The objective of this study is to implement geological functions on the Internet such as the visualization, search and analysis of geological data. To improve their performance and reduce the cost during development, special concerns should be given to the dynamic integration and interoperability of them. XML Web Service technologies can be adopted and OpenGIS specifications should be considered for the integration of distributed GIS components and their interoperability. Because standard Internet protocols and XML Messages are used in the Web Service, it makes the integration among different hardware and software systems possible. OpenGIS specifications also enable users to get benefits from geographic information and services across any network, platform and application. A prototype of efficient Internet GIS applications has been suggested in this study.

지놈 서열 시퀀싱을 통해 생성되는 원시 데이터에 대한 단백질 기능 및 구조 예측에 사용되는 모티프 데이터베이스들은 원시 데이터들의 폭발적인 성장추세에 맞추어 그 사용빈도가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 모티프 데이터베이스들은 독자적으로 개발, 발전하여왔고 웹 기반 cross-reference를 이용한 논리적 통합을 추진하여왔기 때문에 이질적인 검색 결과와 복잡한 질의 처리 문제, 중복된 데이터베이스 엔트리 핸들링 문제 등을 갖고 있다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 이런 문제점들을 개선하기 위하여 물리적인 모티프 자원 통합을 제안하고, 패밀리 기반 단백질 예측 메소드들에 대한 통합 검색 방법을 기술한다. 끝으로 모티프 통합 데이터베이스 구축 및 단백질 모티프 예측 시스템 구현을 통한 결과를 평가한다.

One of important technology that must improve compulsorily on information-oriented society stores, search and transmit cultural contents data of great quantity in heterogeneous environment. SAN appeared by solution to resolve the problem such as integration management of heterogeneous system data, effective practical use of storage, data transmission limit is happened from here. SAN is system that manage and shares data of large quantity efficiently attaching directly to high speed network such as Fiber Channel that storage system has been attached to server individually SAN became more complicated than existent storage environment although offer much advantage such as decrease of storage expense and flexibility of system configuration. This study argues management way could consider in such environment that understand complexity and component of networked storage system.

In these days, HIS(Hospital Information System) raise the quality of medical services by effective management of medical records. As computing environment was developed, it is possible to search information quickly. But, standard medical data exchange is not completed between medical clinic and another organ so far. In case of patient transfer, past medical record was not efficiently transmitted. It be feasible treatment delay or medical accident. It is trouble that medical records is transferred by a person and communicate with each other. Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a simple, very flexible text format derived from SGML. Originally designed to meet the challenges of large-scale electronic publishing, XML is also playing an increasingly important role in the exchange of a wide variety of data on the Web and elsewhere. Form in system of company product, relative organs that handle bio-signal data is each other dissimilar and integration and to transmit to supplement bottleneck this research uses XML. In this study, it is discussed about sharing of medical data using XML web technology to standard medical record between hospital and relative organization The data structure model was designed to manage bio-signal data and patient record. We experimented about data transmission and all-in-one between different systems (one make use of MS-SQL database system and the other manage existent bio-signal data in itself form in file in this research). In order to search and refer medical record, the web-based system was implemented. The system that can be shared medical data was tested to estimate the merits of XML. Implemented XML schema confirms data transmission between different data system and integration result.

공간정보의 상호운영성을 확보하기 위하여 국제표준 및 개방형지리정보 표준협회에서 만든 표준이 널리 적용되어왔으며, 카탈로그 서비스에 대한 부분 역시 그러하였다. 국가지리정보유통망 서비스와 캐나다의 GeoConnection서비스 및 기타 다양한 공간정보의 카탈로그를 제공하는 서비스 사이트를 분류하고 그곳에서 사용되는 메타데이터 현황을 조사하였다. 실제 필수메타데이터는 잘 준용되고 있으나 메타데이터를 자동으로 추출하는 프로세스 등은 미약하였으며, 검색을 위한 기준과 메타데이터가 100% 일치하지는 않았다. 지적재산권보호기술과 카탈로그의 기술적 통합 등 이슈가 되는 주변기술과의 결합가능성을 테이블을 작성하여 구현 방안을 검토하였다. 서비스 카탈로그에 대한 적합성평가를 받은 국가의 공간정보 카탈로그 서비스는 없었다. 서비스되는 공간정보가 종류가 많고 다양해지고 쌍방향 정보가 되는 과정에서 메타데이터를 사용자가 편하게 이해할 수 있는 표현방법 및 기타 보안관련 사항 등에 대한 논의를 추가하였다.

본 논문에서는 개념망을 이용한 효율적인 정보검색을 위한 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문은 일반적인 개념망을 기반으로 시스템을 설계하였기 때문에 온톨로지와 접근 방식은 같지만 사용자가 보다 효율적으로 정보검색을 하고자 하는 객체와 개념사이의 협업 관계를 구축하여 사용할 수 있도록 개념망을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 입력 키워드 중심의 키워드 개념망과 전문가 그룹이 추천한 전문가 개념망 그리고 테마 개념망 이러한 세 종류의 개념을 이용하여 협업적 검색을 하며, 이를 기반으로 사용자가 원하는 정보를 검색할 수 있는 효율적인 검색 시스템을 제안한다. 그리고 전문가 개념과 키워드 개념이 결합되어 키워드의 빈도 및 카테고리의 빈도를 제공함으로써, 사용자가 입력한 검색어와 관련된 키워드를 추천하는 역할을 할 수 있다. 그리고 테마 개념망을 이용하여 사용자의 관심 테마에서 사용되는 키워드 또는 카테고리를 알려주는 기능도 제공한다. 두 번째, 사용자가 입력한 키워드가 없을 경우 2차 검색을 통해 입력 키워드와 관련 있는 키워드를 제공해줌으로써 관련키워드를 이용하여 검색의 목적달성이 가능하다. 세 번째, 이러한 정보들은 대부분 분산되어 관리되고 있기 때문에 이렇게 분산되어 관리되는 정보는 표현방식이 다를 뿐만 아니라 시간에 따라 정보가 변하게 된다. 따라서 분산된 정보의 효율적 데이터 접근 및 통합을 위해 XMDR(eXtended Mata-Data Registry)을 이용하였고, 본 논문에서는 분산된 데이터를 통합하기 위한 기법 및 검색 시스템을 제시한다.

목적 : 국내에서 이루어지는 감각통합중재에 관한 연구가 Ayres 감각통합치료의 원리를 어느 정도 반영하고 있는가를 체계적 고찰을 통하여 알아보고자한다. 연구방법 : 학술연구정보서비스(RISS), 국가과학기술전자도서관(NDSL), 한국학술정보(KISS), 디비피아(DBpia)를 사용하여 2000년부터 2012년까지의 국내학회지를 검색하였다. 검색어는 '감각통합치료', '감각통합중재', '감각통합프로그램', '감각통합 훈련'으로 하였으며, 최종 49개의 논문을 포함하였다. Ayres의 감각통합 충실도 분석은 중재방법에서 Ayres의 감각통합 원리를 설명한 경우로 하였으며, 각 대상논문에서 사용한 ASI의 원리의 수를 분석하였다. 결과 : 근거의 질적 수준은 수준IV가 26개로 가장 많았고, 연구 대상 진단군은 지적장애(15개), 발달장애(발달지연, 14개), 자폐스펙트럼장애(13개) 순으로 많았다. Ayres의 감각통합 충실도는 항목 중 감각기회 제공(43개), 자세 안구운동 구강 양측 운동협응에 대한 도전과제 제안(37개)이 가장 많이 언급되었다. 중재에서 5개 이상의 Ayres의 감각통합 원리를 사용한 논문은 26.5%(13개)였고, 8개 이상의 원리를 사용한 논문은 7개(14.2%)로 작업치료 분야의 연구이었다. 결론 : 본 연구에 포함된 49개 연구 중 34개가 작업치료분야에서 이루어졌고 작업치료분야에서 Ayres의 감각통합중재 원리를 빈번히 사용한 것으로 나타났다. 국내 감각통합치료에서 치료원리의 통일성과 치료분야의 전문성 향상을 위해 Ayres의 감각통합 원리를 사용하는 것은 중요하며, 앞으로 많은 연구를 포함하여 감각통합중재 효과에 대한 체계적 고찰이 이루어져야 하겠다.

This paper proposes a search system using the topic maps that it extends XMDR into Knowledge based XMDR for solving of the problems of the heterogeneity of distributed data on a network and integrate data by an efficient way. The proposed system combined Topic Maps and the extended metadata registry effectively. The Topic Maps represent related knowledge and reasoning relationship by associations of topic. And the extended metadata registry standards and manages the metadata of the local systems through registration and certification on the distributed environment. We also proposed a meta layer, include the meta topic and meta association to achieve semantic classification grouping of topics and to define relationship between Topic Maps and extended metadata registry.

Documents in a traditional PDM(Product Data Management) system have been managed in a form of scanned document files or electronic documents developed by specific tools. Though each tool manages documents with its own systematical methods, it has drawbacks in data search, data integration and interchange, etc. For this reason, in this research we propose an efficient document management system for PDM by using the SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language), one of CALS and ISO standards for document interchanges. Among documents to be managed in PDM, the engineering change notification (ECN) is taken into account. The DTD (Document Type Definition) has been constucted based on the logical analysis of the documents format, In addition, based on the DTD, DB classes have been designed by object-oriented paradigms and a prototype for document input/output and search has been developed using UniSQL ORDBMS (Object-Relational DBMS) and PowerBuilder under the client/server environment.

New renewable energy information becomes one of the greatest issues all over the world because of serious environment problems and limited fossil resources. The new renewable energy source information system is treated seriously for efficient management and distribution as dealing with these energy problems. However, it is difficult to manage and utilize new renewable energy information because gathering and surveying information is progressed individually in each research field. Therefore this paper will establish ISP(Information strategy Planning) and propose the basic management system based-on GIS to analyze new renewable energy such as solar energy, wind power, small hydro, biomass, geothermal etc. and build the integration management system. The proposed integration management system can provide spatial analysis using thematic map, data search, data import/export and interpolation about users quenes.
