중국과 미국의 무역클레임 유형과 중요도 비교 연구 : 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 (A Comparative Study on the Types and its Importance of Trade Claims between China and the United States: Using Text Mining Techniques)

  • This study is designed to identify the differences in the types and importance of trade claims at the national level. For analysis data, abstracts of arbitration and court judgments published on the website of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law are collected and used. The target countries are China and the United States, with 102 cases from China and 59 cases from the United States. By applying topic modeling techniques to the collection decisions of China and the United States, trade claims are categorized, and the importance of each type is identified using the network centrality index derived through semantic network analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, the main types of trade claims were the same for both the United States and China: product nonconformity, delivery issues, and payments. However, in China, the order of product nonconformity > delivery issues > payments was important, and in the United States, payments > product nonconformity > delivery issues were found to be important. This study is significant in that it presents a strategic trade claim management plan using a quantitative methodology.

  • 인터넷 쇼핑의 증가와 함께 운송장에 적힌 배송정보를 악용한 범죄가 보이스피싱을 통한 물품 가로채기, 상해, 성범죄에 이르기까지 갈수록 고도화 세분화 되고 있다. 따라서 고객의 배송정보에 대한 익명성을 보장하기 위해서 다수 운송업자 상호간에 제품의 배송 구간에 대한 경로 정보를 비밀로 유지하는 배송추적 방지 시스템이 필요하다. 이를 위해서 인터넷 쇼핑의 대금결제와 개인정보의 연계 분리는 블록체인기반 암호화폐의 익명성 기술을 사용하여 보호하고 운송정보에 포함되는 배송정보를 암호화해서 익명성을 보호하는 배송추적 방지 모델 제안한다. 우리의 제안 모델은 고객의 배송정보에 대한 익명성을 보장함과 동시에 기업에게 고객의 배송정보를 제외한 제품판매에 대한 정보를 동시에 제공함으로서 블록체인 기반 인터넷 쇼핑의 활성화에 기여한다.

생산 및 배송을 위한 공급사슬망에서의 일정계획에 관한 연구 (A Scheduling Problem for Production-Delivery in a Supply Chain)

  • This paper considers an integrated scheduling problem for consecutive production and delivery stages in a two-stage supply chain. The Production is performed on a single facility and then the finished products are delivered to the customer by capacitated multiple vehicles. The objective of this paper is to obtain job sequencing and delivery batching minimizing the total cost of the associated WIP inventory, finished product inventory and delivery. The inventory cost is characterized by the sum of weighted flowtime. The delivery cost is proportional to the required number of delivery batches. Some polynomial-solvable cases are derived. For the general case, two efficient heuristic algorithms are suggested, and then the heuristics are tested through some numerical experiments.

  • This paper considers an inbound lot-sizing and outbound dispatching problem for a single product in a thirdparty logistics (3PL) distribution center. Demands are dynamic and finite over the discrete time horizon, and moreover, each demand has a delivery time window which is the time interval with the dates between the earliest and the latest delivery dates All the product amounts must be delivered to the customer in the time window. Ordered products are shipped by multiple vehicle types and the freight cost is proportional to the vehicle-types and the number of vehicles used. First, we formulate a mixed integer programming model. Since it is difficult to solve the model as the size of real problem being very large, we design a conventional genetic algorithm with a local search heuristic (HGA) and an improved genetic algorithm called adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA). AGA spontaneously adjusts crossover and mutation rate depending upon the status of current population. Finally, we conduct some computational experiments to evaluate the performance of AGA with HGA.

염산 딜티아젬의 방출을 제어하기 위한 삼중 폴리머 매트릭스 시스템 (A Ternary Polymeric Matrix System for Controlled Drug Delivery of Highly Soluble Drug with High Drug Loading : Diltiazem Hydrochloride)

  • The purpose of this study was to use a ternary polymeric matrix system for high drug loading of a highly soluble drug for controlled release delivery. The controlled drug delivery of diltiazem HCl (solubility > 50% in water at $25^{\circ}C$) with high loading dose (the final loading dose of drug was 34%) from a ternary polymeric matrix (gelatin, pectin, HPMC) was successfully accomplished. This simple monolithic system with 240 mg drug loading provided near zero-order release over a 24 hour-period by which time the system was completely dissolved. The release kinetics of diltiazem HCl tablet with high loading dose from the designed ternary polymeric system was dependent on the ratios of HPMC : pectin binary mixture. The release rate increased as pectin : HPMC ratio were increased. Swelling behavior of the ternary system and the ionic interaction of formulation components with cationic diltiazem molecule appear to control drug diffusion and the release kinetics. Comparable release profiles between commercial product and the designed system were obtained. The binding study between gelatin with diltiazem HCl showed the presence of two binding sites for drug interaction with subsequent controlled diffusion upon swelling. This designed delivery system is easy to manufacture and drug release behavior is highly reproducible and offers advantages over the existing commercial product.

Chitosan-Based Film of Tyrothricin for Enhanced Antimicrobial Activity against Common Skin Pathogens Including Staphylococcus aureus

  • Chitosan-based film-forming gel is regarded as a promising vehicle for topical delivery of antimicrobial agents to skin wounds, since it protects from microbial infection and the cationic polymer itself possesses antibacterial activity. In this study, possible synergistic interaction against common skin pathogens between the cationic polymer and tyrothricin (TRC), a cyclic polypeptide antibiotic, was investigated, by determining the concentration to inhibit 90% of bacterial isolates (MIC). The addition of the polysaccharide to TRC dramatically reduced the MIC values of TRC by 1/33 and 1/4 against both methicillin-resistant and methicillin-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus, respectively. The synergism of TRC and chitosan combination against both strains was demonstrated by the checkerboard method, with a fractional inhibitory concentration index below 0.5. Moreover, co-treatment of TRC and chitosan exhibited antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, due to the antibacterial activity of chitosan, whereas TRC itself did not inhibit the gram-negative bacterial growth. These findings suggested that the use of chitosan-based film for topical delivery of TRC could be an alternative to improve TRC antimicrobial activity against strains that are abundant in skin wounds.

모듈형 제품수송을 통한 재사용 포장재 사용이 물류비용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Reusable Packaging Materials through Module-Type Product Transportation on Logistics Costs)

  • Home appliances go through a couple of packaging stages from the plant to consumers. The primary packaging, inner packaging for each part, happens for protection after products leave the plant. The secondary packaging happens in the unit of product, ensuring cushioning packaging to protect products from movement. The final tertiary packaging is for transportation and delivery. Each stage of product packaging, however, costs a lot of money because of disposable packaging materials used in each stage including vinyl, tapes, Styrofoam, and corrugated cardboards. Discarded packaging materials also cause environmental problems. In an effort to come up with a measure to solve those problems, this study proposed a plan to minimize logistics costs with semi-permanent packaging materials to replace disposable ones including Styrofoam, vinyl, and corrugated cardboards in the stages of inner packaging, cushioning packaging, product unit-based packaging, and transportation. The study also developed a model to cut down logistics costs by reducing various packaging stages including the primary, secondary, and tertiary stage only to the secondary one through module-type products instead of the transportation- and delivery-type ones, as well as demonstrated the excellence of the study through numerical analysis.

  • ICT 기술의 발전과 스마트폰 보급의 활성화로 온라인 마켓을 통해 다양한 제품을 구매하는 구매 서비스가 활성화되고 있다. 특히 보관 및 배송 기술의 발전으로 인하여 보관기관이 짧은 식자재의 경우도 온라인을 통해 구매가 가능함으로써 오프라인 판매만을 수행하는 상가의 경우 매출이 감소되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 오프라인 판매만 수행이 가능한 소규모 상가에서 전문적인 판매 지식 및 판매망이 없어도 구매 서비스를 통해 광고 효과 및 주문, 배달이 가능한 통합 솔루션을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 사용자가 원하는 제품에 대한 이미지 검색을 통해 효율적으로 제품에 대한 정보를 카테고리별로 볼 수 있으며, 이로 인해 등록된 제품 판매처가 추가적인 광고가 없어도 효율적으로 판매가 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

공공기관 쇼핑몰 온라인 품질 평가 및 개선 방안 연구: 오프라인 품질을 중심으로 (A Study on the Online Quality Evaluation and Improvement of Shopping Mall in Public Institutions: Focusing on Offline Quality)

  • 나라장터 종합쇼핑몰 등을 비롯한 공공기관 온라인 쇼핑몰을 통한 전자조달 규모는 나날이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 공직자들이 공공기관 온라인 쇼핑몰의 제품, 배송, 사후관리에 대하여 어떻게 평가하는지, 그리고 그들의 만족도를 제고할 수 있는 방안은 무엇인지 살펴봄으로써 전자조달 품질 평가 및 개선 방안에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 공공기관 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용 경험이 있는 공무원 및 공공기관 재직자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 대체로 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 제품의 다양성에 대한 불만이 확인되었다. 배달 품질에 대한 인식은 전반적으로 긍정적이지만, 사후관리에서 개선의 여지가 있음도 알 수 있었다. 이어서 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 만족도와 재이용의사에 미치는 영향을 살펴봤는데 제품품질인식, 배송품질인식, 사후관리품질인식 모두 만족도에 유의한 정의 영향을 미침이 확인되었고, 반품·교환·하자보수가 발생하지 않도록 제품에 대한 정보와 품질의 관리에 더 많은 노력을 기울이고 문제가 발생했을 경우 그 처리를 간명하고 신속하게 진행할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다.
