Lately, the management of domestic BIM performance is quite lacking, as the evaluation and management data from successful cases of BIM implementation both on projects and in companies, and related effects (time, cost and other physical gains) are not well kept for future use in BIM development. In order to overcome the above obstacles, a systematic approach to evaluating BIM adoption with focus on particular elements like BIM implementation environment and processes, and the physical factors yielded by BIM, is necessary. In this study, objective and detailed assessment indicators and weights that are appropriate for the domestic situation were derived through research for purposes of developing a web-based BIM maturity measurement program that is tailor-made for the Korean construction atmosphere. Through a company's self-maturity measurement, excellent quality of BIM deliverables and output can be achieved and managed. Furthermore, the domestic BIM capacity can gradually increase since design firms' BIM capability can be judged during procurement basing on measurement indicators.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that related to obesity among 6th grade elementary school girls. The study subjects were 337 girls residing in Seoul. Not only variables of nutritional environment such as eating habits, health related behavioral variables, nutritional feeding methods during infancy, and genetic factors but also sexual maturity had been included as a obesity related factors. Association between obesity and related variables were analyzed by $x^2$(Chi-square) test. The obesity prevalence of the study subjects were 16% based on Röhrer Index(RI). Fifty-three percent of the study subjects experienced menarche at the time of data collection. Result of analysis showed that not only the nutritional enviromental variables such as eating habits, specific food preferences, and habit of exercise but also genetic factors did not show any statistically significant association with obesity. Above finding may imply that more variables other than the variables included in this study might have influenced on the obesity of the children. However sexual maturity in term of breast development showed significant association with obesity.

The purpose of the study was to explore effects of fashion related work experience program and its satisfaction in middle schools. The study analyzed differences in self-efficacy of career decision making and fashion related career maturity before and after the program. The questionnaire developed by the researchers was collected from 114 participants enrolled in middle schools in Seoul or Kyunggido. The data were analyzed by common factor analysis, and independent sample t-test, using SPSS 18.0/Windows. The results demonstrated significant higher scores in self efficacy of career decision making, and fashion related career maturity after the program than before. Also, they showed high program satisfaction scores. The results of the study could be basic information for work experience program developers for high and middle school students.

There is a growing interest in project management knowledge, project management information systems, and process improvement to systematically project execution in public sectors, achieve high performance and value, and increase the effectiveness of the overall industry. In particular, the software industry is a knowledge-intensive industry centered on professional manpower. This study examines the effect of the project managers' competences of regional SW promotion agencies on and project performance and the moderating effect of the level of project management maturity. We collected data using a questionnaire to the project managers of regional SW promotion agencies. In this study, a structural equation model was used to analyze the relationship between project managers' competences and performance. In addition, a multi-group structural equation model was used to analyze the moderating effect according to the high and low project maturity. As a result of the analysis, it was found that only contextual competence among the competences of the project manager had a positive effect on project performance. It was found that technical and behavioral competence did not have a positive effect on management and completion performance. It was found that the moderating effect according to the maturity of business management of local institutions was not significant.

In this study, we aimed to apply multispectral imaging (713 - 920 nm, 10 bands) for maturity classification and recognition of oriental melons grown in hydroponic greenhouses. A total of 20 oriental melons were selected, and time series multispectral imaging of oriental melons was 7 - 9 times for each sample from April 21, 2023, to May 12, 2023. We used several approaches, such as Savitzky-Golay (SG), standard normal variate (SNV), and Combination of SG and SNV (SG + SNV), for pre-processing the multispectral data. As a result, 713 - 759 nm bands were preprocessed with SG for the maturity classification of oriental melons. Additionally, a Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LightGBM) was used to train the recognition model for oriental melon. R² of recognition model were 0.92, 0.91 for the training and validation sets, respectively, and the F-scores were 96.6 and 79.4% for the training and testing sets, respectively. Therefore, multispectral imaging in the range of 713 - 920 nm can be used to classify oriental melons maturity and recognize their fruits.

IT and e-business is a hot issue of the world business and economic communities. The web site is the portal through which most of electronic transactions are conducted today. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate on factors influencing the web site development at the firms in Korea. Survey questionnaires were distributed via email & post to 281 firms that have implemented web site. Out of 44 responded questionnaires, 39 data sets were available for statistical analysis with SPPSSWin 10.1. Factor analysis identified five dimensions of web site development : (1) support of top management, (2) information technologies maturity, (3) strategic utilization of web site, (4) strength of rivalry among competing firm, (5) support policy of the government. Results of this study show that information technologies maturity and strategic utilization of web site positively influence on web site development. But support of top management, strength of rivalry among competing firm and support policy of the government don't influence on web site development. This study may provide a guideline to improve the quality of web site development.

The purpose of this study was to find job maturity of dental technology students in Taegu area. In order to accomplish the objectives stated above, the following research methods were utilized : 1. The related literatures including previous studies and journal were reviewed to develop the questionnaire for this purpose. 2. Field survey and questionnaire survey were conducted to collect data from 360 students sampled and analyzed by frequency percentage $X^2$-score. In consquence of analysis of the responses, the finding were as follows : 1. The job maturity of students was shown high. The grade point of 98.6 percent students as a whole was above three point. 2. As compared by academic year of sophomore students was higher than that of freshmen's, and male students were shown greater score than female students.

In order to improve business competency by the IS(Information Systems), every enterprise needs to evaluate the current level of IS performance and their utilization. The evaluation that measures the performance of enterprise information systems and diagnoses their effectiveness of business goals and efficiency of resources should represent the useful informations based on sustainable goal-oriented viewpoints to managers. This work develops an integrated evaluation system for continuous maturity of information systems performance, enabling enterprises to achieve their goals of information systems and related business strategies. The integrated evaluation system has been applied to performance measurement of information systems with a huge set of real data from domestic industries for three years, and proven reliable and practical.

As a consequence of sudden outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic worldwide, educational institutes around the globe are forced to switch from traditional learning systems to e-learning systems. This has led to a variety of technology-driven pedagogies in e-teaching as well as e-learning. In order to take the best advantage, an appropriate understanding of the cognitive capability is of prime importance. This paper presents an intelligent cognitive maturity recognition system for confidence-based e-learning. We gather the data from actual test environment by involving a number of students and academicians to act as experts. Then a Genetic Programming based simulation and modeling is applied to generate a generalized classifier in the form of a mathematical expression. The simulation is derived towards an optimal space by carefully designed fitness function and assigning a range to each of the class labels. Experimental results validate that the proposed method yields comparative and superior results which makes it feasible to be used in real world scenarios.

Aims. In order to analyze the concept of stigma, so to develop a valid instrument to measure stigma. Methods. First, a concept analysis was conducted with the aim of clarifying the state of the science of discipline-specific conceptualizations of stigma. The criterion-based method of concept analysis as described by Morse and colleagues was used (Morse et al., 1996; Morse, 2000). This analytic process enabled the assessment of the scientific maturity of the concept of stigma. The interdisciplinary concept of stigma was found to be immature. Based on this level of maturity it was determined that in order to advance the concept of stigma toward gloater maturity. techniques of concept development using the literature as data were applied. In this process, questions were 'asked of the data' (in this case, the selected disciplinary literatures) to identify the conceptual components of stigma. Results. The inquiry into the concept of stigma led to the development of an expanded interdisciplinary conceptual definition by merging the most coherent commonalties from each discipline. And the conceptual components of stigma were identified. The antecedent factors of stigma were "apart from social identity". The attributes of stigma were "devaluing, labeling, negative stereotypes, discrimination". The consequences of stigma were "social rejection, social isolation, deficiency of social support, low social status".
