Reactions of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae to 95 carbon sources in a 96-well microplate (BiOLOG GN MicroPlateTM) were investigated. The bacterium used 9 carbon sources such as D-mannitol, sucrose, etc., but did not use 62 carbon sources such as $\alpha$-cyclodextrin, dextrin, etc. Based on the reactions, a user data base for identification of P. syringae pv. actinidiae was constructed in Biolog program (BiOLOG MicroLogTM 2 system). P. syringae pv. actinidiae isolates collected from kiwifruits could be identified automatically with high similarity using the user data base, which could diagnose rapidly and easily whether the tree was infected with bacterial canker or not.

We investigated the possibility of systemizing data for the colour gradation of classical ceramics by build-ing program and D-basing each data information in pottery field that has been fall behind in forming data be-cause of many variable and lacking of data system. In this study we manufactured $CoAl_2O_4$ stain that has stable spinel structure at high temperature and then mixed base glaze with stain for the additive per-centage of 0.5 , 1, 5, 10, 15 wt% In thie colouring of Lime base glaze with the wide ranged melting tem-perature the colour development of cobalt-blue sintered at $1250^{\circ}C$ is better than that of $1150^{\circ}C$ $1350^{\circ}C$ The experimental conditions and data are D-based simulated programming of computer. The result of -based data appeared to be more smoothed fusion-adherence in the Matt glaze range of Lime base glaze, The variation of colouring is not found when additive content of glaze is more than 5 wt% and the stable colour development of stain was shown at the content that RO, $R_2O$ percentage is high (the content that R2O3 per-centage is low)

이 논문은 OBC와 위성 서브 컴포넌트와 같은 원격장비 사이의 데이터 접속을 근간으로 하는 위성 디지털 베이스 밴드의 개념설계를 기술한다. 본 개념설계에서는 OBC와 위성 원격장비 사이의 데이터 접속을 단일화하고 그 접속 단계를 계층화한 결과를 제시한다. 다른 형태의 시스템과의 비교를 수행하였으며, 이 개념에 의한 디지털 베이스 밴드의 장단점을 고찰하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a data base system for the information on science education research and development. As a part of this study, a data base program was developed on the Macintosh SE using the 4th Dimension from ACI. The data base consisted of two files, dissertation and journal. The information on the 107 theses including the master's theses and the doctoral dissertations from the Department of Scince Education, Seoul National University and on the 640 papers on science education from the first issues to the 1991 issues of five selected science education journals was input into the data base. The selected five Journals were Journal of the Korean Association for Research in Science Education(published by the Korean Association for Research in Science Education, 148 papers), Teaching Physics(published by Korean Physical Society, 164 papers),Chemical Education(published by The Korean Chemical Society, 98 papers), The Korean Journal of Biological Education(published by The Korean Society of Biological Education, 148 papers), and Journal of Science Education(published by Science Education Center, College of Education, Seoul National University,82 papers).

In nuclear power plants, nondestructive examinations(NDE) plays an important role in ensuring the integrity and reliability operation. As the number of plants and operational time increased, manual handling of voluminous data associated with PSI/ISI(preservice/inservice inspection) could result in many errors or mistakes in writing the examination plan or other reports. Several new approaches to process the data have been attempted and DBMS(Data Base Management System) has been well known concept with a faster and more accurate data processing. This paper proposes an application program, called NDTSYS designed with DBMS in micro computer. The program could be used for a tool to add new records to a data base, change existing records, delete records and request reports with the data base. It would be helpful to the user who manage the PSI/ISI data with minimal time and effort.

In manufacturing process, usually 2-dimensional part drawing is used as a basic data. If a designer wants to recognize 2-dimensional drawing and formulate 3-dimensional shape, a proper feature recognition rule is required as a prerequisite step. These rules are converted Into knowledge base, should be ed separately in the recognition program and can be referenced In similar way of database application. In this paper, basic feature recognition rules are addressed in structure type knowledge base, and the application system is formulated which can be operated separately with existing data driven program.

오늘날 기업의 업무지원 시스템은 웹 환경을 지향하고 있다. 하지만, 현업에서는 웹 프로그램 개발을 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 툴의 부재로 인해 어려움을 격고 있다. 특히, 관계형 데이터 베이스 시스템과 연동된 웹 관련 프로그램의 개발에 어려움을 격고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹 프로그램 개발시 데이터베이스의 후보키(Candidate Key) 속성을 이용하여 웹 개발 과정을 자동화하고, 효율적으로 웹 프로그램을 개발 할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다.

Vibration diagnosis of steam turbine generator is essential for safe operation. For a fast few decades, several data base systems for diagnosis of steam turbine generators have been developed and proved useful. However, there still remains a problem in using data base systems such that they require an expert engineer who has a deep insight or knowledg into the system. Moreover,such data base systems can not give any information if the input is not completely fit with data base. This paper presents an effective method for vibration diagnosis of steam turbine generators using fuzzy inference. The proposed method includes also a strategy to overcome the drawback of data base system such that one cannot obtain any information when the input is insufficient or not exact. A computer program is written to realize the entire procedure for the diagnosis. Three realistic problems are dealt with to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Many visualization tools have been designed to aid information processing during whole genome projects. We have developed a trace viewer program, ChroView, which can read a chromatogram file and display the chromatogram traces of the four bases. The program can be used to examine sequencing quality and base-calling errors. It can also help researchers to edit and save base-calling results while browsing the traces. Additionally, this program has a basecalling feature which can produce supplementary data for validation of the results from other base-calling programs.

The purpose of this study is to suggest computer assisted neck-base's landmark identification algorithms and measurement extraction methods from three-dimensional human scan data. So we developed the algorithms for automatic identification of landmarks related to the neck-base types. The subjects were 58 women $18{\sim}24$ years of age. Their body were measured directly and indirectly by using camera and three-dimensional body scanner. They were measured during the months of October in 2001. Based on the characters of classified neck-base types, algorithms for the automatic identification of landmarks and methods of automatic measurement are developed. The three-dimensional automatic measuring program is made by $C^{++}$ language. Using this program, 4 landmarks are identified and 6 items are measured. In the verifying the precision of automatic measurement, the height measurements(cervicale, side neck point, front neck point) were relatively accurate, but neck-base width measurement was measured wide.
