4D Reconstruction of Cine Cardiac MR Images (심장 자기공명영상의 4차원 재구성)

  • To diagnose cardiac malfunctions, various imaging techniques have been applied to heart : DSA(Digital Subtracted Angiography), Doppler Ultrasound, MR Angio. But it is difficult to observe three dimensional heart motion which is the most intuitive tool for diagnosis, only by using these methods. In this research, we have suggested 4-Dimensional reconstruction scheme of heart motion images that can be acquired by ECG-gated cine MR imaging. One cardiac cycle was devided into $9\sim15$ phases and for each phase 3D reconstructed volumn heart was made. We can observe 3D volumns along the cardiac cycle, time. So the results were 4-D reconstructed data.

A forging die design to improve the flower shape of flange bolt (플랜지 볼트의 플라워 형상 결함 개선을 위한 단조 금형설계)

  • Flange bolt has a circular flange under the head that acts like a washer to distribute the clamping load over a large area. Flange bolt has usually been manufactured by cold forging. Flower shape defect occurs in the flange forging stage. This defect causes lack of dimensional accuracy and low quality. So it is needed to improve these forging defects. In this study, die design method for flower shape defect of flange bolt was suggested. In order to improve flower shape defect, inner diameter of the addition die in conventional forging process was modified. The forging process with applied modified die was simulated by commercial FEM code DEFORM-3D. The simulated results for modified die were confirmed by experimental trials with the same condition.

The effects of Doula Touch delivery education on self-confidence delivery, knowledge of childbirth, couple satisfaction (듀라터치 분만 교육이 분만 자신감, 분만지식, 부부관계만족도에 미치는 효과)

  • This study determined the effectiveness of Doula Touch delivery education on self-confidence delivery, knowledge of childbirth and couple satisfaction. The experimental group(n=27) received the Doula Touch education at the public health center in the Y city of Gyeonggi Province from October of 2012 to November of 2012(four weeks). However, the control group(n=28) received the antenatal care at a D hospital in the W city of the same province from October of 2012 to November of 2012, but did not receive the Doula Touch education. The following are the results derived from the study. The experimental group significantly showed more self-confidence for delivery than the control group(t=-2.81, p=.007). Besides, the experimental group significantly showed more knowledge of childbirth than the control group(t=3.50, p=.001) but there was no significant difference in couple satisfaction between two groups (t=0.23, p=.8181). On the other hand, the study showed a high correlation between self-confidence of delivery and couple satisfaction(r=314, p=.005).

Sequential Approximate Optimization of Shock Absorption System for Lunar Lander by using Quadratic Polynomial Regression Meta-model (2차 다항회귀 메타모델을 이용한 달착륙선 충격흡수 시스템의 순차적 근사 최적설계)

  • In this work, optimization of two-stage shock absorption system for lunar lander has been carried out. Because of complexity of impact phenomena of shock absorption system, a 1-D constitutive model is proposed to describe the behavior of shock absorption system. Quadratic polynomial regression meta-model is constructed by using a commercial software ABAQUS with the proposed 1-D constitutive model, and sequential approximate optimization of two-stage shock absorption system has been carried out along with the constructed meta-model. Through the optimization, it is verified that landing impact force on lunar lander can be considerably reduced by changing the cell size and foil thickness of honeycomb structure in two-stage shock absorption system.

The Relationship between Job Stress, Depression, and Life Satisfaction of Educational Institution Counselors: Mediating Effect of Self-compassion (교육기관 상담자의 직무스트레스와 우울 및 삶의 만족의 관계: 자기자비의 매개효과 검증)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a structural model to investigate the causal relationship between job stress, depression, life satisfaction, and self-compassion. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 314 practitioners working at D metropolitan offices of education affiliated counselors. The model fit and mediating effects between variables were tested using AMOS. This study found that self-compassion had a direct effect on depression and life satisfaction, and self-compassion mediated between job stress and depression as well as job stress and life satisfaction. Also, depression mediated between self-compassion and life satisfaction. These results showed the vicious cycle that individuals with high levels of job stress are more likely to experience lower levels of self-compassion, higher levels of depression, and lowers level of life satisfaction. This study discussed the strategy to reduce the stress and depression, improve the life satisfaction.

Physiological Responses of Olive Flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) by Capacity Density Difference during Salinity Change from Seawater to Freshwater (사육수의 담수화시 수용밀도에 따른 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)의 생리적 반응 비교)

  • Two different groups (30 and 60 inds.) of olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) were abruptly (within 30 min) exposed to hypo-salinities from seawater (SW, 35$\textperthousand$) to freshwater (FW, 0$\textperthousand$) (30FW and 60FW) and to 35$\textperthousand$ (30SW and 60SW) in a flow through seawater culture systems. Analysis of plasma samples showed the following significant increase at 0$\textperthousand$: cortisol from $2.8\;ng\;mL^{-1}$ to $66.9\;ng\;mL^{-1}$ (30FW) and from $2.7\;ng\;mL^{-1}$ to $314.1\;ng\;mL^{-1}$ (60FW) after 24 hours of exposure; glucose from $15.8\;mg\;dL^{-1}$ to $257.7\;mg\;dL^{-1}$ after 3 hours exposure and to $164.0\;mg\;dL^{-1}$ after 24 hours in 60FW. Plasma $Na^+$ concentration of 30FW and 60FW were decreased until 24 hours after expose. However that in 30SW and 60SW showed no significant differences. Plasma $Cl^-$ concentration of 60FW was decreased from $59.0\;mEq\;L^{-1}$ to $43.5\;mEq\;L^{-1}$ and to $30.0\;mEq\;L^{-1}$ after 3 and 24 hours of exposure, respectively. At all experimental groups, survival were 100% until 24 hours.

A novel quasi-3D hyperbolic shear deformation theory for vibration analysis of simply supported functionally graded plates

  • An original quasi-3D hyperbolic shear deformation theory for simply supported functionally graded plates is proposed in this work. The theory considers both shear deformation and thickness-stretching influences by a hyperbolic distribution of all displacements within the thickness, and respects the stress-free boundary conditions on the upper and lower surfaces of the plate without using any shear correction coefficient. By expressing the shear parts of the in-plane displacements with the integral term, the number of unknowns and equations of motion of the proposed theory is reduced to four as against five in the first shear deformation theory (FSDT) and common quasi-3D theories. Equations of motion are obtained from the Hamilton principle. Analytical solutions for dynamic problems are determined for simply supported plates. Numerical results are presented to check the accuracy of the proposed theory.

  • 현재의 조감도 제작방법은 3D-Max, 포토샵과 같은 그래픽 프로그램을 이용하여 편집하는 방법이 일반적이다. 이러한 조감도는 일반적으로 제작과정에서의 특성상 2차원 평면 데이터를 이용하여 모델링하지만 지표면의 3차원 공간데이터를 사용하지 않고 대상지역의 사진 등을 편집하여 사용하기 때문에 주변 시설물을 정확히 반영하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다차원데이터를 이용하여 LiDAR 데이터에서 획득한 고정밀의 DEM과 고품질의 항공영상을 이용한 3차원 모델을 제작하여 조망권, 가시권, 지형분석 등을 수행하고, 주변의 모든 대상물을 고려한 효율적인 조감도를 제작하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

  • The studies were camied out to evaluate the constituents in the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida var. psilosa (Rosaceae) continuously. From the BuOH fraction of the MeOH extract, four flavonoid compounds, hyperoside (1), vitexin (2), 3"-O-rhamnosylvitexin (3) and $quercetin-3-O-{\alpha}-L-rhamnopyranoslyl-(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}$-D-galactopyranoside (4) were isolated and identified on the basis of their physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic evidences by comparison with authentic samples.
