  • In this paper, we try to develop the controller which uses the block diagrams of SIMTool and internal functions CEMTool for planning the global driving controller for high efficiency AGV. We acquire the control efficiency by controlling the motor used each part of AGV driving controller. The block diagram structures provided with SIMTool is easily designed by the controller, and the monitoring and analysis of the results is researched by simulation. We expect to control AGV. robot and various plant using Ziegler-Nichols auto-tuning method and external I/O board

  • 본 논문은 브러시리스 DC 모터 드라이브에서 위치센서를 제거하기 위해, 측정한 상전압 및 상전류로부터 쇄교자속과 쇄교자속의 미분간에 의해 속도를 구하고 이를 이용하여 위치를 추정하는 새로운 센서리스 구동방식을 제안한다 이러한 센서리스 구동알고리즘은 ${\alpha}-{\beta}$ 기준축을 이용하여 구현하였다. 구동시스템을 구현하기 위한 제어기는 고속연산이 가능하면서도 저가인 고정소수점 연산 DSP인 TMS320F241을 채택하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 그 원리가 간단하고 우수한 제어특성을 나타냄으로써 실제적인 브러시리스 DC 전동기의 센서리스 구동을 위한 훌륭한 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다.

  • In this paper, we address the problem of designing and implementing an oil pump control system driven by a brushless DC (BLDC) motor. The proposed oil pump plays the role of providing fuel to the engine clutch and transmission of hybrid vehicles. Main consideration is given to enhancing response feature and accuracy of the oil pump by simplifying the controller that is driven by a BLDC motor under PWM voltage control, which is a standard control method for BLDC motors. The proposed control scheme also helps to increase efficiency and reliability of the oil pump system. To validate the performance of the proposed system, we conduct experiments on BLDC motor speed control and oil pump operations.

  • This study have established proper mathematical equivalent model of Brushless DC (BLDC) motor and estimated the motor parameter by means of the back-emf measurement as being the step input to the controlled target BLDC motor. And the validity of proposed estimation method is confirmed by the test result of step response. As well, we have designed the reasonable digital controller as a consequence of the root locus method which is obtained from the open-loop transfer function of BLDC motor with hall sensor, and the determination of control gain for variable speed control. Here, revised Ziegler-Nichols tuning method is applied for the proper digital gain establishment, and the system stability is verified by the frequency domain analysis with Bode-plot and experimentation.

  • 자동차 산업에 있어서 반도체 기술발전과 더불어 차량 내 기능들이 효율성, 경제성 및 친환경적인 관심을 고려하여 기계식 방식에서 전력전자식 방식으로 대체되고 있는 실정이다. 엔진의 연비를 향상시키기 위해서는 엔진의 연소효율을 개선하거나, 엔진에서 발생되는 손실을 줄이는 것이 필요한데, VVA(Variable Valve Actuation, 가변 밸브 작동) 기술은 엔진 흡기 유동 강화, 펌핑 손실 저감, 기계적 마찰 손실 저감등을 통해 엔진의 연비를 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 VVA 엔진을 장착한 차량은 차량의 발진 응답성이 향상되고, 배기가스 배출량을 줄일 수 있어 친환경 저연비 차량을 실현하는데 핵심 차량부품기술이다. 최근까지 차량의 전동기 구동의 경우 DC모터 방식이 많이 적용되어 왔으나 DC모터의 내구성 및 효율 등의 이유로 BLDC모터로 바뀌고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 VVA 기구의 적용을 위하여 BLDC모터 제어기를 개발하였다.

  • In this paper, we intend to develop a cart with the convenience of moving objects or items that are difficult to hold by the hand of the disabled and the elderly from outdoor activities to a moving location. Using GPS module, DC motor, Bluetooth module, magnetometer sensor, and Blynk application, the smart follow cart was programmed to accurately know the owner's location while following the cart. The values of latitude and longitude of the magnetometer sensor are set so that the correct leverage value can be obtained in the lead for fine adjustment of the start and stop angles so that the user's position can be freely detected. The above motor driver L298n was connected to the motor to drive the DC motor at a fine angle. A smart follow cart was implemented that receives location signals according to the direction of the owner by turning on/off the mobile phone app as a switching role by connecting the GPS through Bluetooth wireless communication using a smartphone.

  • This paper presents electromagnetic interference(EMI) suppression method applied on the direct current(DC) motor driver for power tail gate control. EMI noise is generated by the fast switching of power devices connected to electric loads. It has become a matter of concern because of the vast increase in the number and sophistication of electronic system in automotive environment. The proposed EMI reduction method is based on the principle of reducing the transient speed of power devices by changing the parameters of the driver circuit related to the power MOSFET. In this paper, power losses were calculated by loss equations and thermal simulation was used to evaluate the effect on printed circuit board. Based on these results, the DC motor driver was fabricated and tested. The proposed method can help to design a DC motor driver which allows it to obtain an acceptable compromise between power losses and EMI.
