침투통의 설치에 따른 치수효과 분석 (Analysis on the Effect of Infiltration Collector Well Installation on the Water Control)

  • 본 연구에서는 시범지역에 설치된 침투통을 대상으로 실시간으로 현장계측을 수행하고 이들 자료를 분석 하여 효과를 정량적으로 분석하였으며, 분석 결과를 이용하여 용인시 기흥구갈 택지개발지구를 대상유역으로 선정하여 2003년 실제 강우사상에 대하여 침투통의 유출저감효과를 PCSWMM 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 침투통의 유출저감효과는 $65\~98\%$로 나타났으며, 실제 강우를 내상으로 하여 전체유역에서 시설설치가 가능한 유역에 대하여 침투통을 확대 설치하여 모의한 결과 $15\~23\%$의 유출저감율과 $3\~25\%$의 첨두유출 저감효과를 보였다. 따라서, 침투통은 강우강도나 지속시간에 따라 차이는 있지만 도시유역의 우수유출을 저감시킬 수 있는 효과적인 시설로 확인되었다.

건조가공용(乾燥加工用) 태양열(太陽熱) 집열장치(集熱裝置)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Concentrating Solar Collector for Drying Process)

  • A concentrating solar collector of parabolic-cylindrical type is designed and constructed to provide a heat source of higher temperature for drying processes. Usually collectors of concentrating type require such peripheral auxiliary units as solar tracking system, heat medium circulation pump and temperature controller. However in this study, for simplification's sake in the maintenance of a collector system, it is intended to design a concentrating collector system which does not furnish these auxiliary units by adapting natural circulation system instead of foced circulation and by adjusting collector system to solar altitude manually and periodically. And based on the experimental data, a conceptual design for a heat sources of 50KWt thermal output is presented and discussed.

자연 대류형 태양열 온수기 최적 설계에 관한 연구 (Optimum Design of Thermosyphon Solar Hot Water System)

  • It was compared with experimental data to verify TRNSYS Model of the thermosyphon hot water system and the various simulations were conducted to optimize the component parameters of the system. To obtain consistent simulation results the system model, which could accurately describ the thermal storage tank temperature stratification and the friction head for mass flow rate, was used. The optimization of collector parameters(collector aspect ratio, riser numbers per header unit length), thermal storage tank parameters(ratio of tank length to tank diameter, heat exchanger type), system parameters(ratio of tank volume to collector area) was simulated by TRNSYS program. The simulation results indicate that the system performance is more effected by collector aspect ratio and the ratio of tank volume to collector area than the othor parameters.

산업 환경에서의 집진기에 대한 RF모니터링 시스템 구현 (Implementation of RF Monitoring System for the Dust Collector in Industrial Environments)

  • 본 논문에서는 대기환경의 악화 방지와 개선을 위하여 현재 수동으로 관리되고 있는 집진기 관리시스템을 대신하여 무선을 이용하여 집진기를 관리하는 RF 모니터링 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안한 시스템은 산업현장 내 다수의 집진기에 대한 가동시간, 전력량, 차압값 등을 무선으로 모니터링 하여 관리자의 PC에 표시하고 저장할 뿐만 아니라 장애 발생 시 이를 관리자의 휴대폰으로 알려 줌으로서 고부가가치의 집진기 모니터링 시스템의 구현이 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서 구현한 RF 모니터링 시스템을 통하여 대기배출원관리시스템(SEMS)에 각 집진기의 정보를 기록함에 있어서 불필요한 손실을 줄일 수 있다.

평면식 태양열 집열기의 성능에 관한 연구 (Study on the Performance of the Flat-Plate Solar Collectors)

  • Solar energy is a potential source of power that offers much promise being used for low-temperature applications like drying farm crops, space heating, and water heating for domestic uses. Already much of it are being used for those purpose in foreign countries. However, very little research has been done to determine the possibility of using the solar energy in Korea. This study was conducted to develop the general prediction equation of the total radiation on a horizontal surface in Daejeon area based on 5 years 91972, Jun.1-1976. Dec.31) meteorological data (bright sunshine hours, average total horizontal radiation), and to obtain experimentally the thermal efficiency of solar air and water collectors, which will be used as a basic data of designing flat-plate solar collector system.In addition to the thermal efficiency of the collectorsthe relationship among those factors affecting it such as weather condition, orientation factor, and tilted angle of collector was analyzed. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The general predicted equation of the total radiation on a horizontal surface in Daejeon area based on bright sunshine hours was developed as $H_{av} =(1.546\frac{n}{N}-0.582)H_o$. Predicting the total radiation on a horizontal surface by the above equation was thought to be possible because to values of 0.882 was smaller than any t values at above 0.05 level on the basis of two tailed test of the difference between the calculated and the recorded values. 2.It was observed that optimum tilt angle of the collector in the summer and the autumn drying season was 13 degrees and 51 degrees respectively, these values could be obtained by adding or substracting approximately 25 degrees from the latitude of this area $(36.3^{\circ}N)$ .The relationship between orientation factor and declination of sun at suitable tilt angle of 33 degrees $(s=0.9\O)$ was shown at Fig.4. 3.The thermal efficiency of solar wdter collector was shown 13.4-51. 6% on Aug. 15 (the minimum radiation recorded) and 43.8 ~537% Aug.20 (the maximum radiation recorded), and 13.8~ 46.6 and 44.3~ 49.7 were shown on each corresponding day. 4.The thermal efficiency of the collectors according to the weather condition was shown a big difference of about 10% between the day of the maximum radiation recorded and the minimum, but the differen of efficiency between the air and the water collector was at most 2 ~ 3%. 5. Even if the efficiency of the solar water collector was a little higher than the solar air collector, for drying farm products, the solar air collector was thought to be more effective because the air heated by collector could be directly used for drying them.

F-chart 설계법(設計法)에 의한 태양열주택(太陽熱住宅)의 난방성능(暖房性能)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Thermal Performance of a Solar House by a F-chart Method)

  • This paper presents a method. for estimating the useful output of solar heating sys-terns. Heating load calculations, climatic data and various conditions are used in this procedure to estimate the fraction of the monthly heating load supplied by solar energy for a particular system the design procedure presented in this paper referred to the f-chart method. The results of this study are as follows; 1) The collected energy is not rised lineary to collector area. 2) If the heating area has equivalent solar collector area, the solar energy utilization for space heating is over 90%. 3) Transmittance- absorptance product for radiation at normal incidence, (${\tau}{\alpha}$)/(${\tau}{\alpha}$)n, during most of the heating season is 0.92 for a two-cover collector. 4) Orientation of the collector has little effect on the annual performance of solar heating system within the $15^{\circ}$.

연마장비용 사이클론 집진장치 설계 (Development of Sweeping Machine with Cyclone Dust Collector)

  • 본 논문에서는 선박의 외벽 청소용으로 사용되는 연마장비에 사이클론 집진방식을 채용한 연마장비를 개발을 위한 최적화된 설계를 위한 기본적인 메카니즘과 설계를 소개하고자 한다. 사이클론 방식은 공기의 유입 및 유출 속도 및 압력에 따른 미립자 등을 분리하는 기능을 하게 되는데 본 연구에서는 이러한 연마장비설계를 위한 사이클론 집진기의 효율과 압력, 유입 공기속도에 따른 설계방법을 소개하고 일부 실험결과를 제시하도록 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 다종의 가스 센서를 이용하여 향 정보를 수집하기 위한 향 수집기의 구현 결과를 기술하였다. 제안된 향 수집기는 솔레노이드 밸브, 진공 펌프, 4개의 가스 센서 및 챔버, Raspberry Pi 모듈로 구현되었다. 제안된 향 수집기를 검증하기 위해 5종류의 향에 대한 향 수집 실험을 수행하였다.

진공관형 집열기 히트파이프 접촉방식에 따른 집열성능 비교 (Comparison of Collecting Performance according to Contact Types of Heatpipe in Vacuum Tube Type Solar Collector)

  • In this study, it was compared collecting performance according to contact types between heatpipe and manifold of vacuum tube type solar collector. Between two types, direct contact type is better in collecting performance. On the other hand, Indirect type have advantage in maintenance. In the result of numerical analysis, As the temperature of heatpipe and flow rate of working fluid increased, difference of outlet mean temperature of two types became large. Also, it could be confirmed, as contact resistance between heatpipe and copper tube in indirect type increased, the difference increased too. Useful data in selection and design in vacuum tube type solar collector were proposed by the results of numerical analysis.

Prismatic Solar Hybrid Collector 시스템의 에너지 성능 평가에 관한 연구 (Energy Performance Assessment Study of Prismatic Solar Hybrid Collector System)

  • PSHC(Prismatic Solar Hybrid Collector) is a passive solar system composed of prismatic acrly glazing, glazing and ventilating fan. This PSHC system is applied to effectively reduce heating ventilation load as well as lighting load. But so far no method appraising thermal performance of this PSHC system has been developed yet. To assess thermal performance of the PSHC system, a prototype PSHC experimental facility and TRNSYS subroutine type-205 model have been developed in Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER). The results indicated that l)TRNSYS empirical model of PSHC has been properly modeled with actual performance data, 2)a more reliable source of weather data such as NASA and KIER weather station have been also obtained, and therefore, 3)the annual energy performance of PSHC could be assessed based on this proposed TRNSYS model.
