수요량과 다양성 패턴에 의해 유형화된 단기간 표준화 관리도와 단기간 합격판정 관리도의 개발 (Development of Short-Run Standardized Control Charts and Acceptance Control Charts Classified by the Demand Volume and Variety)

  • The research developes short-run standardized control charts(SSCC) and short-run acceptance control charts(SACC) under the various demand patterns. The demand patterns considered in this paper are three types such as high-variety and repetitive low-volume pattern, extremely-high-variety and nonrepetitive low-volume pattern, and high-variety and extremely-low-volume pattern. The short-run standardized control charts developed by extending the long-run ${\bar{x}}$-R, ${\bar{x}}$-s and I-MR charts have strengths for practioners to understand and use easily. Moreover, the short-range acceptance control charts developed in the study can be efficiently used through combining the functions of the inspection and control chart. The weighting schemes such as Shewhart, moving average (MA) and exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) can be considered by the reliability of data sets. The two types according to the use of control chart are presented in the short-range standardized charts and acceptance control charts. Finally, process capability index(PCI) and process performance index(PPI) classified by the demand patterns are presented.

  • This paper presents an advanced energy saving algorithm in building. It is important to aggregate a various demand side resource which is controllable on demand response environment. Previous demand side algorithm for building is restricted on peak power. In this paper, we suggest duty cycle algorithm for AHU on demand response to reduce the quantity of building power consumption. The test results show that the proposed algorithm is very effective.

  • For the management of maximum demand power, power control system that is consist of CCMS(Central Control and Management System) and MCCS(Minimum Cost Control and management Software) is proposed. MCCS has the basic functions of the set of target power and the enrollment of load control logic. And also MCCS give the simulation of Power rate that help more effective Demand Control.

  • This paper presents an industrial peak load management system for the peak demand control. Kohonen neural network and wavelet transform based techniques are adopted for industrial peak load forecasting that will be used as input data of the peak demand control. Firstly, one year of historical load data of a steel company were sorted and clustered into several groups using Kohonen neural network and then wavelet transforms are applied with Biorthogonal 1.3 mother wavelet in order to forecast the peak load of one minute ahead. In addition, for the peak demand control, composite fuzzy model is proposed and implemented in this work. The results are compared with those of conventional model, fuzzy model and composite model, respectively. The outcome of the study clearly indicates that the composite fuzzy model approach can be used as an attractive and effective means of the peak demand control.

  • Recently, power supply-demand instability due to the dramatic increase in power usage suchas air-conditioning load at summertime has brought forecasts of decrease in power supply capability. Therefore improving the load factor through systematic load management, in other words, Direct Load Control became necessary. Direct Load Control(DLC) system is kind of a load management program for stabilization of electric power supply-demand. It's purpose is limiting the demand of the demand side selected at peak load or other time periods. The paper presented a Design of Direct Load Controller for control the amount of power demand in demand side. The proposed Controller is cheaper and has ability of storing more power data than pre-existing device.

여성 고령자의 생산적 활동에 대한 요구-조절-지지 모델의 고립 긴장과 완충 효과 검증 (The Test of the Isolation Hypothesis and the Buffer Hypothesis of Demand-Control-Support Model on the Elderly Women's Productive Activity)

  • This study investigated the isolation hypothesis and the buffer hypothesis of Demand-Control-Support model in relation to activity satisfaction and psychological well-being. The subjects were 300 elderly women participating in productive activity for example paid work, voluntary activity, and grancdhildren care. This research tested four hypotheses concerning the DCS model. Is there support for the isolation hypothesis, such that the lowest level of activity satisfaction is experienced by the elderly women working in an isolation situation(high demand-low control-low support)? Is there support for the isolation hypothesis, such that the lowest level of psychological well-being is experienced by the elderly women working in an isolation situation(high demand-low control-low support)? Is there support for the buffer hypothesis, i. e. interaction between demand, control, and support, indicating a buffering effect of support on the negative impact of high strain on activity satisfaction? Is there support for the buffer hypothesis, i. e. interaction between demand, control, and support, indicating a buffering effect of support on the negative impact of high strain on psychological well-being? Major results of this study were as follows. and were supported. Activity satisfaction and psychological well-being of the elderly women in isolation situation was the lowest among the sample. was supported that family support level buffered the negative impact of high strain on activity satisfaction. But was not supported. Only main effect of demand level was showed on psychological well-being.

  • In this study, computer simulation for demand control strategies to save the electric energy and power price in the building central cooling system is done. The demand control and outdoor reset control algorithms are applied by consideration the electric energy and power price according to the energy consumption characteristics. The suggested control methods show better responses in the power price and energy consumption in comparison with the conventional one.

  • Chlorination dosage in water treatment plant of field is determined by chlorination demand experiment through two or three hours after raw water was sampled in inflow. It is impossible to continuously control for real time because the sampled water is adapted chlorination dosage after water treatment process had been proceeded. Therefore in this study, we will design informal chlorination demand system, this designed system will be experimented as to water quality and accuracy of control in various conditions. Throughout these experimental results, we will revise the system and the revised system is enable to optimal control of chlorination dosage. Finally, we have developed chlorination demand system, which can automatically determination of chlorination dosage to be determined according to variety of raw water quality inflow in water treatment plant.
