Today, the population of cycle participants is consistently increasing. Cycling is becoming not only a form of physical exercise but also a form of tourism in which cycle activities are related to visiting a particular destination. With the perspective of participation sport tourism, the purpose of this study is to investigate how the level of cycle tourists' participation affects their quality of life. An online survey link was sent to cycle participants to collect data. Out of the total 337 respondents, a total of 226 samples were used for the final analysis, disregarding those that were found to be inadequate or unreliable. For data analysis, frequency analysis, reliability test, validity, correlations, and regressions were employed with SPSS 22.0. For our first result, we found that the level of cycle participation did not significantly affect the quality of physical life. Second, the level of cycle participation did not have significant effect on the quality of mental life. Third, the level of cycle participation behavior did not have a significant effect on the quality of social life. Fourth, the level of cycle participation behavior did not have a significant effect on the quality of environmental life. Conclusions and political implications are discussed.
This paper concerns the study of absorption refrigeration and heat pump cycle to use sewage. Simulation analysis on the double-effect absorption refrigeration cycle with parallel and two-stage heat pump cycle has been performed. The working fluid is Lithium Bromide and water solution. The absorption refrigeration cycle use sewage as a cooling water for the absorber and condenser, and absorption refrigeration cycle does that as a chilled water for the evaporator of the first stage cycle. And the two-stage cycle consists of coupling double-effect with parallel and single effect cycle so that the first stage absorber and condenser produces heating water to evaporate refrigerant in the evaporator of the second stage. The effects of operating variables such as a absorber temperature on the coefficient of performance have been studied for absorption refrigeration and heat pump cycle.

Inositol hexaphosphate ($IP_6$) is a major constituent of most cereals, legumes, nuts, oil seeds and soybean. Previous studies reported the anticancer effect of $IP_6$ and suggested that co-treatment of $IP_6$ with inositol may enhance anticancer effect of $IP_6$. Although the anticancer effect of $IP_6$ has been intensively studied, the combinational effect of $IP_6$ and inositol and involved mechanisms are not well understood so far. In the present study, we investigated the effect of $IP_6$ and myo-inositol (MI) on cell cycle regulation and apoptosis using PC3 prostate cancer cell lines. When cell, were co-treated with $IP_6$ and MI, the extent of cell growth inhibition was significantly increased than that by $IP_6$ alone. To identify the effect of $IP_6$ and MI on apoptosis, the activity of caspase-3 was measured. The caspase-3 activity was significantly increased when cells were treated with either $IP_6$ alone or both $IP_6$ and MI, with no significant enhancement by co-treatment. To investigate the effect of $IP_6$ and MI of cell cycle arrest, we measured p21 mRNA expression in PC3 cells and observed significant increase in p21 mRNA by $IP_6$. But synergistic regulation by co-treatment with $IP_6$ and MI was not observed. In addition, there was no significant effect by co-treatment compared to $IP_6$ treatment on the regulation of cell cycle progression although $IP_6$ significantly changed cell cycle distribution in the presence of MI or not. Therefore, these findings support that $IP_6$ has anticancer function by induction of apoptosis and regulation of cell cycle. However, synergistic effect by MI on cell cycle regulation and apoptosis was not observed in PC3 prostate cancer cells.

A numerical study has been carried out to find out the optimal design condition of a solar absorption cooling system. The system was composed of solar collectors and an absorption chiller with LiBr/water The System performance with commercial single effect(SE) cycle and a new single effect/double lift(SE/DL) cycle utilizing low temperature hot water was calculated and compared. It was found that the required solar collector area grew exponentially as the overall heat loss coefficient of solar collectors increased. For instance, the required area for cooling capacity of 1 USRT was $17m^2$ if heat loss coefficient was 4 W/$m^2\;cdot\;K$. If heat loss coefficient was doubled($8\;W/m^2\;cdot\;$K), the required collector area was increased by 6 times($100m^2$) .It was also found that the SE-cycle as the heat loss coefficient of solar collectors increased. Generally, a SE/DL-cycle seems to be more advantageous than a SE-cycle if loss coefficient of solar collector is greater than 4 W/$m^2\;cdot\;K$.
The purpose of this research is to scrutinize the cyclist's consumer behavior by analyzing the eWOM information search behavior of cycle-wear according to benefits sought and involvement. The research was conducted through an online survey and the respondents were 291 men who wore cycle-wear and searched information via online. The results of this research are as following. First, the benefits sought from wearing cycle apparel are composed of five sub-factors such as, ideal body figure, brand ostentation, comfort ease, personality, and economic feasibility. In addition, the cycle-wear involvement consisted of two sub-factors: cycling involvement and fashion involvement. Second, the eWOM information search behavior of cyclists was different depending on the benefits sought by the cyclists. When the cyclists pursued ideal body figure they searched more information of design and color, while cyclists put more weight on the information of design, color, and brand when they sought brand ostentation. Moreover, the valence and the type of the information were dissimilar depending on the benefits sought. Third, the sub-factors of eWOM information search behavior affected the eWOM effect distinctively. The price information was the only factor that influenced the eWOM effect among the contents of the information. The valence of the information influenced the eWOM effect, and the effect of positive information was stronger than negative information. Additionally, the subjective information also affected the eWOM effect. Lastly, the effect of the benefits sought influencing the eWOM information search behavior varied by the difference of the cycle-wear involvement. For example, when they are both high in the involvement there were various benefits sought affecting the eWOM information search behavior. However, when only the cycling involvement was high, and they pursued personality, the price information was not important to them.
Cancer is frequently considered to be a disease of the cell cycle. As such, it is not surprising that the deregulation of the cell cycle is one of the most frequent alterations during tumor development. Cell cycle progression is a highly-ordered and tightly-regulated process that involves multiple checkpoints that assess extracellular growth signals, cell size, and DNA integrity. Cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) and their cyclin partners are positive regulators of accelerators that induce cell cycle progression; whereas, cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors (CKIs) that act as brakes to stop cell cycle progression in response to regulatory signals are important negative regulators. Cancer originates from the abnormal expression of activation of positive regulators and functional suppression of negative regulators. Therefore, understanding the molecular mechanisms of the deregulation of cell cycle progression in cancer can provide important insights into how normal cells become tumorigenic, as well as how cancer treatment strategies can be designed.
In recent years, increases in impervious areas with rapid urbanization and land use changes are causing numerous hydrologic cycle and environmental problems. Impermeable pavement have a various defect such as collection rainwater, decreasing of sliding resistance, and etc. In this study, the hydrologic cycle effect of permeable pavement were analyzed by the experiment and the numerical simulation. The numerical model used was a modified SWMM especially for considering the hydrologic cycle effect of permeable pavement. The parameters of modified SWMM were revised by the experimental results. Also, the effects of runoff quantity reduction are reviewed when permeable pavement is applied to Incheon Cheongna watershed. The hydrologic cycle analysis of Incheon Cheongna watershed, continuous simulations of urban runoff were performed. The analysis results of permeable pavement setup effect on runoff are follows: the surface runoff after permeable pavement setup decreases to 74.35% of the precipitation whereas the surface runoff before permeable pavement setup amounts to 81.38% of the precipitation; the infiltration after permeable pavement setup increases to 15.13% of the precipitation whereas the infiltration before permeable pavement setup amounts to 8.32% of the precipitation.

This paper describes a computer simulation of the triple effect, water-lithium bromide absorption cooling cycles. The performance of the absorption systems is investigated through cycle simulation to obtain the system characteristics with the cooling water inlet temperature, the working solution concentrations, the ratio of the amount of the weak solution to the high, middle and low temperature generators, and the temperature difference of each solution heat exchanger. The efficiency of different cycles has been studied and the simulation results show that higher coefficient of performance could be obtained for the parallel cycle of constant solution distribution rate. As a result of this analysis, the optimum designs and operating conditions were determined based on the operating conditions and coefficient of performance.
The paper examined effect of age cohort on life cycle financial planning. A total of 990 questionnaires were distributed with a 55.2% return rate. Seven hypotheses were analysed using hierarchical and ordinary regression analysis. The results revealed that age cohort variables made significant contribution to life cycle financial planning as well as personal orientation towards retirement planning, particularly the younger age cohort. Age cohorts do affect personal orientation towards retirement planning with the confidence level making a significant impact. Current financial resources do have a strong positive impact on consumption for all age cohorts. On the other hand, no significant effect was found between age cohorts and current financial resources but older age cohorts were relatively more significant predictors. The implication was that not only should their individual perceptions of financial planning become an increasingly important part of people's long-term commitment throughout their life-cycle, it must also assume the role as a self-directed life-long learning process, in view of the ever-changing and complicated financial environment.
Cycle simulaton of the double effect parallel flow model is applied to a Lithium-Bromide/water system, with the objective of evaluation the possibilities of effectively utilizing waste-heat as a secondary heat source for the low-temperature generator. In this study, cycle simulation has been carried out to clarify the effect heat exchange in order to predict the performance of absorption refrigeration cycles using waste heat.
