Based on two real and invertible $d{\times}d$ matrices Band C such that the norm $||C^T\;B||$ is sufficiently small, we provide a construction of tight Gabor frames $\{E_{Bm}T_{Cn}g\}_{m,n{\in}{\mathbb{Z}^d}$ with explicitly given and compactly supported generators. The generators can be chosen with arbitrary polynomial decay in the frequency domain.

We developed a Off-Line Graphic Simulator which can simulate a robot model in 3D graphics space in Windows 95 version. 4 axes SCARA robot was adopted as an objective model. Forward kinematics, inverse kinematics and robot dynamics modeling were included in the developed program. The interface between users and the off-line program system in the Windows 95's graphic user interface environment was also studied. The developing language is Microsoft Visual C++. Graphic libraries, OpenGL, by Silicon Graphics, Inc. were utilized for 3D graphics.

Let $D:C^n(I){\longrightarrow}M$ be a derivation from the Banach algebra of n times continuously differentiable functions on an interval I into a Banach $C^n(I)$-module M. If D is continuous and D(z) is contained in the k-differential subspace, the image of D is contained in the k-differential subspace. The question of when the image of a derivation is contained in the k-differential subspace is discussed.

To check the variability of the effective diffusion coefficient in the unsaturated porous soil media. a Monte Carlo simulation was done for the equation suggested by Millington and Quirk(1961). The results shows that the probability density function of D$_{c}$/D$_{o}$ is positively skewed. It means the chance of having less effective diffusion coefficient values in the soil media than mean value is high. Also, the distribution types of D$_{c}$/D$_{o}$ are about same regardless of assumed distribution types of input parameters.ers.ers.

탄화규소(SiC)는 물리적 성질이 뛰어나 여러 전자기기에 다양한 활용 가능성이 제시되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 2D 구조의 탄화규소 벌집 구조에 대하여 전자 구조 계산을 수행하고 탄소와 규소의 2D 구조체와 전자구조적 차이점을 논의했다. 단원자 2D 구조와는 달리 탄화규소의 합성 구조는 반도체의 성질을 띄는 것으로 나타났고, 이는 두 원자 간의 전기음성도 차이로 인한 전자의 국소화 현상 때문인 것으로 분석되었다.

dTDP-rhamnose is synthesized from dTTP and glucose-1-phosphate by four enzymatic steps in the gram-negative bacteria. By using a homologous PCR product, a gene cluster encoding four genes (rfbA, rfbB, rfbC, rfbD) involved in L-rhamnose biosynthesis by Acinetobacter calcoaceticus was isolated and sequenced. The four genes were clustered on the biosynthetic operon in the order of rfbB, D, A, C. A gene, rfbA, encoding glucose-l-phosphate thymidylyltransferase (RfbA), was cloned from A. calcoaceticus pathogenic and encapsulated in the gram-negative bacterium. This enzyme catalyzes the formation of dTDP-D-glucose From $\alpha$-D-glucose-1-phosphate and dTTP.RfbA was amplified by PCR and inserted into the $T_7$ expression system. The activity of RfbA was determined by the capillary electrophoresis. The $K_m$ values for dTTP and $\alpha$-D-glucose-1-phosphate were calculated to be 1.27 mM and 0.80 mM, respectively by using the Line-Weaver Burk plot. RfbA is inactivated by diethylpyrocarbonate.

Emission of methyl bromide (MeBr) from soil was implicated in stratospheric ozone depletion. To determine multi analysis of alternatives fumigants for MeBr, this paper describes the methods of analysis in water and soil. The MeBr, methyl iodide (Mel), propargyl bromide (PBr), cis 1,3-dichloropropene (cis 1,3-D), trans 1,3-dichloropropene (trans 1,3-D) and chloropicrin(CP) are separated on the base line on GC-ECD at three column of AT+DB+DB (90m) with temperature programing of $35^{\circ}C{\rightarrow}110^{\circ}C$ on GC-ECD. The relative retention time for MeBr, Mel, PBr, cis 1,3-D, trans 1,3-D and CP is 1.0, 1.4, 2.3, 3.2, 3.6 and 3.7, respertively. The detection limit for MeBr, Mel, PBr, cis 1,3-D, trans 1,3-D and CP is 469 pg, 5 pg, 21 pg, 79 pg, 101 PE and 5pg, respectively. Recovery of MeBr Mel, PBr, cis 1,3-D, trans 1,3-D and CP in water added 150 ppm fumigants were 81%, 96%, 95%, 97%, 98% and 99%, respectively. Recovery of MeBr, MeI, PBr, cis 1, 3-D, trans 1,3-D and CP in soil added 150ppm fumigants were 56%, 84%), 85%, 81%, 87% and 88%, respectively.

Single crystals of deoxy-thymidine diphosphate-D-gluxose-4,6-dehydratase(abbreviated as dTDP-D-glucose dehydratase) from Escherichia coli Strain BL21 clone which harbors the gene of dTDP-D-glucose dehydratase in Salmonella typhimurium LT2 have been grown with and whithout substrates by sitting drop vapor diffusion at room temperature. The precipitating agent was 1.6 to 2.0 M Na, K phosphate buffer(pH 8.0). The crystals diffract to at least 2.5Å and belong to the hexagonal space group P61 with cell dimensions a=b=168.54Å, c=81.08Å. The asymmetric unit contains one dimer with a crystal volume per protein mass(VM) of 2.4Å3/Da and solvent content (Vsol) of 64% by volume.
