More views in data warehouse, can respond to the users more rapidly because the user's requests might be processed by accessing only the materialized views with higher probabilities rather than accessing base relations. But, the update duration for maintaining materialized views limits the number of materialized views in data warehouse. In this paper, we propose the algorithm for reducing update duration of materialized views, of which aggregation functions are maintained by self-maintenance. We also implement the proposed algorithm and evaluate the performance of the algorithm.

오늘날의 의사결정을 지원하는 시스템에 있어서 데이터 웨어하우스가 널리 활용되고 있다. 이러한 데이터웨어 하우스를 개발하는데 있어서 메타 데이터가 필수적인 요소로 활용되고 있다. 한편, 메타 데이터 연합(Meta Data Coalition)에서 제정한 Metadata Interchange Specification (MDIS)는 이러한 메타 데이터의 표준으로 널리 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 표준을 기반으로 한 메타 데이터 스키마를 제시하고 있다. 실제적인 개발에서 이러한 표준은 핵심웨어하우스 계층, 적용 계층, 사용자 탐험 계층 비즈니스 계층으로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 메타 데이터 스키마를 적용한 실제 시스템의 프로토타입을 본 연구에서 구현해 보았다.

본 연구는 대형 이벤트가 발생하였을 때 신속하고 정확한 교통정책을 수립할 수 있도록 대형 이벤트 대응형 통합교통분석 시스템을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 교통분석 시스템 사례조사를 기초로 통합교통분석 시스템의 요건을 정의하고 개발방향을 수립하였다. 데이터 웨어하우스 (data warehouse) 구축을 위해 신속하고 정확한 교통정책 수립이 요구되는 대형 이벤트를 선정하고 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 대형 이벤트 데이터와 교통 데이터를 통합하여 데이터 웨어하우스와 주제별 데이터 마트 (data mart)를 구축하였다. 이용자가 적시에 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 비즈니스 인텔리전스(business intelligence) 시스템 화면을 설계하고 개발하였다.

건설생산성은 단위작업에서 발생되는 자원의 활동과 이로 인한 산출물간의 관계를 지표로 표현한 것을 의미하며 수집된 건설 생산성 정보는 공사 진행의 효율성 파악, 작업여건 및 투입자원의 성능이 공정에 미치는 영향도 분석, 프로젝트별 성과 측정, 향후 공사계획을 위한 참고자료로서의 활용 등 프로젝트 관리를 위한 다양한 목적으로 이용될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 데이터웨어하우스, OLAP, 데이터 마이닝 기술을 활용하여 PDA 및 바코드를 통해 수집된 생산성 데이터를 축적 및 분석하고, 생산성 예측 모델을 제시하기 위한 방법론을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 통해 보다 효율적이고도 다차원적인 생산성 분석이 가능한 건설 생산성 관리 시스템을 개발하는 것이며, 개발된 시스템은 건설 사업의 합리적인 성과 측정과 유사 프로젝트의 공사계획 수립에 활용할 실적데이터를 축적할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between work-related characteristics and job stressors and the factors influencing musculoskeletal symptoms of the warehouse employees. Methods: The research was a cross-sectional, descriptive study. Data were collected from 319 warehouse employees who agreed to participate in the study by using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, $x^2-test$, and logistic regression analysis (SPSS 18.0). Results: The overall prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms was 37.6%. The logistic regression analysis revealed a posture that renders fatigue or pain, repetitive work, and a higher total score of job stressors as the risk factors for musculoskeletal symptoms in many body parts. Conclusion: Employers should plan to educate employees who work in warehouses about the correct working posture to prevent musculoskeletal diseases, stop repetitive work, and manage job stressors.

최근 공간정보기술의 발달과 산림지리정보의 확산으로 기 구축된 산림행정 자료의 갱신과 수정에 대한 요구는 급격히 증가하고 있으나 여전히 많은 자료가 종이 형태의 수기 대장으로 관리되고 있는 실정이다. 더욱이 FGIS 등의 다양한 응용시스템이 현재 개발되고는 있으나 실제 산림행정 담당자들은 DB자료의 구축과 갱신에 있어 많은 부분을 수작업에 의존하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현업에서 작성 및 관리되고 있는 산림주제도 자료를 GIS기반의 공간 데이터베이스 구축절차에 의해 구축함으로써 표준화 및 일관성 있는 데이터 생산과 관리가 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 시, 군에서 담당하고 있는 산림 업무프로세스를 인터넷 환경에서 시스템화하여 서비스 할 수 있는 웹기반 산림정보 데이터웨어하우스를 구축하였다. 이를 통하여 국내에서는 처음으로 실제 지자체에서 활용되고 있는 다양한 산림정보 표준 서비스 방안을 제시하여 일원화된 산림행정 의사결정 지원과 전사적인 관점에서 산림정보 구축 통합 프로토타입을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, we introduce an ubiWarehouse system for the management of automobile parts. Because automotive parts are very various in kinds according to companies, models and manufacture year, it's hard to find exactly the desired parts and to control goods in stock. To solve this problem, we propose the model of context recognizer in which context data are expressed in a systematic type of 5W1H. And initial context data are grouped and integrated, and some conflict context information is solved. Finally user's intention is interpreted and served. As a result, the proposed system can be used to enhance conveniency and correctness of the management of various kinds of part's.

인터넷의 발전과 인트라넷의 등장, 데이터웨어하우스의 출현은 국가간의 산업경쟁력을 더욱 뜨겁게 하고 있다. 원하는 정보를 원하는 때에 원하는 곳에서 신속하게 제공받고, 제공할수 있는 가는 오늘날 정보서비스의 핵심이 되고 있는 것이다. 따라서 정보의 체계적인관리는 필수적이며 데이터웨어하우스의 구축은 매우 중요하다 할 것이다. 본고는 데이터웨어하우스의 발전을 고찰하고 인터넷을 통한 데이터 웨어하우스의 정보활용을 제시하였다.

This paper is to illustrate the possibility to use organizational knowledge and data warehouse simultaenously for a decision maker. Organizational knowledge is produced for qualitative decision-making process and data warehouse is used for quantitative decision-making process. However, two things are currently implemented separately in many organizations although being needed for decision makers. This research shows a model for building integrated system and a prototyping system based on the model. And its effectiveness is discussed.

Since the primary purpose of information Engineering focuses on transaction or operation processing, various information needs acquired in Information Strategy Planning phase are not properly utilized from the viewpoint of decision support systems development. In this research, we suggest a case-based reasoning application that supports initial Data Warehouse Modeling by expanding the activities in Information Strategy Planning.
