자동조종장치 동역학을 고려한 궤환 형태의 BTT 미사일용 최적 종말 유도 법칙 (A Feedback-Form of Terminal-Phase Optimal Guidance Law for BTT Missiles Considering Autopilot Dynamics)

  • BTT 미사일은 STT 미사일과 달리 피치와 롤 채널이 동역학적으로 결합되어 있기 때문에 유도 법칙 개발 시 3차원 추적 기하학을 고려하여야 한다. 기존 연구결과들과는 달리 본 논문에서는 3차원 추적 기하학뿐만 아니라 자동조종장치의 피치와 롤 채널 동역학을 모두 고려한 BTT 미사일의 최적 종말 유도 법칙을 제안한다. 그 결과, 제안하는 유도 법칙은 상대적으로 느린 자동조종장치 동역학에서도 시간 지연 효과로 인한 성능 하락 없이 작은 요격 오차의 높은 요격 성능을 보장한다. 또한, 제안하는 최적 유도 법칙은 잔여 비행시간의 함수를 계수로 하는 궤환 형태로 구해진다. 끝으로 다양한 요격 상황에서의 모의실험을 통해 그 성능을 입증한다.

  • 3D 스캐닝을 이용한 3D 형상정보를 구축하기 위해서는 피측정물의 촬영부터 시작하여 획득된 데이터의 합성과정까지 여러 단계를 거치는데, 이는 많은 시간과 복잡하며 번거로운 수작업을 요구한다. 본 연구에서는 복잡하고 많은 시간이 소요되는 과정에서 생기는 불필요한 준비과정이나 진행단계별 수작업 요소들을 자동화하여 작업자의 숙련도에 따라 발생하는 데이터 품질의 차이를 최소화 할 수 있도록 하였으며, 작업자의 실수로 인해 발생하는 데이터의 부재를 사전에 예방 할 수 있어 결과적으로 3D 스캐너를 통한 3 차원데이터 획득과정의 시간적, 데이터적 효율성과 형상정밀도를 증가시킴을 증명하였다.

보강판의 좌굴 평가식에 따른 좌굴 강도 및 최적설계의 비교 (Comparison of Buckling Check Formulas and Optimal Design)

  • In ship design or offshore structure design, the evaluation of buckling strength (or ultimate strength) is critical to the determination of scantling of stiffened plates. For this reason, it is useful to study the effect of applying different formula or the relationship between stiffened plate with buckling utilization factor (UF). It can facilitate a designer to decide how much the scantling should be reinforced or how much can be reduced for an optimal design. This paper conducts a comparative study for three buckling check methods; DNV-Ship-Rule, DNV-RP-C201, DNV-PULS. The capacity curves and 2D contour plot for utilization factors versus bi-axial in-plane stresses are compared. The contour plots of DNV-Ship-Rule and DNV-PULS show smoothly increasing trends of UF as the applied in-plane stresses increase, however that of DNV-RP-C201 shows rapidly increasing trend as the applied stresses go beyond transverse buckling stress. A sensitivity analysis is performed to investigate the influence level of each parameter of a stiffened plate on UF. Resulting from the analysis, plate thickness is identified to be the most affective parameter to UF regardless of the buckling check methods. Based on the addressed study, optimal designs for bottom plate of 165 K tanker corresponding to three formulas are compared with each other. DNV-PULS yields 1 mm and 2 mm less thickness than DNV-Ship-Rule and DNV-RP-C201, respectively.

이동 로봇의 퍼지 재점착 제어기 설계 (Design of a Fuzzy Re-adhesion Controller for Wheeled Robot)

  • Mobility of an indoor wheeled robot is affected by adhesion force that is related to various floor conditions. When the adhesion force between driving wheels and floor decreases suddenly, the robot begins slip. In order to overcome this slip problem, optimal slip velocity must be decided for stable movement of wheeled robot. First of all, this paper shows that conventional PI control can not be applied to a wheeled robot of the light weight. Secondly, proposed fuzzy logic is applied to the Takagi-Sugeno model for the configuration of fuzzy sets. For the design of Takagi-Sugeno model and fuzzy rule, proposed algorithm uses FCM(Fuzzy c-mean clustering method) algorithm. In additionally, this algorithm adjusts the driving torque for restraining re-slip. The proposed fuzzy logic controller(FLC) is pretty useful with prevention of the slip phenomena for the controller performance in the re-adhesion control strategy, These procedures are implemented using a Pioneer 2-DXE wheeled robot parameter.

  • In designing fuzzy models and controllers, we encounter a major difficulty in the identification f an optimized fuzzy rule base, which is traditionally achieved by a tedious trial-and-error process. This paper presents an approach to the evolutionary design of an optimal fuzzy rule base for modeling and control. Evolutionary programming is used to simultaneously evolve the structure and the parameter of fuzzy rule base for a given task. To check the effectiveness of the suggested approach, four numerical examples are examined. The performance of the identified fuzzy rule bases is demonstrated.

  • Since Interior Permanent Magnet syncronous Motor has a structure whose magnet is inserted in the rotor, d, q inductance is differ and the motor products hybrid torque combined allignment term and reluctance term. Air gap flux density and d, q axis inductances of the Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor obtained by analytical method are compensated using Finite Element Method. For optimal design, the efficiency of the motor is taken as the objective function, and Genetic Algorithm finds the value of design parameters which maximize the objective function.

진화 전략 기법을 이용한 광대역 격리형 UWB-MIMO 안테나 최적설계 (Optimal Design of a UWB-MIMO Antenna with a Wide Band Isolation using ES Algorithm)

  • In this paper, a compact planar ultra wideband (UWB, 3.1~10.6GHz) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antenna is proposed. This antenna consists of two monopole planar UWB antennas and T-shaped stub decoupling between two antennas. The T-shaped stub improve the isolation characteristic at the wide band. The evolution strategy(ES) algorithm is employed to optimized design. As a result, optimized antenna has a return loss less than -10dB and the isolation less than -15dB from 3.1GHz to 10.6GHz. During the optimization process, the antenna gain is enhanced at lower band and the envelope correlation coefficient(ECC) is lower than 0.003.

  • In this article, the multi-objective optimization of cylindrical aluminum tubes under axial impact load is presented. The specific absorbed energy and the maximum crushing force are considered as objective functions. The geometric dimensions of tubes including diameter, length and thickness are chosen as design variables. D/t and L/D ratios are constricted in the range of which collapsing of tubes occurs in concertina or diamond mode. The Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II is applied to obtain the Pareto optimal solutions. A back-propagation neural network is constructed as the surrogate model to formulate the mapping between the design variables and the objective functions. The finite element software ABAQUS/Explicit is used to generate the training and test sets for the artificial neural networks. To validate the results of finite element model, several impact tests are carried out using drop hammer testing machine.

  • The Design of Experiment (DOE) is a most practical technique when establishing an optimal condition for production technology in Six Sigma innovation project. This research proposes the assessment of properties of error terms, such as normality, equal variance, unbiasedness and independence. The properties of six nonparametric ranking techniques for checking normality assumption are discussed as well as run test which is used to identify the randomness, and to check unbiased assumption. Furthermore, Durbin-Watson (DW) statistics and ARIMA (p,d,q) process are discussed to identify the serial correlation.

  • In the die casting process, the flow of liquid metal has significant influence on the quality of casting products and die life. For the optimal process design of automobile gear housing, various analyses were performed in this study by using computer simulation code, MAGMAsoft. The simulation has been focused on the molten metal behaviors during the mold filling and solidification stages for the sound casting products. Also the internal defects were predicted by application of air pressure and feeding criteria.
