Purpose : This study was conducted to examine the degree of recognition of safety education and its execution for child-care teachers at daycare center for the disabled children in Jeollanam-do. Ninety six child care teachers filled out the questionnaire and the results were as follows. Results : 1. The possibility of accident prevention by the day care teachers was a little higher in case of nearby education institution. The most appropriate period of safety education was within one month. 2. Majority of child care teachers had received safety and first-aid educations before and the education was done for less than 2 hours. 3. The best educational method was practice-centered education of off-duty time. The contents of first-aid education were bleeding, fall, shock, and burn. 4. The education material and book should be available to the teachers when they need the knowledge. 5. By the annual schedule, safety education should be conducted and provided to the parents. Conclusion : This study suggested that reinforcement of contents related to emergency situation and actual first-aid as well as theory education in the process of parent and teacher education should be conducted on the basis of information of general conditions related to safety and first-aid education at the daycare center for the disabled children.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate health issues of children with disabilities attending daycare centers, and to identify the way of teachers' management on child health. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study design was performed with a convenience sampling of 127 teachers from 19 daycare centers for children with disabilities and 175 teachers from 17 general daycare centers. A survey questionnaire was used to collect data, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 17.0 program. Results: For the last one month, about 90% of the teachers working in daycare centers for children with disabilities had to care for sick children. When a child is sick, 50% of the teachers tended to contact with the parents of the child. The majority of the teachers caring for sick children experienced difficulties with no one available to give expert health care advice. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that there are many health issues in daycare centers for children with disabilities and therefore health professionals need to be available to the centers. Specifically, health management services and programs need to be developed and provided for children with disabilities.

본 연구에 목적은 장애 영유아 교사의 감정노동이 직무스트레스 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이들 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 파악하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 중앙 육아종합지원센터에 등록된 수도권(서울, 경기도)의 장애아 전문어린이집 장애 영유아 교사이며, 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 203부룰 회수하고 불성실한 응답 9부을 제외한 194부를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 감정노동 수준이 높을수록 직무스트레스가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 감정노동 수준이 높을수록 회복탄력성이 낮았다. 셋째, 감정노동이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성이 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 따라서, 장애 영유아 교사의 직무스트레스를 예방하고 회복탄력성을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안이 필요하다.

본 연구는 장애아동 주 양육자의 행복감에 관련성이 있다고 규명된 요인들 간의 직접·간접효과를 분석하여, 장애아동 주 양육자의 행복감을 향상시키는 정책적인 대안을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구수행을 위해 전라북도 3개 지역을 대상으로 장애자녀의 주양육자 430명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 활용하여 장애자녀 주 양육자의 사회적지지, 양육스트레스, 가족건강성과 행복감의 영향력에 대해서 살펴보았다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적지지는 장애자녀주 양육자의 행복감에 직접적인 영향을 미침과 동시에 가족건강성을 통한 간접적인 영향력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애자녀 주 양육자의 가족건강성이 사회적 지지와 행복감 사이에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 장애자녀 주양육자에 대한 사회적지지, 가족건강성, 행복감을 증진하기 위한 사회복지적 융복합적 제언을 제시하였다.
