Through this process, a bottom-up approach which tries to analyze the actual class examples and generalizes them, the teaching-learning model has been suggested. As a result, another survey was conducted for the investigation of the efficacy of the model between beneficiary group and comparison group. The results are as followings; the experiment group showed a higher index in regard with such items as Information Culture Index, Lesson Satisfaction Degree, and Practice Will than Comparison Group, and the differences are statistically significant. According to the results of the analysis.

The 3rd Offset Strategy is based on the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and S. Korea is heavily dependent on US military technology and is directly and indirectly influenced by the military revolutionary strategy and the alliance relationship. There are many issues that need to be addressed beyond technical maturity for both strategies to be successfully applied in the military. However, there are few discussions about these limitations in many studies and media reports in comparison with the advantages of the techniques. This research describes robot ethics & technology unbalance, problems of autonomous functions, display fatigue induced by VR/AR/MR, cyber/network security to be solved for successful strategies, also the solutions are addressed.

  • COVID-19 has changed a lot in our daily lives, where school classes and remote classes have been combined or converted to remote classes. Many students spent more time online, and cyberbullying, such as indiscriminate disclosure of their personal information, bullying of their classmates online, increased. In this paper, we propose an online education program as a countermeasure against cyberbullying. This program is designed for elementary, middle, and high school students and can also be used for informatics or ethics classes in the 2015 curriculum. The proposed program is divided into four major themes: 'Cyberbullying,' 'Information Security,' 'Cyber Crime,' and 'Language Violence,' and is divided into a total of ten topics according to its connection. It was organized to teach the topics evenly by grade. Also, the program's feasibility was verified by experts on the selection of educational contents and organizing of contents. In the future, it will be necessary to apply for this program and conduct an effectiveness analysis to measure whether it has effectively contributed to the decrease in cyberbullying rates among students and the improvement of coping skills.

  • This study analyzes what kind of representation strategies make popularity in Silence. As audiences come together in cyber public sphere, 'participatory spectatorship' is made. Its sources are classical narrative mode and collective memories which are the devices to goad audience to anger. Silence reveals self-reflexivity because fact-based film has effect on allowing the audience to be aware of the reality constantly. However, the devices which maximize audience's anger aroused ethical controversy. Silence's unethical expression is the strategy for representing the popularity and the methodology for social ethics.

  • So far, the researches about the Internet addiction testing are diverse and enormous. However, since the testing factors have the same importance, there is no discrimination among the factors. In our paper, we analyze the problems of the existing researches by using Lisrel and data mining algorithms. Next, we propose an alternative for the Internet addiction testing. In order to accomplish these, we make an questionnaire consisted of Young's test and then, we asked to 440 primary and secondary school students. In addition, we analyzed the problems of Young's test with factor analysis and then, we distinguish more important items from others with J48 and PART. Finally, based on this analysis, we propose a method to diagnose addicted students and prescribe them.

As a result of the two-step regression analysis using the mean-centering technique first, it was found that the victim experience had no significant effect on the bridge social capital, but the perceived performance and the victim experience had negative moderating effect on the bridge social capital. Second, the victim experience showed a significant positive effect on the binding social capital, but showed a negative moderating effect with the perceived performance indicating positive influence on the binding social capital of the perceived performance could reduce through victim experience. Accordingly it is necessary to educate social media users on the cyber ethics, and regulation is required to mitigate risk factors for trust.
