과학기술 분류표, 시소러스, 용어사전 등의 주요한 색인 및 검색 도구를 한국어, 영어 일본어의 3개 언어로 통합 구축하여 활용할 수 있도록 다기능, 다국어 과학기술 통합 개념체계의 모형을 설계하였다. 이 연구에서는 개념을 기본 단위로 한 시소러스 모형을 개발하였으며, 시소러스와 연계되는 용어사전 레코드는 ISO 12620 표준에 근거하여 필수요소를 지정하였다. 또한 과학기술분야 표준분류표를 마련하고 기존의 일반 분류표와의 매핑 테이블을 작성하여 다른 분류표를 통한 접근이 가능하도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 통합 개념체계를 이용하여 원자력 분야를 대상으로 한 프로토타입 시스템을 구축하고 실제 검색 사례를 제시하였다.

The limited literature on Open Source Software (OSS) customers' adoption does not provide explanations on how OSS services are adopted by customers in the presence of functionally superior commercially licensed software (CLS). This paper aims to uncover the process that shapes customer satisfaction of OSS services in comparison to CLS. Expectation Disconfirmation Theory (EDT) is adapted and integrated with pre implementation factor model that influences software customers' expectations including cost, reputation, and experience. The constructed research model is empirically validated using a field survey of OSS and CLS database management system (DBMS) customers in Korea. The theoretical contribution of the paper lies on the application of EDT to explain the wide adoption of OSS DBMS services in the presence of functionally superior CLS DBMSs. Furthermore, this paper integrates EDT with pre-implementation factors for customers' expectations, which has been considered a limitation of the theory. Among the practical contributions, this study draws attention to the substantive differences between OSS and CLS customers' expectations. Additionally, it offers initial explanations for the differences in customer behavior for OSS and CLS and the way that customers' expectations and actual performance are mingled together to form customer satisfaction.

본 논문에서는 도서관의 도서 관리 효율을 높이기 위해 도서들이 제 위치를 정상적으로 배치되어 있음을 검증하는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 개방형 도서관에서 일반인들이 도서를 열람하고 난 후, 고의 혹은 실수로 인해 제자리에 도서를 꽂아 놓지 않는 경우가 발생한다. 이렇게 되면 소장되어 있는 도서임에도 불구하고 분실도서로 처리되어 다른 사람이 열람하지 못하게 된다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 로봇을 이용하여 서가의 영상을 획득하고, 획득한 영상으로부터 책의 분류정보를 읽어드려서 도서의 위치를 데이터베이스와 비교하여 검증한 다음, 잘못 비치된 도서를 사서에게 알려주는 시스템을 제안한다.

인터넷상에서 데이터를 표현하고 데이터를 서로 교환하기 위한 문서 표준으로 XML이 제시되고 있다. XML은 또한 웹상에 산재되어 있는 문서에 대한 쉬운 검색 및 재사용을 지원하는 문서 표준으로도 부각되고 있다. XML 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 구현할 때 Semi-structured 데이터를 얼마나 효율적이고 효과적으로 검색 및 관리할 수 있는 가하는 점과 XML의 특징인 재사용성을 얼마나 지원해 줄 수 있는가를 고려해서 XML 데이터를 모델링 해야한다. 또한 모델링한 데이터를 어떻게 실질적으로 저장해야 할 것인 가도 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서의 데이터를 데이터 시스템에 저장하고 검색하기 위한 새로운 데이터 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 데이터 모델은 XML 문서의 데이터 뷰와 구조 뷰를 모두 표현하며 XML 문서를 위한 새로운 데이터 시스템이나 기존의 관계형 시스템 모두를 고려한다.

대한민국 20대 총선, 영국의 유럽연합 탈퇴인 브렉시트, 트럼프와 힐러리의 대결인 미국 대선, 이 셋의 공통점은 언론의 예측과 다른 투표 결과가 나왔다는 점이다. 이러한 일련의 사건들로 인해, 각종 언론사에서 실시하고 있는 표본조사의 신뢰도에 대한 근본적 재검토의 필요성이 제기되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 선거 후보자 지지율을 효율적이며 효과적으로 분석하기 위하여 SNS 감정분석을 제안한다. SNS 감정분석은 기존의 표본을 구하고 분석하는 방식보다 더 빠르게 표본 수집 및 분석이 가능하다. 또한 R프로그램과 구글을 이용하여 처리하기 때문에 기존 방식에 비하여 매우 저렴하다. 현재 언론사의 예측이 빗나가고 있는 시점에서 SNS 감정분석이 훌륭한 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서의 트래픽*감정분석 점수를 보았을 때, SNS 감정분석이 여론을 더 정확히 반영한다는 것을 증명한다.

In the research and development of bioactive compounds, determining whether a compound is novel is necessary at almost every stage. Fast and efficient determination can save money, time and effort, and thereby increase efficiency. Analysis and investigation of empirical results for previously determined compounds is also important in such research. The need to communicate research findings between workers is necessary. In effect, a systematic, centralized communication medium is required. Therefore, we have developed and constructed our own database and search systems. We have developed a search system on DOS and constructed a source file for our own database. To support multiple users, we have developed another specific and comprehensive search system, including powerful searching and output management features. The system has been developed to be simple and user-friendly, using the curses library of UNIX, while still allowing complicated queries to be performed easily with simple full-screen facilities. This UNIX version will be available for use by researchers on a computer network and is expected to make numerous contributions to basic research in universities. It will also have direct applications for institutes and industry.

We have developed the computer system with MOCT which is called "The Integrated National Groundwater Information system" since 1995 and now begin to supply the database and related informations for ground water by internet homepage. The integrated system is composed of four sub systems which are "Groundwater Information System", "DUREBAK", "Hydrogeologic Map Management System" and "Groundwater World Homepage". The local government offices use the "DUREBAK" program to manage the well development and maintenance. About 1,000,000 wells are managed in "DUREBAK" program and they submit the well database to MOCT every year. And now everyone can obtain the well data and other informations through internet homepage. We have set the standard process of data acquisition and management for ground water last four years.s of data acquisition and management for ground water last four years.

Product data analytics (PDA) is a data-driven analysis method that uses product data management (PDM) databases as its operational data. It aims to understand and evaluate product development processes indirectly through the analysis of product data from the PDM databases. To educate and train PDA efficiently, this study proposed an approach that employs courses for both product development and PDA in a class. The participant group for product development provides a PDM database as a result of their product development activities, and the other group for PDA analyses the PDM database and provides analysis result to the product development group who can explain causes of the result. The collaboration between the two groups can enhance the efficiency of the education and training course on PDA. This study also includes an application example of the approach to a graduate class on PDA and discussion of its result.

다단계 보안 데이타베이스 관리체계(Multi-Level Secure Database Management System: MLS/DBMS)에서 모든 거래와 데이타는 각각 유일한 보안성을 가지고 있다 MLS/DBMS 상에서 동시수행중인 거래들은 공유 데이타를 접근하는 과정에서 충돌가능성을 항시 지니고 있다. 이러한 충돌을 해결하는 과정에서 만약 낮은 보안등급을 가지는 거래가 지연되는 현상이 발생하였을 경우, 높은 보안등급의 정보가 낮은 보안등급의 거래로 유출되어 결과적으로 보안정책을 위반하게된다 이러한 종류의 통신경로를 비밀경로라고 한다. 비밀경보 문제를 해결하기 위한 몇몇 종류의 거래관리 기법들이 제시되었다. 이들 기법들은 비록 비밀경로 문제를 해결하였지만, 불행하게도 이들은 보안의 또 다른 측면인 무결성에 대한 고려를 간과하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 고수준 보안 거래 관리기는 동시에 수행중인 거래들을 스케줄링하는 과정에서 정보의 기밀성 유지를 무결성의 손실없이 이루고 있다. 기밀성을 위하여 고수준 보안 거래관리기는 비완료된 데이타의 은닉에 방법적 기반을 두고 있다. 또한, 무결성을 얻기 위하여 데이타의 적절성을 판단하는 과정에서 데이타의 신뢰성을 최신성과 함께 고려하고 있다.

Value Engineering has been recognized as one of the construction management techniques for improving the value and benefits of whole project. However, due to the lack of the past data and inefficient free-thinking techniques, the idea generation during VE workshop is still inefficient and ineffective. Even though various studies related to theoretical methodology and technical systems relevant to database were conducted, VE team still mainly rely on their experience for idea generation. With this regard, this study suggests an approach of BIM-based idea bank and assesses its effectiveness by interviewing 20 VE experts in the industry. This approach covers the three steps of idea generation, consisting of 1) Developing BIM based VE database, 2) Generating VE ideas, 3) Updating VE ideas. The result showed that the proposed approach has great potentials to support VE team and improve the quality of VE ideas during creativity phase.
