수치해석 및 CFD를 이용한 소형챔버내 복합건축자재의 오염물질 방출량 예측 (A Prediction of Pollutant Emission Rate using Numerical Analysis and CFD in Double-Layered Building Materials)

  • In order to predict the indoor air pollutant, the VOCs emission rate is used through small chamber in the design process. However, the small chamber method has limitations as the convective mass transfer coefficient, the most important factor when predicting VOCs contamination of indoor air, is different between the small chamber result and the measured data in the actual building. Furthermore, the existing studies which analyzed mass transfer coefficient in the small chamber were directed on the small chambers developed at the time and FLEC(Field and Laboratory Emission Cell), thus, are different from the current small chamber which has been changed with improvements. The purpose of this study is to determine the emission rate of pollutant in double-layered building materials through the CFD(Computational of Fluid Dynamics) and Numerical analysis based on the mass transfer coefficient on singled-layered building material by using the current small chamber widely used in Korea. Futhermore, this study used the new convective mass transfer coefficient($h_m'$) which indicates the existing convective mass transfer coefficient($h_m$) including VOC partition coefficient(k). Also, formaldehyde was selected as target pollutant.

ResNet-Based Simulations for a Heat-Transfer Model Involving an Imperfect Contact

  • Simulating the heat transfer in a composite material is an important topic in material science. Difficulties arise from the fact that adjacent materials cannot match perfectly, resulting in discontinuity in the temperature variables. Although there have been several numerical methods for solving the heat-transfer problem in imperfect contact conditions, the methods known so far are complicated to implement, and the computational times are non-negligible. In this study, we developed a ResNet-type deep neural network for simulating a heat transfer model in a composite material. To train the neural network, we generated datasets by numerically solving the heat-transfer equations with Kapitza thermal resistance conditions. Because datasets involve various configurations of composite materials, our neural networks are robust to the shapes of material-material interfaces. Our algorithm can predict the thermal behavior in real time once the networks are trained. The performance of the proposed neural networks is documented, where the root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute error (MAE) are below 2.47E-6, and 7.00E-4, respectively.

전이 학습 기반의 생성 이미지 판별 모델 설계 (Transfer Learning-based Generated Synthetic Images Identification Model)

  • 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence, AI) 기반 이미지 생성 기술의 발달로 다양한 이미지가 생성되고 있으며, 이를 정확하게 판별하는 기술이 필요하다. 생성된 이미지 데이터의 양에는 한계가 있으며, 한정된 데이터로 높은 성능을 내기 위해 본 연구에서는 전이 학습(Transfer Learning)을 활용한 생성 이미지를 판별하는 모델을 제안한다. ImageNet 데이터 셋으로 사전학습 된 모델을 입력 데이터 셋인 CIFAKE 데이터 셋에 그대로 적용하여 학습의 시간 비용을 줄인 후, 3개의 은닉층과 1개의 출력층을 더해 모델을 튜닝한다. 모델링 결과, 최종 레이어를 조정한 모델의 성능이 높아짐을 확인하였다. 딥러닝에서 전이 학습을 통해 학습한 후 출력층과 가까운 레이어를 데이터의 특성에 맞게 추가 및 조정하는 과정을 통해 적은 이미지 데이터로 인한 학습 정확도 이슈를 줄이고 생성된 이미지 판별을 할수 있다는 데 의의가 있다.

다중 DSP 보드를 이용한 프로그램 가능한 도플러 처리기 (A Programmable Doppler Processor Using a Multiple-DSP Board)

  • 도플러 처리(Doppler processing) 기능은 잔류(residue) 클러터(clutter)의 제거뿐만 아니라 위상정합누적(coherent integration)을 수행하므로, 펄스 도플러 레이더에 있어서 가장 핵심적인 역할을 수행한다. 디지털 신호처리기(DSP : digital signal processor)의 성능향상과 더불어 DSP를 이용한 구현이 점점 일반화 되어가고 있다. 도플러 처리기가 입력신호를 실시간으로 처리하기 위해서는, 다중 DSP를 이용한 병렬처리 개념이 일반적으로 사용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 아날로그 디바이스사의 ADSP21060 8개를 탑재한 Morocco-2 보드를 사용하여 MTI(moving target indicator)필터, 도플러 필터뱅크(DFB : Doppler filter bank) 및 제곱검출기(square-law detector) 등으로 구성된 프로그램 가능한 구조의 도플러 처리기를 구성하였다. 위상정합처리구간(CPI : coherent processing interval) 동안 수신된 입력데이터의 분배(distribution)시간, 출력데이터의 전송(transfer)시간 및 알고리즘 수행에 소요되는 연산시간 등을 수식으로 표현하여, 전체 처리시간과 도플러 처리기 구현에 소요되는 DSP의 수를 예측하였다. 또한 레이더 운용에 필요한 각종 타이밍신호 및 모의 표적신호를 발생할 수 있는 TSG(timing signal generator)를 이용하여 도플러 처리기의 실시간 연산기능을 확인하였다.

분산형 데이터마이닝 구현을 위한 의사결정나무 모델 전송 기술 (The Transfer Technique among Decision Tree Models for Distributed Data Mining)

  • 분산형 데이터마이닝을 위해 의사결정나무 알고리즘은 분산형 협업 환경에 적합하도록 변환되어야 한다. 본 논문에서 제시된 분산형 데이터마이닝 시스템은 각각의 사이트에서 부분적인 데이터를 위한 데이터마이닝 작업을 수행할 수 있는 에이전트와 여러 에이전트들의 협업을 통해 최종적인 의사결정나무 모델을 완성할 수 있도록 에이전트들 간의 통신을 중재하는 미디에이터로 구성되어 있다. 분산형 데이터마이닝의 장점 중에 하나는 여러 사이트에 분산되어 있는 대량의 데이터를 분산 처리하므로 데이터마이닝의 소요시간을 현저하게 줄일 수 있다는 점이다. 그러나 각 사이트들에 존재하고 있는 에이전트들 간의 통신에 부하가 과도하게 걸린다면, 효율적인 시스템으로의 활용도가 낮아질 것 이다. 본 논문은 에이전트들 간에 의사결정나무 모델의 전송량을 최소로 할 수 있는 방법론에 초점을 맞추었다.

Extending Network Domain for IEEE1394

  • Wireless 1394 over IEEE802.15.3 must allow a data reserved for delivery over a wired 1394 network to be delivered over an IEEE802.15.3 wireless network through bridging IEEE 1394 to IEEE802.15.3. Isochronous transfers on the 1394 bus guarantee timely delivery of data. Specifically, isochronous transfers are scheduled by the bus so that they occur once every $125\;{\mu}s$ and require clock time synchronization to complete the real-time data transfer. IEEE1394.1 and Protocol Adaptation Layer for IEEE1394 over IEEE802.15.3 specify clock time synchronization for a wired 1394 bus network to a wired 1394 bus network and wireless 1394 nodes, which are IEEE802.15.3 nodes handling 1394 applications, over IEEE802.15.3. Thus, the clock time synchronizations are just defined within a homogeneous network environment like IEEE1394 or IEEE802.15.3 until now. This paper proposes new clock time synchronization method for wireless 1394 heterogeneous networks between 1394 and 802.15.3. If new method is adopted for various wireless 1394 products, consumer electronics devices such as DTV and Set-top Box or PC devices on a 1394 bus network can transmit real time data to the AV devices on the other 1394 bus in a different place via IEEE 802.15.3.

Improved Method and Message Structure Design for TWSTFT without Extra Network

  • Time comparison techniques are required for generating and keeping Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and to distribute standard clocks. These techniques play an important role in various fields, including science, finance, military, and communication. Among these techniques, Two-Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer (TWSTFT) ensures a relatively high accuracy, with a time comparison accuracy at a nanosecond level. However, TWSTFT systems have some limitations, such as the dependency on extra network links. In this paper, we propose an improved method for TWSTFT system operation and design a message structure for the suggestion. Additionally, we estimate the data rate and redundancy for the new TWSTFT signal with the designed message structure.

  • The purpose of this study is the examination of the possibility as grasping the circumstance which is the time required from programming to design process in schools which are established newly and investigating the consciousness of the user's participation, because we need a user participation process in the programming to design process to improve the level of design. The above-mentioned purpose is the reason that this study composes the second grade. This study shows the entirely necessary time to work each step as collecting the data of programming-design process to 33 schools which are established for 4 years between 2002 and 2005 by Busan metropolitan city office of education, and the reason why they need a time each step. As the result of this study, the school established by the purpose of land development business takes more time than the school of learning environment improvement and of reconstruction & transfer case. Because of the change of land for school, we have to take a cautious approach to select the land for school in the future when developing the land. The time required from programming to design process in reconstruction & transfer case is the shortest even though it is different a little according to the kind of schools.

반도체 프로브 공정에서의 2단계 계층적 생산 계획 방법 연구 (Two-Level Hierarchical Production Planning for a Semiconductor Probing Facility)

  • We consider a wafer lot transfer/release planning problem from semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities to probing facilities with the objective of minimizing the deviation of workload and total tardiness of customers' orders. Due to the complexity of the considered problem, we propose a two-level hierarchical production planning method for the lot transfer problem between two parallel facilities to obtain an executable production plan and schedule. In the higher level, the solution for the reduced mathematical model with Lagrangian relaxation method can be regarded as a coarse good lot transfer/release plan with daily time bucket, and discrete-event simulation is performed to obtain detailed lot processing schedules at the machines with a priority-rule-based scheduling method and the lot transfer/release plan is evaluated in the lower level. To evaluate the performance of the suggested planning method, we provide computational tests on the problems obtained from a set of real data and additional test scenarios in which the several levels of variations are added in the customers' demands. Results of computational tests showed that the proposed lot transfer/planning architecture generates executable plans within acceptable computational time in the real factories and the total tardiness of orders can be reduced more effectively by using more sophisticated lot transfer methods, such as considering the due date and ready times of lots associated the same order with the mathematical formulation. The proposed method may be implemented for the problem of job assignment in back-end process such as the assignment of chips to be tested from assembly facilities to final test facilities. Also, the proposed method can be improved by considering the sequence dependent setup in the probing facilities.

  • Operation data and fault data are recorded at the TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System) of train are very important record for repairs and inspection of train. there are two ways to transfer the data today. one is using memory card and the other is using wireless communications. This paper is proposed about TCMS wireless depot analytical equipment that transfers data recorded in train to depot equipment via wireless method. The TCMS wireless depot equipment configuration is an AP(Access Point) and a central server PC at depot equipment. This method has the advantage of decrease of personnel expenses, collection time and convenience of staffs. This paper is verified about the utility of use, efficient establishment position of an AP at depot, the safety of data receiving, the exactitude of data and the shortening of transmission time. and this equipment is now operating at shin-jeong depot of SeoulMetro.
