AHP기법을 활용한 간호사의 NCS직업기초능력 우선순위 분석 (Priorities Analysis of NCS Vocational Key Competence of Nurse using AHP Method)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the research is understand the priorities of national competency standards vocational key competence factors in nurse who is work in Seoul and Incheon. Methods: The design of this study is descriptive investigation research, and the subjects were 144 nurse. we establish the vocational key competency defined in national competency standards as analytic hierarchy analysis model. The vocational key competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. And based on the survey in nurse, the weight representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using analytic hierarchy process method. Results: The analytic hierarchy process analysis on 10 categories showed that professional ethics(0.149) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.040) was at the bottom. And the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the Ethical community(Professional ethics), Conflict management skills(Interpersonal skills), Problem solving capability(Problem-solving skills), Listening skills(Communication skills), Applicable technical skills(Technical skills), Ability to understand business(Ability to understand organizational structures), Information processing capabilities(Information capacity), Self-management skills(Self-development capability), Ability to manage time(Resource management capabilities), Basic math skills(Numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for Nursing.

지구과학 탐구에서 통합 탐구 기능에 대한 학습발달과정 탐색 (Exploring a Learning Progression for Integrated Process Skills in Earth Science Inquiry)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 지구과학 탐구에서 통합 탐구 기능에 대한 학생들의 학습발달과정을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 과학 탐구 기능 발달과정 관련 문헌의 조사를 통해 '탐구 설계', '자료 수집', '자료 해석', 그리고 '결론 도출'을 발달 변인으로 설정하고, 각각에 대한 가설적 학습발달과정(HLP)을 4개 수준으로 개발하였다. 또한, 통합 탐구 기능에 대한 학생들의 학습발달과정을 조사하기 위한 도구로 3가지 지구과학 탐구 과제를 개발하였는데, 이들은 학생들이 주어진 문제 인식에서 출발하여 결론 도출에 이르기까지의 통합 탐구 기능을 포함하는 가설-연역적 탐구이다. 중학생, 고등학생, 대학생 총 126명을 대상으로 각각 개발된 지구과학 탐구 과제를 수행하게 한 후 HLP를 토대로 개별 학생들의 통합 탐구 기능을 요소별로 평가하였다. 또한, 학생들의 평가 자료를 Rasch 모델에 적용하여 HLP에 대한 타당화 과정을 거쳤다. 마지막으로, 분석 결과를 근거로 HLP를 수정 보완하여 경험적 학습발달과정을 개발하였다. 이 연구는 학생들의 통합 탐구 기능의 발달에 영향을 주는 요인들을 규명함으로써 지구과학 탐구 수업에서 학생들의 통합 탐구 기능을 효과적으로 향상시키기 위한 스캐폴딩 방안을 찾는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 지구과학 탐구 수업에 대한 교사들의 PCK를 향상시키는데 필요한 시사점을 제공한다.

수산·해운 직업기초능력에 관한 연안어업 현장 어민의 인식 분석 (An Analysis of the Coastal Fisherman's Awareness for the Fisheries and Maritime Job Skills)

  • The aims of this study were to analyze the coastal Fisherman's awareness for the Fisheries and Maritime Job Skills. Fisheries & Maritime key competencies were defined as the abilities that include the essential knowledge, skills, attitude, and experiences required for the workforce on the fisheries and maritime job condition. This research collected preliminary data from 65 coastal fishermen. Data were analyzed to obtain content validity analysis. The results of the study were as follows; First, Fisheries & Maritime key competencies were divided into 6 elements in coastal fisheries. Second, Fisheries & Maritime key competencies were consisted of basic skills, marine vocational ethics, marine information capacity, marine elementary knowledge, marine safety management skill and marine consciousness. Third, CVR proves that the value analyzed in the study was validation. In consequence, the study suggested that Fisheries & Maritime key competencies were different in accordance with work environment.

아동간호사의 감성지능이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향: 의사소통능력 및 환아 부모와의 파트너십 매개효과 (Effects of Emotional Intelligence on Job Satisfaction of Pediatric Nurses: The Mediating Effect of Communication Skills and Pediatric Nurse-Parent Partnership)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the mediating effects of communication skills and pediatric nurse-parent partnership on the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction among pediatric nurses. Methods: A survey was administered to 205 pediatric nurses working in children's, general, and tertiary hospitals situated in Chungcheong province and Seoul. Data were collected in August and September 2022. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics version 26.0 along with the PROCESS macro program. Results: Emotional intelligence had a significant effect, and was a critical factor affecting the job satisfaction of pediatric nurses. Furthermore, communication skills and nurse-parent partnership had a serial double mediating effect. Conclusion: These findings underscore the significance of conducting job satisfaction improvement programs, including strategies for augmenting emotional intelligence, bolstering communication skills, and fostering nurse-parent partnership.

시설거주여부, 성별 및 연령에 따른 초기 청소년의 의사소통 기술과 또래관계 질 (Preadolescent Communication Skills and Quality of Peer Relationships by Institutionalization, Sex, and Age)

  • This study compared preadolescent communication skills and quality of peer relationships by institutionalization, sex, and age and tested the correlation between communication skills and quality of peer relationships. The subjects were 98 institutionalized and 115 homereared preadolescents. Interviews measured the communication skills of persuasive, comforting, and listener-adapted abilities. The quality of peer relationships was investigated through questionnaires consisting of both positive and negative factors. The data were analyzed by SPSS. Differences were found between institutionalized and homereared subjects in quality of peer relationships and in communication skills by sex, and age. There was a positive correlation between communication skills and quality of peer relationships.

아동성폭력 예방을 위한 행동기술훈련의 효과에 관한 연구 (The Effectiveness of Behavioral Skill Training for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching personal safety skills for prevention of potential child sexual abuse in Korean society. The subjects of this study were 80 first grade female students, sampled from elementary schools in Seoul. The instruments of this study were the Personal Safety Questionnaire (PSQ) and 'What if' Situations Test (WIST) modified by the present researcher. The t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient were applied to analyze the data of this study. The results of the analysis were (1) after the Behavioral Skills Training, the children of the training group showed a higher level of knowledge about child sexual abuse than the control group. (2) After the Behavioral Skills Training, the children of the training group showed more adequate self-defensive skills than the control group when they faced situations of possible child sexual abuse. (3) The higher the level of knowledge about child sexual abuse, the more adequate self-defensive skills in situations of child sexual abuse. These results supported the effectiveness of Behavioral Skills Training as preventive education on potential child sexual abuse.

현실적/비현실적 낙관성에 따른 대학생의 대처방식과 신체건강 비교 (Comparisons on Coping Skills and Physical Health between Realistic Optimists and Unrealistic Optimists in University Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this descriptive study was to compare ways of coping and physical symptoms of realistic optimist with unrealistic optimist in university students. Methods: The participants for this study were students from three university, located in Seoul and Gangwon province. The data were collected by a questionnaire given to the students. Results: The most frequently used coping skills of realistic/unrealistic optimist was the pursuit of social support. Realistic optimists are likely to use not only active coping skills but also passive coping skills, on the other hand unrealistic optimists tend to less use all coping skills. But in physical health, it doesn't show a significant differences except gastro-intestinal symptoms between two group. Conclusion: Based on the finding of this study, it is needed nursing intervention for strengthening realistic optimism for helping university students cope with stress and health.

자동차전장분야 공학기술교육에서 산업체와 전문대학의 불일치 연구 - 수리능력과 의사소통능력의 관점에서 - (The Study on Disaccord between Industry and College in the Field of Automotive Electricity on Technical Engineering Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to assess key competencies, especially mathematical skills and communications skills, in order to find disaccord between industry and college in the field of automotive electricity on technical engineering education. For this study, an assessment sheet is consisted of nine questions items. Four questions items of them are to assess mathematical skills and five questions items of them are to assess communications skills. 134 copies returned assessment sheets are analyzed after data cleaning and it is concluded that disaccord between industry and college in the field of automotive electricity on technical engineering education is found.

핵심간호술 강화프로그램이 간호학생의 간호술 수행능력에 미치는 효과에 관한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study on the Effects of Core Nursing Skills Improvement Program on Nursing Skills Competence in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 핵심간호술 강화프로그램이 간호학생의 간호술 수행능력에 미치는 효과를 융합적으로 검증하여 간호학생의 수행능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 실시하였다. 첫 임상실습을 앞둔 간호학생을 대상으로 7개 핵심간호술(활력징후 측정, 경구투약, 근육주사, 피하주사, 단순도뇨, 배출관장, 비강캐뉼라를 이용한 산소요법)을 선정하여 2015년 1월 19일부터 23일까지 5일간 핵심간호술 강화프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구에 참여한 158명의 자료는 서술적 분석과 짝비교 검정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 핵심간호술 강화프로그램 후 간호학생의 간호술 수행능력 점수는 모두 유의하게 증가하였고 자신감과 문제해결능력에서 사전보다 사후 값이 통계적으로 유의하게 증가되었다. 또한 총 수행능력과 관련변수들 간에는 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되어 프로그램이 간호학생의 간호술 수행능력 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

COVID-19 이후 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 대인관계능력, 사회심리적 건강, 간호술기수행자신감이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Interpersonal Skills, Psychosocial Health, and Confidence in Performing Nursing Skills on Clinical Performance of Nursing Students Who Experienced Clinical Practice after COVID-19)

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19로 이후 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생을 대상으로 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 임상수행능력 향상을 위한 기초자료제공을 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구는 G도 소재의 간호학과 2곳의 재학생 144명을 대상으로 2023년 10월 10일부터 10월 27일까지 자료수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 서술통계와 차이분석(t-est, on-way ANOVA), 상관관계, 위계적 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 모델 1에서는 성격유형 중 외향적과 혼합적이 임상수행능력을 설명하는 유의한 예측요인으로 나타났다. 모델 1의 적합도는 통계적으로 유의하였고, 설명력은 9.2%였다(F=8.256, p<.001). 모델 2에서는 대인관계능력과 간호술기자신감이 임상수행능력을 설명하는 유의한 예측요인으로 나타났다. 간호술기자신감이 임상수행능력을 가장 잘 예측하는 요인이었고, 그 다음으로 대인관계능력이었다. 모델의 설명력은 50.1%였고, 모델 1에 비해 41.3% 증가하였다. 모델적합도도 통계적으로 유의하였다. 직접간호 수행의 기회를 높이고 간호대학생의 간호역량을 향상시키기 위해 다양한 상황을 재현하는 시뮬레이션 교육이 강화되어야 한다. 시뮬레이션교육을 통해 간호술기자신감과 대인관계능력을 향상시키면 결국 임상수행능력이 향상되고 이는 간호사로 취업되었을 때 간호역량으로 발휘될 수 있을 것이다.
