of patients visiting the hospital during the day.

This study was conducted to provide the basic data for the prevention and management of health risk of dental technicians by proposing the necessary data in the management of the health related quality of life of dental technicians. The subjects of the survey were 141 dental technicians working in 30 dental technical laboratories and corresponding companies in Daejeon area. A structured self-entry type questionnaire survey was implemented by measuring the work environment from December 20, 2011 to January 31, 2012 at the same time. The total score of health index showed a significant difference according to the working hours and smoking state as the a factor of the individual level, the physical health index showed a significant difference according to the smoking state and the exercise habits as the factor of the individual level. The mental health index showed a significant difference according to the working hours and smoking state as the factor of the individual level. The significant variable did not appear in the predictor of the group level. In conclusion, the quality of life of dental technicians in relation to health appeared to have a larger effect on the factor of the individual level than the factor of the group level.
Purpose: The work of Dental technician which is part of national dental health, is more specialized recently. This research provides fundamental data from analyzing student's career consciousness according to needs of a career education. Here is the conclusion of the analysis about student's career consciousness, that is for a right choice of career. Methods: This study did questionnaire to a dental Laboratory Technology student who locate in Taegu. Question response student number was 570 people. Response contents analyzed to 506 people except imperfect questionnaire. Data used windows sas 8.0 program and did descriptive statistical analysis. Results: There is a meaningful difference in what they want to know about an occupation according to ages. (${\rho}$ < 0.01) All ages are similar to their occupational thinking, however they who are under twenties consider working environment. Most motives of an entrance are similar, there is a meaningful difference. (${\rho}$ < 0.05) According to a grade of college, there is a meaningful difference how to obtain informations of a career. (${\rho}$ < 0.05) Sophomores and juniors obtain information from seniors or family, however freshmen obtain from the internet because of an accessibility. There is a meaningful difference of a job meaning between men and women. (${\rho}$ < 0.01) Men are working for a means of living. But women give weight to a self-development. The older they grow, the more they know about their aptitude. Selecting subjects are different choosing time & motive. According to ages and where they are from, there is a meaningful difference how much know about their aptitude. (${\rho}$ < 0.05) Older Students know more than young students. Patients with advanced malignant tumors, including both jaws, is a challenging task for a head and neck surgeon. Current treatment landscape demonstrates good functional, anatomical, and aesthetic results in patients who could previously receive only palliative care. The extensive tissue defects resulting from oncological resections in the head and neck region require immediate reconstruction due to the exposure of vital structures and their contact with the external environment. A patient was operated using a three-team multidisciplinary approach involving simultaneous work of three specialized teams of maxillofacial and reconstructive microsurgeons, as well as an implantologist and a prosthodontist. This approach allowed simultaneous tumor resection with subsequent reconstruction of the intraoperative defect involving bilateral harvesting of two revascularized free fibular osteomusculocutaneous flaps with dental implantation and simultaneous rehabilitation of dentition with crowns.
In this study, the characteristics and oral health status of manufacturing workers were investigated to confirm the factors affecting their risk of developing dental caries and to prepare basic data for developing oral health promotion programs for such workers. A self-administered questionnaire survey and saliva microorganism examinations (S. mutans and Lactobacillus tests) were conducted from July 1 to August 1, 2014 targeting the manufacturing workers in the Busan and Gyungnam areas, to confirm the factors affecting dental caries development among manufacturing workers. As a result, the risk of dental caries was found to be higher in the workers who worked for 10 hours or longer a day than in those who worked for less than 10 hours a day, and in the smokers than in the non-smokers. A 1-point increase in the brushing pattern score resulted in 0.044 times less risk of dental caries development in the S. mutans test and 0.004 times less risk in the Lactobacillus test Therefore, systematic support is needed to improve the work environment of manufacturing workers, along with continuous oral health education in workplaces.
In this study, the impact of the emotional labor on the job satisfaction according to the service characteristics and the patient type was investigated in the 269 dental hygienist. The average score of the emotional labor according to the general characteristics was 2.85 and it was higher in case of the male and in case of the drinkers. The average score of the job satisfaction according to the general characteristics was 3.02 and the female was higher than the male, the older professionals than the younger professionals and the married was higher than the singles. In the emotional labor according to the service characteristics, the dental hygienist was highest than the other professionals and in the job satisfaction according to the service characteristics, it was higher the higher the career and the higher the income. In the emotional labor by patient type, it was highest when the patient was male, when ages were between 20 and 64, and when it was after 7 PM. The job satisfaction by patient type was higher when the patient age was 65 years old or older, when the type of treatment was dental caries and periodontal diseases, when the consultation hour was after 7 PM and when the economic level of patient was high. The job satisfaction was increased when the emotional labor was 'average' but was analyzed as the lowest when the emotional labor was high. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to examine the effects of work characteristics, patient type, and emotional labor on job satisfaction(t = 1.994, p = .047), which had high monthly incomes Patients with older patients (t = 3.027, p = .003), the lower the emotional labor (t = 13.858, p = .000), the higher the job satisfaction. That is, to increase the job satisfaction of the dental health professionals, the effort to make the pleasant working environment should be made considering the emotional labor or the characteristics of patient.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in turnover intention according to the level of Burn out and the mediating effect in fire officer. Higher levels of emotional labor and turnover intention resulted in higher levels of burn out(p<0.05). We used the logistic regression analysis to compare change of turnover intention according to the level of burn out. In logistic regression analysis, largest mediating factor were working days per week, the number of moving case per a day, physical condition, emotional labor and the odds(Likely to with high turnover intention) was down by 38.9% after adjustment for mediating factors. The results of this study indicate that emotional labor was negatively impact on burn out in fire officer. To reduce the burn out and the turnover intention, it is necessary to do more efforts to improve work environment (working days per week, the number of moving case per a day and emotional labor) and management personal factor(physical condition) for the fire office should be made to reduce such negative effects.
In accordance with the analysis results on the questionnaires, in the awareness of employees on a public health center, the answer "I can make every endeavor for the success of public health center organization" showed the highest score as $4.07{\pm}0.75$. The awareness on the organization where a subject was included was higher than the average out of a 7 points. It showed the subjects were sincere to the missions and duties of the organizations where they were included. For the awareness on the work environment, the subjects who considered that their workplace was comfortable were higher than the average. The duties which the subjects recognized as the necessary duties among health businesses include health behavior improvement project, disease control project, customized visiting health care project, maternal and child health care, family health care and infectious disease control project. The duties which were considered as unnecessary among health care projects were general care functions, administrative businesses including issuance of certificates and various kinds of civil application processing. The projects which were considered to be reinforced or implemented in the future were health care project for the old, patients registration and care project including hypertension and diabetes and health promotion project in that order.
