전자상거래 보험의 담보범위에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the coverage of e-commerce insurance)

  • Todays, computers in business world are potent facilitators that most companies could not without them, while they are only tools. They offer extremely efficient means of communication, particularly when connected to Internet. What I stress in this article is the risks accompanied by e-commerce rather than the advantages of Internet or e-commerce. The management of e-commerce companies, therefore, should keep in mind that the benefit of e-commerce through the Internet are accompanied by enhanced and new risks, cyber risks or e-commerce risks. For example, companies are exposed to computer system breakdown and business interruption risks owing to traditional and physical risks such as theft and fire etc, computer programming errors and defect softwares and outsider's attack such as hacking and virus. E-commerce companies are also exposed to tort liabilities owing to defamation, the infringement of intellectual property such as copyright, trademark and patent right, negligent misrepresent and breach of confidential information or privacy infringement. In this article, I would like to suggest e-commerce insurance or cyber liability insurance as a means of risk management rather than some technical devices, because there is not technically perfect defence against cyber risks. But e-commerce insurance has some gaps between risks confronted by companies and coverage needed by them, because it is at most 6 or 7 years since it has been introduced to market. Nevertheless, in my opinion, e-commerce insurance has offered the most perfect defence against cyber risks to e-commerce companies up to now.

Machine Learning Based Hybrid Approach to Detect Intrusion in Cyber Communication

  • By looking the importance of communication, data delivery and access in various sectors including governmental, business and individual for any kind of data, it becomes mandatory to identify faults and flaws during cyber communication. To protect personal, governmental and business data from being misused from numerous advanced attacks, there is the need of cyber security. The information security provides massive protection to both the host machine as well as network. The learning methods are used for analyzing as well as preventing various attacks. Machine learning is one of the branch of Artificial Intelligence that plays a potential learning techniques to detect the cyber-attacks. In the proposed methodology, the Decision Tree (DT) which is also a kind of supervised learning model, is combined with the different cross-validation method to determine the accuracy and the execution time to identify the cyber-attacks from a very recent dataset of different network attack activities of network traffic in the UNSW-NB15 dataset. It is a hybrid method in which different types of attributes including Gini Index and Entropy of DT model has been implemented separately to identify the most accurate procedure to detect intrusion with respect to the execution time. The different DT methodologies including DT using Gini Index, DT using train-split method and DT using information entropy along with their respective subdivision such as using K-Fold validation, using Stratified K-Fold validation are implemented.

  • 본 논문은 사이버공간의 가시성 개선 방안을 다루었다. 사이버비즈니스에 진출하고자 생각하는 많은 사업가들은 사이버공간의 비가시성 문제로 인하여, 사이버비즈니스 진출에 두려움을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사업자와 잠재고객 그리고 그 사이의 관계를 수학의 관계 개념을 도입하여 설명함으로서, 사이버공간의 가시성을 개선하고자 시도 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 사이버비즈니스 경쟁력의 핵심은 가시화의 극대화와 신뢰성임을 알게 되었다.

  • A cyber shopping mall is a place where consumers acquire the product information and make purchase decision in the cyber space. Even though there are many advantages over traditional malls, there are still several limitations to do shopping in an existing cyber mall. One of them is the absence of efficient search tool to handle various products specifications. Existing search systems usually support the "keyword search only" with limited product information. Consumers spend lots of their time and efforts in searching products and comparing them. Recently, some web sites provide the shopping mall comparison service that supports the additional search conditions such as price and maker. These services improve the situation but it is not still acceptable. In this paper, we propose an intelligent product search system based on a mediator which supports various conditional search for each product. Our system provides consumers with search results that satisfy purchase specifications. Our system is implemented in Visual basic and pert and experimental results show satisfactory performance.

  • 최근 지능화 고도화 되고 있는 사이버 위협으로부터 중소기업을 보호하기 위해서는 24시간 예방 탐지 분석 대응 해 주는 보안관제가 필수적이다. 이러한 중소기업의 보안관제를 지원하기 위해 정부로부터 예산지원을 받아 중소기업기술지킴센터가 구축되어 운영 중이며, 현재 900여 개 중소기업에 대해 보안관제서비스를 지원하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업 기술지킴센터에서 보안관제서비스를 지원하고 있는 중소기업들의 이상트래픽에 대해 살펴보고 중소기업의 보안관제 개선방안을 제시하였다.

A Study on Priority for Success Factors for Chatting Service of Cyber University and Implementation of Chatting Service

  • As the competition of 21 cyber universities in Korea has been on a continual increase, they are focusing on improving the quality of the e-learning education in cyber universities. In this study, we intended to derive the failure factors of the previous chatting system in the 2010s and the success factors from previous studies. Next, we identified priorities among five factors(Reliability, UI Convenience, Usability, Network effect, Operational policy) using AHP and the practical ways to implement the chatting service. We applied the chatting system to all the curriculums of S cyber university. Our study finds that the chat service affects the satisfaction of education. Finally, we propose the utilization plan to improve the e-learning education of cyber university through the findings of this research.

  • Cyber office is a personalized enterprise portal model for knowledge workers. The key services of cyber office are both personalization and emergent collaboration. Personalization service is provided by choosing service from service repository and then dropping it in the cyber office. Service repository contains various kinds of services supporting business activities. Cyber office provides blog service and profile service for knowledge workers to participate in knowledge based collaboration voluntarily.

  • 본 연구에서는 해사 사이버 보안 규제와 고도화되는 사이버 위협에 대응하기 위한 기술로 선박용 보안 정보와 이벤트 관리기술을 제안하였다. 선박 사이버 보안 대응을 위한 대표기술인 네트워크 관리시스템과 보안 정보와 이벤트 관리의 주요 기술을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 선박용 보안 정보와 이벤트 관리 기술을 제안하며 선박에 최적화를 위해 국제해사기구의 해상 사이버 위협 관리지침, IACS UR E26, 27 등 을 기반으로 선박용 보안 정보와 이벤트 관리의 주요 기능을 도출하고 선박의 이기종 장비에 대한 연동 및 정규화 방안과 선박 사이버 보안 위협의 식별을 위한 선박의 사이버 위협과 선박용 탐지 정책, 선박 운영 환경과 운영 인력을 고려한 선박 특화 기능을 정의하였다.

  • 인터넷의 발달에 따라 온라인 시장이 급진적으로 확대되고 있으며, 이에 따른 비즈니스 수익모델들이 많은 관심을 모으고 있다. 대부분의 온라인 상거래가 게임의 아이템이나 물건들을 거래하는 것에 국한되어지고 있으나, 2003년 Linden Lab 에서 공개한 가상현실 Second Life는 사용자들이 가상세계에 자신의 아바타를 만들어서 제2의 삶을 만들어가는 가상현실 게임이다. 2003년 공개 이후 전 세계에서 현재 1200만 명이 넘는 사용자를 확보하며 급성장을 하고 있다. 기존의 게임들이 정해진 시나리오대로 게임을 풀어나가는 반면, Second Life는 현실과 동일한 가상 환경에서 개인의 삶을 만들어가는 방식으로 타게임들 과의 차별성을 두고 있다. 또한 가상의 화폐인 Linden Dollar를 기반으로 하는 경제 시스템을 기반으로 하고 있어서 현실과 동일한 부동산 취득, 옷, 신발 등 경제 활동이 일어나고 있으며, 기업의 마켓팅 수단이외에 공공기관의 홍보 및 정치, 교육에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에서 세컨라이프를 통한 활동이 활발하다. 국내에서도 2007년 말에 한국어 서비스를 제공함으로서 관심이 높아지고 있는 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 Second Life를 통한 비즈니스 모델의 사례를 알아보고, 문화 콘텐츠분야에서 응용이 가능한 비즈니스 수익모델 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
